本発明は、エレベーターのかごが乗場に着床したとき、かご側敷居と乗場側敷居との隙間(ランニングクリアランス)を閉塞するようにしたエレベーターの可動式ドア係合装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、エレベーターのかごが乗場に着床すると、かご側に設けられた係合部材が乗場側ドアに設けられた被係合部材と係合するようになっている。そうすると、かごに設けられたドアオペレーターによってかご側のドアが開閉させられ、同時に前記係合部材および被係合部材を介して乗場側ドアも開閉する。このように、かご側と乗場側との間には係合部材および被係合部材が必要なために、かご側敷居と乗場側敷居との間には約30mm程のランニングクリアランス(隙間)が必要となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来のエレベーターにあっては、かご側敷居と乗場側敷居との間には約30mm程のランニングクリアランスがあるために、車椅子や台車等がかご側敷居と乗場側敷居との上を通過する際には、これらの車輪がこの隙間に落ちて挟まってしまうという問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
このような目的を達成するために、本発明にあっては、乗場側ドアに設けられた被係合部材と、かご側ドアに揺動自在に設けられ揺動すると被係合部材と係合可能な係合部材と、この係合部材を被係合部材から離脱する位置に付勢する付勢部材と、係合部材の近傍に配設されたガイドレールと、このガイドレールに摺動可能に設けられ前記係合部材と当接して押圧可能な押圧部材と、この押圧部材を前記ガイドレールに沿って摺動させる駆動手段とを備え、駆動手段によって押圧部材をガイドレールに沿って摺動させると、この押圧部材が付勢部材の付勢力に抗して係合部材を被係合部材と係合させるようにした構成としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を図面に基づいて説明する。図1ないし図5は本発明に係るエレベーターの可動式ドア係合装置の一実施例を示す図である。

図1に示すように、かご側ドア1の上端側にはハンガー2が設けられており、このハンガー2はローラ3を介してドアレール(図示せず)に摺動自在に支持されている。ハンガー2にはピン5を有する支持部材6が設けられており、このピン5には断面略L字型をし、上下方向に伸設された形状を有するカーカム(係合部材)4が揺動自在に支持されている。

図2に示すように、このカーカム4はハンガー2に形成された切欠部2aに位置し、この切欠部2aを通してカーカム4は揺動可能となっている。カーカム4には、ピン5に取り付けられたスプリング7の付勢力が作用しており、この付勢力によってカーカム4は図2中反時計方向に回転しようとする。カーカム4の先端4aはハンガー2に設けられた一対のストッパ部8,9の間に位置し、ストッパ部8はカーカム4の時計方向の回転を所定位置で阻止し、ストッパ部9は反時計方向の回転を所定位置で阻止するようにしている。
