BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a retaining wall structure constructed using concrete blocks and such concrete blocks used to construct the retaining wall (including those referred to as revetment wall).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various concrete shapes have been proposed and used as concrete blocks used to construct the retaining wall. This type of concrete block can be broadly divided into a stack block (in this specification, blocks that are stacked in order from the bottom to construct a retaining wall are collectively referred to as a stack block) and a legal block. A representative of the stacking blocks is called a cognitive block, and a retaining wall is formed by stacking diagonally and pouring concrete into the back surface of the block and a space in the block wall and integrating them. The one-method tension block is a plate-like block and is disposed so as to be stuck to a slope, thereby forming a retaining wall.
[0003]
Legged blocks are mainly used to prevent the slope of the slope from collapsing, and in order to prevent the blocks from falling off the slope, the gap between the blocks (joints) is filled with mortar, By molding U-shaped metal fittings at the ends of the blocks and connecting the metal fittings together, adjacent blocks are connected together, or adjacent to each other by a wire or the like that is provided with vertical and horizontal through holes in the block. The blocks to be connected are connected to each other. The structure that connects blocks with metal fittings, wires, etc. leaves a gap between adjacent blocks and grows plants in the gap, thereby giving a natural environment to the retaining wall, as well as plant stems and It is considered that the block is placed on the slope more stably by the root.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the retaining wall with such a structure is used as a revetment wall, if the bottom of the retaining wall is eroded by the water flow, it will be retained by the fixing force between the slope and the erosion of the bottom proceeds. Therefore, the retaining wall loses its support (see FIG. 9), and when the erosion progresses to a certain limit, the retaining wall collapses at once with the earth and sand behind it. For this reason, when a river rises due to a typhoon, etc., a disaster occurs that the riverbank collapses and the riverside houses collapse.
[0005]
For this reason, the collapse of the retaining wall occurs because the retaining wall continues to be supported by the slope behind it, even after the lower part of the retaining wall is eroded. And a problem that arises in all of the retaining walls of the legal block. Retaining walls that do not cause such problems include, for example, retaining walls constructed with a girder block, and retaining walls constructed with gabion that have been used for a long time. In addition, the gabion retaining wall takes time to construct, and it is difficult to construct a steep retaining wall, resulting in poor land utilization and poor durability.
[0006]
This invention makes it a subject to obtain the technical means which can construct | assemble the retaining wall easily which does not produce a sudden and large-scale collapse in view of the fault of the retaining wall of the conventional structure mentioned above.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Concrete block according to claim 1 is characterized in that the transmural holes 3, 4, 5 are provided you solid cross in three directions of the longitudinal and lateral vertical direction substantially central portion of the bulk of the block. The retaining wall structure according to claim 2 using the block according to claim 1 is connected to each other in a three-dimensional direction by means of a rope 15 inserted through the through holes 3, 4, and 5 of the concrete blocks 1 having the above structure. It is made.
[0008]
Billing retaining wall structure section 3, the through-holes 3 and 4 plurality of block 2 provided with two through holes 3, 4 for solid cross substantially at right angles to each other substantially in the center of the massive block A bottom 17 and a peripheral wall 18 connected to the bottom are connected to the bottom in a two-dimensional direction by the line 15 inserted through the bottom, and a stone, a concrete block, and the like are formed in the space defined by the formed bottom and the peripheral wall. It is filled with lumps such as crushed concrete lumps.
[0009]
[Action]
Since the retaining wall configured as described above has a certain degree of flexibility, when the bottom of the retaining wall is eroded by water flow, it deforms and settles under its own weight according to the erosion, so the bottom is always supported. since also blocked portion erosion become state, progress of erosion is prevented and also risk not named to collapse in the temporary when proceeding erosion.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The blocks 1 and 2 of the present invention can have various shapes such as a sphere, a rectangular parallelepiped, a abacus bead, a natural stone shape, etc. When the shape is a rectangular parallelepiped having a flat surface, Indeterminate irregularities are provided on the surface to avoid contact between adjacent blocks, and it is considered that adjacent blocks are connected in a slightly floating state when connected by a rope.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the through holes 3, 4, 5 of the block 1 are provided by providing pins 8, 9 whose tips abut against each other when the molds are assembled on the side plates 6, 7 that are opened and closed in parallel. Can be formed. As shown in FIG. 2, the through-hole that is vertically formed at the time of molding is provided with a pin 12 having a height of one half of the cavity from the bottom plate 11 of the mold, and a reverse draft at the upper end of the pin. It can be formed by fixing and forming the tip of the connecting pin 13 provided. The connecting pin 13 is structured to be fixed to the top of the pin 12 erected from the bottom surface by, for example, a through bolt 14 or the like, and the connecting pin 13 is removed upward by removing the through bolt 14 at the time of mold release. Conical portions 8a, 9a, 12a, and 13a are provided at the base of each pin (the connecting portion between the side plate and the bottom plate) and the upper end of the connecting pin, and the open ends of the through holes 3, 4, and 5 of the molded block are provided. It is preferable to be formed into a trumpet shape. The trumpet-shaped opening end facilitates the operation of inserting the line into the through holes 3, 4, and 5 and is caused by rubbing the line between the blocks at the joint of the blocks. Effective to avoid damage.
[0012]
One block 1 formed in this way is suspended at the construction site, and the through-holes are inserted into the through-holes 3, 4, and 5, and then the adjacent blocks are suspended while the through-holes are suspended. A structure having a desired volume is constructed along the slope to be protected by arranging and stacking the blocks 1 in the front-rear, left-right, up-down directions while passing through the strips inserted through the blocks adjacent to. In this case, if there are a plurality of types of shapes and dimensions of the blocks to be used and they are alternately connected to each other, gaps are formed between the blocks so that plants can grow and serve as fish dwellings. In addition, the structure constructed in this way is made narrower as the thickness (dimension in the direction perpendicular to the slope) goes upward (decreasing the number of blocks arranged in the thickness direction), so that A stable retaining wall can be constructed.
[0013]
As the rope 15 for connecting the blocks, a strong synthetic resin rope such as an aramid fiber rope can be used in addition to a metal material such as a chain or stainless wire.
[0014]
The retaining wall 16 formed by connecting a large number of the blocks 1 in the three-dimensional direction with the ropes 15 in this way sinks due to its own weight when the bottom part is eroded by a water flow or the like. Protected by the sinking block, the erosion is prevented from proceeding. Since the retaining wall 16 is composed of a large number of blocks connected in a state that can be slightly moved individually by the rope 15, when the bottom portion is eroded, it deforms and sinks according to the erosion, so it collapses at once. No such thing happens.
[0015]
The block 1 in the above embodiment is provided with the three-direction through holes 3, 4 and 5. The block 2 is provided with the two-way through holes 3 and 4 by the same mold as described above. (FIG. 6) can be formed. The blocks having the through-holes 3 and 4 in the two directions can be connected in a two-dimensional direction by the rope 15 in which a large number of blocks are arranged in a mesh shape. Then, by changing the arrangement direction of the blocks to be connected from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction at a desired location, as shown in FIG. 7, a bottom 17 and a peripheral wall 18 formed from a number of blocks two-dimensionally connected, Can be formed.
[0016]
In this way, the peripheral wall 18 is formed around the bottom 17 having a desired area while stacking the blocks, and the crushed stones, chestnuts, concrete blocks of an appropriate shape, and old concrete structures are destroyed inside the peripheral wall 18. The retaining wall 16 can be formed by introducing a block of concrete blocks generated at the time of forming the desired height.
[0017]
At this time, in order to prevent the peripheral wall 18 from bulging due to the weight of the crushed stone or the like introduced therein, a plurality of ropes (tension wires) for connecting appropriate portions of the peripheral wall 18 to the opposing peripheral wall portions are provided. Is effective. Further, the retaining wall 16 is formed by closing the space into which the crushed stone or the like is inserted while the arrangement direction of the block 1 is set to the inner horizontal direction of the peripheral wall in the upper side portion of the peripheral wall and is connected by the rope 15. Can be formed.
[0018]
The retaining wall 16 formed in this way can also be deformed and settled when the bottom is eroded, similarly to the retaining wall of FIG. Is done.
