Description
2倍波発振器は、一対の発振用増幅器、高周波伝送路としてのマイクロストリップライン(以下、MSLとする)1及びスロットライン(以下、SLとする)2からなる。一対の発振用増幅器3(a,b)はそれぞれFET等からなり、基板5上に入力側を対向して配置する。
Claims (4)
- 一対の発振用増幅器の入力間及び出力間を第1高周波伝送路で接続し、前記一対の発振用増幅器の入力間と出力間とを結合する電磁結合体を設けて、互いに逆相発振となる2つの発振閉ループを形成してなる高周波発振器において、前記電磁結合体は少なくとも誘電体共振器を有し、前記誘電体共振器は前記一対の発振用増幅器の入力間及び出力間の前記第1高周波伝送路又は前記第1高周波伝送路と電磁結合した第2高周波伝送路と重畳し、前記誘電体共振器と前記第1又は第2高周波伝送路との前記一対の発振用増幅器の入力間側における重畳点から出力を得たことを特徴とする誘電体共振器を用いた高周波発振器。
- 前記第1高周波伝送路は基板の一主面に信号線を他主面に接地導体を有するマイクロストリップラインである請求項1の誘電体共振器を用いた高周波発振器。
- 前記第1高周波伝送路は基板の一主面に信号線を他主面に接地導体を有するマイクロストリップラインであって、前記電磁結合体は前記マイクロストリップラインを横断した前記第2高周波伝送路としてのスロットラインと、前記スロットラインと電磁結合した前記誘電体共振器である請求項1の誘電体共振器を用いた高周波発振器。
- 前記2つの発振閉ループに電磁結合して互いに逆相とするマイクロストリップラインを設けて、前記発振閉ループによる発振周波数f0に対してf0/nとなる同期信号を注入した請求項1の誘電体共振器を用いた高周波発振器。
