この発明は、例えば角型鋼管柱と鉄骨製の梁との接合に用いられる締結具に関する。

この発明は、前述した従来の問題に鑑みなされたもので、その目的は、ボルト本体とナットとの相対回転により、接合される部材の端面との間で筒状スリーブが折曲変形して裏側ナットを形成する締結具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、請求項1に係る発明は、以下の(1)〜(5)の構成を具備してなることを特徴とする締結具にかかるものである。
(1)ボルト本体と、このボルト本体の外周に先端側から順に設けられた筒状スリーブ、ワッシャおよびナットとを備える。筒状スリーブ、ワッシャおよびナットは、隣合うもの同士が端面で突き合わされている。
(2)前記ボルト本体の先端と前記筒状スリーブの先端とがねじ結合される。 (3)前記ナットは前記ボルト本体の後端側にねじ結合される。
(4)前記ボルト本体の両端部に形成されたねじは相互に逆ねじとなっている。
(5)前記ボルト本体と前記ナットとの相対回転により、前記接合される部材の端面との間で前記筒状スリーブが折曲変形して裏側ナットを形成する。
