の式を満足することを特徴とする鋼の連続鋳造用粉末状高粘度モールドパウダーに係る。
8logη+5≧A≧1.5logη+2
以下の表1に記載する配合割合にて、本発明品と比較品の粉末状モールドパウダーを作製した。
なお、溶融性状は、目視による観察と、ベアーの発生状況から総合的に判断して評価したものである。ここで、○印は、良好を、×印は、不良をそれぞれ示す。
また、赤熱現象は、目視による観察で評価したものである。
更に、溶融速度は、溶融層厚みを測定し、鋳造を通して安定して一定厚みが確保されているか、否かで評価したものである。ここで、○印は、適正を、×印は、不適をそれぞれ示す。
また、作業環境は、モールドパウダーが付着した時の汚れ具合から評価したものである。ここで、○印は、汚れが目立たないを、×印は、汚れが目立つをそれぞれ示す。
更に、製品品質は、得られた鋳片の割れ、介在物の発生状況から評価したものである。ここで、○印は、良好を、×印は、不良をそれぞれ示す。
Claims (5)
- 鋼の連続鋳造用粉末状モールドパウダーにおいて、1300℃における溶融スラグ粘度(η)が5ポイズ以上であり、カーボンブラック含有量が0.5質量%以下または不在であり、且つカーボンブラック以外の炭素質粉末の合計量A(質量%)が
8logη+5≧A≧1.5logη+2
の式を満足することを特徴とする鋼の連続鋳造用粉末状高粘度モールドパウダー。 - カーボンブラック以外の炭素質粉末の少なくとも一部または全部として、酸処理黒鉛を0.1〜8.0質量%含有する、請求項1記載の鋼の連続鋳造用粉末状高粘度モールドパウダー。
- 融点が、1130℃以下である、請求項1記載の鋼の連続鋳造用粉末状高粘度モールドパウダー。
- 第三石油類、第四石油類及び動植物油類からなる群から選択された1種以上を2.0質量%以下の範囲で含有する、請求項1記載の鋼の連続鋳造用粉末状高粘度モールドパウダー。
- 顔料を0.3〜7.0質量%含有する、請求項1記載の鋼の連続鋳造用粉末状高粘度モールドパウダー。
