Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an equipment inspection support apparatus for an air conditioner, and more particularly to an apparatus for supporting an inspection operation of an air conditioning equipment in a nuclear power plant or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Air conditioners at nuclear power plants are regularly inspected and stored in order to improve reliability, detect failures early, and quickly recover.
[0003]
Conventionally, in the inspection of the air conditioning equipment, a measurement person carries a recording sheet and first enters the name of the air conditioning equipment and the date of inspection. Then, the measurer measures the vibration in the air conditioner with a vibration sensor, and obtains an equivalent peak value (: effective value × √2) of the displacement waveform. In addition, the measurer measures the temperature of the air conditioning equipment, investigates whether there are any oil leaks, odors, or noises, fills it in a record sheet, and then sends the data to a computer installed in the office. To compare with past data and output forms.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional inspection method described above, since it is necessary to accurately represent and record the operating state of the device, there is a limitation that a skilled person must be in charge of the measurer.
Such restrictions are contrary to the recent shortage of skilled workers and the reduction in work costs associated with inspections, and an inspection support device that allows anyone to easily perform inspection work and create forms in a short time is desired. It was rare.
[0005]
Furthermore, in the conventional method described above, the vibration data of the air-conditioning equipment was expressed as a single numerical value as an equivalent peak value obtained by measuring the displacement for several seconds. However, if the vibration waveform itself is to be examined in detail, these waveform data Was not recorded as a database, and there was a risk of lack of data for consideration.
[0006]
The present invention pays attention to the above-mentioned conventional problems, and provides an equipment inspection support device for an air conditioner that does not require skill in inspection work, can create a form in a short time, and can also record the vibration waveform itself. The purpose is to do.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides an equipment inspection support device for an air conditioner that includes a terminal device capable of collecting data and a diagnostic unit that takes in data collected by the terminal device and performs arithmetic processing on the data. This is based on the knowledge that a user is not required, can be easily inspected, and can capture even more detailed waveform data.

[0009]
The information input unit includes at least an imaging unit and a vibration sensor, and the control unit captures an image from the imaging unit and an equivalent peak value from the vibration sensor into the database, and the first communication unit It is desirable to connect a communication means to the second communication unit, and further, the sampling period of the vibration sensor is set in the range of 1 KHz to 10 KHz, and the sampling time of the vibration sensor is set in the range of 1 second to 5 seconds. It is preferable to set.
[0010]
The alarm means is connected to the first communication section, and the control means activates the alarm means when the calculation result of the information received by the second communication section is out of a preset range of the database. Or let
Alternatively, a screen display unit is connected to the first communication unit, and the control unit selects a defect similar to the calculation result of the information received by the second communication unit from the database, and sets the item of the defect to the screen You may make it display on a display part.
[0011]
Moreover, the equipment inspection support device for an air conditioner according to the present invention can also be expressed as follows.
That is, the equipment inspection support apparatus for an air conditioner according to the present invention includes a portable terminal device for recording vibration and temperature measurement data and appearance inspection results in an air conditioner such as a blower, an exhaust fan, or a refrigerator. Have. In addition to the terminal device, the apparatus includes a diagnosis unit that is located away from the air conditioning equipment and stores measurement data and inspection results as a database.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing vibration waveform data and a method of calculating an equivalent peak value from the waveform data.
[0030]
In the present embodiment, the sampling interval Ts is 0.5 mS (sampling frequency: 2 kHz), the sampling time Tn is 3 seconds, and 6000 pieces of data are collected per location. The equivalent peak value is calculated from the following formula.
[Formula 1]
[0031]
Since the measurement locations are usually along the three-axis directions (X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis), the number of data per location is 18000.
In the inspection of the air conditioner, it is necessary to transmit video, temperature, and appearance inspection result data in addition to vibration measurement. And in an air conditioner, since there are usually 3 to 5 measurement points, 10 minutes of measurement time is required for each air conditioner. And since the length of this measurement time is substantially equivalent to the conventional inspection time, it can prevent that inspection efficiency falls.
[0032]
Furthermore, in the conventional measuring method, since the frequency range of the measuring instrument is 10 to 1000 Hz, from the sampling theorem, the sampling frequency is set to 2 kHz, which is equal to or higher than the conventional method.
In addition, in the air conditioner equipment
[0033]
For example, various problems in the air conditioner can be estimated by performing frequency analysis of the displacement or the speed obtained by differentiating the displacement with respect to time and the acceleration obtained by the second order differentiation.
That is, unbalance and misalignment of the rotating system seen at a relatively low frequency (several hundreds of kHz or less) can be analyzed by frequency analysis of the displacement of the rotating shaft, and the rotating support system can be confirmed at a higher frequency. The looseness of the foundation, the weakness of the foundation where the air conditioner is installed, or the electric abnormality of the motor can be analyzed by frequency analysis of the speed of the rotating shaft. Further, damage to rolling bearings, wear or chipping of gears, contact between a rotating part and a fixed part, and the like seen at a higher frequency (several kHz) can be estimated from frequency analysis of acceleration.
