【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、外枠に対して前枠を所要の開放位置に固定可能であり、かつ、前枠に対して裏機構セット盤を所要の開放位置に固定可能である、パチンコ遊技機に適用される開放保持機構に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般的なパチンコ機をはじめ、アレンジボール機、雀球遊技機等の球使用遊技機(以下、本明細書では「パチンコ遊技機」という)では、縦長方形の外枠の開口前側に、遊技盤や裏機構セット盤を含む各種遊技用構成部材が搭載された前枠が、着脱及び開閉可能に組付られて1台単位とされる。そして、実施にあたっては、遊技店内等における設置枠台において、外枠が所定の起立傾き角度で固定保持された後に、前枠全体が組付セットされて遊技に供される。このため、外枠は、専ら前枠全体を安定に組付け保持する外郭保持枠として、大きな荷重等に充分耐え得る強度で枠組み構成される。

また、前枠に関しても、遊技盤や裏機構セット盤を含む各種遊技用構成部材を搭載することを考慮して、その総荷重に対する耐久強度で構成されている。そして、この前枠全体は、両枠の一側縁の上下部にそれぞれ配置された開閉連結支持手段により連結支持され、また反対側に設置された施錠手段により閉鎖位置に施錠保持される前提にあって、遊技盤の新旧交換セットや裏側の構成部材の点検・修理等に際してその都度開放される。また、前枠の裏面に横開き可能に組付けられている裏機構セット盤も同様に、裏側の構成部材の点検・修理等に際してその都度開放される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述したパチンコ遊技機において、前枠全体は、開閉連結支持手段により外枠に片持ち状態で連結支持されているため、前述の交換・点検時に開放された場合、その位置が不安定で変動しやすい。特に、遊技に供されている状態では、パチンコ遊技機全体が所要の傾きで設置されていることもあって、開放された前枠側に単に触れた程度でも、前枠は、閉鎖側あるいは隣接機側へ容易に変動してしまう。また、実施状態のパチンコ遊技機相互については、球貸機を介在しただけの小間隔で配列されているため、前枠の開放範囲は、隣接するパチンコ遊技機と干渉しない条件(一般的には外枠に直交するほぼ90〜100度位まで)が望ましいとされている。しかし現実には、前枠全体が、微小な外力や振動を受けた場合に、隣接機側へ開放変動して、遊技者の特に右手側と干渉することがあった。

同様に、裏機構セット盤に関しても、開閉連結支持手段により前枠に片持ち状態で連結支持されているため、裏機構セット盤の位置は非常に不安定で変動し易いところ、これまでは、裏機構セット盤の開放位置を保持するために、操作者は、自身の手や他の人の手を借りて、裏機構セット盤を押さえるか、或いは、静止位置ぴったりに裏機構セット盤を配置する必要があり、手で押さえた場合には、操作の効率性を著しく欠くと共に、裏機構セット盤の重量もかなりあるのでその負担が大きく、また、静止位置にぴったり配置する場合には、僅かな振動や触れた程度でも容易に変動してしまうという問題があった。

したがって、本発明は、前枠と裏機構セット盤の両方を所要の開放位置に拘束保持可能な開放保持機構を提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決するために提供される本発明(1)は、固定保持枠用の外枠と、この外枠の前側に片持ち形態で開閉可能に組付けられた開閉搭載枠用の前枠と、前枠の前側に片持ち形態で開閉可能に組付けられたガラス扉と、前枠裏側の収容保持枠内に着脱可能に収容セット保持される遊技盤と、前枠の裏側に片持ち形態で開閉可能に組付けられた裏機構セット盤とを備えたパチンコ遊技機に適用される開放保持機構において、前記外枠と前記前枠との間に亘り、外枠に対して前枠を所要開放位置に固定化保持するための回動変移可能な開放保持部材を掛装し、この開放保持部材の一端に形成した回動支点部を、外枠又は前枠の一方に回動可能に支持する一方、開放保持部材の他端に形成した係合固定部を、外枠又は前枠の他方に形成した係合保持部に着脱可能に係合するように構成されている第一の開放保持機構と、外枠に対して前枠が開放保持された状態で、前枠に対して裏機構セット盤を所要開放位置に固定化保持するように構成されている第二の開放保持機構とからなり、前記第二の開放保持機構は、外枠に設けられるとともに、前記裏機構セット盤の賞球タンク部材と係合して、前枠に対して前記裏機構セット盤を所要開放位置に固定化保持することを特徴とする

さらに、上述した本発明(1)において、前記第一の開放保持機構の前記係合保持部は、前記外枠又は前記前枠の2箇所の位置に形成され、前記外枠と前記前枠とのなす角を、前記2箇所の位置の各々に応じた角度にして、前記前枠を前記外枠に対して開放保持可能にした。

【実施例】
次に本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の開放保持機構の好適な実施形態を図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、本実施形態では、遊技盤の遊技領域内でセーフ球とアウト球の区分発生を含むパチンコゲームを展開しうる一般的なパチンコ機を主たる例とし、同機裏側に遊技済み球(セーフ球及びアウト球)の排出処理経路や球貯留供給装置そして各種の制御基板等を備えた裏機構が装備された実施形態を示す。また、本明細書において、「正面」、「裏面」、「左」及び「右」という場合、すべて正面前方を基準とする。

まずパチンコ機全体の基本的構成を図1〜図4を参照して説明すると、機枠又は外郭機体として所定の縦長方形枠サイズに構成されて設置枠台(遊技島ともいう)に固定保持される外枠Aの前側開口面域に、これに合わせた縦長方形枠サイズに構成された開閉搭載枠用の前枠Bが、互いの正面左側上下部に配設された開閉連結支持手段(蝶番又はヒンジ部ともいう)G−1(100、101)及び正面右側内部に配設された施錠装置Fを利用して、開閉(片持ち左右横開き)及び着脱が可能に組付けられて閉鎖状態に保持される。そして、この前枠Bの各部に必要な遊技構成部材として、前枠Bの前側面域に合わせた方形枠サイズのガラス扉(ガラス窓ともいう)Dが、開閉連結支持手段G−2及び施錠装置(図示せず)を利用して開閉(片持ち左右開き)及び着脱が可能に組付けられて閉鎖状態に保持される一方、下球皿14及び打球発射装置15が夫々装備されている。また、上球皿42も、開閉連結支持手段及び施錠装置(共に図示せず)を利用して、開閉(片持ち左右開き)及び着脱が可能に組付けられて閉鎖状態に保持される。また、前枠Bの窓口裏側に合わせた方形枠サイズの収容枠12に対して前記遊技盤Cが着脱交換可能に収容セット保持されて前面の遊技領域を前記ガラス扉Cの正面に望ませており、前枠Bの裏側に前記裏機構セット盤Eが、開閉連結支持手段G−3(300、301)及び施錠手段(掛け具19、止め具70)を利用して片持ち左右横開き可能に組付けられて閉鎖状態に保持されている。

なお、前記外枠Aは、木材製の縦長方形枠を例示し、前記前枠Bと収容枠12とは、一体に樹脂成形された前後二重枠形態を例示する。また、前記遊技盤Cは、収容枠12の収容面域の内法に合わせた方形サイズで裏側から着脱されるタイプを例示し、盤前面のレール30の内側に、各種の遊技部品(入賞成立発生する大小の入賞具や図柄表示装置を含む)と多数本の遊技釘との配置設定に基づく前記遊技領域とアウト口を構成しており、そして収容面域の周囲に配設された施錠手段(係合レバー)17で固定保持されるようになっている。

前枠Bの開放保持機構H−1
好適に推奨される前枠の開放保持機構H−1を、図4〜図7に示す。図4のbに示されるように、開放保持部材400を外枠Aの上枠杆1下に収納するためのフック部材401(金属製)が、上枠杆1下にねじで締付固定されている。開放保持部材400は、図5に示されるように、フック部材401(図4のb参照)に対して開閉連結支持手段G−1寄りの、外枠Aの上枠杆1下に固定された回動支点ねじ(回動支点部)402に回動可能に支持されている。開放保持部材400の自由端400aは、後述の凹状の係合保持部403a又は403bと係合する係合固定部400bを有する。係合固定部400bは、ナット部材400c、鍔部材400d及び間軸部400e(この幅は、係合保持部403aや403bの厚みより若干大きく設定される)からなり、間軸部400eは、係合保持部403aや403bの凹部と係脱可能である。これにより、開放保持部材400の自由端400aを係合保持部403a又は403bにセットした後は、係合保持部403aや403bに対しての自由端400aの前後の移動が制限される。開放保持部材400の長さは、原則的に、回動支点部と係合保持部との距離に対応し、したがって、回動支点ねじ402と係合保持部403aや403bがどこに設置されているかに依存する。また、開放保持部材400の形状は、本実施例では、自由端400a近傍で「く」の字形に曲げられているが、カーブ形等を含め、その形状は限定されない。更に、材質に関しても、金属製が好ましいものとして挙げられるが、十分な強度を有する限り、その他の材質でもよい。

前枠の開放保持機構H−1において、開放した前枠Bを所望位置に保持する場合には、開放保持部材400を回動させて、間軸部400eを係合保持部403a又は403b中に挿嵌し、係合固定部400bと係合保持部403a又は403bとを係合させる。これにより、開放保持部材400は外枠Aと前枠Bとの間に係るストッパー部材として機能し、前枠Bは、所望位置(403aに挿嵌させた場合は前枠に対して90度の位置、図5の実線参照;403bに挿嵌させた場合は前枠に対して100度の位置、図5の想像線参照)で拘束(ロック)され、安定に保持される(図4のb参照)。なお、前枠Bに対する拘束の解除は、係合固定部400bを係合保持部403a又は403bから嵌脱させ、開放保持部材400を元位置まで回動させることにより行われる。

回動支点部及び係合保持部の設置位置に関しては、開放保持機構H−1、前枠及び外枠の破損防止の観点から、いずれも開閉連結支持手段G−1上やその近傍(好適には5cm以内)に設けられていないことが好ましい。開閉連結支持手段G−1上やその近傍に設置されている場合には、前枠Bによる押圧(時として引張力)が非常に大きいため、開放支持部G−1やこの部品が付設された前枠・外枠の部分破壊が生じるからである。なお、本実施例においては、回動支点部が外枠側に設けられ、係合保持部が前枠側に設けられているが、その逆も可能である。

また、変更例として、裏機構セット盤Eを固定するための掛け具(上記例では、掛け具19a)と開放保持機構H−1の係合保持金具(上記例では、係合保持金具403)とを一体化させた態様を示す。このような構成を採ることにより、部品点数が減り、製造効率が向上する。図8に示されるように、台座11bにねじで締付固定された掛け具兼係合保持金具404は、閉鎖状態(前枠Bに対して裏機構セット盤Eが閉じた状態)において止め具70a′と係合可能な掛け具部404aと、開放保持部材400の自由端400aが係脱可能な係合保持部404bとを有する。なお、前枠Bのロック状態における裏機構セット盤Eの開閉を担保するため、掛け具兼係合保持金具404は、前枠Bのロック状態において、開放保持部材400が、止め具70a′の回動や裏機構セット盤の開閉に干渉しないような位置や構造にする必要がある。このような構成を採ることにより、前枠Bがロックされている状況下でも、前枠Bに対する裏機構セット盤Eの固定を解除でき、かつ、裏機構セット盤Eの開閉が可能となる。

また、更なる変更例として、異なった形状の係合保持金具を図12に示す。係合保持金具405は、開放保持部材400の間軸部400eが挿通可能な開口部405aと、間軸部400eがその両端(405c、405d)に移動可能な横長孔405bを有する。開口部400eから挿入された開放保持部材の間軸部400eは、レールとして機能する横長孔405bの内周面に沿って、第一の位置405c及び第二の位置405dに移動可能である。そして、第一の位置405c及び第二の位置405dにおいては、開放保持部材400のナット部材400c又は鍔部材400dが、係合保持金具405の横長孔405周辺部と当接することにより、開放保持部材は、第一の位置405b及び第二の位置405cに固定される。このような構成を採ることにより、複数の掛け部としての機能を一部材が有することになるので、部品点数が減り製造効率が向上する。

更なる変更例として、開放保持部材が長手方向(左右方向)に移動可能な態様を図10及び図11に示す。まず、外枠Aの上枠杆1の底面上にネジで締付固定されているレール406は、空隙407を長手方向に有している。開放保持部材408は、レール406の底面長手方向に設けられた開口部409を介して、空隙407内に収納されている可動回動支点部材410と結合している。なお、開放保持部材408の軸径は、開口部409よりも小さく設定されており、また、可動回動支点部材410の幅は、空隙407の幅より小さく開口部409の幅より大きく設定されている。前枠の開放保持の際には、図10に示されるように、開放保持部材408を手前に引き出し、図中右端まで可動回動支点部材410を移動させ、その場所を中心として、開放保持部材408を回動させ(図中の想像線)、前枠Bに設けられた係合保持部にその自由端を係止させる。このような構成を採ることにより、長い開放支持部材の収納も可能となる。なお、この態様に関しては、前枠の開放保持機構H−1に限られず、ガラス扉の開放保持機構H−2や裏機構セット盤の開放保持機構H−3にも適用可能である。

ガラス扉Dの開放保持機構H−2
好適に推奨されるガラス扉Dの開放保持機構H−2も、前枠Bの開放保持機構H−1同様、ガラス扉Dの開放状態において前枠Bとガラス扉Dとの間にストッパー部材としての開放保持部材を介在させるという原理を採用している。以下、図15及び図16を参照しながら具体的に説明する。まず、ストッパー部材としての開放保持部材500は、枠体11正面に形成された長手窪み部20に埋設された杆状収納部材(金属製)502内で、回動支点ねじ503により回動可能にその一端が支持されている(これについては後述する)。開放保持部材500の自由端500aは、孔状の係止口500bを有しており、その孔径は、後述の係合保持部45(45a、45b)がその中を貫通するのに十分なサイズが設定されている。開放保持部材500の長さは、回動支点部と係合保持部との距離に対応し、したがって、回動支点ねじ503と係合保持部45がどこに設置されているかに依存する。また、開放保持部材500の形状は、本実施例では、直線状であるが、カーブ形等を含め、その形状は限定されない。更に、材質に関しても、金属製が好ましいものとして挙げられるが、十分な強度を有する限り、その他の材質でもよい。

回動支点部や係合保持部の設置場所に関しては、特に、前枠B側でのそれらの設置位置が、樹脂製の前枠Bの疲労破壊防止の観点から重要である。前枠B側に設けられたこれらのいずれか(本実施例においては、回動支点部である回動支点ねじ503)の位置は、ガラス扉Dの開閉連結支持手段(G−2)非近傍部であることが必要である。ここで、開閉連結支持手段(G−2)非近傍部とは、好適には、開閉連結支持手段G−2から5cm以上離れた場所を指す。他方、ガラス枠側でのこれらのいずれか(本実施例においては、係合保持部45aや45b)の位置も、開閉連結支持手段G−2非近傍であることが好適であるが、必ずしも開閉連結支持手段G−2非近傍である必要はない。変更例として、図15及び図16中に想像線として示された係合保持部45cは、開閉連結支持手段G−2近傍に設けられている。この位置でガラス扉Dを保持することにより、係合保持部45a及び45bで係止させた場合には物理的に不可能であった、ガラス板の交換が可能となる。

裏機構セット盤Eの開放保持機構H−3の好適な3例を、図5、図13、図14及び図17〜図19を参照しながら説明する。まず、第一の例は、図5及び図14に示されるように、前枠Bと裏機構セット盤Eとの間に、ストッパ部材としての開放保持部材602を介在させることにより、裏機構セット盤Eを保持するという態様である。開放保持部材602は、裏機構セット盤Eの正面の適当な位置に設けられた回動支点部(例えばねじ等)により回動可能に支持されている(図示せず)。図14(b)に示されるように、開放保持部材602の自由端は、孔状の係止口602aを有しており、その孔径は、後述の凸部11eが係止口602aに貫入するのに十分なサイズに設定されている。開放保持部材602の長さは、回動支点部と係合保持部との距離に対応し、したがって、回動支点部と係合保持部がどこに設置されているかに依存する。また、開放保持部材602の形状は、本実施例では、直線状であるが、カーブ形等を含め、その形状は限定されない。更に、材質に関しても、金属製が好ましいものとして挙げられるが、十分な強度を有していればその他の材質でもよい。

回動支点部及び係合保持部の設置場所に関しては、破損防止の観点から、いずれも開閉連結支持手段G−3やその近傍(好適には、開閉連結支持手段G−3から5cm以内)に設けられていないことが好ましい。開閉連結支持手段G−3やその近傍に設置されている場合には、裏機構セット盤Eの重さに起因して生じる力により、開放支持部G−3やこの部品が付設された前枠B・裏機構セット盤Eの部分破壊が生じるからである。なお、本実施例においては、回動支点部が裏機構セット盤E側に設けられ、係合保持部が前枠B側に設けられているが、その逆も可能である。

第二の例は、図5及び図13に示されるように、前枠Bの開放保持部材400の周面上にストッパ部材600を有する態様である。ストッパ部材600は、開放保持部材400上に回動及び移動可能に保持されている。また、ストッパ部材600を貫通し開放保持部材400に当接可能なネジ601の締め付けにより、ストッパ部材600を所望位置・角度で固定可能である。裏機構セット盤Eの保持時には、ストッパ部材600は、図13(b)に実線として例示されるように、鉛直下向きに配される。その結果、図13(a)や図5に示されるように、ストッパ部材600の自由端600aが、裏機構セット盤Eの正面と当接し、裏機構セット盤Eが所望の位置でストッパ部材600により係止される。また、非保持時には、ストッパ部材600は、図13(b)に想像線として例示されるように、その自由端600aが水平方向に配される。その結果、裏機構セット盤Eの開閉に際してのストッパ部材600(特に自由端600a)の干渉を防止できると共に、外枠A内への開放保持部材400の収納が容易となる。
