【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パンツ式の使い捨て紙おむつに関し、さらに詳細には、前身頃に対し後身頃を分離できるようにし、おむつ交換の簡便化を図ったパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、本体バックシートと本体トップシートとの間に、少なくとも脚周り部分に前記各シートにより構成されるフラップ部分を残して吸収体が内包され、使用に際しては前身頃に対して後身頃に固定された止着テープを止着することにより、着用者の股間部分を包むようにしたテープ式の使い捨て紙おむつが汎用されている。

ところが、おむつ離れを促進する、或いはその都度止着テープを用いての装着作業から装着者の手を解放し、装着を簡便化する等の目的で、近年では種々の形式のパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつが開発され、実用化されている。

図１１はその一例を示すパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつの展開図で、この紙おむつ５０は、不透液性バックシート５１上に、前部と後部の胴周り部Ｄ’，Ｄ”に夫々弾性伸縮部材５２，５３を配設すると共に、一方の脚周りの前身頃Ｆ’端から製品紙おむつの部分を巡って他方の前身頃Ｆ’端に連続した第１弾性伸縮部材５４と、一方の脚周りの後身頃Ｂ’端から製品紙おむつの股間部Ｋ’を巡って他方の脚周りの後身頃Ｂ’端に連続した第２弾性伸縮部材５５を配設し、不透液性バックシート５１上に吸収体５６を配置し、さらにこの上に透液性トップシート５７を重ね、予め砂時計状に形成されたものを中心線Ｃ’−Ｃ’を基準に前後方向に折り畳み、かつ折り畳んだ両側縁部分５８，５９をシール溶着や超音波溶着等により接合することにより、図１２に斜視図で示すようなパンツ式紙おむつとしたものである。

しかしながら、このようなパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつ５０は、上述したように両側縁部分５８，５９がシールされて脚開口部（レッグホール）６０，６１が形成されており、使用に際しては、その都度、着用者は脚をこの脚開口部６０，６１に嵌め入れなければならないために、少なくとも下半身に装着されたズボン、パンツ等の衣類を脱がなければならない不便さがあった。

このような問題に鑑み、例えば特開２０００−２７００３号公報には、図１３に装着状態の側面図（一部断面図）で示すような分離タイプの使い捨て紙おむつが提案されている。すなわち、この紙おむつ７０は、透液性トップシート７１と不透液性バックシート７２と、この両シート間に介在された吸収体７３とからなり、かつ前身頃Ｆ”と後身頃Ｂ”及びクロッチ部７４を備えたパンツ式の使い捨て紙おむつであって、クロッチ部７４の前部と前身頃Ｆ”とを分離し、後部を後身頃Ｂ”と連結する一方、前部を着脱自在な止着手段７５を矢印Ｙ方向に移動して前身頃Ｆ”と連結自在とし、前身頃Ｆ”、後身頃Ｂ”及びクロッチ部７４により脚開口部７６を形成してパンツ式の紙おむつとしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような分離タイプの使い捨て紙おむつ７０によれば、クロッチ部７４を開放し、両足通して胴部に移動できるため、衣服を脱ぐことなく着用できる利点は有するものの、少なくとも前身頃Ｆ”、あるいは後身頃Ｂ”のいずれか一方のみに便等の排泄物が付着し、おむつ交換を要するような場合には、従来の紙おむつと同様に、胴回りからこの紙おむつ７０を一旦取り外さなければならないという煩わしさがあった。

本発明は、上記実情に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的とするところは、紙おむつを交換するとき、胴周りから紙おむつを一々取り外すことがなく、簡単かつ短時間に交換ができるようにしたパンツ式の使い捨て紙おむつを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の上記目的は、表面側を覆う透液性トップシートと、裏面側を覆う不透液性バックシートと、前記各シート間に介在された吸収体とを有してなる紙おむつ本体を形成するパンツ式の使い捨て紙おむつにおいて、前記紙おむつ本体の前身頃に対し後身頃を分離できるように連結すると共に、脚部を嵌め入れるように形成された、又は脚部に巻き付けることにより形成される脚開口部を前記前身頃及び前記後身頃のいずれか一方側に設け、前記前身頃の下端部側と前記後身頃の上端部側とが互いに重なり、かつ前記前身頃に内在された吸収体と前記後身頃に内在された吸収体とがオーバーラップして配置されていることを特徴とするパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつによって達成される。

また、本発明の上記目的は、前記脚開口部は、前記前身頃に設けられ、かつ前記後身頃の臀部位置に便溜め部が設けられていることを特徴とするパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつによってより効果的に達成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の内容を本発明の実施例に係わる添付図面に基づき詳述する。

図１は、本発明の第１の実施例に係わるパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつ（以下、「おむつ１」という）の組立時、すなわち使用時の形態を示す斜視図であり、図２は本おむつ１の後身頃側を展開し、かつその一部を断面にして示した斜視図である。

本おむつ１は、表面側を覆う不織布等からなる透液性トップシート２と、裏面側を覆うポリエチレン等からなる不透液性バックシート３と、前記各シート間に介在された綿状パルプ等からなる吸収体４とで構成された紙おむつ本体１Ａを長手方向の略中央部において、長手方向と交差する方向の中心線Ｃ−Ｃに沿って２つに折り畳むことにより前身頃Ｆ及び後身頃Ｂが形成されるパンツ式の紙おむつであって、前身頃Ｆの股間部Ｋ側の端部Ｆ１と後身頃Ｂの股間部Ｋ側の端部Ｂ１とを互いに分離できるように連結する一方、前身頃Ｆの胴回り部Ｄ側の端部側縁Ｆ２と後身頃Ｂの胴回り部Ｄ側の端部側縁Ｂ２とを互いに着脱できるように止着し、かつ前身頃Ｆの両端部側縁Ｆ２，Ｆ２の下方に着用者の脚部を嵌め入れる脚開口部５，５を設けたものである。

なお、図２に示すように、後身頃Ｂの両端部側縁Ｂ２，Ｂ２に沿って止着用のメカニカルシールを構成するオス材６，６が貼着されており、この長手方向内側には複数本のゴム紐等からなる弾性伸縮部材７，７が、更にその内側には立体ギャザー及び平面ギャザーの組合せからなるギャザーシート８，８が設けられている。また、胴回り部Ｄには弾性伸縮部材７と同様な弾性伸縮部材９が設けられている。ここに、弾性伸縮部材７及び９は、夫々、本おむつ１を着用者の脚周り及び胴回りにフィットさせるため、またギャザーシート８は排泄物の外漏れを防止するために設けられている。

脚開口部５，５は脚周り部１０，１０を前身頃Ｆの両端部側縁Ｆ２，Ｆ２の下方に溶着、あるいは縫着等により固着されてなっている。この脚周り部１０，１０は、例えば図３に側断面図で示すように、外面用バックシート不織布１１ａと内面用バックシート不織布１１ｂとの間に前述した複数本の弾性伸縮部材７を介在させ、着用者の脚部が嵌め入れられる大きさ及び形状に作られている。上述した後身頃Ｂの両端部側縁Ｂ２には、長手方向にメカニカルシールを構成するオス材６，６が貼着されており、このオス材６，６は脚開口部５，５の外面用バックシート不織布１１ａによって構成されるメス材（図示せず）と係合される。

上述したように、前身頃Ｆの股間部Ｋ側の端部Ｆ１と後身頃Ｂの股間部Ｋ側の端部Ｂ１とは、図４は図２のＸ−Ｘ断面図で示すように、互いに分離できるように連結されている。図示するように、この構造は、前身頃Ｆ側の股間部Ｋ側端部Ｆ１の外面、すなわち外面用バックシート不織布１１ａ面に対応する位置に、後身頃Ｂの股間部Ｋ側端部Ｂ１の表面、すなわち透液性トップシート２の表面が係合するように配置されたもので、この透液性トップシート２の表面にはメカニカルシールを構成するオス材１２が貼着されており、このオス材１２が前記前身頃Ｆのバックシート不織布１１ａ面によって構成されるメス材（図示せず）と係合することにより、両者が止着、結合し、係合を解除することにより両者は分離される。なお、図４において１３は吸収体４を被包するクレープ紙である。

以上のとおり構成された本おむつ１を着用するときは、先ず、前身頃Ｆに設けられた脚開口部５，５に両脚部を嵌め入れ、前身頃Ｆを胴部位置まで引き上げ、次に後身頃Ｂの股間部Ｋ側の端部Ｂ１を前身頃Ｆの股間部Ｋ側の端部Ｆ１と係合させ、上述した後身頃Ｂのオス材６，６と前身頃Ｆの外面用バックシート不織布１１ａ面とによって構成されるメカニカルシールにより両者を止着結合する。引き続き、この後身頃Ｂのオス材６，６と前身頃Ｆの端部側縁Ｆ２面とで構成されるメカニカルシールにより両者を止着し、これにより装着を完了する。なお、外す場合はこの逆の手順を行う。

本おむつ１は以上のとおり作られているので、本おむつ１によれば、おむつ交換をするような場合、とくに、前身頃Ｆに較べ汚れがひどい後身頃Ｂのみを取り換えるような場合には、前身頃Ｆを一々取り外す必要がなく、後身頃Ｂだけを取り外し、新しいものと交換すればよいので、手間が省けて大変便利である。

また、前身頃Ｆと後身頃Ｂとの係合、離脱がワンタッチでできるので、おむつ交換を手軽に、かつ短時間に行うことができる。

図５は、本発明の第２の実施例に係わるパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつ（以下、「おむつ１Ｖ」という）の要部の斜視図で、具体的には、前述した第１実施例に係わるおむつ１の後身頃Ｂの構成を一部変更し、後身頃ＢＶとしたものを示している。なお、図５では、前記第１実施例と同一の構成要素には同一の符号が付されている。

本おむつ１Ｖにおける後身頃ＢＶでは、着用者の臀部が当接する透液性トップシート２の表面位置に略矩形状の凹部２０が形成され、その端部Ｂ１側には幅方向に開口部２１を有する袋体２２が設けられている。

このように本おむつ１Ｖには後身頃ＢＶの臀部位置に袋体２２が設けられているので、着用者が大便等を排泄した場合には、これが開口部２１から袋体２２の内部に溜められて外に漏れ出すことが防止される。このため、本おむつ１Ｖによればおむつ交換の頻度を少なくすることができる。また、おむつ交換は、とくに汚れ易い後身頃ＢＶのみを新しいものと交換すればよいので、おむつ交換の簡便化が図れる。

図６は、本発明の第３の実施例に係わるパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつ（以下、「おむつ１Ｗ」という）の斜視図で、具体的には、第１実施例に係わるおむつ１の後身頃Ｂ及び前身頃Ｆの構成を一部変更し、後身頃ＢＷ及び前身頃ＦＷとしたものを互いに分離した状態で示したものである。なお、図６では、前記第１ないし第２実施例と同一の構成要素には同一の符号が付されている。

本おむつ１Ｗでは、帯状の不織布等により脚周り部１０’，１０’がリング状に作られ、これにより脚開口部５，５が形成されている。この脚周り部１０’，１０’はその突端部１０’ａ，１０’ａが前身頃ＦＷの側縁部Ｆ２，Ｆ２に熱溶着等により接合され、リング状部が前身頃ＦＷの下端部、すなわち股間部Ｋ側に垂下した状態で設けられている。なお、前身頃ＦＷの側縁部Ｆ２の内面側には後身頃ＢＷの側縁部Ｂ２に設けられたオス材６と係合するメス材６’が設けられており、両者は分離可能に止着されるようになっている。

一方、後身頃ＢＷの略中央の臀部位置には、前記第２実施例と類似した便等の排泄物を溜める凹部２０’が設けられている。図７は図６のＹ−Ｙ断面図で、この凹部２０’の状態を側面から示したものである。なお、この凹部２０’の大きさや深さ等の形状は、必要に応じ、任意に設計変更され得ることはいうまでもない。本おむつ１Ｗによっても、前記第１及び第２実施例と同様な効果が得られる。

本おむつ１Ｙでは、前身頃ＦＹの両側縁部Ｆ２，Ｆ２の内側にメス材６’，６’が設けられ、この下端部には、着用者の脚部に巻き付けられて脚開口部５，５が形成される帯状の不織布等からなる脚巻き付けベルト１０ｂ，１０ｂが垂設されている。すなわち、各脚巻き付けベルト１０ｂ，１０ｂの先端部には止着用のオス材１０ｂ’，１０ｂ’が設けられており、前身頃ＦＹを着用者の胴部に装着したときにこの脚巻き付けベルト１０ｂ，１０ｂを着用者の脚周りに巻き付け、オス材１０ｂ’ ，１０ｂ’をメス材６’，６’と係合して止着することにより脚開口部５，５が形成されるようになっている。このとき、後身頃ＢＹと前身頃ＦＹとを互いに結合することにより本おむつ１Ｙの装着が完了する。

このように、本おむつ１Ｙによれば、装着に際し、脚部を前述したような脚開口部５，５に一々通す必要がなくなるので装着が一層簡便化され、また、オス材１０ｂ’ ，１０ｂ’の止着位置を任意に変えることができるので、着用者の脚周りの大きさに応じ、本おむつ１Ｙを脚部にしっかり装着することができる。

以上、本発明を６つの実施例に基づき説明したが、本発明においては、前身頃と後身頃とを着脱する手段としては、メカニカルシール（ファスニングテープや商標名のマジックテープ等を含む）に限らず、例えばスライドファスナーやフォック等の止着部材を適用することもできる。また、脚開口部は、上述したように、必要に応じて後身頃側に設けてもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上に詳述したように、本発明によれば、おむつ交換に際し、おむつを胴回りから一々取り外すことなく、後身頃、あるいは前身頃のいずれか一方のみを取り換えるだけで済むので、おむつ交換を簡単かつ短時間に行うことができる。

とくに、脚開口部を前身頃に設け、かつ後身頃の臀部位置に便溜め部を設けたパンツ式の使い捨て紙おむつによれば、上記利点に加え、おむつ交換の頻度を少なくすることができる。

また、脚開口部を脚巻き付けベルトにより形成するようにしたパンツ式使い捨て紙おむつによれば、おむつ交換に際し、装着者は脚を一々脚開口部に通す必要がなく、また、脚周りの大きさ（脚の太さ）に拘らず、おむつを脚周りにしっかり装着することができるという顕著な効果を奏する。
