本発明は、キャップを位置決めして冠着することのできる化粧料容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、口紅等の棒状化粧料の容器としては、図１２に示すようなものが使用されている。すなわち、この容器は、両側にガイド突起１ａが突設された繰出筒１と、両側に相対峙して縦穴２ａが穿設された内筒２と、内周面に２本のらせん溝３ａが刻設された外筒３と、この外筒３に冠着されるキャップ４とを備えている。図において、５は繰出筒１に固着された棒状化粧料であり、６は内筒２の下部に設けた回動操作部である。このような容器の組み立て作業では、内筒２の上側に繰出筒１を配置して上記内筒２の縦穴２ａに繰出筒１のガイド突起１ａを位置合わせし、ついで、繰出筒１を下降させ、内筒２の縦穴２ａに繰出筒１のガイド突起１ａを係合させた状態で内筒２内に繰出筒１を収容する。つぎに、この内筒２の上側に外筒３を配置して内筒２の縦穴２ａから突出するガイド突起１ａに外筒３のらせん溝３ａの下端を位置合わせし、そののち、外筒３を下降させ、ガイド突起１ａに外筒３のらせん溝３ａを係合させた状態で内筒２に外筒３を外嵌することを行う。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本発明の化粧料容器は、筒状容器本体と、この容器本体のキャップとを備え、上記キャップの内周面を周方向に、偶数の角部を有する正多角形に形成し、この正多角形の少なくとも相対峙する２つの角部にそれぞれ位置決め用の突部を、上記キャップの下端面から天井面にわたって設け、上記容器本体に、上記キャップに内嵌するキャップ固定部を設け、このキャップ固定部の外周面を、上記キャップの内周面に摺動自在に係合する正多角形に形成し、この正多角形の上記各突部に対応する部分を面取りし、キャップにキャップ固定部を内嵌する際に、上記各面取り部分で上記各突部を上下方向にガイドして適正位置に位置決めするように構成したという構成をとる。

すなわち、本発明の化粧料容器は、筒状容器本体と、この容器本体のキャップとを備えている。そして、上記キャップの内周面を周方向に、偶数の角部を有する正多角形に形成し、この正多角形の少なくとも相対峙する２つの角部に位置決め用の突部を設けている。また、上記容器本体に、上記キャップに内嵌するキャップ固定部を設け、このキャップ固定部の外周面を、上記キャップの内周面に摺動自在に係合する正多角形に形成し、この正多角形の上記各突部に対応する部分を面取りしている。このものでは、キャップにキャップ固定部を内嵌する際に、上記各面取り部分で上記各突部を上下方向にガイドして適正位置に位置決めすることができ、内嵌作業が容易になる。しかも、キャップ冠着時に、このキャップに対し、これを周方向に回そうとする外力が作用しても、この外力をキャップの内周面と、これに係合するキャップ固定部の外周面とで受け止めているため、キャップの各突部とキャップ固定部の各面取り部分には外力が殆ど作用しておらず、長期間にわたってキャップの各突部やキャップ固定部の各面取り部分が破損することがない。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて詳しく説明する。

図１は本発明の化粧料容器の一実施の形態である棒状化粧料容器（例えば、口紅容器）を示している。この実施の形態では、繰出筒１，外筒３，内筒２，棒状化粧料５（図１２参照）からなる筒状容器本体９の上記内筒２の下端部に形成された回動操作部６の外周面が、図２および図３に示すように、正六角形に形成されており、この回動操作部６の上面から、外筒３よりやや大きく、かつ回動操作部６よりやや小さい段部１１が突設されている。

なお、図１，図８および図１０に示す実施の形態では、棒状化粧料容器の段部１１の外周面、シャンプー容器の首部１５の外周面、およびこれに対応するキャップ４の内周面を正六角形もしくは正方形に形成しているが、これに限定するものではなく、偶数の角部を有する正多角形であれば、正六角形より角数の多い正多角形でもよい。また、図１，図８および図１０に示す実施の形態では、キャップ４の内周面に突設する突条１３，１８の個数は２個が好適である。ただし、キャップ４の内周面に形成される多角形が正多角形であるため、この正多角形の全角部に突条１３，１８を設けることができない。すなわち、この場合には、これらの突条１３，１８が位置決め用として機能しなくなるからである。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明の化粧料容器によれば、キャップにキャップ固定部を内嵌する際に、キャップ固定部に設けた各面取り部分でキャップに設けた各突部を上下方向にガイドして適正位置に位置決めすることができ、内嵌作業が容易になる。しかも、キャップ冠着時に、このキャップに対し、これを周方向に回そうとする外力が作用しても、この外力をキャップの内周面と、これに係合するキャップ固定部の外周面とで受け止めているため、キャップの各突部とキャップ固定部の各面取り部分には外力が殆ど作用しておらず、長期間にわたってキャップの各突部やキャップ固定部の各面取り部分が破損することがない。
