Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an improvement of a storage case (i.e., a blister pack) for displaying items such as instant adhesives.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When selling chemicals such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc., especially instant adhesives, a plastic transparent cover is attached to a base such as cardboard, aluminum foil, or laminated film to cover the product, and display, display, etc. as a so-called blister pack Has been. These mounts are provided with explanations such as how to use the product (hereinafter referred to as goods) and precautions for use.
[0003]
And, when taking out an item from a blister pack, the blister pack is torn and taken out, and after taking out the item, the pack is usually discarded in a trash can. For this reason, there is a situation in which there is no description of the item in later use.
[0004]
As a method for solving this problem, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-179871 discloses a groove (so-called slide pack) in which both edge sides of a mount can be inserted into both sides of a resin transparent cover as shown in FIG. ) Is displayed. If it is such a container, it can be accommodated in the container again after use, and the said problem is eliminated.

[0012]
Next, details of the display and storage case of the present invention will be further described.
The storage case for display and storage which is a finished product of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 5 is a slim rectangle of 17.5 cm in length and 6.3 cm in width, and is actually distributed in this size. It is hung on the hanging hole 6 and displayed.
[0013]
A feature of the present invention is that the main body mount 1 and the lid mount 2 are connected so as to be in a spread state. It is preferable that it is usually made from an integrated one. That is, the spread is completed by folding the integrated mount in half. As the two-folding method, in addition to mechanical folds, for example, a method of drawing a pressing line on a mount or engraving a thin groove described later (so-called half cut) is considered. In the particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention, the main body mount 1 and the cover mount 2 are folded and connected via a thin groove 3 as shown in FIGS. It is that.
[0014]
Examples of the material of the main body mount 1 and the cover mount 2 of the present invention include cardboard, coated paper, synthetic paper, and various other laminated paper. The practical restriction is not particularly limited as long as it is possible to print and display the description of the usage method and the precautions.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the main body mount 1 is notched with an opening 10 through which an item can be taken out and stored. The opening 10 only needs to be able to take in and out goods. Therefore, as shown as 10 'in FIG. 12, the opening 10 of the main body mount 1 can be partly cut out. There is also an advantage that it can be stored stably.
[0016]
The main body mount 1 of the present invention is provided with a transparent cover 4 for accommodating items. The method for fixing the transparent cover 4 to the main body mount 1 is not particularly limited, but usually by a heat-sensitive adhesive, a normal adhesive, glue, or the like previously applied to the main body mount, by hot pressing, pressing pressure, or the like. Glued.
[0017]
The transparent cover 4 can be fixed by adhering it to the surface of the main body mount 1 as shown in FIG. 7, or from the back surface of the main body mount 1 as shown in FIG. There is a method of adhering and fixing to the back surface so as to protrude.
[0018]
The method for manufacturing the display and storage case shown in FIG. 7 can be performed, for example, by the following method.
First, the transparent cover 4 formed into a shape that can accommodate the article is placed downward, the article 5 is accommodated on the transparent cover, and the other end of the lid mount is then adhesively bonded in advance to the bag. The main body mount that has been placed is placed with its open port facing downward, and then heat-pressed, and a transparent cover that can store articles is adhesively bonded to the surface of the main body mount.
[0019]
Here, the other ends of the main body mount 1 and the cover mount 2 are adhesively bonded to the main body mount 1 by bonding the other ends of the main body mount 1 and the lid mount 2 in a bag-like shape with the band-shaped adhesive portion 8. May be adhered separately as described above, or may be performed simultaneously as described below. That is, first, the transparent cover 4 capable of storing items is placed downward, the items 5 are accommodated thereon, the main body mount 1 having the opening 10 is then placed downward, and the spread of the lid mount 2 is closed, Next, the other ends of the main body mount 1 and the lid mount 2 are adhesively bonded in a bag-like shape by a band-shaped adhesive portion 8, and at the same time, the transparent cover 4 capable of storing items is adhesively bonded to the main body mount 1. Is the method.
[0020]
As another method of bonding and fixing, first, the main body mount 1 having an opening is placed face down, and a transparent cover 4 capable of storing items is inserted (placed) in the opening, and the items 5 are accommodated thereon. Then, the spread of the cover mount 2 is closed, and then, for example, heat pressing is performed, and the other end of the main body mount 1 and the cover mount 2 is bonded and bonded in a bag-like shape, and the transparent cover 4 that can store the product 5 Is manufactured by a method of adhesively bonding to the back of the main body mount 1.
[0021]
Here, the other end of the main body mount 1 and the cover mount are adhesively bonded to the main body mount 1 at the same time as the other end of the lid mount is bonded and bonded to the main body mount 1. However, they may be bonded separately.
[0022]
As described above, the method in which the transparent cover 4 is adhesively bonded to the main body mount 1 is preferably, for example, hot pressing. Usually, a heat-sensitive and / or pressure-sensitive adhesive previously applied to the front or back surface of the main body mount 1 as a top coat or the like can be used. The adhesive bonding portion of the transparent cover is indicated by K in FIG.
[0023]
As the material of the transparent cover 4 used in the present invention, a transparent resin, for example, a hard vinyl chloride resin, a polyester resin, a polypropylene resin or the like is preferably used. This transparent cover is usually prepared in advance by vacuum forming.
[0024]
In the display and storage case of the present invention, the main body mount 1 and the lid mount 2 are substantially symmetrical in plane shape, and both are folded and connected via the thin groove 3. Therefore, it is normally manufactured easily by engraving the thin groove 3 (so-called half-cut) at the center of the rectangular mount. Thus, in the present invention, it is an important matter for achieving the purpose to open the main body mount and the lid mount in a spread state.
[0025]
In the present invention, the main body mount 1 and the cover mount are preferably connected to each other in a spread state through a thin groove, and the other end is adhesively bonded in a bag-like shape. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, it is important for the bag-like adhesive bonding to bond the end portions in a band shape as shown in the bonding portion (8) in order to achieve the object of the present invention. is there. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, the bag-like adhesive bond usually bonds one end (adhesive portion 8) of the end portion. For example, in the case of a large mount or the like, it opens in two directions. Therefore, it is considered that three or four sides are bonded.
[0026]
In other words, an object of the present invention is to increase the space for describing the usage of the product and precautions for use, and therefore, it is desirable that the adhesive bonding portion is as small as possible. In addition, it is obvious that the bag-like adhesive bonding portion is preferably provided at the end rather than the center in order to make the later-described effect and explanation portion easier to read.
[0027]
Specifically, like the transparent cover 4, a method in which a heat-sensitive and / or pressure-sensitive adhesive or the like is applied in advance to the front surface or the back surface of the main body mount 1 or the cover mount 2 and bonded by a hot pressing process is preferable. Although it is an embodiment, it is necessary to devise heat-pressing so that the adhesive bonding portion is strip-shaped and has as little area as possible as described above, and is bonded at the end as much as possible.
[0028]
In addition, the bag-like adhesive bonding is to bond the main body mount 1 and the lid mount 2 in a bag-like manner to complete the storage of the article 5. Therefore, as a bonding method, in addition to bonding with the adhesive, , Gluing, adhesion with adhesive, etc. In addition, line-shaped sewing, sewing with metal thread, etc. are considered, but industrially, gluing, adhesion with adhesive, especially hot pressing adhesion is preferable This is an embodiment.
[0029]
Now, the goods are distributed in a state of being accommodated in the case and placed in the store. A person who purchases and uses it opens it and uses it, but the display and storage case of the present invention is provided with a specific opening mechanism.
[0030]
This opening mechanism has also been devised to conveniently achieve the object of the present invention. That is, the open portion is preferably provided at the end of the lid mount so as to occupy as little space as possible because it is necessary to make it easy to see the description of how to use the product and precautions for use.
[0031]
For this purpose, FIG. 1 shows an example of a release mechanism using a line-shaped cut, but in addition, a two-row cutting method (zipper method) as shown in FIG. 12, a perforation method, or a tape cutting method. Thread trimming method is considered. Among these, the zipper method is convenient because it can be smoothly opened to a clean line without bending when stored after opening. In this zipper method, an opening mark is attached to a portion indicated by 11 in FIG. 12 or a protrusion is provided, and a recess for opening as shown by 13 is provided on one main body mount side, so that opening is easy. It is more convenient.
[0032]
The opening mechanism of the present invention is firmly fixed in the distribution process or at the stage of being placed in the store, and can store the goods and be equipped with an opening mechanism that can be opened with a predetermined force when used. There is no particular limitation.
[0033]
Thus, by opening the lid mount in a spread state, for example, a spread state as shown in FIG. 9 is obtained, and an item stored in the main body mount can be taken out.
[0034]
In addition, the number of explanations about how to use the product and the precautions for use of the object of the present invention is doubled compared to the conventional one. Therefore, it is slim and many explanations are possible, and it is for display and preservation corresponding to the enforcement of the PL Law It becomes a storage case.
[0035]
Next, after use, it is stored again in the storage section provided in the main body mount, the spread is closed, and temporarily fixed as shown in FIG. In FIG. 10, this temporary fixing is temporarily fixed by forming an incision protrusion 9 cut into the main body mount, and inserting the end of the lid mount into this. As the temporary fixing mechanism, a notch 12 or the like at the end as shown in FIG. 11 can be considered.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
The display and storage case according to the present invention is extremely convenient for storing and storing items such as instant adhesive containers. That is, instant adhesives and the like are repeatedly used, and need a storage case when they are stored once after use and used again after a while. And it is necessary for this storage case to describe usage and usage precautions in detail. The display and storage case of the present invention is particularly suitable for this purpose.
[0037]
In the storage case for display and storage of the present invention, the particularly excellent effect is that the storage case after taking out the item is in a double-spread state, so that the area of description such as usage and precautions is about normal. Even though it is twice as much as the above-mentioned very slim blister pack, many explanations can be written and it is easy to deal with the enforcement of the PL Law.
[0038]
In addition, the storage case for display and storage of the present invention can be used for storage and storage in addition to the effect as a blister pack, so after breaking the blister pack and taking it out, the pack is put in a trash can. There is an advantage that problems such as the absence of an explanation and the absence of an explanation are eliminated.
[0039]
Since the display and storage case of the present invention can be made slim, it does not take up the space of a store and is easy to see, and solves the conventional problems all at once.
[0040]
The display and storage case of the present invention is extremely advantageous in that it can be easily manufactured industrially without significant changes in the conventional blister production process.
[0041]
