Description

【0001】

[0030]
As shown in the figure, the chair type massage machine A has a structure in which a seat part 2 is provided on a base part 4 and a backrest part 3 is connected to a rear end of the seat part 2 so as to be reclining freely. A footrest 1 which is a main part of the present invention is connected to the front side. Reference numeral 21 denotes an armrest provided on both sides of the seat portion 2, and 41 denotes a leg seat provided on the lower portion of the base portion 4.
[0031]
In the backrest 3, a massage unit 6 that can be massaged by the treatment element 61 is accommodated in a vertically movable manner by a lifting motor (not shown).
[0032]
In the chair type massage machine A configured as described above, the feature of the present embodiment is that the left and right wall portions 11, 11 protrude from the left and right sides of the footrest portion 10, and the footrest portion 10 has a substantially central position. The partition B is provided so as to be able to appear and disappear.
[0033]
That is, as indicated by a one-dot chain line in FIG. 1, a partition B that does not normally exist is made to appear on the footrest 10 of the footrest 1 as necessary. The entire footrest part 10 can be used widely and comfortably without partitioning.
[0034]
The Example and reference example of the partition part B are demonstrated below.
[0035]
(First Reference Example)
FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B are explanatory views of the partition portion B according to the first reference example.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 2A, the partition portion B according to this reference example has a structure in which a bag body 72 is stretched on a portal frame 71, and a cylindrical end portion 72 a provided continuously with the bag body 72. Is inserted through the frame 71.
[0037]
The bag body 72 is connected to an air pump (not shown). When air is supplied from the air pump, the bag body 72 expands and functions as a partition portion B as indicated by a one-dot chain line 73. That is, as long as air is not supplied, a flat cloth body (bag body 72) is stretched over the frame body 71 on the footrest 10.
[0038]
Further, as a modification of the first reference example, as shown in FIG. 2B, a slit hole S is provided at the center of the footrest portion 10, and the partition portion B is placed on the footrest via the slit hole S. 1 can be freely inserted and removed between the upper surface of 1 and the inside of the footrest 1 or the back surface of the footrest 1.
[0039]
That is, the partition portion B can be protruded upward as necessary, and can be lowered to return to the storage state when not necessary.
[0040]
The bag body 72 according to the present reference example can function as an air cell for directly massaging a foot.
[0041]
That is, as described above, since the bag body 72 can be inflated by air, control is performed so as to repeat the operation of inflating and then contracting the foot to such an extent that a pressing force capable of massaging the foot is generated. At this time, it is desirable to similarly provide an air cell on the footrest portion 10 and on the inner surfaces of the left and right wall portions 11 and 11, and the effect of air massage can be further enhanced.
[0042]
(Second reference example)
FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of a partition B according to a second reference example.
[0043]
The partition part B according to this reference example is provided with a partition part storage recess 12 in the center part of the footrest part 10 of the footstool 1, and is expanded and supplied into the partition part storage recess 12 by supply and exhaust. A shrinkable bag-like wall body forming body 74 is accommodated.
[0044]
When air is supplied from an air pump (not shown), the wall body forming body 74 expands and rises up from the partitioning portion storing recess 12 as shown by a one-dot chain line, and functions as the partitioning portion B. And it expand | swells further with the amount of air supply, and it is made to function also as an air cell for massage.
[0045]
That is, as the air supply timing, air is first supplied to the wall body forming body 74 to function as the partition B, and when the wall body forming body 74 is to be used for massage, air is further supplied thereafter. It can be made to function as a massage by further expanding. More effective air massage is possible by repeating supply and exhaust at this time.
[0046]
In the figure, M is a user's foot and 13 is an air cell for massage, which is provided on the footrest 10 and the left and right walls 11 and 11. Note that the air pump that supplies air to the wall forming body 74 and the air pump that supplies air to the massaging air cell 13 may be separate, or when the air supply to the wall forming body 74 is finished, It is good also as a structure which can switch a flow path so that it may supply air.
[0047]
Furthermore, as a modification of the present reference example, the configuration shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C may be employed.
[0048]
In FIG. 3B, two left and right wall body forming bodies 74 are arranged.
[0049]
As shown in the figure, each of them expands and functions as a partitioning section B when it stands up.
[0050]
In FIG. 3C, the wall body forming body 74 is nested, and is normally stored in the recess 12 for storing the partition portion as described above, but rises when air is supplied. Function as a partitioning section B. In the illustrated example, massage air cells 13 are attached to the left and right side surfaces.
[0051]
By the way, the wall body forming body 74 in the present reference example is formed of an elastic material such as rubber so that when air is exhausted, the wall body forming body 74 contracts into an original deflated bag shape.
[0052]
(Third reference example)
FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of a partition B according to a third reference example.
[0053]
The partition part B according to the present reference example is a bag-like wall body that can be inflated and contracted by air supply / exhaust in the partition part storage recess 12 provided at the center of the footrest part 10 of the footrest 1. The base 74 of the forming body 74 is housed and functions as a partition B by inflating and standing by supply of air. Usually, as shown in FIG. Lying in a deflated state.
[0054]
When air is supplied to the wall forming body 74, it stands up and functions as a partitioning section B as shown in FIG. 4 (b). In this case, the wall body forming body 74 is formed of a material having no waist so that when air is exhausted, the wall body forming body 74 is contracted to become an original deflated bag shape.
[0055]
The massage air cell 13 may be provided on the side surface of the wall forming body 74.
[0056]
Also in this case, as the air supply timing, air is supplied to the wall body forming body 74 so as to function as the partition B first, and then air is supplied to the massage air cell 13 to perform air massage of the foot. it can.
[0057]
(4th reference example)
FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram of a partition B according to a fourth reference example.
[0058]
As in the first reference example, a pair of air cells 13 ′ and 13 ′ are stretched on the portal frame 71, and the air cells 13 ′ and the left and right wall portions 11 and 11 and the footrest portion 10 are respectively The massage air cells 13 having substantially the same shape are arranged, and normally, air is supplied to all the air cells 13, 13 ', respectively, and a pair of air cells 13', 13 'and The upper surface of the massage air cell 13 provided on the left and right wall portions 11, 11 forms a gentle second footrest portion 10 ′.
[0059]
That is, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the user's foot M is usually placed on the second footrest portion 10 ', and if necessary, air is exhausted from the air cells 13' and 13 '. As shown in FIG. 5B, the foot M is depressed and the foot M is positioned on the original footrest portion 10 of the footrest 1. At this time, the pair of air cells 13 ′ and 13 ′ provided in the frame 71 function as a partition B as shown in the figure by being in a state filled with an appropriate amount of air.
[0060]
Furthermore, the air massage of the foot M becomes possible by repeating the supply / exhaust to the air cells 13 ′ and 13 ′ thereafter. In this case, the air cell 13 'is formed of a material having no waist so that when air is exhausted, the air cell 13' becomes the original deflated bag shape.
[0061]
(Fifth Reference Example) FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram of a partition B according to a fifth reference example.
[0062]
This is provided with an air cell 13 ′ which can be expanded and contracted by supply / exhaust on a base portion 18 which is formed in a convex shape substantially at the center of the footrest portion 10. Functions as B.
[0063]
The base portion 18 has a height that does not interfere with the movement of the foot M, and when the air cell 13 ′ expands, the air cell 13 is located near the center of the foot M by the height of the base portion 18. 'Can be abutted. Therefore, when air massage is performed by supplying and exhausting air to the air cell 13 ', the vicinity of the center of the foot M can be effectively massaged, and the massage effect can be improved.
[0064]
(Example)
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram of the partition portion B according to the embodiment .
[0065]
This is a stack of air cells 13 ′ that can be expanded and contracted by supply / exhaust in the height direction, and the air cells 13 ′ expand to function as partition portions B.
[0066]
In the present embodiment, as shown in the drawing, a lower air cell 13′a for forming a guide portion provided continuously with the footrest portion 10, and an upper air cell 13′b for massage provided continuously with the lower air cell 13′a, The air cell 13 'is composed of a double.
[0067]
When air is supplied to the air cell 13 ′ from the basic state shown in FIG. 7A, the lower air cell 13′a expands and guides the position of the foot M as shown in FIG. When air is further supplied, the upper air cell 13'b expands and presses the foot M as a second stage. By repeating supply and exhaust at this time, effective air massage can be performed by the upper air cell 13'b raised by the lower air cell 13'a and positioned near the center of the foot M.
[0068]
That is, if the single air cell 13 ′ is a single type, the foot M may be lifted during inflation, but the lower air cell 13′a having a function of guiding the foot M as in this embodiment. And the upper air cell 13'b for massage are separated to form a laminated structure, so that sufficient air massage can be performed while the foot M is firmly guided and held.
[0069]
In addition, the air cell 13 ′ configured by stacking as in the present embodiment is not limited to the double type as described above. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the air cell 13 ′ is configured by stacking three or more air cells 13 ′. Is possible.
[0070]
In FIG. 8A, three air cells 13′a, 13′b, and 13′c are stacked in order from the bottom. The three air cells 13'a, 13'b, and 13'c may be equal in size, but as shown in the figure, when the size is increased from the bottom to the top, the foot M can be pressed from the top to the bottom. And a sufficient air massage effect can be obtained without lifting the foot M.
[0071]
FIG. 8B shows a structure in which two upper air cells 13′b are arranged in the left-right width direction among the two stacked air cells 13 ′. As shown in the drawing, since the two upper portions 13'b can hold the foot M diagonally downward, the foot M can be surely pressed from the upper side to the lower side, and a sufficient air massage effect can be achieved without lifting the foot M. Can be obtained.
[0072]
In FIG. 8C, a larger number of air cells 13 ′ are stacked. Here, a lower air cell 13′a is disposed at the lower portion, and an upper air cell 13′b is stacked thereon. On the same upper air cell 13'b, three uppermost air cells 13'c, 13'c and 13'c are stacked, left, middle and right. Even with this configuration, as described above, sufficient air massage can be performed by pressing the foot M downward from above while firmly guiding and holding the foot M.
[0073]
In addition, although each air cell 13'a, 13'b, and 13'c including the three air cells 13'c, 13'c, and 13'c arranged at the top may be equal in size, they are illustrated. As such, it may be changed as appropriate. That is, it can be determined as appropriate so that the guide and massage of the foot M can be performed optimally.
[0074]
In addition, in the Example mentioned above, separately from the air cell 13 'arrange | positioned as the partition part B, the air cell 13 for massage for performing an air massage was separately provided on the left-right wall parts 11 and 11 and the footrest part 10. FIG. Although configured, air massage may be performed only by the air cell 13 ′.
[0075]
In the second to fifth reference examples and examples, the massage air cell 13 is covered with the skin portion 14 so as not to be exposed on the outer surface of the footrest 1 (see FIGS. 3 to 6). However, it may be exposed to the outside.
[0076]
( Sixth reference example)
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram of a partition B according to a sixth reference example.
[0077]
This is because the footrest 1 is divided into left and right parts, the base ends of the footrests 1a and 1a are slidably connected to each other, and the distal ends of the footrests 1a and 1a are further connected to each other. Are connected via a link mechanism B1 including a curved link rod 15. The link mechanism B1 is disposed inside the skin portion 14 of the footrest 1, and a massage air cell 13 is disposed between the link mechanism B1 and the skin portion 14. Reference numeral 16 is a link node, and 1b is an overlapping portion of the divided footrests 1a and 1a.
[0078]
With this configuration, when the divided footrests 1a and 1a extend in the direction away from each other, the link mechanism B1 also extends, and as shown in FIG. B can move the foot M freely without being present.
[0079]
On the other hand, when the divided footrests 1a, 1a move in the proximity direction, the link mechanism B1 bends, and as shown in FIG. 9B, the footrest portion 10 is contracted and the partition portion B is created, The foot M becomes a hug. At this time, if air is supplied to or discharged from the massage air cell 13, air massage with sufficient massage force can be performed.
[0080]
( Seventh Reference Example) FIG. 10 is an explanatory diagram of a partition B according to a seventh reference example.
[0081]
This is a hard air cell 17 that is nested in the recessed portion 12 for storing the partitioning portion provided in the central portion of the footrest portion 10 of the footrest 1 and extends while curving in one direction when air is supplied. Normally, as indicated by the broken line, the hard air cell 17 is housed in the recess 12 for storing the partition portion. However, when air is supplied, the tip of the hard air cell 17 comes into contact with the foot M, as if it is a partition. Functions like part B. In addition, in this case, when the massage air cell 13 is inflated and contracted, the hard air cell 17 has an effect similar to acupressure massage because its thinned tip is in contact with the foot M.
[0082]
( Eighth reference example)
Further, as an eighth reference example, wall body forming means B2 and B2 can be provided on the left and right sides of the footrest portion 10, and a partition portion B can be provided at a substantially central position of the footrest portion 10 so as to be able to appear and retract.
[0083]
As shown in FIG. 11, the left and right wall portions 11, 11 in the previous seventh reference example are abolished, and the above-described hard air cells 17 are also disposed at the left and right end portions of the footrest portion 10. .
[0084]
In the seventh and eighth reference examples, it is natural that the curve direction when the hard air cell 17 extends is the direction in contact with the foot M.
[0085]
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated through embodiment and an Example, this invention is not limited to the structure of embodiment and an Example, It is the footrest stand for chairs provided in the seat part front side of the chair, Included are all those provided with a wall standing on the left and right sides of the footrest, or a wall forming means that can be moved in and out, and a partition that can be moved in and out at the approximate center position of the footrest. It is.
[0086]
In addition, it is not always necessary to dispose an inflatable / shrinkable air cell on the footrest, and the chair to which the main footrest 1 is attached may not necessarily have a massage function.
[0087]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form described above, and has the following effects.
[0088]
