本発明は、例えば瞬間接着剤等の品物の展示用収納ケース（いゆわるブリスターパック）の改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
医薬品、化粧品等の化学品、特に瞬間接着剤等の販売に際し、厚紙、アルミ箔又はラミネートフイルム等の台紙に樹脂製の透明カバーを貼着して品物を覆い、いわゆるブリスターパックとして展示、陳列等されている。これらの台紙には製品（以下品物という）の使い方及びの使用上の注意等の説明書きが施してある。

そして、ブリスターパックから品物を取り出す際にブリスターパックを破って取り出すので、品物を取り出した後は、該パックはゴミ箱に捨て去られるのが通例である。この為、後からの使用に際して品物の説明書きがない等の事態が生ずる。

この問題を解決する方法として、例えば実開平１−１７９８７１号公報には、第１３図に示すような樹脂製の透明カバーの両縁側裏側に台紙の両縁側を挿入し得る溝条（いわゆるスライドパック）を設ける展示容器が記載されている。このような容器であれば、使用後に再度容器に収納することができ、前記問題点は解消される。

ところで、最近の店頭販売方式は、多くの品物を所定のスペース内において展示、陳列等する必要等から台紙の大きさにも制限があり、このため使用上の注意等の説明書きをするスペースも問題となっている。かかる問題は、前記従来技術によっては解決できない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、極めてシンプルかつ合理的な方法により、すなわち工業的に有利に前記従来技術の問題点を一挙に解消したスリムな展示兼保存用収納ケースを提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、本体台紙１と蓋体台紙２とが見開きの状態となるように連結され、他端は袋とじ状に接着結合してなり、本体台紙には品物の取り出し、収納自在の開放口１０、本体台紙と蓋体台紙を係止する仮止め機構９及び品物を収納し得る透明カバー４を設け、蓋体台紙にはその端部に開放機構７を設けたことを特徴とする展示兼保存用収納ケースである。
本発明の好ましい実施態様は、本体台紙と蓋体台紙とが薄肉溝を介して見開きの状態となるように連結されてなる展示兼保存用収納ケースである。

図５に例示した本発明の完成品である展示兼保存用収納ケースは、縦１７．５ｃｍ×横６．３ｃｍのスリムな矩形であり、この程度の大きさで実際に流通され、店頭においては吊り下げ穴６に掛けて陳列されるものである。

本発明の特徴は、本体台紙１と蓋体台紙２とが見開きの状態となるように連結されていることである。通常一体化したものから作成されるのが好ましい。すなわち、一体化した台紙をを二つ折りにすることで見開きの状態が出来上がる。該二つ折りの方法としては、機械的な単なる折り畳みの他、例えば、台紙に押圧線を引いたり、後述する薄肉溝を刻設する方法（いわゆるハーフカット）が考慮される。本発明の特に好ましい実施態様は、後者の本体台紙１及び蓋体台紙２は平面形状が相互に略対称形にして、図１〜図３に示したように薄肉溝３を介して折り畳み連結されていることである。

本発明の本体台紙１及び蓋体台紙２の材質は厚紙、コート紙、合成紙、その他種々のラミネート紙等があげられる。実際上の制限としては、使用方法及び使用上の注意等の説明書きが印刷、表記可能なものであれば、とくに制限されるものではない。

本体台紙１には、図１〜図２に示したように、品物の取り出し、収納自在の開放口１０が切欠される。この開放口１０は、品物を出し入れできればよく、従って図１２の１０’として示したように本体台紙１の開放口１０を部分的に切欠しておくこともでき、場合によってはその方が品物を安定して収納できるという利点もある。

まず、透明カバーを、品物を収容し得る形に成形した透明カバー４を下向き置き、その上に品物５を収容し、次いで予め蓋体台紙の他端とを袋とじ状に接着結合させておいた本体台紙を、その開放口を下向きに載置させ、次いで熱圧締して、品物を収納し得る透明カバーを本体台紙の表面に接着結合させる方法により製造される。

具体的には、前記透明カバー４と同様に、本体台紙１或いは蓋体台紙２の表面又は裏面に予め感熱及び／又は感圧接着剤等を塗布し、熱圧締処理により接着させる方法が好ましい実施態様であるが、この際に接着結合部分を上記に従って帯状に且つ出来るだけ少ない面積で済むように、また出来るだけ端部で接着するように、熱圧締に工夫する等が必要である。

また、この袋とじ状の接着結合は本体台紙１と蓋体台紙２を袋とじ状に結合して品物５の収納を完結させるものであり、従って結合方式としては前記接着剤による接着の他に、糊付け、粘着剤による接着等、その他にライン状の縫製、金属糸による縫い付け等縫製等が考慮されるが、工業的には糊付け、接着剤による接着、特に熱圧締接着による場合が好ましい実施態様である。

この目的のために、図１ではライン状の切込みによる開放機構の例を示したが、その他に図１２に示したような２列のカッティング方式（ジッパー方式）、或いはミシン目方式、テープカット方式、糸切り方式等が考慮される。これらの中でもジッパー方式は開放後の収納に際し、折曲がる等のことがなくきれいな線条にスムーズに開放され、便宜である。このジッパー方式においては、図１２の11で示した部分に開放マークを付し、或いは突起を付け、一方の本体台紙側には13で示したような切り開き用凹部を設けることで、開放が容易となり、更に便利である。

本発明の該開放機構は、流通過程や店頭に置かれる段階でしっかり固定されており、品物の収納が完結でき、使用するときに所定の力で開放される等の開放機構が備わっていれば特に制限されない。
