Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a technique in which a housing wall has a double structure and air is circulated through a gap between an inner wall and an outer wall to improve the efficiency of cooling and heating. And JP-A-2001-65074.
However, the conventional techniques represented by the disclosed techniques of these publications are all intended for newly constructed houses, and application to extended houses has not been considered at all.
In other words, the conventional technology can be implemented for the first time by designing the ventilation space in the housing structure in advance from the design stage before construction, so that the space for ventilation is not designed. It cannot be applied as it is when an existing house that has been built is expanded.
Thus, in the construction industry, attention has been paid only to the introduction of an air circulation structure in new buildings, and the idea of adding an air circulation structure when adding to an existing building is added. There was nothing at all.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and when adding an existing building, it is possible to add an air circulation structure for increasing the efficiency of air conditioning to the building after the extension, It is intended to provide a method for constructing an extension building having a cooling / warming circulation structure capable of achieving improvement in habitability and energy saving in the extension building .

[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a method for constructing an extended building having a cooling / heating circulation structure according to the invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The present invention is characterized by adding a cooling / warming circulation structure to a building after extension when an existing building having no cooling / warming circulation structure is added, and in this respect, from the design stage. This is fundamentally different from a new building that has been previously considered to incorporate a cooling / heating circulation structure.
As an extension method of an existing building that forms the basis of the present invention, the method already disclosed by the present inventor in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-282696 is used, and the present invention applies this extension method to a building after extension. A cooling and warming air circulation structure is added to the. In the following description of the present invention, an extension method that forms the basis of the present invention will be briefly described.
[0007]
1 and 2 show the state of the building obtained by this extension method before and after the extension, respectively, and as shown in the figure, the roof member (roof hut assembly) (3) of the existing building (1) is shown. The extension building (2) is constructed by removing and constructing a new wall member (4) and roof member (5) so as to surround the outer periphery and upper part thereof.
Specifically, in this construction method, a support member (such as a steel column) whose upper end extends to above the roof member of the existing building is erected outside the side wall of the existing building, and the upper end of the support member After the new roof member is provided, the roof member of the existing building is removed, and then the floor member is provided on the uppermost ceiling member of the existing building from which the roof member has been removed. A new living space is formed above, and a new wall member is attached to the outside of the support member. Since this method has already been disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-282696, further explanation is omitted here.
[0008]
In addition, although the example of illustration shows the case where the existing building (1) is 2 stories and the building (2) after extension is 3 stories, in this invention, the existing building (1) is shown. ) Is a single-story building (2) is 2 stories or more, or existing building (1) is 3 stories and the building (2) is 4 stories or more It is also applicable to cases. Moreover, although the example of illustration has shown the detached house, it is also possible to apply to the apartment house called what is called a tenement house.
[0009]
The present invention applies such an extension method to add a cooling / warming circulation structure to the building after the extension, and FIG. 3 shows the building after the extension to which the cooling / warming circulation structure is added. (2) is shown, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the internal structure in more detail.
In the present invention, in the extension method, the vertical ventilation space (7) is formed between the new wall member (4) and the side wall (6) of the existing building (1). This ventilation space (7) is formed by providing a gap between the outer surface (exterior material) of the side wall (6) of the existing building (1) and the new wall member (4) at the time of extension. However, as shown in FIG. 5, before providing the new wall member (4), the outer wall material (61) and the heat insulating material (62) on the side wall (6) of the existing building (1) are sequentially removed. It is preferable to form by leaving only the wall base and the finishing board on the indoor side, and then building a new wall member (4) with a gap between the side wall (6).
[0010]
Thus, when forming the ventilation space (7), the outer wall material (61) and the heat insulating material (62) on the side wall (6) of the existing building (1) are removed, and this is indicated by a wavy arrow in FIG. As described above, heat exchange between the cold air or the warm air flowing through the ventilation space (7) and the indoor air is effectively performed, and the efficiency of the air conditioning can be greatly improved.
[0011]
Moreover, in this invention, it is horizontal direction between the ceiling member (8) of the top floor of the existing building (1) from which the roof member (3) was removed, and the floor member (9) newly provided above it. The ventilation space (10) is formed.
When the ventilation member (10) is newly provided with a floor member (9) above the ceiling member (8) of the existing building in the extension method described above, the ceiling member (8) and the floor member (9) By forming a space between the two, this formed space can be used.
The horizontal ventilation space (10) communicates with the vertical ventilation space (7) as shown in the figure so that air can flow through each other.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the present invention, a horizontal ventilation space (11) is also formed inside the existing building (1).
FIG. 6 is an explanatory view showing a method of forming the ventilation space (11).
The ventilation space (11) is formed by laying a hollow concrete block (13) on the floor member (12) of the existing building (1), and as shown in FIG. ) Function as an aeration space (11) that allows circulation of warm air or cold air. In addition, illustration of a cavity part (14) is abbreviate | omitted in FIG.
Thus, the hollow concrete block (13) that forms the ventilation space (11) not only functions as a passage through which warm air or cold air flows, but also functions as a heat storage material. That is, since the hollow concrete block (13) can store the heat of warm air passing through the inside, the effect of floor heating can be exerted on the floor of the existing building (1).
When the existing building (1) has two or more floors, the direction of the hollow concrete block (13) may be changed (orthogonalized) for each floor as shown in the example, The same orientation may be used on the floor.
[0013]
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view specifically showing the structure of the building (2) after the extension in which the ventilation space (11) is formed.
In the illustrated example, the hollow concrete block (13) is continuously laid on the floor members (12) on the first floor and the second floor of the existing building (1). And the block (13a) of the edge part has protruded from the side wall (6) of the existing building (1) from which the outer wall material (61) and the heat insulating material (62) were removed, thereby, the hollow concrete block (13 ) Communicated with a vertical ventilation space (7) formed between the new wall member (4) and the side wall (6) of the existing building (1). In the present invention, the hollow concrete block (13) may be communicated with the ventilation space (7) using a pipe or the like without protruding from the side wall (6).
[0014]
In addition, in FIG. 8, (15) is the heat insulating material built in the new wall member (4), and by building the heat insulating material (15) in the new wall member (4) in this way, it is a building. Since heat radiation to the outside is suppressed, the efficiency of air conditioning can be further improved.
Further, as shown in the figure, a plate material (17) is installed so as to connect the base (16) of the existing building (1) and the new wall member (4), and the inside of the plate material (17) is also insulated. By comprising so that a material (18) may be provided, it becomes possible to improve the sealing property of ventilation space (7) more, and the efficiency of air conditioning can be improved further.
Although not shown, it is also possible to lay a heat insulating material under the hollow concrete block (13).
In addition, in FIG. 8, (19) is the existing foundation of the existing building (1), (20) is the extension base for erecting the supporting members (steel columns, etc.) of the building (2) after the extension. (21) is an underground beam of the building (2) after extension. Moreover, (22) is an existing pillar of the existing building (1), and (23) is an extension pillar (supporting member) of the extension building (2).
[0015]
In this invention, as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4, the circulation apparatus which consists of an air conditioning apparatus (15) and a ventilation apparatus (16) is installed in the attic of the newly provided roof member (5), and this circulation is carried out. By driving the apparatus, warm air or cold air is circulated in the above-described vertical and horizontal ventilation spaces (7), (10), and (11).
[0016]
Furthermore, in this invention, as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4, the battery (FIG. 3) which accumulates the electric power generated by the photovoltaic power generation panel (17) and this power generation panel (17) on the upper part of a novel roof member (5). It is preferable to install the circulation device by using the power generated by the power generation panel (17).
With this configuration, power is not consumed for driving the circulation device, and surplus power can be used for driving indoor electrical equipment. Combined with the effects of the circulation structure, it is possible to obtain an extension building that is energy-saving and has excellent habitability.
[0018]
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 1, when extending the existing building in which the air circulation structure is not provided, it becomes possible to have an air circulation structure for improving the efficiency of air conditioning, and it is possible to improve the comfort and energy saving. It becomes possible to obtain an extension building that can be converted into a new one.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the ventilation space is formed by removing the outer wall material and the heat insulating material on the side wall of the existing building before mounting the new wall member, the cold air or the warm air flowing through the ventilation space is formed. Heat exchange with the indoor air is effectively performed, and an extension building that can greatly improve the efficiency of air conditioning can be easily obtained.
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 3 , when extending the existing building in which the air circulation structure is not provided, a cooling / warming circulation structure can be newly added also to the part of the existing building in the extension building. it can. In addition, the obtained extension building has the effect of floor heating on the floor of the existing building, because the hollow concrete block that forms the ventilation space can store the heat of warm air passing through the interior Is possible.
