Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a noise absorbing device case and a noise absorbing device using the case.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In order to remove noise, a noise absorbing device attached to a cable of an electronic device usually includes a ferrite core member and a synthetic resin case. The case includes two case members, and the case member is provided with a core housing portion that covers only half of the ferrite core member. In general, two halved ferrite core members are used as the ferrite core member in order to facilitate attachment to a cable connected to an electronic device.
[0003]
In the case of using a half-shaped ferrite core member, in order to enhance the noise removing action, the joining surfaces of the half-shaped ferrite core member must be brought into close contact with each other to form a more complete magnetic circuit. As the means, it has been well known that the case is brought into close contact with the elasticity of the case.
[0004]
For example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-3777 and US Pat. No. 6,144,277, a spring part or a spring member is provided in the core housing part of two case members, and the pressing force of the spring part or the spring member is provided. Discloses a noise absorbing device for bringing two halved ferrite core members into close contact with each other.

However, the conventional noise absorbing device has a structure in which a part of the half-shaped ferrite core member is pressed by a spring, and a pressing force is applied only to a part of the entire length of the half-shaped ferrite core member. Therefore, the degree of adhesion between the two halved ferrite core members could not be made uniform over the entire length.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a case for a noise absorbing device capable of bringing the joint surface of a half-shaped ferrite core member into almost complete contact over the entire length thereof.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above object, a noise absorbing device case according to the present invention includes a first case member and a second case member.
[0008]
A noise absorbing device case that can be attached to a cable, and includes a first case member and a second case member. The first case member includes a first core storage portion and a first spring portion. The first spring portion rises from the bottom of the first core housing portion in the width direction orthogonal to the cable guide direction, extends along the length direction, and the length dimension is larger than the width dimension. .
[0009]
The second case member includes a second core housing portion and a second spring portion. The second spring portion rises from a bottom portion of the second core housing portion in a width direction orthogonal to the cable guide direction, extends along a length direction matching the cable guide direction, and a length dimension is a width dimension. Is bigger than.
[0010]
In order to configure the noise absorbing device using the case according to the present invention, the first half-shaped ferrite core member is accommodated in the first core accommodating portion of the first case member, and the second case member The second half-shaped ferrite core is accommodated in the second core accommodating portion.
[0011]
Then, this noise absorbing device is attached to the cable. In the state of being attached to the cable, the first case member and the second case member are coupled to each other and closed.
[0012]
In this case, the first spring portion of the first case member rises from the bottom portion of the first core housing portion in the width direction orthogonal to the cable guide direction and extends along the length direction. Is larger than the width dimension, the first spring portion comes into contact with the first half-shaped ferrite core member inserted into the first core housing portion over almost the entire length thereof. The same applies to the second case member, and the second spring portion contacts the second half-shaped ferrite core member over substantially the entire length thereof.
[0013]
Therefore, when the two case members are closed, the two half-shaped ferrite core members are applied with uniform pressing force by the first and second spring portions over the entire length of the two half-shaped ferrite core members. The bonding surfaces of the core members can be uniformly adhered over the entire length in the length direction, so that a highly efficient magnetic circuit can be configured and noise absorption characteristics can be improved.
[0014]
Moreover, in the case for the noise absorber according to the present invention, since the spring part is integrated with and integrated with the case member, it can be molded at the same time as the case member, thereby reducing the overall manufacturing cost of the noise absorber. it can.
[0015]
Furthermore, since the spring part according to the present invention is integrated and integrated with the case member, the manufacturing process and the assembling process are simplified, unlike the case of incorporating the spring member independent of the case member.
