Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a technique for improving the contact stability of a terminal structure of a main body side device having a terminal capable of electrical contact and a mounting component.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a battery pack that is attached to a video camera is an attachment component that is in electrical contact with the main body side device.
[0003]
Such a battery pack can be attached to a video light, a charger, etc. in addition to a video camera, and it is necessary to make electrical contact therewith, and all of them are provided with terminals having the same shape.
[0004]
In addition, there are a plurality of types of battery packs due to differences in capacity, and there are, for example, dry battery packs, DC plates, and the like as mounting parts similar to battery packs having terminals of the same shape. The DC plate is a mounting part having a battery pack-like outer shape that is mounted on the battery mounting part, and has a cord that is connected to the charger, and the DC power is supplied to the mounting part by connecting to the charger. To be supplied to the apparatus on the main body side.
[0005]
In order to achieve such electrical contact between the main body side device and the mounted component, for example, there is a terminal structure described in JP-A-10-327882 by the same applicant as the present applicant.
[0006]
Briefly, a cylindrical sleeve terminal embedded in the battery case is used as the battery side terminal, and a cylindrical pin terminal that fits into the sleeve terminal is used as the main device side terminal. .
[0007]
And these sleeve terminals and pin terminals are insert-molded in the molded part of the battery case or battery mounting part.
[0008]
Since the sleeve terminal of such a terminal, particularly the battery side terminal, is embedded in the battery case, the sleeve terminal is not exposed. Therefore, for example, a key holder, a necklace, a chain, etc. are in contact between the sleeve terminals. Accidents such as short circuits can be prevented.
[0009]
Such mounting of the battery pack to the main body side device is performed by the concave / convex fitting portion formed in the battery case body and the battery mounting portion of the main body side device. Although it is performed by the fitting portion, the positioning of the terminals is performed by increasing the positional accuracy and dimensional accuracy of the terminals themselves and fitting them together.
.
[0010]
Then, the battery pack is made by sliding the sleeve terminal and the pin terminal in the axial direction. At this time, the pin terminal on the main body side is relatively inserted into the sleeve terminal on the battery side, and the electrical connection between the terminals is performed. Has been made.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as described above, in the conventional terminal structure, both the sleeve terminal and the pin terminal are embedded in each part by insert molding, and it cannot be said that the positional accuracy is high. This is due to the fitting between these terminals, so that there is a problem that both terminals lack contact stability when connected.
[0012]
That is, even if the positional accuracy of one terminal with respect to the body (battery case, battery mounting portion) can be increased to some extent, the battery pack has at least two terminals (in recent years, there are many three terminals), and there are a plurality of terminals. The positional accuracy between the terminals will decrease.
[0013]
In addition, since the main body side terminal (pin terminal) is exposed to the battery mounting portion, there is a high possibility that the terminal will be deformed by a collision. In such a case, contact stability when both terminals are connected is high. There is also the problem of getting worse.
[0014]
In particular, when trying to attach the battery pack to the battery mounting part in the wrong direction, or forcibly mounting the battery pack at an angle with respect to the battery mounting part, the main body side terminal (pin terminal) There were many accidents where excessive force (external force) was applied and deformed.
[0015]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to aim at the improvement of the contact stability about the terminal structure of the main body side apparatus which has a terminal with which electrical contact is aimed at, and a mounting component.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a terminal structure for achieving electrical connection between the two when mounting components are mounted on the main body side device. With The body side device has a body side terminal, the mounting part has a mounting part side terminal to be joined to the body side terminal, and insert-molds the terminal piece of the body side terminal into the mold member, and at least the mold member has One guide piece is provided integrally, and the terminal member of the mounting component side terminal is insert-molded in the mold member, and a guide groove corresponding to the guide piece is formed in the mold member, and the guide piece is mounted on the mounting component. The main body side terminal and the mounting component side terminal are positioned by fitting into the guide groove formed in the above.
[0017]
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a mounting component having a mounting component side terminal that is electrically connected to the main body side terminal of the main body side device when the main body side device is mounted. With The terminal member of the mounting component side terminal is insert-molded into the mold member, and a guide groove corresponding to a guide piece provided in the main body side device is formed in the mold member, and the guide groove and the guide of the main body side device are formed. The main body side terminal and the mounting component side terminal are positioned by fitting with the piece.
[0018]
Therefore, in the present invention, the terminal on the body side and the terminal on the mounting component side are fitted by fitting the terminal piece and / or the terminal member insert-molded into the mold member and the guide piece and the guide groove formed on the mold member. Therefore, by increasing the molding accuracy of the mold member, the positional accuracy between the terminal pieces of both terminals and the terminal member can be increased, so that when both terminals are joined, the terminal pieces and The contact state with the terminal member can be kept stable.
[0019]

As for the gold plating, similarly to the

The former three test items are the respective values at a predetermined number of times from the first time to 7000 times, and the appearance inspection is after 7000 times durability. By visual observation.
[0152]
The contact resistance is measured using a four-terminal method. The open circuit voltage is 20 mV or less, the short-circuit current is 100 mA or less, and the standard value is 20 mΩmax.
[0153]
The total fitting force is obtained by fitting (connecting) both

The total detachment force is determined by releasing the fitting (coupling) between the

The test results for the former three test items are shown in FIGS.
[0156]
Sample (1) was stable with little variation in contact resistance (see FIG. 31), and the insertion / extraction force was stable (see FIGS. 32 and 33). Also, in the appearance inspection, the
[0157]
As for sample (2), the contact resistance showed a large variation in durability after 7000 times and the total fitting force was weak (see FIG. 32). Further, in the appearance inspection, it was observed that there were few contact scratch marks, the total fitting force was weak, the contact pressure was poor, and there was a problem in contact resistance.
[0158]
For sample (3), contact resistance and total fitting force were not considered as problems, but the detachment force fluctuated by 7000 times durability, and so-called “feeling” at the time of detachment was likely to occur. . Further, in the appearance inspection, the amount of the detachment force was large, so that the
[0159]
Sample (4) has a small total fitting force and relatively stable contact resistance, but it still has a possibility of causing a problem in the contact resistance value. Further, in the appearance inspection, the amount of contact scratches was small because the total fitting force was small.
[0160]
From the above, it can be considered that the sample (1) is the most suitable among the above four samples.
[0161]
Furthermore, regarding beryllium copper, when gold plating is applied thereto, only so-called post-plating (plating treatment after processing into a predetermined shape) can be performed (difficult), and this is also the reason for selection.
[0162]
That is, beryllium copper is generally difficult to be molded after gold plating (pressing such as bending), and the shape of the

The above four samples satisfy the above-mentioned standard values (contact resistance: 20 mΩmax, fitting force: 10 Nmax, detachment force: 0.3 Nmin), and any of them will not cause a special problem. However, when considering further adverse conditions, it is preferable to select the sample {circle around (1)} with better results.

In the case of contacts plated with gold, generally 0.0981N to 0.1961N is sufficient as the contact pressure, and in the case of the sample (1), a contact pressure higher than that is applied. It seems to be too much.
[0172]
However, this terminal structure is premised on being applied to the electrical contact between the
[0173]
For this reason, even if the gold plating is worn and the nickel layer as the underlayer is exposed, it is necessary to ensure the contact resistance value below the standard value.
[0174]
Therefore, it is generally said that if the contact pressure of nickel is about 0.5884N, the contact resistance of the specified value can be secured. Therefore, one

In addition, although insulation resistance and withstand voltage were also performed as inspection items, all of the above four samples were within specified values, and no particular difference was observed.

For example, when there are a large number of terminal pieces, the arranged terminal pieces are arranged. Another guide piece may be provided in the inside.
[0209]
In addition, the specific shape or structure of each part shown in the above embodiment is merely an example of the embodiment for carrying out the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention is limited by these. It should not be interpreted in a general way.
[0210]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a terminal structure that achieves electrical connection between the two when mounting components are mounted on the main body side device.
[0211]
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a mounting component having a mounting component side terminal that is electrically connected to the main body side terminal of the main body side device when the main body side device is mounted. With The terminal member of the mounting component side terminal is insert-molded into the mold member, and a guide groove corresponding to a guide piece provided in the main body side device is formed in the mold member, and the guide groove and the guide of the main body side device are formed. The main body side terminal and the mounting component side terminal are positioned by fitting with the piece.
[0212]
Therefore, in the present invention, the terminal on the body side and the terminal on the mounting component side are fitted by fitting the terminal piece and / or the terminal member insert-molded into the mold member and the guide piece and the guide groove formed on the mold member. Therefore, by increasing the molding accuracy of the mold member, the positional accuracy between the terminal pieces of both terminals and the terminal member can be increased, so that when both terminals are joined, the terminal pieces and The contact state with the terminal member can be kept stable.
[0213]
In the invention described in
[0214]
In the invention described in
[0215]
In the invention described in claim 4, since the two guide pieces are provided so as to sandwich the terminal piece of the main body side terminal from the arrangement direction, the terminal piece is further removed from an external force that acts on the terminal piece. Therefore, the terminal piece is not deformed, and thus a stable contact state between the two can be ensured.
[0216]
In the invention described in claim 5, a protective plate is provided which covers the terminal piece of the main body side terminal and has a slit formed at a position corresponding to each terminal piece. Since the protective plate moves at the time of connection with the terminal and enables the connection of both terminals, the terminal piece is not exposed, and it is possible to prevent foreign matter from adhering to the terminal piece. The protection of the piece can be enhanced.
