【0029】
TK=TOUT×m+TIN×n・・・・・(1)
【0030】
【0032】
QBP/Q=(TK−TSP)/(TSP−TIN)
【0036】
WST=(TK−TSP)/(TSP−TIN)・・・・・(3)
【0037】
WDE=QBP/Q・・・・・(4)
【0038】
【0041】
QBP=QT−Q・・・・・(5)
【0042】
【0043】
QBP=(TK−TIN)・Q/(TMIX−TIN)・・・・・(6)
【0044】
【0063】
TMIX={(TK−TIN)・Q/QT}+TIN・・・・・(7)
【0064】

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the object thereof is to provide the inside of the hot water
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention takes the following measures. That is, the present invention provides a hot water supply heat exchanger that heats water supplied from a water supply passage by the amount of combustion heat of a burner controlled by a combustion control unit, and a hot water supply passage from the hot water supply heat exchanger and the water supply passage. A bypass passage for water supply control that bypasses and communicates with the hot water heat exchanger, first flow rate control means for controlling the flow rate on the hot water side where water from the bypass passage for water supply control joins, and for the water supply control A hot water combustion apparatus comprising: a second flow rate control unit that controls a flow rate of water passing through the bypass passage; and a function of determining the occurrence of after boiling of the hot water temperature in the hot water heat exchanger when the hot water combustion is stopped. When the hot water supply is started in a state where it is determined that the hot water temperature in the hot water heat exchanger is boiling, the flow rate on the hot water side is controlled by controlling the first flow rate control means and the second flow rate control means. And the water supply control Mixing mode operation unit that controls the flow rate ratio of the bypass control flow rate through the gas passage in the post-boiling elimination direction, and the hot water side that detects the hot water flow rate during mixing operation of the hot water side flow rate and bypass control flow rate by this flow rate control A flow rate detection unit, and the combustion control unit is in a mixing operation of the flow rate ratio control by the mixing mode operation unit.Of the total flow rate of water supply including the flow rate through the bypass passage for water supply controlHot water flow rateWater supplyIs provided as a means for solving the problem by having a control function of heating the hot water supply heat exchanger only by the amount of feedforward heat required to raise the temperature from the water supply temperature to the hot water supply set temperature.
[0013]
In the present invention, when hot water supply is started in a state where the hot water temperature in the hot water supply heat exchanger is after boiling, the first flow rate control means and the second flow rate control means are controlled by the mixing mode operation unit. Then, the flow rate ratio between the hot water flow rate and the water side bypass control flow rate is controlled in a direction to eliminate post-boiling, and hot water and water mixing are performed.
[0014]
In this mixing operation state, the combustion control unit increases the remaining hot water side flow rate from the total water flow rate entering from the water supply passage to the remaining hot water side flow rate from the water supply temperature to the hot water supply set temperature. The hot water supply heat exchanger is heated and controlled only by the amount of feedforward heat required.
[0015]
As a result, the amount of heat for heating the hot water supply heat exchanger is smaller than the amount of heat required to increase the total flow rate from the feed water temperature to the set hot water temperature, that is, the feedforward heat amount relative to the total flow rate. When the hot water has been dispensed, the amount of heat required for raising the total flow rate to the hot water supply set temperature is insufficient, so the valve of the second flow rate control means is closed and the water supply control is performed after the end of boiling. The bypass passage for use is quickly closed, and the flow rate control by the feedforward heat amount is switched to the total flow rate by the combined use of the feedforward heat amount and the feedback heat amount, so that the steady hot water combustion operation is started.

As described above, in the present embodiment, during the mixing operation for removing the boiling water temperature after the hot water

Moreover, the second flow rate control means GM2When is closed, the flow rate Q on the hot water side is the total flow rate QTTherefore, the feedforward heat quantity and the total flow rate Q with respect to the flow rate QTThe feedforward heat quantity with respect to the second flow rate control means GM2There is almost no fluctuation in the feed-forward heat quantity when the is switched from open to closed, which makes it possible to stabilize the hot water temperature from mixing flow rate control to total flow control in steady operation without causing fluctuations in hot water temperature. It is possible to make a smooth transition while maintaining.

Furthermore, in the flow rate ratio control, the first flow rate control means GM1And second flow rate control means GM2Since the flow rate increase / decrease direction is controlled in the reverse direction, the responsiveness of variable flow rate ratio is extremely excellent, and the flow rate ratio control that quickly follows the change in the post-boiling water temperature can be achieved. The control accuracy of hot water stabilization at the time of hot water supply is greatly improved, and highly reliable hot water stabilization control is possible. For example, when the bath reheating operation is performed, the hot water in the hot water

By the flow rate ratio control to eliminate the post-boiling, the flow rate Q on the hot water side and the bypass control flow rate Q through the feed water

When such a phenomenon occurs, the first flow control valve GM is set so that the required number becomes the maximum number (the proportional valve opening is maximum) from the

In addition, in the case of a single water heater and double water channel type combined water heater, after the hot water is operated alone, when the hot water supply is stopped, and after the reheating operation of the bath, the post pump (the recirculation pump of the bath is continuously driven after the reheating operation is completed). [0093]
There are two modes of operation in the hot water supply operation in the steady state and the standby operation in the cold start state before the start of hot water supply. If the bath reheating operation is started or if the bath reheating operation is performed simultaneously with the steady operation of the hot water supply, the hot water supply operation is stopped and the bath renewal operation continues. Since the reheating is performed while the hot water supply is stopped, a post-boiling in the hot water
[0094]
Thus, in this embodiment, the first flow rate control means GM is always obtained when the operation switch is turned off.1And second flow rate control means GM2Since the valve opening degree is set to the valve opening degree of the reference position, the operation is shifted from the set state to the operation of each

Thus, the following effects can be obtained by providing the mixing end prohibition time. That is, when the water flow rate of the hot water supply combustion apparatus is small, when hot water supply is started in a state where after-boiling has occurred in the hot water
[0100]
However, since the time until the peak boiling temperature of the hot water

In the second improved configuration of the mixing end control in the present embodiment example, a prohibition time

In other words, for example, the prohibition time

As a result, GM2The
[0104]
In the second improved configuration, the mixing end prohibition time is automatically set according to the flow rate, so that a long wasteful mixing end prohibition time is given even if the flow rate is large, and the second flow rate control means. GM2This can prevent problems such as delaying the closing timing of the pump more than necessary, or closing the flow rate control means before the peak of post-boiling occurs because the mixing end prohibition time is too short. The second flow rate control means GM at an optimal timing at which the boiling is eliminated after the peak has finished.2Thus, an effect can be obtained in which the transition from the mixing operation of the flow rate ratio control by the feedforward heat amount to the steady operation control of the total flow rate by the combined use of feedforward and feedback can be performed at the optimum timing.
[0105]
14 and 15 show the second flow rate control means GM when the flow rate difference ΔQ does not become equal to or lower than the mixing end determination flow rate even if the mixing operation of
[0106]
As described above, since the feedforward heat quantity is variably set in the decreasing direction, the hot water combustion heat quantity decreases, resulting in the input temperature TKThe first flow rate control means GM is controlled by the flow rate ratio control for eliminating boiling after the above-mentioned1Is the second flow rate control means GM in the opening direction2Is controlled in the closing direction, resulting in a total flow QTThe difference ΔQ between the hot water side flow rate Q is equal to or less than the mixing end determination flow rate, whereby the second flow rate control means GM2Is surely closed and can be shifted to a steady combustion operation of hot water supply.
[0107]
In this embodiment, the second flow rate control means GM2Is closed, the second flow rate control means GM2After the fully closed position is detected by a sensor such as a Hall IC, the valve is pushed in the closing direction to further ensure the closing of the valve.
[0108]
FIG. 16 shows the control configuration of this pushing operation.2A drive
[0109]
GM2The
[0110]
By pushing the valve in the closing direction, the second flow rate control means GM2This valve is surely closed, and it is possible to shift to steady operation of hot water supply by total flow control in a state where leakage of the water supply
[0111]
Thus, even if the duty of the driving voltage is lowered, that is, the valve is pushed in the closing direction and the valve hits the valve seat and stops moving, the driving power of the valve is lowered to perform the pushing movement in the closing direction after the valve is closed. Since the flow rate control means GM2The gear motor coil is prevented from being burned out, and the gear motor gear is prevented from being damaged. In other words, even if the valve does not move, it is pushed in with torque that does not burn or break. In other words, even after the valve is driven in the closing direction to reach the fully closed position, if the valve is driven in the closing direction with the same high driving power, the large driving power is converted into thermal energy, and the high thermal energy However, the gear motor coil may burn out, or a large torque may be applied to the gear motor gear, resulting in a problem that the gear may be damaged. However, as in this embodiment, the drive power is reduced to close the valve. Since the pushing drive in the direction is performed, the valve can be reliably closed without causing such a problem.
[0112]
In this example, the duty is variably set to be low as means for reducing the drive power in the closing direction of the valve. For example, the number of pulses, the drive frequency, and the current are changed in the direction of decreasing power. Of course, as long as the driving power can be reduced, other means may be used to reduce the driving power.

[0134]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various embodiments can be adopted. For example, in the above embodiment example, the solution data for obtaining the target flow rate ratio, the total flow rate, the hot water supply temperature, and the input temperature of the hot water flow rate entering the first flow rate control means are given by arithmetic expressions, respectively. The solution data may be given as tabular data, graph data, or the like.
[0135]
In the above embodiment, the mixing end prohibition time is set to Q.TIs given as the starting point when the difference in flow rate ΔQ between Q and Q is equal to or less than the mixing end determination flow rate, but this may be given as the starting point when mixing starts (at the start of hot water supply) (in this case, ΔQ is equal to or less than the mixing end determination flow rate) The time is longer than the mixing end prohibition time starting from the time point. Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 13, the time is automatically set according to the flow rate of water flow, etc., and it can be handled in the same manner as the mixing end prohibition time given as a starting point when ΔQ is equal to or lower than the mixing end determination flow rate. it can.

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, when the hot water supply operation is started in a state where the presence of the post-boiling hot water is detected in the hot water supply heat exchanger, the first flow rate control means and the second flow rate control means are arranged so as to eliminate the post-boiling. Since the flow rate ratio between the hot water flow rate and the bypass control flow rate is controlled, it is possible to eliminate boiling after exiting the hot water heat exchanger and stably supply hot water close to the hot water set temperature. Become.
[0137]
After that, in the mixing operation of boiling water and water, the feedback heat quantity is not supplied, and only the feed forward heat quantity is supplied to heat the hot water heat exchanger. During operation, the hot water supply heat exchanger can be heated with a constant feed forward heat quantity that does not fluctuate the hot water combustion heat quantity, so that the new feed water that enters after the boiling water is heated is heated by the feed forward heat quantity to the hot water side. The hot water can be supplied at a hot water set temperature.
[0138]
Moreover, in the present invention, at the time of the mixing operation for eliminating the post-boiling, not the feed forward heat amount with respect to the total flow rate, but the hot water side flow rate.Water supplyIs configured to heat the hot water supply heat exchanger by the feedforward heat amount required to raise the water temperature from the feed water temperature to the hot water supply set temperature, that is, the feed forward heat amount with respect to the hot water flow rate. Since the amount of heat is smaller than the amount of heat to be increased, the second flow rate control means operates in the closing direction when the hot water in the hot water supply heat exchanger comes out, and the second flow rate is quickly reached after the post-boiling is eliminated. By closing the control means, it becomes possible to shift from the flow ratio control based only on the feedforward heat amount to the steady operation of the total flow control using both feedforward and feedback.
[0139]
In addition, as described above, only the feed-forward heat amount with respect to the hot water flow rate is supplied during the mixing operation to eliminate the post boiling, so that the combustion heating is performed. Is closed, the flow rate on the hot water side matches the total flow rate, and the feedforward heat quantity for the hot water side flow rate is equal to the feedforward heat quantity for the total flow rate, so the second flow rate control means is closed to control the flow rate ratio. Therefore, there is no step in the feed-forward heat supply at the time of switching from the total flow control to the total flow control, thereby smoothly switching from the flow ratio control to the total flow control without causing fluctuations in the hot water temperature. The effect of being able to be obtained is obtained.
