Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air pressure alarm device for a vehicle, and more particularly to an air pressure alarm device for a vehicle capable of providing an appropriate tire air pressure alarm even when the vehicle tire is replaced with a vehicle tire having different tire characteristics.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is known to detect the air pressure of a vehicle tire and notify the detected tire air pressure to the user as the tire air pressure state.
[0003]
For example, JP 10-508264 A discloses a tire air pressure signal detected by a pressure sensor and a tire stored in a vehicle control unit.AppropriateIt is disclosed that when the tire pressure detected as a result of comparing with the air pressure is lower than the appropriate air pressure, the display device displays a decrease state of the tire air pressure.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the proper air pressure of a tire changes according to tire characteristics, such as a tire maker and a tire size.
[0005]
However, the vehicle control unit for informing the tire air pressure corresponds to the characteristics of the tire that the vehicle manufacturer has installed at the time of vehicle shipment.AppropriateSince only the air pressure information is stored, if the tire characteristics are changed by replacing the tire, it is stored in the control unit.AppropriateThere is a problem that a deviation occurs between the air pressure and the appropriate air pressure of the tire that is actually mounted, and an appropriate tire air pressure alarm cannot be performed.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle that can provide an appropriate tire pressure alarm even when the vehicle tire is replaced with a vehicle tire having different tire characteristics. It is to provide a pneumatic alarm device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following method for solving it. That is, the present inventionFirstIn the configuration, an air pressure sensor that is mounted on a vehicle tire and detects a tire air pressure;
  A notification device for notifying the air pressure state of the vehicle tire;
  A control unit that informs the air pressure state of the vehicle tire to the alarm device;
  A tire specifying information input device configured to allow the control unit to input tire specifying information for specifying the type of the vehicle tire from outside the control unit;
Appropriate air pressure information corresponding to tire specifying information for specifying the type of vehicle tire is stored.AppropriateA pneumatic information storage device,
  The control unit includes the vehicle tire.AppropriateMemorize air pressureAppropriatePneumatic storage means;
  TheAppropriateStored in pneumatic storage meansAppropriateDetermination means for determining the state of the tire pressure based on the relationship between the air pressure and the tire pressure detected by the air pressure sensor;
Notification control means for informing the notification device when the determination means determines that the tire air pressure is excessive or insufficient; and
Corresponding to the type of vehicle tire entered by the tire identification information input deviceAppropriateAir pressure information aboveAppropriateObtained and obtained from pneumatic information storage deviceAppropriateBased on air pressure information, stored in the appropriate air pressure storage meansAppropriateCorrect air pressureAppropriateAnd air pressure correcting means.,
The air pressure sensor is configured to store in advance tire specifying information related to a type of vehicle tire to which the air pressure sensor is mounted, and transmit the tire specifying information together with the detected tire air pressure to the control unit. The sensor is configured to also serve as the tire specifying information input device.
[0008]
Even if the user recognizes that the appropriate air pressure changes as the tire is changed, it is not easy to obtain specific information on how much the air pressure actually changes.
[0009]
Of the present inventionFirstWith this configuration, the user inputs tire specifying information for specifying the type of vehicle tire into the control unit. Here, the tire specifying information is information such as a tire manufacturer, a product number, and a tire size that can be easily obtained, and the user can easily obtain such information at the time of tire replacement.
[0010]
When the user inputs tire specifying information for specifying the type of vehicle tire to the control unit, the control unit stores appropriate air pressure information corresponding to the tire specifying information for specifying the type of vehicle tire.AppropriateObtained appropriate air pressure information from the air pressure information storage deviceAppropriateIn order to correct the appropriate air pressure based on the air pressure information,AppropriateAn appropriate tire pressure state relative to the air pressure can be notified.
[0011]
Since the air pressure sensor is attached as a dedicated sensor for each tire, tire specifying information of the tire to which the air pressure sensor is attached can be stored in advance in the air pressure sensor.
[0012]
Of the present inventionFirstAccording to the configuration, since the tire specifying information is transmitted to the control unit together with the tire pressure detected by the air pressure sensor, the input of the tire specifying information by the user can be omitted.
[0013]
Of the present inventionSecondIn this configuration, the appropriate air pressure information storage device is configured by a storage device mounted on a vehicle and capable of communicating with the control unit.
[0014]
Of the present inventionSecondAccording to the configuration, the tire specific information is supported by the appropriate air pressure information storage device mounted on the vehicle.AppropriateAir pressure information can be obtained.
[0015]
Of the present inventionThirdIn this configuration, the appropriate air pressure information storage device is arranged at a predetermined location outside the vehicle, and is configured from an external storage device capable of communicating with the control unit via communication means.
[0016]
Of the present inventionThirdAccording to the configuration of theAppropriateCorresponding to tire specific information by pneumatic information storage deviceAppropriateSince the air pressure information can be obtained, it is not necessary to mount an appropriate air pressure information storage device on the vehicle, and an increase in vehicle cost can be suppressed.
[0017]
Of the present invention4thIn the configuration ofcorrectionThe means is configured such that the appropriate air pressure is corrected when the identification information for identifying the vehicle tire of the vehicle and the other vehicle is registered.
[0018]
Usually, the air pressure sensor transmits the tire air pressure detected by radio wave communication to the control unit. Therefore, when another person's vehicle approaches the own vehicle, there is a concern that the control unit of the own vehicle receives the tire air pressure detected by the air pressure sensor of the other person's vehicle and makes a false alarm of the tire air pressure. .
[0019]
Therefore, when the tire is mounted, registration information is registered with the control unit in order to identify the air pressure sensor of the own vehicle.
[0020]
Of the present invention4thAccording to this configuration, registration of identification information and correction of appropriate air pressure can be performed at the same time, and the user's work can be prevented from becoming complicated.
[0021]
  In a fifth configuration of the present invention, an air pressure sensor mounted on a vehicle tire for detecting tire air pressure;
  A notification device for notifying the air pressure state of the vehicle tire;
  A control unit that informs the air pressure state of the vehicle tire to the alarm device;
  A tire specifying information input device configured to allow the control unit to input tire specifying information for specifying the type of the vehicle tire from outside the control unit;
  An appropriate air pressure information storage device that stores appropriate air pressure information according to tire specifying information for specifying the type of the vehicle tire;
The control unit includes appropriate air pressure storage means for storing the appropriate air pressure of the vehicle tire,
  Determining means for determining the state of the tire pressure based on the relationship between the appropriate air pressure stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means and the tire air pressure detected by the air pressure sensor;
Notification control means for informing the notification device when the determination means determines that the tire air pressure is excessive or insufficient; and
Appropriate air pressure information corresponding to the type of tire for the vehicle input by the tire specifying information input device is obtained from the appropriate air pressure information storage device, and the appropriate air pressure stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means based on the obtained appropriate air pressure information And an appropriate air pressure correction means for correcting the air pressure,
The control unit stores tire mounting permission information storage means for storing tire mounting permission information that can be mounted on a vehicle, tire specifying information input by the tire specifying information input means, and tire mounting permission information storage means. Checking means for checking the tire mounting permission information And a collation result notification control unit that informs the collation result of the collation unit to the notification device.
[0022]
Even if the user recognizes that the appropriate air pressure changes as the tire is changed, it is not easy to obtain specific information on how much the air pressure actually changes.
[0023]
According to the fifth configuration of the present invention, the user inputs tire specifying information for specifying the type of vehicle tire to the control unit. Here, the tire specifying information is information such as a tire manufacturer, a product number, and a tire size that can be easily obtained, and the user can easily obtain such information at the time of tire replacement.
[0024]
When the user inputs tire specifying information for specifying the type of vehicle tire to the control unit, the control unit stores the appropriate air pressure information for storing the appropriate air pressure information corresponding to the tire specifying information for specifying the type of the vehicle tire. Since the appropriate air pressure information is obtained from the apparatus and the appropriate air pressure is corrected based on the obtained appropriate air pressure information, it is possible to notify an appropriate tire air pressure state with respect to the appropriate air pressure of the vehicle tire actually mounted.
[0025]
If incorrect tire identification information is input when inputting tire identification information, an appropriate air pressure alarm cannot be performed.
[0026]
According to the fifth configuration of the present invention, when tire specific information related to a tire that cannot be originally mounted is input, it is determined that the wrong tire specific information is input and is notified to the alarm device. A false air pressure alarm can be suppressed.
[0027]
In addition, it is possible to suppress a tire that is originally not suitable for mounting from being erroneously mounted.
[0028]
In the sixth configuration of the present invention, the tire specifying information input device is mounted on a vehicle and includes input means capable of communicating with the control unit.
[0029]
According to the sixth configuration of the present invention, the tire specifying information can be input to the control unit by the input means mounted on the vehicle.
[0030]
In the seventh configuration of the present invention, the proper air pressure information storage device is configured by a storage device mounted on a vehicle and capable of communicating with the control unit.
[0031]
According to the seventh configuration of the present invention, the appropriate air pressure information corresponding to the tire specifying information can be obtained by the appropriate air pressure information storage device mounted on the vehicle.
[0032]
In the eighth configuration of the present invention, the appropriate air pressure information storage device is arranged at a predetermined location outside the vehicle, and is configured from an external storage device capable of communicating with the control unit via communication means.
[0033]
According to the eighth configuration of the present invention, since the appropriate air pressure information corresponding to the tire identification information can be obtained by the appropriate air pressure information storage device outside the vehicle such as the information center, the appropriate air pressure information storage device is mounted on the vehicle. This is unnecessary, and an increase in vehicle cost can be suppressed.
[0034]
In the ninth configuration of the present invention, the appropriate air pressure correction means is configured to correct the appropriate air pressure when registering identification information for identifying the vehicle tire of the vehicle and the other vehicle.
[0035]
Normally, the air pressure sensor sends the tire pressure detected by radio communication to the control unit. I believe. Therefore, when another person's vehicle approaches the own vehicle, there is a concern that the control unit of the own vehicle receives the tire air pressure detected by the air pressure sensor of the other person's vehicle and makes a false alarm of the tire air pressure. .
[0036]
Therefore, when the tire is mounted, registration information is registered with the control unit in order to identify the air pressure sensor of the own vehicle.
[0037]
According to the ninth configuration of the present invention, identification information registration and appropriate air pressure correction can be performed at the same time, and it is possible to prevent the user's work from becoming complicated.
[0038]
In the tenth configuration of the present invention, when the tire specifying information is not input, a means for urging input of the tire specifying information is provided.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, even when the vehicle tire is replaced with a vehicle tire having different tire characteristics, an appropriate tire pressure alarm can be issued.
[0040]

[0052]
First, FIG. 6 shows an example in which a disk drive 50 a mounted on the vehicle 1 and capable of transmitting information to and from the control unit 20 is used as the vehicle tire characteristic input device 50.
[0053]
In the disk drive 50a, the user corresponds to the characteristics of the vehicle tire.AppropriateThe portable removable disk 50b in which the air pressure value is written can be inserted, and the disk 50b is writtenAppropriateRead the air pressure value and read itAppropriateThe air pressure value is configured to be transmitted to the control unit 20.

[0055]
FIG. 7 shows an example in which a screen input device 50 c mounted on the vehicle 1 and capable of transmitting information to and from the control unit 20 is used as the vehicle tire characteristic input device 50.
[0056]

The external input device 50d is composed of, for example, a user-owned terminal, and the user inputs an appropriate air pressure value corresponding to the characteristics of the vehicle tire to the terminal.AppropriateAn operation is performed so that the air pressure value is transmitted to the control unit 20 of the own vehicle through communication means such as a telephone line or radio wave communication means.
[0060]
When the control unit 20 receives the appropriate air pressure value from the external input device 50d,AppropriateAir pressure correction means 20h receivedAppropriateAir pressure valueAppropriateNew pneumatic storage means 20dAppropriateCorrect as air pressure.
[0061]
next,Reference exampleSpecific control contents by the central processing units 6e to 9e of the air pressure sensors 6 to 9 will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
[0062]
In step S1 of FIG. 9, the actually measured air pressure Po, the tire temperature T, and the acceleration G detected by the detectors 6a to 9a, 6b to 9b, and 6c to 9c of the air pressure sensors 6 to 9 are read.
[0063]
Subsequently, in step S2, it is determined whether or not an abnormally reduced pressure state in which the change in the actually measured air pressure Po is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. When it is determined YES in step S2, that is, when it is determined that the tire pressure is abnormally reduced due to puncture or the like, it is necessary to transmit the latest tire pressure to the control unit 20 every moment. Then, the tire air pressure and the tire temperature are detected with respect to the control unit 20 in the shortest cycle t1, and the detected actual air pressure Po and tire temperature T are transmitted to the control unit 20.
[0064]
If NO is determined in step S2, the process proceeds to step S4, and it is determined whether the vehicle is in a traveling state based on the detected acceleration G. When YES is determined in step S4 and it is determined that the vehicle is in the traveling mode, the process proceeds to step S5, and the tire air pressure state and the tire temperature are detected at a long period t2 in the tire pressure state during traveling with respect to the abnormal decompression mode. The actually measured air pressure Po and the tire temperature T detected are transmitted to the control unit 20. Here, the reason why the detection and transmission cycle is set longer for the abnormal decompression mode in the traveling mode is that the tire pressure is less urgent in the normal traveling mode. This is to extend the battery life of the sensors 6-9.
[0065]
If NO is determined in step S4 and it is determined that the vehicle is in the stop mode, the process proceeds to step S6, and the tire pressure and the tire temperature are detected at a period t3 that is longer than the period t1 of the abnormal pressure reduction mode and the period t2 of the traveling mode. At the same time, the detected measured air pressure Po and tire temperature T are transmitted to the control unit 20. Here, the reason for setting the longest detection and transmission cycle in the stop mode is that even if there is a change in the tire pressure, there is little influence even if the notification of the state is somewhat delayed if the vehicle is stopped, This is to extend the battery life of the air pressure sensors 6 to 9 by extending the detection and transmission cycle.
[0066]
next,Reference exampleThe specific control content by the central processing unit 20b of the control unit 20 will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
[0067]
In step S10 of FIG. 10, in addition to the measured air pressure Po, tire temperature T, acceleration G, and vehicle tire identification information detected by the detection units 6a to 9a, 6b to 9b, and 6c to 9c of the air pressure sensors 6 to 9, When registering a vehicle speed signal, an ignition switch signal, various navigation system signals, and vehicle tire identification information, an identification information registration switch (not shown) signal operated by the user is read.
[0068]
In subsequent step S11, it is determined whether or not the registration mode in which the vehicle tire identification information is to be registered. Specifically, for example, when the identification information registration switch is turned on and the ignition switch is turned on, the registration mode is determined. If YES is determined in the step S11, the process proceeds to a step S12 so as to determine whether or not the vehicle tire identification information has been registered. When it is determined NO in step S12, the process proceeds to step S13, and the vehicle tire identification information received from the air pressure sensors 6 to 9 is registered in the vehicle tire identification information storage unit 20i of the control unit 20.
[0069]
That is, at the time of vehicle tire replacement, new vehicle tire identification information is registered in the control unit 20 in order to make the control unit 20 recognize that the tire to be newly attached belongs to the vehicle.
[0070]
If YES is determined in step S12, the registration has already been completed, and the process proceeds to step S14 without performing the process in step S13. If NO in step S11, the registration mode is not set, and the process proceeds to step S14 without performing steps S12 and S13.
[0071]
In step S <b> 14, it is determined whether or not an appropriate air pressure value is input from the vehicle tire characteristic input device 50 to the control unit 20. When it is determined as YES in step S14, the tire is replaced with a tire having a different characteristic, and it is determined that the appropriate air pressure of the tire has changed, so that the process proceeds to step S15 and stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means 20d.AppropriateInput instead of air pressure PbAppropriateThe air pressure value Pn is stored as the appropriate air pressure Pb. If NO is determined in step S14, the process proceeds to step S16 and is stored in the appropriate air pressure storage unit 20d.AppropriateThe air pressure Pb is set as the appropriate air pressure Pb as it is.
[0072]
It is stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means 20d.AppropriateThe air pressure Pb corresponds to the tire temperature T as shown in FIG.AppropriateThe air pressure Pb is stored. And for this tire temperature TAppropriateSince the tendency (inclination) of the air pressure Pb changes according to the difference in tire characteristics, it is input by the vehicle tire characteristic input device 50.AppropriateThe air pressure value Pn is one corresponding to normal temperature.AppropriateRather than inputting only the air pressure value Pn, it corresponds to the tire temperature TAppropriateIt is desirable to input the air pressure value Pn.
[0073]
And in step S17, it was set in step S15 or step S16.AppropriateThe excess / deficiency amount ΔP is calculated based on the deviation between the air pressure Pb and the actually measured air pressure Po read in step S10. In step S18, it is determined whether or not the excess / deficiency amount ΔP calculated in step S17 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. Set in step S16AppropriateThe alarm 30 is notified of the air pressure Pb and the excess / deficiency ΔP calculated in step S17.
[0074]
When NO is determined in step S17, the tire air pressure is normal, and the process of step S19 is bypassed and the process returns.
[0075]
As aboveReference exampleAccording to the above, when the vehicle tire having a different tire characteristic is replaced, an appropriate air pressure value Pn corresponding to the characteristic of the vehicle tire after replacement is input to the control unit 20 by the vehicle tire characteristic input device 50. Thus, the appropriate air pressure Pb stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means 20d is corrected to the input appropriate air pressure value Pn, so that the appropriate vehicle tire for the appropriate air pressure corresponding to the characteristics of the actually mounted vehicle tire. Air pressure alarm can be performed.
[0076]
  (Embodiment 1)
FIG.Embodiment 1It is a control block diagram which shows the detail of the control unit 20 in connection with,Reference exampleOn the other hand, instead of the vehicle tire characteristic input device 50, a vehicle tire specifying information input device 60 for inputting tire specifying information for specifying the type of the vehicle tire is provided, and according to the specific tire specifying information.AppropriateThe difference is that an appropriate air pressure information storage device 70 for storing air pressure information is provided.
[0077]
Hereinafter, the difference will be specifically described. In the vehicle tire identification information input device 60, tire identification information for identifying the type of vehicle tire, for example, information such as a tire manufacturer name, a product number, and a tire size is input by the user, and the input tire identification information is Input to the control unit 20. And the control unit 20 is memorize | stored in the appropriate air pressure information storage apparatus 70 based on the input tire specific information.AppropriateThe air pressure information is read out and obtained in the control unit 20, and the obtained information is obtained.AppropriateThe air pressure information is corrected as a new appropriate air pressure stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means 20d.
[0078]
next,Embodiment 1Specific control contents of the control unit 20 related to the above will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
[0079]
Steps S20 to S23 in FIG. 12 are the same as those in FIG.
[0080]
In step S24, it is determined whether or not vehicle tire specifying information has been input. Here, as shown in FIG. 13, the vehicle tire specifying information input device 60 is configured to be able to input a tire manufacturer, a product number, and a tire size as tire specifying information for specifying the type of the vehicle tire. These pieces of information are information that can be easily obtained by the user when replacing the tire.
[0081]
In addition, the vehicle tire identification information input device 60 is configured to be able to input information related to user preferences (emphasis on ride comfort, fuel efficiency, and travelability), and corrects appropriate air pressure according to user preferences. It is possible to do.
[0082]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the vehicle tire identification information input device 60 may be either a screen input device mounted on the vehicle 1 or a terminal placed at a predetermined location outside the vehicle 1. .
[0083]
Returning to step S24 of FIG. 12, when it is determined as YES in step S24, the process proceeds to step S25, and corresponds to the input vehicle tire specifying information.AppropriateThe air pressure value Pn is obtained from the appropriate air pressure information storage device 70.
[0084]
Here, the appropriate air pressure information storage device 70 is stored in the information center server 80a of the information center 80 outside the vehicle 1, as shown in FIG.AppropriateThe air pressure information database 80b is used. And thatAppropriateThe air pressure information database 80b corresponds to the tire temperature T according to the tire manufacturer, product number, and tire size, as shown in FIG.AppropriateThe air pressure value Pn is stored, and the control unit 20 obtains an appropriate air pressure value Pn corresponding to the tire temperature T.
[0085]
In step S26, it is stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means 20d.AppropriateThe air pressure Pb was obtained from the appropriate air pressure storage device 70.AppropriateThe air pressure value Pn is corrected, and in step S26, notification in step S27 described later is canceled.
[0086]
Moreover, when it determines with NO by step S24, it progresses to step S28 and alert | reports. For example, when the alarm 30 is a mere warning lamp, the vehicle tire identification information is used when a notification (change of the lighting method of the lamp, etc.) having a different notification form from the tire pressure alarm is made or a navigation system is used. Is displayed on the screen of the navigation system to prompt the user to input (for example, input tire specific information). This is because when in the identification information registration mode, the tire is being replaced with a new tire, and the appropriate air pressure needs to be corrected.
[0087]
If NO is determined in step S21, the appropriate air pressure Pb is stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means 20d in step S29.AppropriateSet as air pressure Pb. In step S30, it was set in step S26 or step S29.AppropriateThe excess / deficiency amount ΔP is calculated based on the deviation between the air pressure Pb and the actually measured air pressure Po detected in step S20. In step S32, it is determined whether or not the excess / deficiency ΔP calculated in step S30 is equal to or greater than a predetermined value. If YES is determined, the process proceeds to step S33, and the measured air pressure Po, the appropriate air pressure Pb, and the excess / deficiency ΔP are determined. The alarm 30 is notified.
[0088]
When NO is determined in step S31, the tire air pressure is normal, and the process of step S32 is bypassed and the process returns.
[0089]
As aboveEmbodiment 1Accordingly, when the vehicle tire is replaced with a vehicle tire having different tire characteristics, the vehicle tire specifying information input device 60 inputs the tire specifying information for specifying the type of the vehicle tire after the replacement into the control unit 20. And according to the control unit 20, it respond | corresponded to the tire temperature T memorize | stored in the appropriate air pressure memory | storage device 70 based on the input tire specific information.AppropriateThe air pressure value Pn was obtained and stored in the appropriate air pressure storage means 20d.AppropriateAir pressure Pb was obtainedAppropriateIt is corrected to the air pressure value Pn.
[0090]
Therefore, it corresponds to tire specific informationAppropriateThe air pressure value Pn can be obtained from the appropriate air pressure storage device 70, and the appropriate air pressure Pb is obtained.AppropriateSince it is corrected to the air pressure value Pn, it corresponds to the tire that is actually mountedAppropriateAccording to air pressureAppropriateAir pressure alarm can be performed.
[0091]
Further, tire specifying information such as a tire manufacturer for specifying a tire type can be easily obtained by a user, and can be easily input to the vehicle tire specifying information input device 60.
[0092]
An appropriate air pressure storage device 70 is stored in the information center server 80a of the information center 80 outside the vehicle 1.AppropriateSince it is comprised from the air pressure information database 80b, since it is not necessary to provide the appropriate air pressure memory | storage device 70 in the vehicle 1, the cost increase of the vehicle 1 can be suppressed.
[0093]
In addition, when the vehicle tire identification information is registered, a notification that prompts the user to input the tire identification information is performed, so that the registration of the vehicle tire identification information and the input of the tire identification information are prompted at once, It is possible to prevent the work from becoming complicated.
[0094]
  (Embodiment 2)
FIG.Embodiment 2It is a control block diagram which shows the detail of the control unit 20 in connection with,Embodiment 1However, the difference is that a tire mounting information storage unit 20j, a verification unit 20k, and a verification result notification control unit 20l are added.
[0095]
Specifically, the tire identification information input unit 60 that stores tire mounting permission information that stores tire mounting permission information that can be mounted on the vehicle 1, and the tire specification input by the vehicle tire specification information input device 60. Information and the tire mounting permissible information stored in the tire mounting permissible information storage unit 20j, and the tire specifying information input by the vehicle tire specifying information input device 60 as a result of the collation by the collating unit 20k. When it is determined that the information is related to a tire that cannot be mounted on the vehicle, a verification result notification control unit 20l that notifies the notification device 30 of the result is added.
[0096]
In addition, the notification by the collation result notification control unit 201 is performed as different from the tire air pressure alarm as described in step S28 of FIG.
[0097]
next,Embodiment 2Specific control contents of the control unit 20 related to the above will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
[0098]
FIG. 17 is basically the same as FIG. 12. Step S 27 ′ in which a part of the content of step S 27 is changed, and steps S 33 and S 34 are added, and points (steps surrounded by a wavy line in FIG. 17). Since there are only differences, the differences will be described below.
[0099]
In step S33 of FIG. 17, it is verified whether the input tire specifying information matches any of the tire mounting allowance information stored in the tire mounting information storage means 20j.
[0100]
When it is determined YES in step S33, the input tire specifying information is the tire information that can be mounted, and it is determined that the input is correct. Therefore, normal processing after step S25 is performed. In step S27 ′, the notification executed in steps S28 and S33 is canceled.
[0101]
If it is determined NO in step S33, it is determined that specific information related to a tire that cannot be mounted has been input. Therefore, the process proceeds to step S34 to notify that the tire cannot be mounted and correct tire specification. The user is prompted to input information, and tires that are not suitable for wearing are prevented from being worn.
[0102]
As aboveEmbodiment 2According to the above, when tire specific information that cannot be originally mounted is input, the information is notified to the user, so that the tire specific information is erroneously input.AppropriateThe erroneous correction of the air pressure and the erroneous alarm of the tire air pressure associated with the erroneous correction can be suppressed. In addition, it is possible to suppress the wearing of a tire that is not suitable for wearing.
[0103]
  (Embodiment 3)
FIG.Embodiment 3It is a control block diagram which shows the detail of the control unit 20 in connection with,Embodiment 1On the other hand, the vehicle tire identification information input device 60 is abolished and, instead, the tire identification information is included in the transmission signals from the air pressure sensors 6 to 9 to the control unit 20.
[0104]
FIG. 19 is a diagram showing the contents of a transmission signal transmitted from the air pressure sensors 6 to 9 to the control unit 20, and the transmission signal includes tire identification information, tire maker, product number, and tire size. It consists of a data area containing information and data of detected actual air pressure Po, tire temperature T, and acceleration G.
[0105]
As described above, the tire identification information including the tire manufacturer, the product number, and the tire size is stored in advance in the air pressure sensors 6 to 9, and when the detection data is transmitted to the control unit 20, the tire identification information is also stored in the control unit 20. Therefore, the tire specifying information input operation by the user can be omitted.
[0106]
still,Embodiments 1 and 2Then, as the tire specifying information, the tire manufacturer, the product number, and the tire size are shown, but other wheel material information may be input as shown in FIG. This is because the tire temperature T varies depending on the wheel material, and the tire temperature TAppropriateThis is because the air pressure Pn changes.
[0107]
Also,Embodiments 1 and 2Then, the appropriate air pressure storage device 70 is arranged outside the vehicle 1.AppropriateAlthough the example using the air pressure information database 80b has been shown,AppropriateYou may make it provide the memory | storage device which memorize | stores air pressure information.
[0108]
Also,Reference examples and Embodiments 1 and 2In the above example, the tire pressure shortage state is displayed with specific values of excess and deficiency, appropriate air pressure and actual measured air pressure, but without displaying these values, the excess or deficiency state is simply indicated by a warning lamp, warning buzzer, etc. You may notify.
