Tf =Tfij+Tflij
DA =DAij

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shift control device for an automatic transmission used in an automobile, and more particularly to a technique for preventing deterioration of shift response and shift shock caused by high or low hydraulic oil temperature.
[0002]
[Related technologies]
Automatic transmissions for automobiles generally use a planetary gear transmission mechanism, and engage or release a sun gear, planetary carrier, or the like by a hydraulic friction engagement element such as a hydraulic wet multi-plate clutch or a hydraulic band brake. To obtain a desired gear position.
[0003]
Normally, the hydraulic friction engagement element of an automatic transmission uses a line pressure generated by a hydraulic pump that rotates together with the crankshaft of the engine as a drive source. In an electronic control type, the drive control is an electromagnetic control means that is a hydraulic control means. A hydraulic control valve (hereinafter referred to as a solenoid valve) is used. In other words, the TCU (transmission control unit) controls the duty of the solenoid valve so that the line pressure to be supplied is a predetermined ratio. Increase or decrease And engage or release the hydraulic clutch and hydraulic brake. The gear shift is performed by switching the hydraulic clutch and the hydraulic brake to be operated, that is, by engaging one hydraulic friction engagement element while releasing one hydraulic friction engagement element. For example, when shifting up from the second gear to the third gear, the hydraulic clutch that establishes the second gear (hereinafter referred to as the release side clutch) is disengaged and the third clutch is established. (Hereinafter referred to as a coupling clutch) is engaged. With this hydraulic clutch grip change operation, the transmission path of the engine torque is switched, and the upshift is completed.
[0004]
By the way, in the hydraulic multi-plate clutch, the drive plates and the driven plates, which are alternately stacked, are pressed and engaged by a clutch piston (hydraulic piston). Further, when releasing the engagement, the clutch piston is moved in the direction opposite to that at the time of engagement, and both plates are separated. At this time, each plate may be immersed in the hydraulic oil (ATF), and in order to perform complete release without dragging, it is necessary to increase the gap between the plates. Therefore, if the moving speed of the clutch piston of the coupling side clutch is too low, there is a problem that it takes time to engage and the shift response is deteriorated. On the other hand, if the moving speed of the clutch piston is too high, the hydraulic clutch is suddenly engaged and a large shift shock occurs.
[0005]
Therefore, the stroke until just before the hydraulic clutch is engaged is made an invalid stroke, and the solenoid valve is fully opened to increase the amount of oil to be supplied and move the clutch piston at a relatively high speed. Thus, the control for gradually deepening the engagement is conventionally performed. When performing such control, it is necessary to determine the stuffing time in accordance with the line pressure in order to obtain an appropriate amount of oil to be supplied.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the hydraulic pump described above rotates together with the crankshaft of the engine, and the line pressure that is generally generated becomes lower than a specified value during idle operation where the engine rotation speed is low. In addition, due to individual differences in the automatic transmission, as shown in FIG. 16, the hydraulic characteristics themselves vary. In the figure, the solid line indicates the median value of the hydraulic characteristics, and the broken line and the alternate long and short dash line indicate the deflection values due to individual differences. For this reason, especially when shifting from a state in which the throttle is completely returned, for example, shifting from N range to D range or R range, coast downshift, power off upshift, etc., the line pressure depends on the engine speed. Unlikely, the shift response may be deteriorated.
[0007]
On the other hand, as is well known, ATF has a high viscosity when the temperature is low immediately after cold start or the like, and a low viscosity when the temperature is high immediately after high speed driving or the like. Accordingly, as the warm-up progresses, the clearance of each sliding portion in the transmission increases, so that the amount of leakage in the transmission increases or decreases depending on the temperature of the ATF, and as shown in FIG. The pressure will change. In the figure, the solid line indicates the median value of the line pressure after warm-up, and the broken line and the alternate long and short dash line indicate the deflection value due to the oil temperature. For this reason, if the backpacking time is kept constant, the change in line pressure due to the temperature of the ATF cannot be accommodated, the backpacking is not performed sufficiently at high temperatures, and the shift response deteriorates due to the delay in starting clutch engagement. When the temperature is low, the engagement is advanced due to the backpacking, and there is a possibility that a shift shock may occur with almost no feedback.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a shift of an automatic transmission that prevents deterioration of shift response and shift shock caused by variations in hydraulic characteristics due to individual differences of the automatic transmission and high and low hydraulic oil temperature. An object is to provide a control device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration of a power train of a passenger car to which a shift control device according to the present invention is applied. In the figure,

Hereinafter, taking the case where the shift operation from the N range to the D range is performed as an example, the backlash of the coupling side hydraulic friction engagement element and the subsequent shift control will be described.

First, in the first step (between time point a and time point b), the looseness control of the
[0023]
Next, in the second step (between time point b and time point c), the drive duty ratio D is first set to the engagement initial duty ratio DA and increased from that value at a predetermined rate. If torque transmission is started by the engagement of the hydraulic clutch 20 during this period, the turbine rotational speed NT starts to decrease, and it is considered that the shift is started at the time point c when the rotational speed decreases to a predetermined rotational speed.
[0024]
Next, the third step (between time point c and time point d) is a step of feedback-controlling the drive duty ratio D so that the rate of change of the turbine speed NT matches the target turbine speed change rate. Then, when the deviation between the turbine rotational speed NT and the shift end rotational speed N0 becomes equal to or smaller than the shift end determination threshold value ΔNF (time point d), this step is ended and the next fourth step is started.
[0025]
Then, in the fourth step (between time point d and time point e), the drive duty ratio D is kept constant and the waiting time TD is waited for. At that time point (time point e), the turbine speed NT is changed to the speed at which the shift is completed. At this point, the driving duty ratio D is again set to 100%, and the ND shift is completed.
Hereinafter, the procedure of each control step described above and the learning correction of the backpacking time will be described in detail with reference to the flowcharts of FIGS.
[0026]
When the driver performs a shift operation from the N range to the D range, a shift command signal is output in the TCU 7 (time point a in FIG. 4), and the ND shift control subroutine of FIGS. 5 to 11 is executed. When the ND shift control is started, the

Thus, when the time required for the second step (hereinafter referred to as the second step time) T2 is too long (or too short), the learning correction time Tflij is extended (or shortened), and repeated learning correction is performed. As a result, the second process time T2 converges in the range of the upper limit determination threshold T2A to the lower determination threshold T2B in each oil temperature-rotation speed region. As a result, the time required for the ND shift is optimized regardless of differences in driving conditions and individual differences of the transmission
[0040]
In this embodiment, learning of the padding time Tf based on the value of the second process time T2 is performed. However, the magnitude of the padding time Tf is directly reflected in the second process time T2. Because. That is, since the substantially invalid stroke time of the hydraulic clutch 20 can be said to be the time (between the time point a and the time point c in FIG. 4) from the shift command (start of padding) to the start of actual shift, the backpacking time. If Tf is short, the second process time T2 becomes long, and conversely, if the backpacking time Tf is long, the second process time T2 becomes short. Furthermore, the padding time Tf can be learned and corrected based on the time from the start of the actual shift to the end of the actual shift (between the time point c and the time point d in FIG. 4). Since the time varies, the learning according to the second process time T2, which is the open loop control region, can perform more accurate correction.
[0041]
This is the end of the description of the specific embodiment. However, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. For example, the above embodiment is an example in which the present invention is applied to learning correction of the padding time in the ND shift. However, the present invention can be applied to an NR shift, a coast downshift, a power-off upshift, and the like. Good. Further, the initial engagement duty ratio may be learned based on the time required for the second step. Furthermore, in addition to various determination threshold values and setting values, specific control procedures can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0042]
In the above embodiment, a duty-driven electromagnetic valve is used. However, a so-called linear solenoid valve controlled by a current value may be used.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the shift control apparatus of
[0044]
According to the shift control device of
[0045]
According to a third aspect of the transmission control apparatus of the present invention, in the transmission control apparatus of the second aspect, the learning correction means is configured to invalidate the piston based on a time from the cancellation time of the piston invalid stroke to the actual transmission start time. Since the stroke is corrected for learning, the control parameter value is corrected for learning so that the time from the invalid stroke cancellation time to the actual shift start time becomes substantially constant, especially when there are individual differences in the automatic transmission, The engagement start of the engagement friction element can be prevented from being too late or too early, and a smooth shift can be realized.
[0046]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the transmission control apparatus according to the third aspect, wherein the transmission control apparatus includes an automatic transmission input rotational speed detection means for detecting an input rotational speed of the automatic transmission, When the amount of change in the input rotational speed of the automatic transmission becomes equal to or greater than a predetermined value, it is determined that the actual shift start time has been reached, so that the actual shift start time can be accurately determined, and learning correction of the control parameter value is further improved. This can be suitably performed, thereby facilitating the shift.
[0047]
According to a fifth aspect of the transmission control apparatus of the present invention, in the first aspect of the transmission control apparatus, the learning correction means performs the learning correction at least when the rotational speed is in a low rotation region. It is possible to optimize the control parameter value even in the low rotation region of the engine or hydraulic pump in which the change in the pressure is significant. In addition, since the hydraulic pump characteristics due to the individual differences of the automatic transmission change remarkably in the low rotation region, the shift control device according to
[0048]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the transmission control device according to the first aspect, wherein the learning correction means is configured to perform the learning in the case of a shift for switching the shift stage of the automatic transmission from a neutral position to a traveling position. Since the correction is performed, the ND shift and the NR shift performed when the vehicle is stopped can be performed smoothly, and a shift shock can be prevented.
According to the shift control device of
[0049]
According to the shift control device of
[0050]
According to a shift control device of a ninth aspect, in the shift control device of the eighth aspect, the learning correction unit is configured to perform the learning correction based on a time from the cancellation time of the piston invalid stroke to the actual shift start time. Because the control parameter value is learned and corrected so that the time from the invalid stroke elimination time to the actual speed change start time becomes substantially constant, even when there is an individual difference in the automatic transmission, The start of engagement of elements can be prevented from being too late or too early, and a smooth shift can be realized.
[0051]
According to a shift control device of a tenth aspect, in the shift control device of the first aspect, the control parameter is a control parameter related to a shift for switching the shift stage of the automatic transmission from a neutral position to a travel position. Therefore, ND shift and NR shift can be performed smoothly.
According to the shift control device of
