Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]
The present invention relates to a small brushless motor, and more particularly, to a brushless motor used as a rotational driving means for medical cutting or polishing equipment and a medical handpiece using the same.
[Prior art]
[0003]
In medicine, especially in dental treatment, a small and lightweight device is required as a rotational drive means for tooth cutting and polishing equipment so that the operator can easily hold it in the oral cavity and use it frequently. In recent years, small brushless motors with good durability have been frequently used.
[0004]
FIG. 12 shows an example of such a brushless motor, which includes Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 4-104812, 4-104813, 4-104814, JP-A-6-351209, JP-A-6-351210, FIG. 12A shows a structure common to the brushless motor proposed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-351213, and FIG. 12A is an external perspective view showing the assembly procedure of the rotor unit 101 and the coil unit 102 of the brushless motor 110. FIG. 12B is a cross-sectional view of the brushless motor 110.
[0005]
The brushless motor 110 includes a core 103a and a case 104 in addition to the rotor unit 101 and the coil unit 102 described above. The rotor unit 101 includes two permanent magnets 101a having different fan-shaped cross-sections and a rotor shaft. The permanent magnet 101a is fixed around 101c and the outer periphery of the permanent magnet 101a is covered with a cylindrical cover 101b.
[0006]
The coil unit 102 connects a coil 102a that generates a magnetic field, a hall element 102b that detects the rotation of the rotor unit 101, and other related parts (not shown) to predetermined positions of the wiring 102e that is metallized in the coil unit cylinder 102c. And it is assembled and fixed with an adhesive.
[0007]
The core 103a is configured by laminating a plurality of ring-shaped silicon steel plates or magnetic materials such as permalloy, and the inner periphery of the case 104 just regulates the outer periphery.
[0008]
The brushless motor 110 is reduced in size by adopting such a basic structure, and various improvements have been proposed in the above-mentioned publications.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
[0009]
However, the assembly of the brushless motor 110 is performed by assembling and adjusting necessary parts at the assembly site. The center of rotation and the axial position adjustment are performed at the time of assembly. Needed.
[0010]
In particular, the assembly of the coil unit 102 is performed manually each time as part of the assembly of the entire brushless motor 110, and it takes time to center the coil unit 102 and the rotor unit 101. Since it is based on manual work, there is some variation in the outer diameter of the fixed coil 102a, and this variation may cause a catch when the coil unit 102 is accommodated in the core 103a and damage the coil 102a. In some cases, the insulation of the coil 102a may be lowered.
[0011]
The hall element 102b for detecting the rotation of the rotor unit 101 is installed inside the winding portion of the wound coil 102a. At this position, only the field of the permanent magnet 101a of the rotor unit 101 is provided. In addition, the field of the coil 102a is also detected, which hinders accurate detection of the rotation of the rotor unit 101 and causes the malfunction of the brushless motor 110.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0048]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0049]
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view conceptually illustrating an assembly procedure of an example of the brushless motor of the present invention.
[0050]
The brushless motor 10 includes a rotor unit 1 having a permanent magnet 1a on the rotor shaft 1b and bearing bodies 1c and 1f on both sides thereof, and rotatably supports the rotor unit 1 and accommodates the entire brushless motor 10. A core unit 3 containing a case 4 and a core (not shown, which will be described later) housed in the outer case 4 and containing a magnetic material, and a coil (not shown, which will be described later) housed in the core unit 3. ), A rear bracket 5 fitted behind the coil unit 2 and the outer case 4 (to the right in the figure), and a connecting portion between the rear bracket 5 and the main body described later. It is comprised from the intermediate bracket 6 for connecting.
[0051]
The permanent magnet 1a of the rotor unit 1 is provided on the rotor shaft 1b as in the conventional example, and the outer periphery is covered. Of the bearing bodies 1c and 1f provided on both sides of the permanent magnet 1a, the outer diameter of the bearing body 1c on the left side in the drawing, that is, the front side is larger than the outer diameter of the bearing body 1f on the rear side. The outer diameter of the bearing body 1c is larger than the outer diameter of the permanent magnet 1a.
[0052]
The bearing body 1 c is fitted into the bearing hole 4 a in front of the outer case 4, the permanent magnet 1 a is housed inside the coil unit 2, and the bearing body 1 f is fitted into the bearing hole 5 a of the rear bracket 5. Therefore, the inner diameters of the bearing holes 4a of the outer case 4, the coil unit 2, and the bearing holes 5a of the rear bracket 5 correspond to the respective counterparts.
[0053]
Accordingly, the rotor unit 1 can be assembled and removed from the front with the bearing bodies 1c and 1f attached, with the core unit 3, the coil unit 2, the rear bracket 5, etc. assembled to the outer case 4. It is easy and easy to disassemble. In particular, the bearing units 1c and 1f of the rotor unit 1 that are worn and used with great replacement are used, and the rotor unit 1 can be replaced with the brushless motor 10 without disassembling other parts while being assembled. It can be very convenient for repair and replacement.
[0054]
The rotor shaft 1b of the rotor unit 1 is provided with a joint 1i for transmitting a rotational force to a treatment instrument, for example, a shank portion of a handpiece, at the tip, and the inner diameter of the bearing body 1c on the joint 1i side is The outer diameter of the joint 1i is made larger. Therefore, as described above, after the rotor shaft 1b is extracted while the bearing bodies 1c and 1f are assembled, the old bearing body 1c is removed without removing the joint 1i when the bearing body 1c on the joint 1i side is replaced. In addition, a new bearing body 1c can be attached, and the bearing body can be easily repaired and replaced.
[0055]
That is, the shape of the joint 1i is limited to a predetermined standard size for the convenience of connection with the handpiece. Conventionally, the joint 1i is not considered at all in the design of the brushless motor, and the main body is repaired. When replacing, it was natural to remove this joint. However, in the present invention, related parts and the like have been reviewed as a whole from the viewpoint of simplifying assembly and repair, and such improvements have been made.
[0056]
Balancers 1j and 1k are provided between the permanent magnet 1a of the rotor shaft 1b and the bearing bodies 1c and 1f provided so as to sandwich the permanent magnet 1a. The balancers 1j and 1k are made of a metal that can be easily cut, for example, brass, and are fixed to the rotor shaft 1b, and a part thereof is appropriately cut and removed to maintain the dynamic balance of the entire rotor unit 1. Can be done. Thus, if the dynamic balance is appropriate, even if the rotor unit 1 rotates at a high speed, there is no blur due to a poor balance, which is suitable as a rotational drive means for a therapeutic instrument.
[0057]
As will be described later with reference to FIGS. 5, 6, and 7, the coil unit 2 is characterized by being integrally coated with a resin including a coil. In FIG. 1, only the integrally molded resin 2 e is externally visible. I can see it. This integral resin coating is performed by using a predetermined jig or the like so that the inner and outer diameter axes coincide with each other apart from the entire assembly of the brushless motor 10. Four conductive terminals 2f project behind the coil unit 2, and when the rear bracket 5 is assembled into the coil unit 2, these conductive terminals 2f project further rearward from the rear bracket 5 and are electrically connected. Can now be connected.
[0058]
The core unit 3 plays the role of an iron core for strengthening the magnetic field of the coil of the coil unit 2, and is a core (not shown) in which a plurality of ring-shaped silicon steel plates or magnetic materials such as permalloy are laminated. The outer periphery and both side surfaces are constrained by the core case 3h. The two conduits 3c visible on the outer periphery of the core unit 3 supply water and air necessary for dental treatment from the main body side (right side in the figure) to the tip side (left side in the figure, that is, the rotary tool side). The outer periphery of the core case 3h is fitted into a cut groove 3b provided so as to penetrate the outer periphery of the core case 3h.
[0059]
Further, in this example, four cut grooves 3b are provided on the outer periphery of the core case 3h, and an electric conduit (not shown) is similarly fitted into the remaining two grooves 3b as will be described later. It is supposed to be. In this way, it is possible to supply necessary fluid and the like without providing an extra space between the core unit 3 and the outer case 4, and the surgeon holds the hand in hand and requires a reduction in size. The brushless motor 10 is suitable as a rotational drive means for a treatment instrument.
[0060]
These cut grooves 3b, conduits 3c, and the like are provided to supply fluid that is not directly related to driving of the motor 10, electricity, or the like from the main body side of the brushless motor 10 to the tip side. When there is no need to supply electricity or electricity, it is unnecessary. As shown in the figure, the core unit 3 and the coil unit 2 can be attached and detached separately, so that only one of them can be replaced as compared with an integrated unit, which makes repair easier. In addition, repair costs can be reduced.
[0061]
As described above, the outer case 4 is provided with a bearing hole 4a that receives the bearing body 1c in front of the rotor unit 1 in the front, and is open in the rear, although it is not visible in the drawing. Further, a through-hole portion 4b is provided at the peripheral edge of the front bearing hole 4a, and when the core unit 3 is accommodated in the outer case 4, the conduit 3c and the like can be seen through the through-hole portion 4b. Yes.
[0062]
As described above, when the rear bracket 5 is covered with the rear bracket 5 after the core unit 3 and the coil unit 2 are assembled to the outer case 4 and the bearing hole 5a for receiving the rear bearing body 1f of the rotor unit 1, as described above. , A hole portion 5b for projecting the conductive terminal 2f of the coil unit 2 to the rear, and a through hole portion for projecting the conduit 3c fitted in the cut groove 3b of the core unit 3 in the same manner as the through hole portion 4b of the outer case 4. 5c.
[0063]
Two types of male screws having different pitches are formed on the outer diameter of the intermediate bracket 6. Among them, the male screw 6 a on the left side of the drawing, that is, the front side of the brushless motor 10 is engaged with the outer case 4 and serves to fix the core unit 3, the coil unit 2, the rear bracket 5 and the like in the outer case 4. The male screw 6b on the rear side of the brushless motor 10 is used for connection to a flexible tube (not shown, which will be described later) that supplies the motor 10 with electricity, water, air, and the like.
[0064]
In addition, although the example of the engagement by a screw is shown here as a connection method between the brushless motor 10 and the flexible tube, various connection methods such as connection by a one-touch connector used for a clerk plug or the like are possible.
[0065]
The brushless motor 10 includes a core unit 3 in which the rotor unit 1 is inserted from the front of the outer case 4 (left side in the drawing) as shown in the figure, while the conduit 3c and the like are fitted from the rear of the outer case 4. The assembly is completed simply by inserting the coil unit 2 and the rear bracket 5 which are coated with the integral resin in order, the centering of the rotor unit 1 and the coil unit 2 is not required, and the assembly of the entire brushless motor is simplified.
[0066]
Further, since the entire coil unit 2 is integrally covered with resin and the coil or the like is not exposed on the outer periphery of the coil unit 2, the coil is not damaged when the coil unit 2 is fitted inside the core unit 3. Further, as a secondary effect, the heat insulating characteristics of the coating resin improve the heat resistance characteristics of the coil unit, which has been a weak point in heat resistance, and the heat resistance characteristics of the entire brushless motor.
[0067]
2A is a longitudinal sectional view of the conduit portion of the handpiece main body portion incorporating the brushless motor shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2B is a longitudinal sectional view of the electrical conduit portion. From this, the parts already described are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted. Further, when necessary for the description, detailed symbols are attached, and when not necessary, only the main symbols are attached in consideration of the visibility of the drawings.
[0068]
FIGS. 2A and 2B show an example in which the brushless motor of the present invention is incorporated in a dental handpiece main body.
[0069]
In this figure, reference numeral 7 denotes a tool coupling portion fitted in the outer case 4 for connecting a treatment instrument such as a handpiece and the brushless motor 10, and 7a is connected to the front end portion of the outer case 4, and a shank portion of the handpiece. One-touch engaging means for attaching / detaching (not shown) by a known method, and means for making one-touch connection / disconnection of water, air, etc. supplied through the brushless motor 10 to the handpiece side at the same time are also provided.
[0070]
Further, Ba is a connecting portion with the flexible tube C for supplying electricity, water, air, etc. to the motor 10, and B is a handpiece main body portion. The built-in brushless motor 10, tool coupling portion 7, one-touch engagement. It comprises means 7a and connecting part Ba.
[0071]
First, the axial positioning, which is a feature of the brushless motor 10, will be described with reference to FIG.
[0072]
A step 1e is provided on the rear side of the shaft portion 1d to which the bearing body 1c in front of the rotor shaft 1b is fitted, and a balancer 1j is fixed so as to be in close contact with the step 1e. The bearing body 1c is externally fitted to the shaft portion 1d and is in contact with the balancer 1j, and the position in the axial direction on the rotor shaft 1b is indirectly determined by the step 1e.
[0073]
On the other hand, a step 1h is provided on the front side of the shaft portion 1g to which the bearing body 1f on the rear side of the rotor shaft 1b is fitted, and the bearing body 1c is placed on the rotor shaft 1b by contacting the step 1h. The position in the axial direction is determined.
[0074]
Further, the bearing hole 4a of the outer case 4 and the bearing hole 5a of the rear bracket 5 are formed in accordance with the bearing bodies 1c and 1f that are axially positioned and fitted on the rotor shaft 1b. As described in FIG. 2, by simply assembling the rotor unit 1, coil unit 2, core unit 3, outer case 4, rear bracket 5, etc., as shown in FIG. Directional positioning is made natural, and assembly is simplified.
[0075]
An O-ring 4ab is fitted into the bearing hole 4a of the outer case 4 fitted to the bearing body 1c in front of the rotor shaft 1b so as to contact the bearing body 1c. The O-ring 5ab is also fitted in the bearing hole 5a of the bracket 5 after the bearing body 1f is fitted, and the rotational vibration of the rotor shaft 1b is not easily transmitted to the core unit 3 or the outer case 4, that is, the outside. ing.
[0076]
2A, the conduit 3c passes through the through hole 5c of the rear bracket 5, passes between the outer case 4 and the core unit 3, passes through the through hole 4b of the outer case 4, It reaches the one-touch engagement means 7a, and supplies water and air from the flexible tube C to the handpiece side.
[0077]
On the other hand, as can be seen from FIG. 2 (b), an electrical conduit 3d is incorporated in the same path as the conduit 3c, and a rotating lamp provided with a slip ring (not shown) from the flexible tube C by this electrical conduit 3d. Power is supplied to the lamp 7c via the receiver 7b.
[0078]
The electric conduit 3d is made of a good electric conductor having a certain rigidity, and is shaped so as to follow the shape of the cut groove 3b provided on the outer periphery of the core case 3h, and passes through the through hole 5c of the rear bracket 5. It can be easily connected to the conductive terminal 5e. Therefore, compared to the conventional method of soldering a flexible copper wire with a margin and sandwiching it between the core unit 3 and the outer case 4, electrical connection is definitely achieved by only one-touch integration. , To ensure assembly and shorten the time.
[0079]
3 (c) is a longitudinal sectional view showing a cooling path of the handpiece main body portion incorporating the brushless motor shown in FIG. 1, (d) is a BB transverse sectional view of (c), and (e) is (d). It is CC sectional drawing of.
[0080]
In FIG. 3C, the air flow is conceptually indicated by black arrows. As can be seen, the air supplied from the flexible tube C through the air port 5e of the rear bracket 5 passes through the gap between the rear bracket 5 and the coil unit 2 in the axial direction, and the outer peripheral notch ( Passes through the gap 3e between the outer periphery of the core unit 3 and the outer case, passes forward, and a part passes through the bearing body 1c of the rotor shaft 1b and comes out to the handpiece side. The other part is configured to return backward through the gap between the rotor unit 1 and the coil unit 2, pass through the bearing body 1f, and return to the flexible tube C side.
[0081]
Thus, the motor 10 is cooled by the air passing through the inside and the vicinity of the outer periphery of the brushless motor 10.
[0082]
FIGS. 3D and 3E are diagrams for explaining the engaging protrusion 5d of the rear bracket 5. FIG.
[0083]
The engaging protrusion 5d extends rearward from the rear portion of the rear bracket 5, but reaches a position retracted by a predetermined distance from the intermediate bracket 6, and the coil unit protruding from the rear bracket 5 It protrudes further than the two conductive terminals 2f.
[0084]
The front end portion of the intermediate bracket 6 has a cylindrical shape. When this cylindrical portion is inserted into the connecting portion Ba with the flexible joint C and is fitted outside the receiving portion Bb inside the connecting portion Ba, the rear bracket The front surface of the engaging projection 5d of the contact 5 abuts on the receiving portion Bb inside the connecting portion Ba, and here, the intermediate bracket 6 and the rear bracket 5 are rotated so that the engaging recess bc provided on the receiving portion Bb When the engagement protrusion 5d of the rear bracket 5 is engaged, the intermediate bracket 6 and the rear bracket 5 are inserted into the state shown in FIG. 3E in a state where the conductive terminals 2f and the like are just inserted into the mating holes. be able to. Next, by rotating only the connecting portion Ba, the screw portion of the connecting portion Ba and the male screw 6b of the intermediate bracket 6 are screw-engaged to complete the connection.
[0085]
At this time, the engagement protrusion 5d of the rear bracket 5 is first brought into contact with the receiving portion Bb of the connecting portion Ba, and the conductive terminal 2f and the like are not in contact with each other, so that damage to the conductive terminal 2f and the like can be prevented. Further, since the relative rotation position can be determined by the engagement protrusion 5d and the engagement recess Bc having a shape that makes it easy to register the engagement, the alignment is easy, and the engagement protrusion 5d By making the shape of the engagement recess Bc into a rotationally asymmetric shape as shown in the figure, incorrect connection can be prevented.
[0086]
FIG. 4A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.
[0087]
As shown in this figure, the outer periphery of the core case 3h of the core unit 3 is formed so that the same gap 3e is formed over the entire periphery with the inner periphery of the outer case 4 in addition to the above-described cut groove 3b. A support projection 3ea is provided at a position that divides the area into four. As described with reference to FIG. 3C, air flows through the gap 3 e to cool the motor 10.
[0088]
The permanent magnet 1a fixed to the rotor shaft 1b of the rotor unit 1 is a four-pole type magnetized so that the N pole 1aa and the S pole 1aa are opposed to each other, and the periphery thereof is covered with a cover 1ab. Yes. As described above, when the four-pole type is used, a higher magnetic flux density than that of the two-pole type can be realized in a compact manner, the rotor unit 1 can be made small, and the entire brushless motor 10 can be downsized.
[0089]
As shown in FIG. 4B, the permanent magnet is magnetized so that the S pole and the N pole are different on the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side as shown in FIG. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4 (c), it may be a cylindrical shape in which S poles and N poles are alternately magnetized in four portions.
[0090]
It can also be seen that the conduit 3c and the electrical conduit 3d are fitted into the cut groove 3b and are compactly accommodated and fixed between the outer case 4 and the core unit 3. Further, it can be seen that the rotor unit 1, the coil unit 2, the core unit 3, and the outer case 4 are assembled concentrically.
[0091]
FIG. 5 is an external perspective view of a main part fracture showing the coil unit of the brushless motor shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the outer appearance of the coil unit 2, in particular, in order to show the internal parts of the coil unit 2 coated with an integral resin. With reference to this figure, the integral resin coating of the coil unit 2 will be described.
[0092]
The coil unit 2 includes a rotational force of the brushless motor 10, that is, a coil 2 a for generating a rotating magnetic field, a magnetoelectric conversion element 2 b for detecting the rotation of the rotor unit 1 due to the rotating magnetic field of the coil 2 a, A bobbin 2c constituting the peripheral portion, and provided at the rear end (right side in the figure) of the bobbin 2c in a disk shape in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis direction of the coil unit 2, that is, in the outer peripheral direction, extends the conductive terminal 2f. The substrate 2d, the coil 2a, the magnetoelectric conversion element 2b, the bobbin 2c, the substrate 2d and the like are made of a resin 2e that integrally covers the resin.
[0093]
The bobbin 2c is a right cylinder, and the inner diameter thereof is set so that there is a gap that does not hinder the rotation of the rotor unit 1 with respect to the outer diameter of the rotor unit 1, and the outer periphery of the rotor unit 1 A coil 2a for generating a rotating magnetic field for the permanent magnet 1a is provided, and a substrate 2d is provided at the rear end thereof.
[0094]
The coil 2a is formed along the outer periphery of the bobbin 2c by a press coil manufacturing method. In this example, the coil 2a formed in this way is adjacent to the outer periphery of the bobbin 2c so as to be divided into three. However, this is a case of a three-phase brushless motor and is not limited to three.
[0095]
In this press coil creation method, a self-bonded wire made of a good electrical conductor such as copper is wound with a bobbinless winder, and hot wires are simultaneously applied to fuse the wires together, and then wound around a press die. Set the coil that has been wired and fused, and let the wire flow through the coil to generate heat and soften it, then press it to form a coil with a predetermined shape. However, it is characterized in that the pressure of this spring is adjusted so as not to apply a pressing pressure at a time during pressing.
[0096]
By doing so, it is possible to form a coil having a desired shape, particularly a coil having a small thickness in the radial direction and uniformly surrounding the rotor unit without leaving a residual stress in the electric wire of the formed coil. In addition, a coil suitable as a brushless motor coil whose outer diameter is desired to be reduced can be obtained.
[0097]
The substrate 2d is provided with related components such as a coil 1a, wiring for connecting the magnetoelectric conversion element 2b and the conductive terminal 2f, and control electronic components.
[0098]
The magnetoelectric conversion element 2b is provided on the outer periphery of the bobbin 2c, adjacent to the longitudinal axis direction of the coil 2a outside the winding portion of the coil 2a, and between the substrate 2d. Thus, since the magnetoelectric conversion element 2b is provided outside the coil 2a, that is, at a position that is not easily affected by the magnetic field generated by the coil 2a and is integrally formed, malfunction of the magnetoelectric conversion element 2b can be avoided.
[0099]
Furthermore, the magnetoelectric conversion element 2b is desirably provided in a gap generated between the outer diameter circumferential portions between the adjacent coils 2a as shown in the figure. This is because the space for providing the magnetoelectric conversion element 2b between the substrate 2d and the coil 2a can be made smaller, and the entire coil unit 2 can be reduced in size.
[0100]
In addition, when a Hall element is used as the magnetoelectric conversion element 2b, the Hall element itself has heat resistance, but combined with the integral resin coating, the heat resistance characteristics are further improved, and the durability of the entire brushless motor against autoclave sterilization is further improved. To do. In addition, the Hall element detects the rotation of the rotor unit at the point where the magnetic flux reverses positive and negative, so it is easily affected by changes in the magnetic flux, but its position is also fully considered so that it is less likely to be affected by the magnetic field of the coil. Therefore, the function of the Hall element is fully exhibited.
[0101]
In addition, there are brushless motors that require a magnetoelectric conversion element, which is a sensor for detecting the rotation of the rotor unit, to control the rotation of the rotor unit, and those that do not. Even when no magnetoelectric conversion element is required, the same effect is exhibited by the integral resin coating.
[0102]
6A and 6B show the components of the coil unit shown in FIG. 5, wherein FIG. 6A is a longitudinal sectional view of the bobbin, FIG. 6B is a right side view of the bobbin in FIG. is there.
[0103]
The bobbin 2c is cylindrical as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, and has three protrusions 2ca on the outer periphery of one end thereof, and a tapered portion 2ab is provided below the neck of the protrusion 2ca. ing.
[0104]
The substrate 2d is a plate-like body having a shape as shown in FIG. 6 (c), and there are a plurality of cutouts on the outer edge. Among them, there are two large cutouts 2da, which are provided almost symmetrically. The two cutouts 2db correspond to the cutout grooves 3b of the core unit 3, and serve as escapes for the conduit 3c and the electrical conduit 3d fitted into the cutout grooves 3b.
[0105]
The four holes 2dc are provided to erect pins serving as the conductive terminals 2f. The three notches 2dd on the inner diameter side are escapes for erecting a small substrate (not shown) in which the magnetoelectric transducer 2b provided perpendicularly to the substrate 2d, that is, along the outer periphery of the bobbin 2c, is laid. .
[0106]
The inner periphery 2de is a portion into which the outer periphery of the bobbin 2c fits, and is slightly larger than the outer periphery. The bobbin 2d is moved substantially in the relative rotational position relationship shown in FIGS. 6 (b) and 6 (c). When the board 2d is fitted from the side without the projection 2ca, the substrate 2d is positioned at a position where it comes into contact with the projection 2ca. At this time, by the action of the tapered portion 2ab, the substrate 2d is fixed so as not to easily fall off in a state where it is in contact with the protrusion 2ca.
[0107]
FIG. 7 shows details of the resin coating of the coil unit of FIG. 5, (a) is a longitudinal sectional view of the resin-coated coil unit, (b) is a right side view of (a), and (c) is ( The DD cross-sectional view of a), (d) is the EE cross-sectional view of (b).
[0108]
As shown in this figure, a board 2d is fitted on a bobbin 2c, a small board 2ba having a magnetoelectric conversion element 2b is installed upright in a notch 2dd of the board 2d, and three coils 2a are installed on the outer periphery of the bobbin 2c. In addition, a pin serving as a conductive terminal 2f is erected in the hole 2dc of the substrate 2d by soldering or press-fitting, and necessary connections are made, and the whole is set in a predetermined resin-covered mold (not shown), and the resin is integrated. The coil unit 2 can be made by coating.
[0109]
At this time, as can be seen from FIGS. 7B and 7D, there is a portion where the outer peripheral edge 2g of the substrate 2d is exposed as it is without being coated with resin. This is because this portion is supported by a resin coating mold and coated with resin. As described above, when the substrate 2d is firmly supported by the resin coating mold and the resin coating is performed, the substrate 2d is not deformed and the accuracy of rotation detection is improved.
[0110]
In the cross-sectional view of FIG. 7C, the cross section of the coil 2a appears to be divided into six parts, but one coil 2a is adjacent to each other with the resin 2e interposed therebetween, and the adjacent coil 2a. Are separate coils 2a.
[0111]
FIG. 8 shows another example of the coil unit used in the brushless motor of the present invention, in which (a) is an external perspective view thereof, and (b) is an FF sectional view of (a).
[0112]
FIG. 8A is an external perspective view of the coil unit 2A from the same position as FIG. 5R> 5. In this case, the entire coil unit 2A is shown as being coated with a resin, Although the coil 2a and the like are not visible, they are provided at the same position.
[0113]
The coil unit 2A is provided with a cooling recess 2h for circulating cooling air on the outer periphery 2ea of the resin coating.
[0114]
The cooling recess 2h is provided so that a part of the outer periphery 2ea can be as wide as possible while leaving the outer periphery 2ea so that a concentric state can be maintained with respect to the inner diameter of the core unit 3 into which the coil unit 2A is inserted. The outer diameter of the bottom of the concave portion is made as small as possible so that the covering coil 2a is not visible, and if the sectional area of the concave portion is increased, the air circulation volume of the cooling concave portion 2h is increased. As the cooling effect increases, the weight of the coil unit 2A is reduced, which contributes to the weight reduction of the entire brushless motor.
[0115]
When the cooling recess 2h is provided in this manner, air is circulated through a cooling hole 2i, which will be described later, and other brushless motor components generated on the resin-coated end surface 2eb of the coil unit 2A. In addition to cooling by air flow between the outer case 4 and the outer case 4, air can also flow between the core unit 3 and the coil unit 2A, and the brushless motor can be cooled more effectively.
[0116]
The coil unit 2A is further formed with a cooling hole 2i penetrating from the inner periphery to the outer periphery.
[0117]
In this example, the cooling hole 2i is formed in a portion (see FIG. 5) in the central portion of the winding of the coil 2a inside the resin 2e (see FIG. 5). If there is a portion without the coil 2a, it may be provided there. If the hole area of the cooling hole 2i is increased as much as possible, the air circulation effect and the weight reduction effect can be obtained as in the cooling recess 2h. Can be bigger.
[0118]
If it does in this way, the flow of the air flow of an axis perpendicular direction will arise from the rotor unit 1 incorporated in this coil unit 2A to the core unit 3 which becomes the outer side of coil unit 2A, and in addition to normal cooling, cooling of a brushless motor Can be performed more effectively. In particular, when combined with the cooling recess 2h, the cooling effect is exhibited synergistically.
[0119]
It should be noted that the cooling recess 2h and the cooling hole 2i are effective in each case, whether installed alone or in combination.
[0120]
FIG. 9 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a cooling path of a handpiece main body portion incorporating a brushless motor using the coil unit of FIG.
[0121]
FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the coil unit 2 shown in FIG. 3C replaced with the coil unit 2A shown in FIG.
[0122]
As shown in FIG. 9, when the coil unit 2A is used, a cooling path for more air is generated inside the brushless motor 10 by the action of the cooling recess 2h and the cooling hole 2i, and the cooling efficiency of the motor is improved. To do.
[0123]
10 shows the core unit shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 10A is a longitudinal sectional view thereof, FIG. 10B is a left side view of FIG. 10A, and FIG. 10C is a right side view of FIG. .
[0124]
FIG. 10 shows the structure of the core unit 3, and the relationship between the core 3a, the support protrusion 3ea, the cut groove 3b, the core case 3h, etc., which have already been described, can be understood well.
[0125]
FIG. 11A is a front view of a main part fracture showing a state in which the handpiece is mounted on the handpiece main body of FIG. 2, and FIG. 11B illustrates a joint provided at the tip of the rotor shaft of FIG. It is a principal part longitudinal cross-sectional view.
[0126]
As can be seen from FIG. 11 (a), just by attaching the shank portion Aa of the handpiece A to the one-touch engaging means 7a of the handpiece main body portion B with one touch, the dental use is rotationally driven by the brushless motor 10 of the present invention. In combination with the effect of the brushless motor described above, it is compact and lightweight, and it is possible to supply water, air, and power to the illumination lamp L shown in FIG. It can be used as a handpiece suitable for medical use with high added value, particularly for dental treatment.
[0127]
The details of this one-touch mounting will be described with reference to FIG.
[0128]
The shank portion Aa of the handpiece A has a built-in drive shaft Ab. The drive shaft Ab is fitted with a spring Ab1 and a joint Ac that is urged by the spring Ab1 so as to advance and retract. Ac rotates with the drive shaft Ab. In addition, the shank portion Aa is provided with an exchangeable engagement receiving portion Ad for realizing mechanical one-touch engagement with the one-touch engagement means 7a. Corresponding to the engagement receiving portion Ad, a C-ring 7aa is externally fitted to the one-touch engagement means 7a so as to be replaceable.
[0129]
Thus, the mechanical one-touch engagement is achieved between the engagement receiving portion Ad and the C-ring 7aa simply by fitting the shank portion Aa of the handpiece A into the one-touch engagement means 7a of the handpiece main body B. The transmission of the driving force is simultaneously achieved between the joint Ac extrapolated to the drive shaft Ab and the joint 1i at the tip of the rotor shaft 1b.
[0130]
In addition, since the engagement receiving portion Ad and the C ring 7aa are hardened in the engagement portion, they can be used for a long time and can be replaced. Since only the necessary minimum part can be replaced without replacing the entire one-touch engaging means 7a of the piece main body B, the cost can be reduced as a result.
[0131]
In addition, although the thing used for the handpiece for medical use, especially dental was shown here as an example of use of the brushless motor of this invention, this brushless motor is small and requires a durable rotational drive. As a means, it can be used in all fields.
【The invention's effect】
[0132]

Assembling is completed, and the rotor shaft end protrudes forward and the conductive terminal protrudes rearward. It can be used as a brushless motor.
[0133]
Further, an intermediate bracket that is an engagement means with a connecting portion with a flexible tube that supplies electricity, water, air, etc. to the motor is provided, and an engagement protrusion that is pulled in a predetermined distance from the intermediate bracket is provided on the rear bracket. Thus, the connection with the connecting portion is easy and reliable.
[0134]
According to the brushless motor according to the second aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to the first aspect, the axial positioning can be performed only by assembling the related unit. It is.
[0135]
According to the brushless motor of the third aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor of the first or second aspect, a tool coupling portion is installed in the outer case, and a cutting blade is provided in the tool coupling portion. Since the one-touch engagement means that allows one-touch detachment of the cutting tool such as the handpiece provided is provided, the brushless motor can be incorporated and used as a part of the handpiece.
[0136]
According to the brushless motor of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to any one of the first to third aspects, a cut is made on the outer periphery of the core unit inside the outer case constituting the outer diameter of the entire motor. Since the groove is formed and the corresponding through holes are formed on the front and rear sides, air conduits, water conduits, conducting wires, etc. can be inserted therethrough, so that the outer periphery of the entire brushless motor is constructed. The motor can be miniaturized without increasing the outer diameter of the case, and in particular, it has high added value as a medical brushless motor. In addition, there is no hindrance to the supply of water and air essential for cutting tools.
[0137]
It is also possible to supply power to a lamp for illuminating the work area in order to facilitate the cutting work.
[0138]
According to the brushless motor of the fifth aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to the first to fourth aspects, air can be passed between the core unit and the outer case to cool the motor. .
[0139]
According to the brushless motor of the sixth aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, the core unit and the coil unit are detachable, so that they are integrated. Compared to the above, only one of them can be replaced, the repair becomes simple, and the repair cost can be reduced.
[0140]
According to the brushless motor of the seventh aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, the magnetoelectric conversion element is also integrally resin-coated on the coil unit. This effect is also exhibited in the case of a so-called sensorless brushless motor.
[0141]
According to the brushless motor according to the eighth aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to the seventh aspect, the magnetic field generated by the coil is applied to the magnetoelectric conversion element, that is, the sensor that detects the rotation of the rotor when the resin is coated. Since it is provided at a position to avoid, malfunction of the sensor can be avoided.
[0142]
According to the brushless motor according to claim 9, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to claim 7 or 8, the board on which the bobbin, coil, magnetoelectric conversion element, and other related parts of the coil unit are mounted. The brushless motor which exhibits the effect of Claim 9 can be comprised easily.
[0143]
According to the brushless motor of the tenth aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to the ninth aspect, since the substrate is firmly supported by the resin-coated mold and the resin coating is performed, the substrate is not deformed and rotated. Detection accuracy is improved.
[0144]
According to the brushless motor of the eleventh aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to any one of the seventh to tenth aspects, since the Hall element or Hall IC is used as the magnetoelectric conversion element, combined with the integral resin coating, The heat resistance is further improved, and the durability of the entire brushless motor against autoclave sterilization is further improved. In addition, the Hall element detects the rotation of the rotor at the point where the magnetic flux is reversed in the positive and negative directions, so it is easily affected by changes in the magnetic flux, but by combining with claims 9 and 10, the effect of the magnetic field of the coil can be avoided. The function of the Hall element is fully exhibited.
[0145]
According to the brushless motor of the twelfth aspect, in addition to the effects of the brushless motor according to any of the seventh to eleventh aspects, the inner periphery of the core unit into which the coil unit is inserted and the outer periphery of the coil unit; Since the cooling recess for cooling the brushless motor by supplying air is provided between the two, the cooling of the brushless motor is further effectively performed in addition to the cooling by the air flow between the normal core unit and the outer case. be able to.
[0146]
In addition to the effect of the brushless motor according to any one of claims 7 to 12, the brushless motor according to claim 13 forms a cooling hole penetrating from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the coil unit. As a result, air flow in the direction perpendicular to the axis is generated in the core unit, and the brushless motor can be cooled more effectively in addition to the normal cooling as in the case of the twelfth aspect. In particular, when combined with claim 12, the cooling effect is exhibited synergistically.
[0147]
According to the brushless motor of the fourteenth aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor of the first aspect, the outer diameter of the bearing body in front of the rotor unit is set to the outer diameter of the permanent magnet portion, the outer diameter of the rear bearing body. Since it is larger than the outer diameter, the rotor unit can be attached to and detached from the outer case from the front, facilitating repair as well as assembly.
[0148]
According to the brushless motor of the fifteenth aspect, in addition to the effect of the brushless motor of the first aspect, the inner diameter of the bearing body on the joint side of the rotor unit is larger than the outer diameter of the joint provided at the tip of the rotor shaft. Since it becomes large, the bearing body in front of the rotor unit can be replaced without removing the joint, and repair and replacement are easy.
[0149]
According to the medical handpiece of the sixteenth aspect, since the brushless motor having the above characteristics is incorporated, it is possible to supply water and air with a small size and light weight by combining with the effects of these brushless motors. Moreover, it can be used as a handpiece suitable for medical use with high added value, particularly dental treatment, with good cooling efficiency.
