Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pants-type disposable paper diaper, and more particularly to a pants-type disposable paper diaper that allows separation of the back body from the front body and simplifies diaper replacement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an absorber is included between the main body back sheet and the main body top sheet, leaving at least a flap portion composed of the above-mentioned sheets around the legs, and is fixed to the back body when used. Tape-type disposable paper diapers that wrap around the crotch portion of the wearer by fastening the fastening tape thus made are widely used.
[0003]
However, in recent years, various types of pants-type disposable paper diapers have been developed for the purpose of facilitating the separation of diapers or freeing the wearer's hand from wearing work using a fastening tape each time, thereby simplifying wearing. Developed and put into practical use.
[0004]
FIG. 11 is an unfolded view of a pants-type disposable paper diaper showing an example thereof. This paper diaper 50 is formed on an impervious backsheet 51 and elastic elastic members 52 on the front and rear waist portions D ′ and D ″, respectively. , 53, a first elastic elastic member 54 continuous from the front body F 'end around one leg to the product paper diaper portion and the other front body F' end, and the rear around one leg A second elastic stretchable member 55 is disposed around the crotch K ′ of the product paper diaper from the end of the body B ′ and continuous to the end of the rear body B ′ around the other leg, and the absorbent is placed on the liquid-impermeable back sheet 51. 56, and a liquid-permeable top sheet 57 is further stacked thereon, and a previously formed hourglass shape is folded in the front-rear direction with respect to the center line C′-C ′, and folded on both side edge portions 58, 1 is joined by seal welding, ultrasonic welding, or the like. It is obtained by a pant-diapers, as shown in perspective in.
[0005]
However, such a pants-type disposable paper diaper 50 has both side edge portions 58 and 59 sealed to form leg openings (leg holes) 60 and 61 as described above. Since a person has to fit a leg into the leg openings 60, 61, there is an inconvenience that the trousers, pants, and the like worn at least on the lower body must be taken off.
[0006]
In view of such a problem, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-27003 proposes a separation-type disposable paper diaper as shown in a side view (partial cross-sectional view) in an attached state in FIG. That is, the paper diaper 70 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 71, a liquid-impervious back sheet 72, and an absorbent body 73 interposed between the two sheets, and includes a front body F ", a back body B", and a crotch.
