Claims (18)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に設けられた1または複数の有機電界発光素子と、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子上に設けられた接着剤からなる接着剤層とを備え、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子の各々は、
前記基板上に第1の電極、発光層および第2の電極をこの順に含み、
前記第2の電極は、前記接着剤層に接するIZOからなる金属酸化膜と、前記金属酸化膜よりも小さい厚みを有する金属膜との積層構造を有し、
前記接着剤層の接着剤から抽出される液のpHが4以上であることを特徴とする有機電界発光装置。 - 前記第2の電極の前記金属膜は1nm以上20nm以下の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 前記接着剤層は、450nmから800nmの波長領域で平均70%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 450nmから800nmの波長領域での前記接着剤層の光透過率の変動幅が平均の光透過率の上下10%以内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 450nmから800nmの波長領域での前記接着剤層の光透過率の変動幅が平均の光透過率の上下5%以内であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 前記接着剤層上に設けられた光透過性の封止板をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 前記封止板はガラスからなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 前記封止板に設けられた色変換部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子の各々は、前記第2の電極上に設けられたパッシベーション層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の有機電界発光素子。
- 前記基板は、パッシブ型基板、または複数の薄膜トランジスタを有するアクティブ・マトリクス型基板であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 前記接着剤層にフィラーが添加されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 基板と、
前記基板上に設けられた1または複数の有機電界発光素子と、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子上に設けられた接着剤からなる接着剤層と、
前記接着剤層上に設けられた光透過性の封止板とを備え、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子の各々は、
前記基板上に第1の電極、発光層および光透過性の第2の電極をこの順に含み、
前記第2の電極は、前記接着剤層に接するIZOからなる金属酸化膜と、前記金属酸化膜よりも小さい厚みを有する金属膜との積層構造を有し、
前記接着剤層の接着剤から抽出される液のpHが4以上であることを特徴とする有機電界発光装置。 - 前記接着剤層は、450nmから800nmの波長領域で平均70%以上の光透過率を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 450nmから800nmの波長領域での前記接着剤層の光透過率の変動幅が平均の光透過率の上下10%以内であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 450nmから800nmの波長領域での前記接着剤層の光透過率の変動幅が平均の光透過率の上下5%以内であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の有機電界発光装置。
- 基板上に1または複数の有機電界発光素子を形成する工程と、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子上に接着剤からなる接着剤層を形成する工程と、
前記接着剤層を硬化させる工程とを備え、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子を形成する工程は、
前記基板上に第1の電極、発光層および第2の電極をこの順に形成する工程を含み、
前記第2の電極は、前記接着剤層に接するIZOからなる金属酸化膜と、前記金属酸化膜よりも小さい厚みを有する金属膜との積層構造を有し、
前記接着剤層の接着剤から抽出される液のpHが4以上であることを特徴とする有機電界発光装置の製造方法。 - 前記第2の電極の前記金属膜は1以上20nm以下の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項16記載の有機電界発光装置の製造方法。
- 基板上に1または複数の有機電界発光素子を形成する工程と、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子上に接着剤からなる接着剤層を介して光透過性の封止板を設ける工程と、
前記接着剤層を硬化させる工程とを備え、
前記1または複数の有機電界発光素子を形成する工程は、
前記基板上に第1の電極、発光層および第2の電極をこの順に形成する工程を含み、
前記第2の電極は、前記接着剤層に接するIZOからなる金属酸化膜と、前記金属酸化膜よりも小さい厚みを有する金属膜との積層構造を有し、
前記接着剤層の接着剤から抽出される液のpHが4以上であることを特徴とする有機電界発光装置の製造方法。
