BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a passenger management machine called a high foot management machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Due to the need to mechanize field weeding and digging potatoes, a field management machine has been developed, and this management machine is referred to as an agricultural work machine (hereinafter simply referred to as “work machine”) such as a rotor, a cultivator, and a calicibeta. ) Is the basic form.
As is well known, a tractor having an engine at the front of an airframe having front and rear wheels, and a seat and a three-point hitch (metal fitting for locking the work machine) at the rear is the mainstream.
Such a tractor is quite heavy, and the wheels will tread the soil. If it is hardened, the air permeability and water permeability deteriorate, which is not preferable for the field.
In order to reduce the contact pressure, it is necessary to consider the use of crawlers.
[0003]
A combine is known as using a crawler (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-44706). A combine is a self-propelled machine that simultaneously harvests, threshes and sorts rice. As is clear from the above publication, the front part is provided with a weeding and cutting blade, and the rice is harvested. The combine proceeds as if straddling the stump. Therefore, the underfloor height of the combine is not so large.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, weeding of furrows is an important task for management machines. During this work, it is not permissible to damage the crops planted in the bush. Since the crop is 50 to 80 cm high, it cannot be cut with a low floor working machine such as a combine. Further, the combine shown in the above publication has a very bad view of the front because the passenger seat is at the rear.
Therefore, there is no choice but to manage with a tractor with a large wheel diameter and a large underfloor height. However, as described above, there remains a problem that the soil can be crushed. Moreover, even if it is a tractor, the front view is not good because the engine is at the front.
Therefore, the present invention is aimed at (a) reducing the ground pressure, (b) improving the forward view, and (c) sufficiently increasing the underfloor height.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first aspect of the present invention includes a side frame (15) that includes a hitch for attaching a work machine to the front and rear and supports the driving wheel (12), the driven wheel (13), and the idler wheel (14). The floor (22) is stretched on the body frame (20) disposed above the side frame (15) , the passenger seat (25) is disposed on the floor (22) , and the engine (36) It is a crawler type riding management machine that self-runs with the power from the vehicle , and the occupant seat (25) is arranged in the longitudinal center of the crawler (10) , and an engine (36) is provided below the occupant seat (25 ). The drive wheel (12) for driving the crawler (10) is disposed behind and below the engine (36) and the mission (37) via the side frame (15), and the rear hitch (28) the drive wheel And it is disposed above the front of the 12), the transmission (37), behind the engine (36), characterized in that attached to the machine frame located above the side frames (15) (20) And
Since it is a crawler vehicle, the contact pressure can be made sufficiently small. Since the heavy engine is placed in the center of the car body and below the passenger seat, it is well balanced even when front and rear work machines are attached, and the front view is well open, improving work efficiency. be able to.
In addition, since the rear hitch can be placed sufficiently forward, even if a work implement is attached to the rear hitch, a large overturning moment does not occur, and stable work can be continued.
[0006]
A second aspect of the present invention provides the side frame (15) that pivotally supports the driving wheel (12), the driven wheel (13), and the idler wheel (14) for winding the crawler (10). The airframe frame (20) is coupled via height adjusting ride frames (50), (60) so that the floor height can be adjusted as necessary.
In addition to claim 1 , the aircraft frame can be raised and lowered when the floor height needs to be changed due to crop type or other reasons. Therefore, the underfloor height can be sufficiently increased.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect, a transmission member for transmitting torque from the transmission (37) to the drive wheel (12) is enclosed by a transmission case (55), and the transmission case (55) is enclosed by the side frame (15). By fixing, the transmission case (55) is a part of the connecting member between the side frame (15) and the machine body frame (20).
In addition to claim 2, since the transmission case is used as a connecting member for the side frame and the machine body frame without being limited to a simple protective case, the parts and members can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
[0008]
A fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the third aspect, the rear slide frame (60) of the height adjusting slide frames is attached to the transmission case (55).
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the transmission case is a member that spans between the drive wheel on the crawler side and the mission on the body frame side, and the slide frame is a member that connects the crawler side and the body frame side. Therefore, if the rear slide frame is fixed to the transmission case, the slide frame can be reduced in size and simplified.

【The invention's effect】
The present invention exhibits the following effects by the above configuration.
The first aspect includes a side frame (15) that includes a hitch for attaching the work machine to the front and rear, and that supports the drive wheel (12), the driven wheel (13), and the idler wheel (14). The floor (22) is stretched on the fuselage frame (20) disposed above (15) , the occupant seat (25) is disposed on the floor (22) , and self-propelled by the power from the engine (36). a crawler type riding tiller, as well as arranged in a substantially longitudinal center of the passenger seat (25) of the crawler (10), arranged an engine (36) below the rider seat (25), the crawler (10 ) Is disposed behind and behind the engine (36) and the mission (37) via the side frame (15), and the rear hitch (28) is disposed on the driving wheel. (12) forward and upward Arrangement, and the transmission (37), behind the engine (36), characterized in that attached to the machine frame located above the side frames (15) (20).
Since it is a crawler vehicle, the contact pressure can be made sufficiently small. Since the heavy engine is placed in the center of the car body and below the passenger seat, it is well balanced even when front and rear work machines are attached. be able to.
In addition, since the rear hitch can be placed sufficiently forward, even if a work implement is attached to the rear hitch, a large overturning moment does not occur, and stable work can be continued.
[ 0027 ]
A second aspect of the present invention provides the side frame (15) that pivotally supports the driving wheel (12), the driven wheel (13), and the idler wheel (14) for winding the crawler (10). The machine body frame (20) is coupled via height adjusting slide frames (50), (60) so that the floor height can be adjusted as necessary.
Since it is a crawler vehicle, the contact pressure can be made sufficiently small.
In addition to the effect of claim 1 , when the floor height needs to be changed due to the type of crop or other reasons, the body frame can be raised and lowered. Therefore, the underfloor height can be sufficiently increased.

In addition to the effects of the first and second aspects , since the transmission case is used as a connecting member for the side frame and the machine body frame without being merely a protective case, the parts and members can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
[ 0029 ]
A fourth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the third aspect, the rear slide frame (60) of the height adjusting slide frames is attached to the transmission case (55).
In addition to the effects of claims 1, 2, and 3, the transmission case is a member that spans between the drive wheel on the crawler side and the mission on the body frame side, and the slide frame also includes the crawler side and the body frame side. It is the member which connects. Therefore, if the rear slide frame is fixed to the transmission case, the slide frame can be reduced in size and simplified.
