本発明は、薬液散布装置、灌水装置等のような各種の加圧液導管の接続箇所に用いる組継手の雌ねじ継手に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、薬液散布装置では薬液圧送用ポンプからホース等のフレキシブル導管を経て、加圧薬液を噴霧竿に送る際、その加圧薬液を送る導管の接続箇所に雄ねじ継手と雌ねじ継手とを組み合せた、例えば図4に示すような組継手1を用いている。この雄ねじ継手2は外周面に雄ねじ3を設けたねじ部4を有する筒状体であり、締め付け用鍔部5を有する。なお、鍔部5にはそのねじ部4に向く面にリング状のパッキン49を備えている。

一方、雌ねじ継手6は開口7を有する一端面側を雄ねじ継手2との接続に用い、開口8を有する他端面側を加圧薬液導管として使用するホース9との接続に用いて、穴内面に雌ねじ10を設けたナット(図では蝶ナットを示している)11と、そのナット11の管接続側開口8を差し通して、一端側をパッキン部12として穴内に収容し、他端側を管接続部13として外部に突出する筒状中芯14との組立体である。そして、中芯14にはそのパッキン部12の雄ねじ継手接続側端面付近に、ナット11の穴内周面とのシール材としてリング状パッキン15を備えている。なお、16は中芯14の管接続部13を覆ったホース9の端部を外側から更に覆ってかしめる筒状のかしめ具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付の図1〜3を参照して、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図1は本発明を適用した縒り戻し機能付き雌ねじ継手の上半分を断面で示す正面図である。この雌ねじ継手28は蝶ナット29と筒状中芯30とパッキン具31との組立体にし、上下左右対称構造にする。又、その強度を大きくするため、各部品の主要部をステンレス、真鍮等の金属製にする。そこで、組立に際し、ナット29を雌ねじ継手28のボディにし、その開口32を有する一端面側を雄ねじ継手との接続に用い、開口33を有する他端面側を加圧液導管との接続に用いる。なお、ナットとして蝶ナットを用いず、六角ナット等を用いることができる。
