Description

【0001】

Conventionally, a writing instrument (hereinafter referred to as an “oil-based sign pen”) using a volatile organic solvent such as alcohol as the main solvent is sealed and sealed with a cap or tail plug so that the ink contained in the shaft body does not volatilize. However, due to the nature of the solvent, the solvent evaporates little by little, and the vapor permeates through the shaft body and volatilizes.
For this reason, for example, in the double-headed oil-based sign pen described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-15197, during long-term storage, the ink occlusion body in a single shaft cylinder and the ink occlusion body in a double shaft cylinder are shafts. There was a difference in the amount of volatile organic solvent that permeated through the tube, and in the drawings of the publication, there was a case where a significant difference in writing life was produced between the pen core (2) side and the pen core (6) side.

[0010]
In the embodiment, at least one perforation is formed near the rear end of the side surface of the inner cylinder shaft 8.
However, the perforation according to the present invention is provided so that the inner cylinder shaft and the outer cylinder shaft communicate with the inner cylinder shaft, and preferably the inner cylinder shaft side surface away from the bottom surface of the inner cylinder shaft Is provided. In addition, any number of perforations can be provided depending on the size of the writing instrument, but the effect of the present invention can be obtained if at least one perforation is provided.
Further, the shape of the perforations is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a columnar shape, a columnar shape, and a quadrangular column.
[0011]
Although it does not specifically limit as a material used for the outer cylinder axis | shaft shape | molded with resin which a solvent permeate | transmits, For example, a polypropylene etc. are mentioned.
[0012]
The ink filled in the ink occlusion body 3 and the ink occlusion body 7 used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is an ink made of the same type of solvent, and may be the same color or different color inks.
[0013]
The same type of solvent is not particularly limited as long as it is used as a main solvent for the ink filled in the ink occlusion body 3 and the ink occlusion body 7 and is a solvent that permeates the resin that forms the outer cylinder shaft. For example, a solvent selected from the group consisting of alcohols such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, n-butyl alcohol, and alkylene glycol ethers such as ethylene glycol methyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether. I just need it.
[0014]
Moreover, the ink used by this invention should just use a pigment and / or dye as a coloring material.
[0015]
Although it does not specifically limit as a pigment, For example, organic pigments, such as inorganic pigments, such as a titanium oxide and carbon black, for example, a phthalocyanine type, an azo type, an anthraquinone type, a quinacridone type etc. are mentioned. These pigments may be used as they are, or processed pigments surface-modified with a resin, a surfactant or the like may be used.
[0016]
Although it does not specifically limit as dye, For example, what was solubilized or microencapsulated etc. may be sufficient as well as basic dye, acid dye, direct dye, etc. Specific examples of the dye include, for example, “Varifast Black # 1802”, “Varifast Black # 1805”, “Varifast Black # 3820”, “Varifast Violet # 1701”, “Varifast Black” manufactured by Orient Chemical Co., Ltd. “Spiron Violet C-RH”, “Spiron Black CMH special”, “Spiron Yellow C-GNH”, “Spiron Orange” manufactured by Hodogaya Chemical Co., Ltd. GRH "," Spiron Red BEH ", etc., auramine, rhodamine and the like.
[0017]
The amount added to these inks is not particularly limited, and may be an amount according to the solubility and dispersibility of the ink or an amount suitable for a desired hue and density. However, this amount is closely related to the imprint density and the ink discharge amount. If the addition amount is too large, the imprint density increases, but the discharge amount decreases and the life of the writing instrument is shortened. On the other hand, if the amount added is small, the stamping life is prolonged, but the color of the imprint is not good. The amount added to the ink is appropriately selected from the range of usually 3 to 20% by weight with respect to the total amount of ink.
[0018]
In preparing the ink, a vehicle is usually used. Examples of the vehicle include those composed of one type of dispersion resin and one or more of the same types of solvents.
[0019]
Examples of the dispersion resin include polyvinyl butyral resin and ethyl cellulose resin.
[0020]
Components other than those described above may be added to the ink used in the present invention as needed, as long as the properties of the double-headed writing instrument of the present invention are not impaired. Examples of components that can be added include resins, surfactants, preservatives, and dispersion aids.
[0021]
The material used for the ink occlusion body is not particularly limited. For example, sponge rubber, plastic, ceramic, metal sintered body, and the like can be used. Specific examples thereof include acrylic rubber, butyl rubber, and acrylonitrile. -Butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, ethylene-butylene rubber, vinyl chloride rubber, EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer), PVF (polyvinyl formal), etc. are mentioned.
[0022]
Examples of the resin for forming the inner cylinder shaft 8 and the inner cylinder shaft head 5 include polyethylene and polypropylene.
[0023]
In addition, the resin used for the outer cylinder shaft and the inner cylinder shaft considers the sealing performance by the outer cylinder shaft and the inner cylinder shaft, and the resins are brought into close contact with each other due to the difference in hardness or the softness of the resin. It is preferable to appropriately select a resin that can handle the above, and it is more preferable to select a resin that has a good combination of resin and solvent.
[0024]
The material of the pen core 2 and the pen core 6 according to the present invention may be appropriately selected depending on the use of the double-headed writing instrument of the present invention, and examples thereof include a fiber bundle core and plastic.
In the case of using a fiber bundle core, batting fibers are used, and the kind thereof is not particularly limited, and the outer skin can be used by either film winding or tubing.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
The double-headed writing instrument of the present invention has the following effects.
In the conventional writing instrument, the inner cylinder shaft formed of polyethylene or polypropylene serves as a tail plug of the ink storage body of each of the front writing instrument and the rear writing instrument, thereby preventing volatilization of the ink filled in the ink storage body. However, there is no perforation that allows the inner cylinder shaft and the outer cylinder shaft to communicate with each other on the rear end side of the inner cylinder shaft from the inner cylinder shaft and outer cylinder shaft fitting portion. Therefore, the amount of increase in the vapor pressure accompanying the increase in the outside air temperature is larger than the solvent used for normal markers, and the ink occlusion body for the front writing instrument that does not have the inner cylinder shaft inserted is removed by permeation. There was a problem that the volatilization loss from the entire surface of the cylinder shaft was increased, and the life of the writing instrument was extremely shorter than that of the rear writing instrument. On the other hand, according to the present invention, the inner cylinder shaft and the outer cylinder shaft are provided with perforations on the rear end side of the inner cylinder shaft so that the inner cylinder shaft and the outer cylinder shaft communicate with each other. By allowing the inner and outer cylinder shafts to communicate with each other, the loss of volatilization from the ink occlusion body in the front writing instrument is mitigated, and the writing life balance of the front writing instrument and the rear writing instrument can be balanced.
Further, if the perforations are provided on the side surface of the inner cylinder shaft that is separated from the bottom surface of the inner cylinder shaft, it is possible to further suppress adverse effects such as ink color mixing.
Furthermore, if the outer cylinder shaft is molded from polypropylene and the inner cylinder shaft is molded from, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., the sealing performance is good, the cost is low, and the molding is easy.
Furthermore, by selecting a solvent used for the ink, that is, a solvent that permeates the resin, the above effect can be further achieved.
