【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a viscous fluid encapsulating damper formed by enclosing a viscous fluid therein, and more particularly to a viscous fluid encapsulating damper in a form in which a flexible film is closed in a bag shape to form a container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a disc player such as a CD player is mounted on a vehicle or the like, in order to prevent the vibration of the vehicle or the like from being directly transmitted to the main body mechanism unit of the disc player and the occurrence of sound skipping, etc., as shown in FIG. [0010]
In recent years, in-vehicle disk players, AV devices, and the like have been made smaller and thinner, and accordingly, there is an increasing demand for smaller and thinner viscous fluid-filled
[0011]
Furthermore, the conventional viscous fluid-filled

In addition, in the case of the conventional viscous fluid-filled
[0013]
In view of the above, the inventor of the present patent application (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-117473) substantially closed the flexible film in a bag shape to form a container and enclosed the viscous fluid inside. We have proposed a viscous fluid-filled damper (film damper) that has an irregular shape.
[0014]
According to this film damper, the above various problems of the conventional viscous fluid-filled
That is, in the case of this film damper, the
[0015]
As a result, the damper can be remarkably reduced in size and thickness.
That is, by using such a film damper, it is possible to eliminate the stirring
[0016]
In addition, since the container can be deformed substantially uniformly in the three-dimensional direction, the damping characteristic is not directional, and in addition, since the container itself is not substantially rigid, the damping function of the viscous fluid inside the container is provided. Various advantages can be obtained such as sufficient extraction and high vibration damping efficiency.
[0017]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the present inventors have studied this type of film damper, that is, a damper in which a viscous fluid is sealed in a container formed by closing a flexible film in a bag shape. As a result, it has been found that there is a problem that attenuation characteristics, strength, and the like are easily changed with temperature, that is, the dependence on temperature is high.
[0018]
In this damper, since the viscous fluid inside is forcedly flowed with the deformation of the container, that is, with the flexible deformation of the flexible film, the flexibility of the flexible film is reduced. This greatly affects the damping characteristics of the damper.
Accordingly, the flexibility of the flexible film is relatively lowered when the operating temperature is lowered, and this causes a problem that the damping characteristic of the damper is greatly influenced by the operating temperature. It turns out.
[0019]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The viscous fluid-sealed damper (film damper) of the present invention has been devised to solve such problems.
Thus, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the flexible film is closed in a bag shape to form a container, the viscous fluid is sealed inside, and the flexible film is provided with a fixing member to the supporting member and the supported member. A viscous fluid-filled damper that dampens vibration by causing the internal viscous fluid to flow when the supporting member and the supported member are displaced relative to each other, , Soft The first resin film rich in softness and relatively poor flexibility relative to the first resin film In a higher temperature range than normal temperature With a strong

[Operation and effect of the invention]
As described above, the present invention is a film damper in which a flexible film is closed in a bag shape to form a container, and a viscous fluid is sealed therein, and the flexible film is made of a resin film of a different material. A plurality of layers are stacked.
[0024]
When the flexible film has a single-layer structure of a resin film, a highly flexible material is used as the resin film, so that a high attenuation characteristic is maintained even in a low temperature region, that is, a region where the temperature is lower than normal temperature. Is possible.
However, such a flexible material is inevitably weak in strength in a high temperature region, that is, a region where the temperature is higher than normal temperature, and the durability life is short. That is, it will be unbearable for practical use.
On the other hand, when a strong resin film is used to form a single layer structure, it is difficult to obtain good attenuation characteristics in a low temperature region even if the required standard can be satisfied.
[0025]
However, if the flexible film has a structure in which a plurality of resin films of different materials are laminated in accordance with the present invention, a resin film having high flexibility can be obtained by using resin films having different properties. In combination with a strong resin film that is relatively inflexible so, It is possible to satisfy both of the conflicting properties of the necessary flexibility in the low temperature region and the necessary strength of the flexible film in the high temperature region.
As a result, problems inherent to the film damper can be solved well.
That is, with such a configuration, the film damper can be practically used as a damper for an in-vehicle disk player, AV equipment, or the like.
[0026]
Thus, by making such a thin and compact film damper practically usable, there is also an advantage that the usage application of this kind of viscous fluid-filled damper is greatly expanded.
Specifically, for example, in a HDD device (hard disk drive device) of a personal computer (personal computer), conventionally, only a thin rubber sheet is used to prevent vibration, or a digital video using a disc. Cameras are simply supported by using a lump of rubber for vibration isolation, but the film damper of the present invention is extremely compact in its overall shape and can be made very thin, so it can also be used as a damper for these devices. It becomes possible to do.
Alternatively, it can also be applied as a damper for various small precision devices that cannot be handled by conventional viscous fluid-filled dampers.
[0027]
In the present invention, the resin film is A flexible film is formed by laminating three or more layers. With Using resin film of the same material as the resin film that forms both sides of the cross section opposite to each other It is characterized by .
[0028]
When a flexible film made of a resin film is closed in a bag shape, it is convenient if a heat seal can be used, so that the flexible film can be easily closed in a bag shape. By making both surfaces of the same resin film, heat fusion by heat sealing can be performed well. 4 ).
In addition, even when closing by such a method other than heat sealing, the surfaces to be fixed to each other are made of the same material, so that good fixing can be performed.
[0029]
In the present invention, an L-LDPE resin (linear low density polyethylene resin) film can be used as the first resin film, and a CPP resin (unstretched polypropylene resin) film can be used as the second resin film. 2 ).
These L-LDPE resin films and CPP resin films are resin films that have not been stretched, are weak, and are flexible.
[0030]
The resin used as a normal plastic material is generally stretched and is too stiff as a resin film for the film damper of the present invention, that is, lacks flexibility. Therefore, the film damper of the present invention In practice, it is difficult to use as a resin film.
On the other hand, the L-LDPE resin film and the CPP resin film are unstretched and rich in flexibility, and are suitable as a constituent material of the flexible film in the film damper.
[0031]
In the present invention, it is desirable to keep the thickness of the flexible film within a range of 0.01 to 0.15 mm. 3 ).
The reason is that if the thickness of the flexible film is less than 0.01 mm, the flexibility is good, but the durability is low. Conversely, if the thickness is more than 0.15 mm, the flexible film itself This is because the flexibility and flexibility of the film damper are lowered, and the vibration damping characteristics of the film damper are lowered.

FIG. 6 shows the dynamics of the flexible film 18 (CPP / L-LDPE / CPP resin film laminate), single-layer CPP resin film, and single-layer L-LDPE resin film when the temperature is changed. It represents the degree of change in Young's modulus (longitudinal elastic modulus). The thickness of each film is 30 μm.
In the figure, a represents the flexible film 18 (laminate), b represents a single-layer CPP resin film, and c represents a single-layer L-LDPE resin film.
[0047]
As shown in the figure, the single layer L-LDPE resin film shows a low dynamic Young's modulus over a temperature range from -20 ° C to 70 ° C. That is, it shows a high flexibility value.
Therefore, if only the damping characteristics are considered, it is preferable that the
However, the strength of the single-layer L-LDPE resin film is greatly reduced with a decrease in dynamic Young's modulus in a temperature range higher than room temperature.
[0048]
On the other hand, the single-layer CPP resin film has a relatively large Young's modulus and a large degree of change relative to the single-layer L-LDPE resin film in a temperature range lower than room temperature.
On the other hand, this CPP resin film retains excellent strength in a temperature range higher than room temperature.
