【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、本部装置で映像、音声、および各種データを編集した番組データを通信回線経由で複数の表示端末装置に表示出力するインフォーションシステムに係わる。

【従来の技術】
行政情報、行事案内、商品情報、サービス案内、お知らせ、会場案内など多彩な情報を掲示するインフォメーションボードは、従来、紙のポスター、ＬＥＤ（光半導体ダイオード）表示ボードなどが広く用いられているが、多彩な情報をタイムリーに掲示することが困難である。又映像表示装置を用いて、動画や音声を表示出力するインフォメーションシステムがある。さらに通信回線を経由して、広域地域に設置された映像表示装置に、情報を伝送するなどしている。本部装置と多数の映像表示装置とは本格的なシステム化がなされておらず、個々の映像表示装置は設置現場の判断で個別に、表示番組の選択や該映像表示装置の起動／停止の操作などが行われている。お知しらせや広告などの番組の制作は、別のシステムで予め作成しファイル装置などに記録再生したり、カメラを用いて生情報を流すなどの手法が用いられている。このため、複数の番組が並行して送出されるよな大規模システムの運用は、多数の専任スタッフを抱えたり、タイムリーな番組の提供が出来ないなどの問題点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、前述の問題点に鑑み、本部装置で映像、音声、および各種データを簡便に編集して番組データを作成し、通信回線で接続した複数の表示端末装置に、該装置の制御プログラムおよびタイムテーブル付きの番組データを伝送するインフォメーションシステムの構築を目的とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は本発明によるインフォメーションシステムの一実施例のシステム図、図２は本発明による管理編集サーバおよびファイルサーバの一実施例の要部ブロック図、図３は表示端末装置の要部ブロック図、図４は本発明による広域インフォメーションシステムの概略システム図である。
図１を用いて本システムの概略動作を説明する。
本発明によるインフォメーションシステムは、映像、音声、および各種データを編集して各種インフォメーション番組を作成し、該番組を再度編集して複数のチャンネルを構成し且つ送出する本部装置Ｈと、複数のチャンネルのインフォメーション番組を映像および音声で表示出力する複数の表示端末装置Ｄ，Ｄ’と、本部装置Ｈと複数の表示端末装置Ｄ，Ｄ’とを通信接続するＬＡＮなどの通信回線ＮＴ１とで構成される。
本部装置Ｈは、映像、音声、および各種データからなる番組データを編集する手段と、表示出力するインフォメーションの表示スケジュールを登録する手段と、インフォメーションの内容をマスタに登録する手段と、インフォメーションの最小単位のコンテンツを編集する手段と、コンテンツを編集して番組データを編集する手段と、コンテンツを編集するための映像、音声、および各種データを入力し選択する手段と、通信回線に通信接続する手段と、通信回線に通信接続された表示端末装置Ｄ、Ｄ’を本部より制御する手段とを有する管理編集サーバ１と、
通信回線と通信接続する手段と、番組データおよび制御データなどを記憶再生する手段と、該記憶再生手段を制御する手段とを有するファイルサーバ３とで構成される。

表示端末装置Ｄは、通信回線ＮＴ１と通信接続する手段と受信した番組データおよび制御データを記憶再生する手段と記憶した番組データを再生出力する手段と外部ＡＶ機器を制御する手段とを有する表示制御装置５と、表示出力手装置６と、外部映像装置７とで構成される。
管理編集サーバ１は、映像、音声、および各種データなどよりインフォメーションの最小単位のコンテンツを編集記憶し、該コンテンツおよび外部コンテンツデータなどを編集して番組データをファイルサーバ３に編集登録すると共に通信回線ＮＴ１を経由して通信接続された複数の表示端末装置Ｄ、Ｄ’を制御するための制御データを編集登録する。ファイルサーバ３に編集登録された番組データおよび制御データは通信回線ＮＴ１経由で送出される。表示端末装置Ｄは受信した番組データおよび制御データを記憶すると共に該番組データおよび制御データにより再生出力する。同時に外部映像装置７を制御して映像および音声番組を再生出力させる。ＰＤＰ等の大画面表示部、スピーカなどの音声出力部、表示信号生成部および入力信号選択部などで構成される表示装置６は、表示制御部５からの制御指令に基づき、表示制御部５からの入力信号および外部映像装置７からの入力信号を切替選択し、映像および音声によるインフォメーションを表示出力する。

図２を用いて管理編集サーバおよびファイルサーバの詳細動作を説明する。
管理編集サーバ１は、
コンテンツ一画面毎の表示時間を設定する表示時間設定部１１ｂとコンテンツ一画面毎の表示内容を編集する表示内容編集部１１ｅと画像データや文字情報を配置等を定型的に配置したテンプレートを作成登録するテンプレート作成登録部１１ｆとテンプレートの文字色たフォントの変更して編集するテンプレート編集部１１ｇとなどからなる画面編集部１１と、スケジュールの登録、編集を行ったスケジュールの更新登録、各表示端末装置の自動電源入切り制御のスケジュールの登録などを行うスケジュールマスタ登録部１３と、スケジュールマスタ登録部１３が設定した日付選択、情報ソース選択、表示時間などの変更と手動制御などを行うスケジュールアクティブ登録部１２と、編集、登録などの作業画面を選択するメニュー画面選択部１４と、表示端末装置の音量、自動電源入切りの時間のディフォルト値などを設定する端末設定部１５と、テンプレートや外部入力画像データ、音声データ、文字情報などを編集してコンテンツを作成するコンテンツ編集部１８と、内部作成されたコンテンツと外部ＡＶ装置１０より入力した画像データ、音声データ、文字情報などを編集してインフォメーション番組を作成する番組編集部１９と、外部ＡＶ装置１０を制御する入力機器制御部２０と、編集および登録などの操作を行う操作部２９と、複数の表示端末装置などの動作を制御するシステム制御部２８と、通信回線ＮＴ１に通信接続する通信制御部３０とで構成されている。

実施例の装置においては、表示端末装置毎の音量調整、電源の自動入切設定、現在時刻の設定などを行う端末設定部１５、外部ＡＶ装置１０や外部映像装置類の登録を行う機器アドレス登録部１７、複数の外部ＡＶ装置１０よりの画像信号を入力する画像データ入力部２１、同音声データを入力する音声データ入力部２２、複数の画像データ入力および音声データ入力より編集入力として選択入力する入力データ選択部２３、画像データおよびテロップデータより画像信号を表示装置２に生成出力する画像信号生成部２５、音声データより音声信号を表示装置２に生成出力する音声信号生成部２６およびファイルサーバ３内に記憶登録されたデータを検索出力する検索部２４などが加わっている。

ファイルサーバ３は、
通信回線ＮＴ１に通信接続する通信制御部３１と、管理編集サーバ１より通信回線ＮＴ１を経由して受信した画像データを記憶再生する画像データファイル３３と、同音声データを記憶再生する音声データファイル３４と、同テキストデータを記憶再生するテキストデータファイル３５と、同テンプレートデータを記憶再生するテンプレートファイル３７と、同コンテンツデータを記憶再生するコンテンツデータファイル３９と、同番組データを記憶再生する番組データファイル４０と、該データファイル類の記憶再生を制御するファイル制御部３２とで構成されている。オプションとして、設定登録された表示端末装置のアプリケーションプログラムの記憶再生を行うＥＸＥデータファイル３６、予約登録された予約登録データの記憶再生を行う予約データファイル３８などを追加設置することが出来る。

本部装置Ｈの動作説明に先立ち、インフォメーションの階層別構成を解説する。
通信回線ＮＴ１には、最上位の行政チャンネル、流通部門チャンネル、金融部門チャンネル、ブライダル部門チャンネル、企業内向けチャンネルなど複数のチャンネルが、多重化されて伝送される。各チャンネルは、中位の行政情報番組、市内案内番組、商品情報番組、店舗情報番組、イベント案内番組、街角情報番組、お知らせ番組、会場紹介番組、サービス情報番組、店舗情報番組などの各種番組に、時刻データなどを付加して編集したものである。番組データは、画像データ、音声データ、文字情報、手動入力データなどを一次編集したコンテンツデータを編集して作成される。コンテンツデータは、ファイルサーバ３に予め記憶されているか、外部ＡＶ装置１０からか、もしくは、操作部２９などから入力された、テキストデータ、画像データ、音声データ、テンプレートデータなどを編集作成されたものである。コンテンツデータは、複数の画面が組み合わされた最小単位のインフォメーションでもある。編集作成に当たっては、各種サンプル画面のテンプレートなどを用いて、テキストデータ、画像データ、音声データなどを所定の場所に張り付けるだけで所定の一画面のコンテンツが作成される等の便利機能を用いることが出来る。

図５は本発明のによるコンテンツおよび番組編集の編集ツール画面の一例である。図６は本発明によるインフォメーションおよびスケジュール管理の説明図である。
図２、図５および図６を用いてコンテンツデータおよび番組データの編集過程を説明する。
各チンネルの番組は図６（ロ）のスケジュール表示に示すように、商品情報Ｓ６、店舗情報Ｓ７，・・・のようにコンテンツの集合体でありスロットＳに表示される各々のコンテンツには、（イ）インフォメーション表示パターンに示すように、表示時間ｔ、および表示切替効果ｅが付与されている。表示パターンは、テキスト表示、動画を含む画像表示、音声出力、テロップ表示などが組み合わされている。又スケジュールデータｄには、コンテンツや番組の時間管理だけではなく、表示端末装置の電源ＯＮ／ＯＦＦなどの制御データの含まれる。コンテンツデータ、番組データ、テロップデータ、テンプレート等の作成編集作業は、画面編集部１１より図５に示すような編集ツールにより、行われる。

メニュー画面選択部１４のスケジュールアクティブ画面には、月単位の年月日および曜日を表示し且つ日付が可能なカレンダ設定欄ａ、日付表示欄ｂ、送信チャンネル毎の番組を表示するチャンネル表示欄ｃ、チャンネル毎の時間帯別の送出動作を表示するチャンネル表示時間バーｄ、現在送出中の番組の種類を表示する番組表示欄ｇ、テロップを送出する時間帯を表示するテロップタイムチャートｆ，現在表示中の番組の静止画像もしくは動画像を表示する画像表示欄ｈ，パターン編集に必要となるパターン用テンプレートを選択するパターン選択ボタン欄ｉ、テロップ編集に必要となるテロップ用プレートを選択するテロップ選択ボタン欄ｊ、非常放送や一斉に通知する番組などを送出指令する強制表示ボタン欄ｋ、パターン編集を選択するパターン編集ボタンｍ、テロップ編集を選択するテロップ編集ボタンｎなどがある。

編集は、外部ＡＶ装置１０、操作部２９およびファイルサーバ３よりの入力データを画面編集部１１の編集ツールで編集し、完成したコンテンツデータ、番組データ、テロップデータなどは、通信制御部３０／通信回線ＮＴ１経由でファイルサーバ３に送られ、画像データファイル３３、音声データファイル３４、およびテキストデータファイル３５などにデータの種類別に記憶入力される。また番組およびコンテンツの構成、タイムスケジュール並びに機器の制御データを含む番組データおよびコンテンツデータは番組データファイル４０およびコンテンツデータファイル３９に記憶入力される。
ファイルサーバ３のファイル構成は、本実施例の形式にとらわれず、番組およびコンテンツ毎にまとめて記憶しても本システムと等価の効果を持つ。タイムスケジュールは一日２４時間を管理しており、表示端末装置Ｄおよび本部装置のＨの無人オペレーションを可能にしている。

システム全体の制御は、システム制御部２８が受け持っており、図示していない制御ファイルの運行テーブルに基づいて各部に制御指令をだすが詳細の説明は省略する。検索部２４はシステム制御部２８からの制御指令により、ファイルサーバ３から所定の番組データを呼び出し通信回線ＮＴ１を経由して複数の表示端末装置Ｄ、Ｄ’に送出させる。

表示端末装置Ｄは、画像表示出力する表示装置６、通信回線と通信接続する通信制御部５１、受信したコンテツデータの画像および音声データなどの表示データを記憶する表示データファイル５２ｂと同文字や記号などの文書データを記憶するテキストデータファイル５２ｃと同番組データを記憶する番組データメモリ５２ａと表示用アプリケーションプログラムを記憶するＥＸＥデータファイル５２ｄとを有するデータメモリ５２と、日時データを生成するカレンダ５５と、データメモリ５２からの読出データよりインフォメーションデータ生成するインフォメーション表示部５６ａと同再生データよりテロップ形式の表示データを生成表示するテロップ表示部５６ｂと外部映像装置よりの画像および音声を生成出力するＡＶ機器表示部５６ｄとインターネット上のＨＴＭＬなどによる情報から表示画面を生成するＷＷＷ表示部５６ｅとＥＸＥデータファイル５２ｄに記憶している表示アプリケーションデータに基づいて番組画面を表示生成するＥＸＥ表示部５６ｆとを有する表示画面生成部５６と、番組データに基づいて表示番組をスケージュール制御する番組制御部５７と、外部ＡＶ機器を制御する機器制御部６３と、該表示端末装置を手動操作する操作部５８とで構成されている。

通信回線ＮＴ１経由で受信した受信データなどは、番組データ、表示データ、およびテキストデータなどに再編成されて、番組データメモリ５２ａ、表示データファイル５２ｂ、およびテキストデータファイル５２ｃなどに記憶入力される。番組データは、コンテンツデータ、画像データ、音声データ、テロップデータなどで構成され、さらにコンテンツなどの表示時間制御、表示装置６の電源制御、音量制御および入力選択制御などの表示装置制御、外部映像装置の制御などの制御データが付与されている。さらに、表示端末装置Ｄ自身の電源制御データまで付与されている。

表示画面生成部５６は、カレンダ５５よりの日時データに基づいて定時的にデータメモリ５２から番組データを読出し、表示出力する表示データを生成する。さらに個別動作を説明する。インフォメーション表示部５６ａはインフォメーションデータの表示データ生成し、テロップ表示部５６ｂはテロップ形式の表示データを生成し、ＡＶ機器表示部５６ｄは外部映像装置よりの画像信号および音声信号より表示データを生成する。ＥＸＥ表示部５６ｆは、ＥＸＥデータファイルに記憶している、ＪＡＶＡやプレゼンテーションソフトなどの管理編集サーバより受信記憶したアプリケーションソフトを用いて、番組データより表示データを生成する。ＷＷＷ表示部５６ｅは、インターネット用のブラウザソフトを用いて、番組データより表示データを生成する。
案内表示部５６ｃは、会議室、講習室、展示室などの施設の利用をタイムチャートなどを用いて予約登録された予約登録データを、管理編集サーバ１より通信回線ＮＴ１を経由して受信し、施設の予約や案内情報の表示データを生成する。

表示データ生成部５９は表示画面生成部５６が生成した表示データより画像および音声信号データを生成し、該信号データより画像信号生成部６０および音声信号生成部６２はアナログ映像信号および音声信号を生成出力する。
表示装置６は、ＰＤＰなどの大画面マトリクス形ディスプレイパネル、もしくは液晶ディスプレイプロジェクタなどの大画面の表示部６ａと、スピーカなど音声を出力する音声出力部６ｂとを有する。信号の入力は複数チャンネルありその一端は表示制御装置５に接続され、別の端子にはＶＴＲ、ＤＶＤ、カメラなどの外部映像装置７が接続されている。機器制御部６３よりの制御信号により、これら複数の入力信号が選択入力されると共に外部映像装置７の電源入切、再生、停止などの制御も行われる。
