BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a fireproof coating material in a seismic isolation device, and more specifically, it can follow the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device, and has excellent fireproof sealability even after tracking, and has an effective fireproof property. It relates to the structure of the fireproof coating material in the apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, in laminated rubber-made seismic isolation devices composed of alternately laminated steel sheets and rubber sheets, fireproof coatings have been installed around the seismic isolation devices in order to maintain seismic isolation performance in the event of a structural fire. It is done to cover with.
[0003]
In this case, the fireproof covering material is constructed and mounted so that it can follow the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device during an earthquake as well as maintaining the fireproof performance so that the seismic isolation device is not affected by a fire. There is a need.
[0004]
By the way, the fireproof covering material in the conventional seismic isolation device has a bellows structure that is bent outward or inward so as to follow the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device with a non-combustible heat insulating material such as a ceramic blanket.
[0005]
Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 8 of Japanese Patent Publication No. 7-74516 (name of invention: fireproof covering structure of seismic isolation device), the upper notch portion of the fireproof covering material is joined to the upper structure, The lower end portion was bent and contacted with the lower structure.
Moreover, the fireproof coating material was configured to use a ceramic blanket as a heat insulating material and cover the surface with a ceramic cloth.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the structure that uses the fireproofing material such as former ceramic blanket, so as to follow the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device for fireproofing material does not stretch, or convex to the outer layer, in the folded structure in It was necessary to enlarge the upper and lower pillars.
[0007]
In the case of the structure in which only the upper part of the latter fireproof coating material is joined to the structure and the lower part is bent and in contact with the lower structure, a gap is created between the fireproof coating and the lower structure when the seismic isolation device follows. Therefore, there was a problem that the sealing performance was poor and the fire resistance was poor.
Furthermore, since the surface is covered with an expensive ceramic cloth, the cost is high, which is one of the reasons why the spread is not promoted.
[0008]
The object of the present invention is to follow the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device, and also has excellent fireproof sealing properties after the follow-up, effective fire resistance, and structure of the fireproof coating material in the inexpensive seismic isolation device Is to provide.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The structure of the fireproof covering material in the seismic isolation device of the present invention that achieves the above object is that the periphery of the seismic isolation device composed of laminated rubber installed between the lower structure and the upper structure is predetermined from the laminated rubber. In the structure of a fireproof coating material in a seismic isolation device configured to be covered with a sheet-like fireproof coating material with an interval of, the fireproof coating material is a sheet-like material made of a ceramic blanket covered with a flameproof cloth. The outer layer fire-resistant coating material, and the inner layer fire-resistant coating material is arranged in contact with the outer-layer fire-resistant coating material and is arranged in contact with the outer-layer fire-resistant coating material, and is composed of an inner-layer fire-resistant coating material made of a ceramic blanket covered with a flameproof cloth The gist is that only the upper end portion of the outer layer fireproof coating material is hermetically attached to the upper structure, and only the lower end portion of the inner layer fireproof coating material is hermetically attached to the lower structure .
Further, the structure of the fireproof covering material in another seismic isolation device of the present invention is that of the seismic isolation device configured by providing upper and lower flanges projecting laterally from the laminated rubber on both upper and lower sides of the laminated rubber. In the structure of the fireproof coating material in the seismic isolation device configured to cover the periphery with the sheet-shaped fireproof coating material at a predetermined interval from the laminated rubber, the fireproof coating material is covered with a flameproof cloth. A sheet-like outer layer fire-resistant coating material made of a ceramic blanket, and an inner-layer fire-resistant coating material made of a ceramic blanket disposed in contact with the outer layer fire-resistant coating material and in contact with the outer layer fire-resistant coating material and covered with a flame-resistant cloth Constructed in a double structure, only the upper end portion of the outer layer fireproof coating material is hermetically attached to the upper flange, and only the lower end portion of the inner layer fireproof coating material is hermetically attached to the lower flange. It is an gist and.
[0010]
This invention is constructed as described above, mounted hermetically only the upper end portion of the outer layer refractory coating material to the upper flange of the upper structure or isolator, the outer layer refractory coating material a lower end portion and the lower structure or seismic isolation Since the inner layer fireproof coating material is interposed between the lower flange of the device, it can follow the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device, and even if the lower end of the outer layer fireproof coating material is a free end, Since an inner layer fireproof covering material is interposed between the lower flange and the bottom flange, the fireproof sealability is excellent even after the follow-up, and the fireproof material is effective. In other words, since the fireproof covering material is fixed only at one end and is free without being fixed at the other end, it deforms following the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device during an earthquake, and the shear deformation of the seismic isolation device Will not be disturbed. When the seismic isolation device returns to the pre-earthquake state (no shear deformation) after the earthquake, the outer and inner layer fireproof coating materials also return to the original double-contacted state, so effective fireproof sealability Demonstrate.
[0011]
Further, since an inexpensive flameproof cloth is used, an inexpensive fireproof coating material can be provided.
[0012]

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, the fire-resistant coating material is disposed in contact with the outer-layer fire-resistant coating material on the inner side of the outer-layer fire- resistant coating material, which is made of a ceramic blanket covered with a flame-resistant cloth. It is composed of a double layer structure consisting of an inner layer fireproof coating made of a ceramic blanket covered with a flameproof cloth, and only the upper end of the outer layer fireproof coating is hermetically attached to the upper structure or upper flange, and the inner layer fireproof coating Since only the lower end of the airtightly attached to the lower structure or the lower flange , the following excellent effects are achieved.
Moreover, since an inexpensive flameproof cloth is used, it can be manufactured at low cost.
