Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a snow stop fitting used for a vertical thatched roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The prior art will be described with reference to FIGS. (A) is explanatory drawing of the snow stopper metal fitting 1 and the attachment metal fitting B, (a) is explanatory drawing which shows the vertical thatched roof where the snow stopper metal fitting 1 is used.
First, the vertical roof will be described in (a). In order to construct this roof, the groove plate 8 having the fitting portions 81 and 81 and the cap 9 having the protruding portions 91 and 91 fitted to the fitting portions 81 and 81 are used. First, the hanging member 7 is fixed to the field material 5 with the fastening device 6, and the groove plate 8 is fitted to the hanging member 7. Next, the projecting portions 91 and 91 of the cap 9 are fitted to the fitting portions 81 and 81 of the groove plates 8 and 8 adjacent to the left and right, which are fitted to the suspension 7 to form a vertical roof.
[0003]
The snow stop fitting 1 is manufactured by bending a metal plate, and has a bottom face 13 and a snow stop face 12 raised from one side of the bottom face 13. In order to attach the snow stop fitting 1 to the aforementioned vertical thatched roof, the attachment fitting B is required.
The mounting bracket B has an abutting portion B1 that follows the shape of the cap 9 of the thatched roof, and a protruding portion B1a that is bent inward is formed on the lower left and right sides of the abutting portion B1. Yes. Further, a fixed portion B2 is formed above the contact portion B1.
And the snow stopper metal fitting 1 is combined and fixed to the attachment metal fitting B.
[0004]
When such a member is attached to a vertical roof and used as a snow stopper, a mounting bracket B to which the snow stopper 1 is fixed is placed over the cap 9. Next, the fixing part B2 is fastened with the bolt 2 and the nut 4, and is fixed to the vertical roof so that the protruding part B1a fits into the protruding parts 91 and 91.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, two members of the snow stopper 1 and the attachment bracket B for attaching it to the vertical roof are required, and in order to perform both functions of fixing and snow stopper, they are combined and fixed. Because it had to be set, it was expensive to produce.
Further, the abutting portion B1 of the mounting bracket B conforms to the shape from the upper surface of the cap 9 to the inclined surface, and is in surface contact with the entire surface. There is a possibility that the stopper 1 is inclined and does not function as a snow stopper.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The snow guard for a vertical roof according to the present invention has the following configuration.
One snow stopper has a shape opened to the upper side having a bottom surface, a snow stopper surface raised on both sides of the bottom surface, and a mating surface continuous from one side of each snow stopper surface. And the lower edge of the snow stop surface, which is continuous from the lower side of the mating surface to the bottom surface, is cut out to form a contact portion. Further, the contact portion is formed with a protruding portion, and the mating surface is inclined toward the bottom surface as it goes downward. In other words, the mating surfaces are symmetrical and formed so as to be substantially C-shaped when snow stop fittings that use two as a set are combined.
When attaching such a snow stopper to a vertical roof, the mating surfaces are brought into contact with each other and used as a pair. Since the mating surfaces are combined in a substantially C shape, the upper surfaces are in contact with each other.
When attaching, a pair of snow stoppers are put on, but the upper sides of the mating surfaces are brought into contact with each other. It is good to join with a bolt and a nut first to make a pair. Next, a bolt, which is a fixing tool inserted between the mating surfaces, is tightened with a nut to fix the snow stopper to the vertical roof.
For example, the above-mentioned vertical thatched roof is formed by fitting a protruding portion of a cap to a fitting portion of a groove plate adjacent to the left and right, and in that case, a pair of snow stoppers is applied to the cap. Cover the projecting part and put the projecting part on the projecting part. Then, tighten the fixing tool inserted between the mating surfaces, and fix the snow stopper to the vertical roof.
[0007]
【Example】
An embodiment of the snow stop fitting 1 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2A is a front view, FIG. 2B is a plan view, FIG. 3C is a side view, and FIG. 4 to 6 are explanatory views showing other embodiments, respectively, and FIGS. 7A, 7A, and 7C are vertical views to which the snow stopper 1 of the present invention can be attached. It is explanatory drawing which shows the other Example of a thatched roof.
First, an embodiment of the snow stopper 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 2A, 2A, and 2C. This snow stop fitting 1 is made of a bending process, and includes a bottom face 13 and snow stop faces 12 and 12 that are on both sides of the bottom face 13 and have been raised on the eave side and the ridge side after installation. Bolt holes 15, 15 are formed in the snow stop surfaces 12, 12. And the drain hole 14 is formed by notching the corner | angular part of the snow stop surface 12 and the bottom face 13.
As a whole, it has an open shape having a bottom surface 13, snow stop surfaces 12, 12, and a mating surface 11 continuous from one side of each snow stop surface 12, 12. In the case of the present embodiment, the mating surface 11 is formed by extending one side of the snow stop surface 12 and bending each of them inward.
And the location which is the lower edge of the snow stop surface 12 * 12 and the lower part of the mating surface 11 * 11, and the bottom face 13 * 13 continued from there are notched. The cutout portion can be put on the cap 9 of the thatched roof, and is a contact portion 16 having a shape following the cap 9. Further, the abutting portion 16 is formed with a protruding portion 16a that can be fitted into the protruding portion 91 of the cap 9, and the mating surface 11 is inclined toward the bottom surface 13 as it goes downward. That is, the mating surfaces 11 and 11 are formed so as to be substantially C-shaped when the snow stoppers 1 and 1 are combined.
When attaching such a snow stopper 1 to a vertical roof, the mating surfaces 11 and 11 are in contact with each other and used as a pair. That is, the same thing is used for right and left, the washer 3 is used if necessary, the mating surfaces 11 and 11 are connected by the bolt 2 and the nut 4, and the two snow stoppers 1 and 1 are attached to the vertical roof as a pair.
[0008]
Next, referring to FIG. 3, a construction state in the case of attaching to a vertical roof using a pair of such snow stoppers 1 will be described.
Since the snow stoppers 1 and 1 are already paired, they are put on the cap 9 of the vertical roof. Then, the bolt 2 is tightened so that the protruding portion 16a bites into the protruding portions 91 and 91 of the cap 9 firmly. If it does so, the lower part of the mating surface 11 * 11 which was substantially C-shaped and inclined will match.
In this way, it is attached to the vertical roof.
[0009]
At this time, the snow stoppers 1, 1 are in contact with only the upper part, and the substantially C-shaped mating surfaces 11, 11 that are separated from the lower part are joined together, so that the projecting parts 16 a, I will eat 16a. Therefore, it is possible to provide a snow stopper 1 that can maintain strength.
The mating surfaces 11 and 11 are formed so as to be parallel to each other, and the projecting portions 16a and 16a can be made to bite more strongly than in the case where the mating surfaces 11 and 11 are aligned from the beginning.
In the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the contact portion 16 follows the shape of the inclined surface from the upper surface of the cap 9, but the entire contact portion 16 does not come into surface contact. This is also a factor that the abutting portion 16 abuts firmly on the cap 9.
For example, in the case of the prior art shown in FIG. 7, since the entire contact portion B1 is in surface contact with the cap 9, when a snow load is applied, the frictional resistance is dispersed and slippery. However, in the case of the present embodiment, the contact surface is small, and the frictional force concentrates there, so that it is difficult to slip when tightened.
Furthermore, in the case of the present embodiment, the shape of the projecting portion 16 a follows the shape of the projecting portions 91 and 91 of the cap 9. For this reason, when the snow stopper 1 is tightened with the bolt 2 and the nut 4, the strength can be further maintained.
[0010]
Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. (A) has shown the snow stopper metal fitting 1 used when the upper surface of the cap 9 is circular arc shape. Also in this case, as described above, the upper surfaces of the mating surfaces 11 and 11 are in contact with each other, the lower portions are separated, and the lower surfaces are in contact with each other when tightened. Further, the contact portion 16 is attached to the upper surface of the cap 9, and the contact surface is small, and the protruding portion 16 a is attached to the protruding portion 91. For this reason, it has the same effect.
(A) shows an example in which the shape of the protruding portion 16a is different. In the case where the required strength may be small, such a protruding portion 16a may be used.
[0011]
FIGS. 5A and 5B show an embodiment in which the equilateral mountain shaped steel A is used to provide a snow stop function. (A) has shown the side view of the state which combined the equilateral mountain-shaped steel A with the snow stopper 1, and (A) has shown explanatory drawing at the time of combining with a vertical thatched roof. In this case, a bolt hole 15 into which the bolt 2 can be inserted is formed. Since it is sufficient that the snow can be stopped by the equilateral mountain steel A, the snow stop surface 12 may be small.
The attachment is performed by covering the cap 9 with a pair of snow stoppers 1 and 1 and tightening them with the bolts 2 and nuts 4 so that the lower portions of the open mating surfaces 11 and 11 are aligned. Next, the equal side angle steel A is combined with the snow stopper 1 and attached by pressing with the stopper piece 17.
[0012]
FIG. 6 shows a case where it is used for another vertical roof. (A) is explanatory drawing which shows the vertical thatched roof, (a) is the figure which showed the state which attached the snow stopper metal fitting 1 of this invention to it. Thus, it can be attached to a vertical roof different from those in FIGS. 3 and 4.
Furthermore, FIG. 7 demonstrates the other Example of the vertical thatched roof which can attach the snow stopper metal fitting 1 of this invention. The vertical thatched roof in (a) covers the groove plate 8, 8 adjacent to the left and right with the hanging element 7, drives the fastening element 6 into the hanging element 7 and fixes it to the field material 5, and attaches the cap 9 to the hanging element 7. A vertical thatched roof is formed by fitting the protrusion 91. In this case, the abutment portions 16 and 16 of the snow stoppers 1 and 1 are covered with the cap 9 fitted to the hanging member 7, and the projecting portions 16 and 16a are attached to the projecting portions 91 and 91, and then attached.
The vertical roof in (a) is called a folded plate, and the groove plate 8 is formed with fitting portions 81 and 81, and an inner rod 82 is formed on one side of the groove plate 8 and an outer rod 83 is formed on the other side. It is. Such fitting portions 81 and 81 of the groove plate 8 are fitted to a fixing member C called a tight frame, and the outer roof 83 of the groove plate 8 to be installed next is fastened to the inner roof 82 to connect the vertical roof. To do. In this case, the contact portions 16 and 16 of the snow stoppers 1 and 1 are placed on the groove plates 8 and 8 fixed to the fixing member C, and the projecting portions 16a and 16a are fitted to the fitting portions 81 and 81, respectively. And as above-mentioned, the bolt inserted in the mating surfaces 11 * 11 is fastened with a nut, and is fixed.
The vertical roof of (c) has the fixing member C fitted with the fitting portions 81 and 81 formed on the groove plate 8 and the fitting portions 81 and 81 of the groove plate 8 to be constructed next are fitted therein. And it has a vertical thatched roof. Also in this case, the contact portions 16 and 16 of the snow stoppers 1 and 1 are placed on the groove plate 8 fixed to the fixing member C, and the protruding portions 16a and 16a are fitted to the fitting portions 81 and 81, respectively. Similarly, the bolts inserted into the mating surfaces 11 and 11 are fastened and fixed with nuts.
[0013]
As described above, in the snow stoppers 1 and 1 according to the present invention, the cap 9 or the groove plate 8 is in contact with the abutting portions 16 and 16, and the portion where the projecting portions 16 a and 16 a are fitted is the cap 9. Projecting portions 91 and 91 or the fitting portions 81 and 81 of the groove plate 8. That is, the contact portions 16 and 16 of the pair of snow stoppers 1 and 1 are covered with the vertical roof, and the protruding portions 16a and 16a are fitted sideways. It is a protruding part.
In any case, when a pair of snow stoppers 1 are used symmetrically and tightened, the abutting portion 16 follows the cap 9 or the groove plate 8, and the protruding portion 16a is the protruding portion 91, 91 or Any shape that fits into the fitting portions 81 and 81 may be used.
The manufacturing method and material are not limited, such as manufacturing the snow stopper 1 with a mold. The mating surface 11 may be single.
Conventionally, the contact portion B1 of the mounting bracket B follows the shape from the upper surface of the cap 9 to the inclined surface, and the entire surface is in surface contact, and the contact portion B1 is easily slipped to the eaves side due to a snow load. There was a possibility that the snow stopper 1 would not be able to fulfill the function of snow stopper due to the slant. In order to eliminate this point, as shown in FIG. 1, the contact surface may be made small so that the portion from the snow stop surface 12 to the bottom surface 13 is notched or a slightly bent piece is formed. .
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
Conventionally, two members, a mounting bracket B for mounting on a vertical roof and a snow stop bracket 1, are required, and in order to perform both functions of fixing and snow stop, they must be combined and fixed. Since it had to be done, the production cost was high. However, according to the present invention, the same type is used as a pair on the left and right sides so that the mating surfaces come into contact with each other, so that it can be manufactured at low cost.
Conventionally, the abutting portion of the mounting bracket is in surface contact with the shape from the top surface of the cap to the inclined surface, and the abutting portion is easily slipped to the eaves side due to the load of snow. There was a risk that the metal fittings would become slanted and did not function as a snow stop. However, according to the present invention, the contact portion follows the shape of the cap, but since the contact surface is small, it is difficult to slip to the eaves side and can be firmly fixed.
