Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a ground joint type shield machine and a ground joint method thereof, and more particularly to a ground joint type shield machine and a ground joint method thereof in which the length of a shield shield machine on a receiving side is short.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, tunnels for water and sewage and common grooves are often dug by shield construction, in which case there are restrictions on the construction period, and there is a limit to the distance that can be dug by a single shield excavator. In many cases, the pits are excavated with each shield excavator between the vertical shafts. However, when the two shield machines that dig in the direction approaching each other from adjacent shafts reach the underground joint point, they are joined together in the ground, but the underground joint is not easy. Therefore, various underground joint type shield machines and their underground joint methods have been proposed.
[0003]
For example, in Patent Document 1, when a receiving shield machine arrives at the ground junction, the cutter disk of the shield machine is moved backward with respect to the outer trunk, and then the penetrating shield machine is received. Dig until the outer ring part of the cutter disc fits inside the tip of the outer cylinder of the shield shield machine on the side, and then insert the outer cylinder of the shield machine on the penetration side into the outer cylinder of the shield machine on the receiving side A technique is disclosed in which the outer ring portion of the cutter disk and the outer cylinder of both shield machines are sealed and bonded to each other by a tube seal provided at the front ends of both shield machines, which are extruded until they come into contact with each other.
[0004]
In Patent Document 2, among the shield machines close to each other, the cutter disk of the receiving shield machine is moved backward with respect to the body member, and then formed at the front end portion of the body member to be slightly smaller in diameter than the body member. The shield digging machine on the penetration side is advanced until the received hood fits into the trunk member of the shield digging machine on the receiving side, and then the water stop seal provided at the tip of the trunk member of the shield digging machine on the receiving side A technique is disclosed in which the hood and the front end of the trunk member of the receiving-side shield machine are stopped and joined underground. This publication also discloses a technique for improving the sealing performance by removing the mud on the outer peripheral surface of the hood with a scraper provided at the outer trunk front end portion of the receiving side shield machine.
[0005]
In Patent Document 3, among shield shield machines close to each other, the cutter disk is retracted until the front end of the body member of the receiving shield shield machine projects to the front surface of the cutter disk, and then the shield shield machine on the penetration side Is advanced until the cutter disk is fitted into the body member. A protective ring is provided by bringing the tip of the protective ring that protects the sealing device provided at the tip of the barrel member of the penetration-side shield machine during this advancement into contact with the tip of the barrel member of the receiving-side shield machine. A technique is disclosed in which the sealing device is exposed by retreating the body member with respect to the body member, and the water is sealed between the two body members by the sealing device provided on the body member, thereby joining the ground.
[0006]
In Patent Document 4, among the shield shield machines close to each other, the cutter disk of the shield shield machine on the receiving side is moved backward with respect to the barrel member, and then formed at the tip of the barrel member of the shield shield machine on the penetration side. The received hood is advanced until it is fitted into the body member of the receiving side shield machine, and the water is sealed between the two body members by a water stop sealing device provided at the front end of the body member of the receiving side shield machine. A technique for ground bonding is disclosed. This publication also discloses a technique for improving the water stop performance by cleaning the outer peripheral surface of the hood with an injection nozzle provided on the outer peripheral portion of the cutter disk.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in each of the above publications, when joining the ground, the receiving side shield machine drives the cutter disk or the like backward with respect to the outer body to secure a space for the penetration side shield machine to be inserted. Therefore, since the shield machine on the receiving side needs a space for retracting the cutter disk, the captain is inevitably long. Thus, when the captain of the shield machine becomes long, the following problems arise.
Since the shaft for introducing the shield machine becomes larger, the time required for boring the shaft increases, the construction cost also increases, and when the shield machine is bent, the length of the captain makes the small turn However, excavation is possible only with a large curve of the turning radius, that is, the turning performance is low, and the manufacturing cost for manufacturing the shield machine is increased.
[0009]
In order to improve the water stop performance by a sealing device or the like, a scraper is provided in the receiving side shield machine as described in Patent Document 2, or a penetration side shield machine as described in Patent Document 4 A jet nozzle is provided on the cutter disk to remove mud accumulated on the body member, and in Patent Document 4, a protective ring is provided to protect the sealing device from mud, but the structure of the shield machine However, there are problems such as an increase in the manufacturing cost of the shield machine.
[0010]
The object of the present invention is to reduce the length of the receiving shield machine in the ground joint type shield machine, and to improve the water stop performance by the water stop means without complicating the structure of the shield machine. It is to provide an excavator.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The underground joint type shield machine according to claim 1 is provided with first and second shield machines, and both shield machines are dug in the approaching direction to join both in the ground. In the shield shield machine, the first shield machine on the receiving side slides on the cutter disk, a cylindrical inner cylinder, an outer cylinder slidably fitted to the inner cylinder, and a tip part of the intermediate cylinder A cylindrical inner cylinder that is fitted inside and is fixed to the outer periphery of the partition wall defining the back side chamber of the cutter disk; and an extrusion drive means that can push the outer cylinder in the direction of digging with respect to the middle cylinder. The bolts connecting the flange 57 of the shield jack 15 and the ring web 51 are removed, so that the shield jack 15 can be moved relative to the middle barrel 5 and the rear barrel 11.
[0046]
Next, in a fifth stage, as shown in FIG. 9, the plurality of shield jacks 15 of the backward drive means 19 are contracted, and the inner cylinder 7, the cutter disk 8, the partition 10, etc. Retreat in the opposite direction (arrow direction). Next, in the sixth stage, as shown in FIG. 10, the connecting rod 63 connecting the shield jack 15 and the outer peripheral partition wall 10 b is removed, the shield jack 15 is extended, and the front end of the shield jack 15 is attached. The fixed connecting member 62a and the connecting member 62b of the outer peripheral partition 10b are directly connected. Next, in the seventh stage, as shown in FIG. 11, the shield jack 15 is again contracted, and the inner cylinder 7, the cutter disk 8, the partition wall 10, etc. are moved in the direction opposite to the direction of digging with respect to the inner cylinder 5 (arrow direction). The inner cylinder 7 and the middle cylinder 5 are welded and fixed again. In this state, the inner cylinder 7, the cutter disk 8, and the partition wall 10 are retracted from the middle cylinder 5 by a second predetermined distance from the time of excavation, and the second shield machine 2 is inserted into the front end portion of the first shield machine 1. An insertion space for this purpose is formed.
[0047]
Next, in the eighth stage, as shown in FIG. 12, the second shield machine 2 excavates the tunnel in an opposing state, and removes the rotary joint 25 of the second shield machine 2 that has approached the underground joint point. Then, check boring is performed from the check boring valve 28 of the first shield machine 1, and the deviation of the relative positions of the first and second shield machines 1 and 2 is checked, and the direction of the second shield machine 2 is adjusted. While approaching, digging. Next, in the ninth stage, as shown in FIG. 13, the front portion of the cutter disk 8 </ b> A of the second shield machine 2 substantially reaches the area excavated by the first shield machine 1 while extending the shield jack 15 </ b> A. Then, the slide jack 33A is contracted to accommodate the retractable roller cutter 22Ab in the cutter disk 8A.
[0048]
Next, in the tenth stage, as shown in FIG. 14, until the cutter disk 8A of the second shield machine 2 is inserted into the insertion space formed at the front end portion of the outer body 6 of the first shield machine 1, Furthermore, the 2nd shield machine 2 is dug, and the front-end | tips of the outer cylinders 6 and 85 of both shield machine 1 and 2 are contact | abutted. Next, the mud and soil in the chamber 9A of the second shield machine 2 are discharged, and the chamber 9A is filled with high-concentration mud water.
Next, in the eleventh stage, as shown in FIG. 15, the fixing member 89 for fixing the outer cylinder 85 and the inner cylinder 86 of the second shield machine 2 is removed to release the fixing, and the inner cylinder 86 is removed from the outer cylinder. It is possible to move relative to 85. Next, the plurality of middle-folded jacks 14b in the inner cylinder push-out driving means 87 are extended, and the front half portion 86a of the inner cylinder 86 and the water stop mechanism 88 are fitted into the front end portion of the outer cylinder 6 of the first shield machine 1. The inner cylinder 86, the cutter disk 8A, and the partition wall 10A are pushed out with respect to the outer cylinder 85 until they are fitted into a shape. At this time, since the tips of the outer cylinders 6 and 85 are in contact with each other, the water stopping device 88 is not exposed to the mud, and the outer cylinder 6 of the first shield machine 1 is used by the tip of the inner cylinder 86. Since the mud on the inner peripheral surface is removed, the water stop device 88 can be fitted into the outer body 6 without biting the mud, so that the water stop performance is improved.
[0049]
Next, in a twelfth stage, as shown in FIG. 16, the mud in the screw conveyor 75A of the second shield machine 2 is solidified, and the latter half of the screw conveyor 75A is removed. At the same time, the erector 16A and the like are removed.
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the pressurized water supply means supplies pressurized water to the inside of the annular elastic membrane member 92 of the water stop mechanism 88, expands the annular elastic membrane member 92 to the outside, and attaches the annular seal member 93. The water between the outer cylinder 6 of the first shield machine 1 and the inner cylinder 86 of the second shield machine 2 is stopped. Next, the backing agent is discharged to the outer surface side of the inner cylinder 86 and the outer surface side of the outer cylinders 6 and 85 through the backing agent discharge pipe 97 by the backing agent supply means, Stop water in contact with the outer cylinders 6 and 85. Next, in order to stop water between the front end portion of the front half portion 86a of the inner cylinder 86 of the second shield machine 2 and the outer cylinder 6 of the first shield machine 1, a ring-shaped water stop member 99 is welded. Fix it. Next, in the thirteenth stage, as shown in FIG. 17, all the internal structures of both shield machines 1 and 2 are removed to complete the underground joint.
[0050]
The operation and effect of underground bonding by the first and second shield machines 1 and 2 described above will be described.
In the first shield machine 1, the insertion space for the second shield machine 2 to penetrate is formed not only by retreating the cutter disk 8, but also by pushing the outer cylinder 6 in the digging direction by the outer cylinder pushing means 18. Therefore, the retreat distance of the cutter disk 8 is shorter than when the insertion space is secured only by retreating the cutter disk 8. Therefore, the captain of the first shield machine 1 is shortened, and accordingly, the vertical shaft for introducing the first shield machine 1 can be reduced, and the turning performance of the first shield machine 1 is improved. The manufacturing cost of the first shield machine 1 is reduced.
[0051]
Further, the water stop mechanism 88 provided in the second shield machine 2 is protected by the outer trunk 85 of the second shield machine 2 in the tunnel excavation state, and the water stop mechanism 88 is connected at the time of underground bonding. When extruded together with the inner cylinder 86, the tips of the outer cylinders 6 and 85 of both shield machines 1 and 2 are in contact with each other, so that they are protected by the outer cylinders 6 and 85 and the water stop mechanism 88 is excavated. Since the water stop mechanism 88 can be prevented from being damaged without being exposed to mud, the water stop performance is improved. Furthermore, since the water stop mechanism 88 is pushed out together with the inner cylinder 86 of the second shield machine 2, mud accumulated on the outer cylinder 6 of the first shield machine 1 is removed by the tip of the inner cylinder 86. In addition, the mud does not bite between the annular seal member 93 and the outer body 6, and the water stop performance is improved.
[0052]
One end of an outer cylinder extrusion jack 70 for extruding the outer cylinder 6 of the first shield machine 1 is connected to a connecting member 71b fixed to the rear end portion of the outer cylinder 6 exposed by the slit 45, and the other end. Is fixed to the connecting member 71a fixed to the folding member 50, and when the extrusion driving means 18 is driven in this state, the outer cylinder 6 can be pushed out with respect to the middle cylinder 5. Therefore, the first shield machine Without complicating the configuration of 1, the outer cylinder pushing drive means 18 can be easily disposed in the first shield machine 1.
[0053]
During underground bonding, the retractable roller cutters 22b and 22Ab on the outer periphery of the cutter disks 8 and 8A of the two shield machines 1 and 2 are accommodated inside the outer periphery of the cutter disk 8, and then the first shield machine One cutter disk 8 is driven backward, and the cutter disk 8A of the second shield machine 2 is driven to be pushed out. Therefore, at the time of underground bonding, the cutter disk 8 can be driven backward and the cutter disk 8A can be pushed out without damaging the outer cylinders 6 and 85 of the two shield machines 1 and 2.
[0054]
In the tunnel excavation state, the outer members 6 and 5 of the first shield machine 1, the inner and outer shells 5 and 7 of the first shield machine 1, and the outer cylinder 85 and inner cylinder 86 of the second shield machine 2 are fixed by the fixing members 47 a, 47 b and 89. Can be released by simply removing the fixing members 47a, 47b and 89, respectively. Therefore, the process for relatively moving the trunk members relative to each other during the underground joining is simplified.
[0055]
Since the reverse drive means 19 of the first shield machine 1 also serves as the shield jack 15 for obtaining a propulsive force when tunneling, the structure of the first shield machine 1 is simplified. The structure of the second shield machine 2 is simplified because the inner cylinder push-out driving means 87 of the second shield machine 2 also serves as the half-folded jack 14b for turning during tunnel excavation.
The back-filling agent is discharged from the back-filling agent discharge pipe 97 to the outer surface side of the inner cylinder 86 at the time of underground bonding, or the tip of the inner cylinder 86 of the second shield machine 2 and the outside of the first shield machine 1 The water stop performance is improved by stopping the body 6 with the water stop member 99.
[0056]
Next, a modified embodiment in which the present embodiment is partially modified will be described.
1) The outer cylinder push-out drive means 18, the retreat drive means 19, and the inner cylinder push-out means 87 may be configured so that each means operates in the same manner as in the previous embodiment, regardless of the previous embodiment.
2) You may apply the water stop mechanism of a different structure from the water stop mechanism 88. FIG.
3) The first shield machine 1 can reduce the capital investment by removing the backward drive means 19 and the earth removal equipment 17 etc. when the second step is completed and installing it in another shield machine. it can.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and those skilled in the art can implement various modifications to the above embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The present invention includes those modifications.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the first shield machine is formed not only by retreating the cutter disk but also by extruding the outer cylinder in the drill direction in which the second shield machine is inserted. Therefore, the retreat distance of the cutter disk is shorter than when the insertion space is ensured only by retreating the cutter disk. Therefore, the captain of the first shield machine is shortened, and accordingly, the shaft for introducing the shield machine can be reduced, the turning performance of the shield machine is improved, and the production cost of the shield machine is reduced. Decrease.
Moreover, since the water stop means provided in the second shield machine is protected by the outer body of the second shield machine in the tunnel excavation state, the water stop means is not exposed to the earth and sand. Therefore, the water stop means is not damaged by the excavated mud and the water stop performance is improved.
[0058]
According to invention of Claim 2, since the water stop means is extruded with the inner cylinder of the 2nd shield machine, the mud adhering to the outer cylinder inner surface of the 1st shield machine is removed by the front-end | tip part of the inner cylinder. Therefore, mud does not bite between the water stop means and the inner peripheral surface of the outer trunk of the first shield machine. In addition, since the water stop means is pushed out together with the inner cylinder in a state where the outer cylinders of both shield machines are in contact with each other, the water stop main stage is not exposed to the earth and sand even during underground bonding. That is, in this underground joint type shield machine, the water stop performance is improved without complicating the structure. In addition, the same effects as those of the first aspect can be obtained.
[0059]
According to invention of Claim 3, the output end of extrusion drive means, such as a jack, for extruding the outer cylinder of a 1st shield machine is fixed to the outer cylinder exposed by the slit via a connection member etc. When the other end is fixed to the middle cylinder or a connecting member fixed to the middle cylinder and the extrusion driving means is driven in this state, the outer cylinder can be pushed out with respect to the middle cylinder. Without making the configuration of the excavator complicated, it becomes possible to dispose the extrusion drive means in the first shield excavator. In addition, the same effects as those of the first or second aspect can be achieved.
[0060]
According to the invention of claim 4, after the roller cutter on the outer periphery of the cutter disk of both shield machines is accommodated inward from the outer periphery of the cutter disk at the time of underground bonding, the cutter disk of the first shield machine is retracted. Driven, and pushes out the cutter disk of the second shield machine. Therefore, the cutter disk can be pushed out or driven backward without damaging the outer trunk or the like during underground joining. In addition, the same effects as in claims 1 to 3 can be obtained.
According to the invention of claim 5, during tunnel excavation, the outer member and inner member of the first shield machine, the inner member and inner member of the first shield machine, and the outer member and inner member of the second shield machine are fixed by the fixing member. At the time of intermediate joining, it is possible to release the fixing between the cylinders by removing the fixing members. Therefore, during underground bonding, labor can be reduced when the outer and inner cylinders of the first shield machine and the inner cylinder of the second shield machine are moved relative to each other. In addition, the same effects as in the first to fourth aspects can be achieved.
[0061]
According to the invention of claim 6, the backward drive means of the first shield machine also serves as a shield jack for obtaining the propulsion force of the shield machine when tunneling, thereby simplifying the structure of the shield machine. be able to. In addition, the same effect as that of the fifth aspect can be achieved.
According to the invention of claim 7, the pushing drive means of the second shield machine also serves as a half-folded jack for turning the shield machine when tunneling, thereby simplifying the structure of the shield machine Can do. In addition, the same effects as in the sixth aspect can be achieved.
According to the invention of claim 8, since the backing agent is discharged from the backing agent discharge pipe to the outer surface side of the inner trunk at the time of underground bonding, the water stopping performance can be improved. In addition, the same effects as those of claims 1 to 7 can be obtained.
According to the invention of claim 9, substantially the same effect as that of the invention of claim 1 or 2 can be obtained.
