ここにおいて本発明者はH形鋼に取付ける吊下げ金具の固定補助具として、頂部付近にボルトを形成してある吊下げ金具に対し、H形鋼(1)を端面側からみて、(イ)所定幅の帯状金属板をH形鋼の下フランジ(2)の下面横一杯に当て、その一方を延長し、他方をクの字状にフランジ面に沿い折曲げ、一方の延長部分でH形鋼の下フランジ(2)の端縁に隣接して吊下げ金具のボルト挿入孔(8)を設けた金属のクの字状部材(3)と、(ロ)吊下げ金具のボルト挿入孔(8)を設け、クの字状部材(3)の延長部分の長さに合わせてH形鋼の下フランジ(2)の上面に載せる金属の平板(4)と、(ハ)クの字状部材(3)と平板(4)とにより囲まれたH形鋼の下フランジ(2)の延長上にあたる空間を埋める金属のライナ(5)とスペーサ(6)の組合わせとからなり、吊下げ金具をH形鋼の下フランジ(2)の端縁に隣接して取付可能であるものを見出すにいたった。

なお、ここでクの字状部材と平板とにより囲まれたH形鋼の下フランジの延長上にあたる空間を埋めるとあるが、吊下げ金具のボルト部分は当然に埋められないし、クの字状部材と平板との少なくとも一部の面間に安定な状態でライナ等を埋めることが必要であり、当該空間をすべて埋めるとは限らないことを意味する。また、ライナ単独で足りる場合は、スペーサを使用しない。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のH形鋼1に取付ける吊下げ金具の固定補助具は、頂部付近にボルトを形成してある吊下げ金具7に対し、H形鋼1を端面側からみて、(イ)所定幅の帯状金属板をH形鋼の下フランジ2の下面横一杯に当て、その一方を延長し、他方をクの字状にフランジ面に沿い折曲げ、一方の延長部分でH形鋼の下フランジ2の端縁に隣接して吊下げ金具のボルト挿入孔8を設けた金属のクの字状部材3と、(ロ)吊下げ金具のボルト挿入孔8を設け、クの字状部材3の延長部分の長さに合わせてH形鋼の下フランジ2の上面に載せる金属の平板4と、(ハ)クの字状部材3と平板4とにより囲まれたH形鋼の下フランジ2の延長上にあたる空間を埋める金属のライナ5とスペーサ6を組合わせたものであるが、ここでH形鋼1は下フランジの面が平らで傾斜がついていないものをいう。

このように吊下げ金具の固定補助具は上記(イ)、(ロ)、(ハ)の三成分からなり、(イ)の成分であるクの字状部材3が所定幅の帯状金属板をH形鋼の下フランジ2の下面横一杯に当て、かつ一方を延長し、他方をクの字状にフランジ面に沿い折り曲げ、一方の延長部分でH形鋼の下フランジ2の端縁に隣接して吊下げ金具のボルト挿入孔8を設けたものとなっていて、クの字状部材3がフランジ面に沿い折り曲げてあるのは、クの字状部材3がH形鋼の下フランジ2から落下しないようにするためである。

また、(ロ)の成分である金属製の平板4には吊下げ金具のボルト挿入孔8を設け、クの字状部材3の延長部分の長さに合わせてH形鋼の下フランジ2の上面に載せるものであり、さらに(ハ)の成分であるともに金属製のライナ5とスペーサ6の組合わせはクの字状部材3と平板4とにより囲まれたH形鋼の下フランジ2の延長上にあたる空間を埋めるものである。ここでその空間を埋めるためライナ5を当て、残余の間隙を補充するためスペーサ6を挿入するが、その必要がなければ使用しない。スペーサ6はライナ5との兼ね合いで、残余の間隙に応じた板厚を選択して使用する。

以上の吊下げ金具の固定補助具を用い、そのボルト挿入孔8に吊下げ金具としてたとえば吊りボルト7を挿入し、上下2個のナット9で緊締して吊りボルト7をH形鋼に固定する。

以下、実施例により本発明をさらに具体的に説明する。H形鋼1として高さ244×幅175×ウエブの厚さ7×フランジの厚さ11(単位は以下もすべてmm)を使用した場合について述べる。なお、以下においてカッコ内数値はH形鋼1として高さ340×幅250mm×ウエブの厚さ9×フランジの厚さ14を使用した場合のものである。
