Description

Technical field The present invention relates to medical, food industry, food and beverage industry, veterinary medicine, such as sterilization of various instruments and workers' hands in laboratories that handle living organisms, disinfection in hospitals, disinfection in plant cultivation, etc. The present invention relates to a novel method for supplying an acidic aqueous solution having a disinfecting effect such as bactericidal and antibacterial properties used in a livestock industry, a public place requiring sanitation, a place requiring sterilization and the like, or a method for using the same.
Prior art Electrolyzed water is known as an acidic aqueous solution used for the purpose of sterilization or disinfection. Conventionally, such electrolyzed water is, as a minimum, a DC power supply for electrolysis, an anode, a cathode, and both electrodes. An introduction pipe for supplying electrolyzed water to the anode chamber and the cathode chamber, a discharge pipe for taking out generated water from each of the anode chamber and the cathode chamber, a generated water taken out from the anode chamber, and a branch from the raw water introduction pipe In addition, the electrolyzed water producing apparatus has a means for mixing and diluting the raw water supplied from the diluting raw water introduction pipe and / or the produced water taken out from the cathode chamber.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-94785 discloses addition of raw water, a sodium chloride aqueous solution supplied from a sodium chloride aqueous solution adding means, and a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution to one of the electrolytic cells having no diaphragm between the cathode and the anode. Connected supply pipe for electrolyzed water mixed with hydrochloric acid aqueous solution supplied from the means, and provided with a lead-out pipe for taking out the electrolyzed water in the other of the electrolyzer, so that the electrolyzed water and raw water can be mixed Thus, an electrolyzed water production apparatus is described in which the raw water introduction pipe and the electrolyzed water outlet pipe are connected. If this electrolyzed water production apparatus is used, it is possible to produce electrolyzed water whose residual chlorine concentration and pH are adjusted to a predetermined range, that is, a residual chlorine concentration of 1.0 to 200 ppm and a pH of 3 to 7.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-309582 discloses that an electrolytic solution of a certain concentration is electrolyzed to produce an acidic electrolyzed water, and a buffer solution of an inorganic acid such as acetic acid or phosphoric acid is added to the acidic electrolyzed water. There is described a method for producing acidic electrolyzed water characterized by adjusting the hydrogen ion concentration, stabilizing the hypochlorous acid concentration in the acidic electrolyzed water, and reducing the change with time. Hypochlorous acid concentration can suppress decrease in concentration due to change over time by adjusting the hydrogen ion concentration to a pH value in the range of 3.5 to 5.5, preferably around pH 4.5. In some cases, the produced electrolyzed water is stored under conditions where the pH is higher than 4.5, and can be adjusted to around pH 4.5 when used for sterilization or the like.

When electrolysis is performed using low pH electrolyzed water, there is a problem of the treatment of chlorine gas generated at that time,
(2) In order to further adjust the pH of electrolyzed water having a pH of 3 or higher produced by a conventional apparatus, the amount of the adjusting agent such as acid differs depending on the temperature, amount, and pH of the electrolyzed water. The need for monitoring equipment,
(3) In the conventional apparatus, it is impossible to adjust the electrolyzed water to a predetermined temperature because it is impossible to use heated raw water because a large amount of chlorine gas is generated during electrolysis. There is,
(4) Even if the produced electrolyzed water having a pH of 3 or higher is used warmed or diluted with warmed water, the hypochlorous acid concentration is lowered and a sufficient sterilizing effect cannot be obtained.
(5) The device itself is expensive for use in homes and small facilities such as private hospitals, and for long-term use, it requires maintenance costs for electrodes, electrolyzers, etc.
There have been various problems in widely disseminating this kind of acidic aqueous solution.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for using and supplying an acidic aqueous solution that can be used at low cost and simply for the purpose of sterilization or disinfection even in small facilities such as households and private hospitals.

(15) The present invention relates to an aqueous solution characterized by being used in the supply method described in any one of (9) to (14).
Using an aqueous solution of electrolyte such as water forms <br/> a present invention embodiment of the invention, the effective chlorine concentration was sealed save a is and the electrolytic water pH5~8 into the container 20~1000Ppm, until use In the meantime, an activator for accelerating the activation of chlorine in the aqueous solution is added and diluted with water at a predetermined temperature.
In addition, the method for supplying an aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water according to the present invention is used for a certain amount of aqueous solution sealed in a container having an effective chlorine concentration of 20 to 1000 ppm and pH 5 to 8, and the certain amount of aqueous solution. It is characterized by providing an activator that promotes the activation of chlorine in the aqueous solution in a required amount container that is added by the time.
The aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water used or supplied in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the effective chlorine concentration is 20 to 1000 ppm and the aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water having a pH of 5 to 8 is used. It can be produced by a known method such as an electrolysis method in which an electrolytic cell having a diaphragm between the cathode and the cathode or an electrolytic cell having no diaphragm is used to electrolyze a solution in which a small amount of electrolyte is dissolved.
Further, commercially available hypochlorous acid and / or a salt thereof or an aqueous solution thereof is diluted so that the effective chlorine concentration is in the range of 20 to 1000 ppm and adjusted so that the pH is in the range of 5 to 8. Can also be obtained.
As a specific method for obtaining electrolyzed water, an aqueous solution obtained by adding 0.2 to 0.8% by weight of sodium chloride to distilled water or tap water, or generated by electrolysis to obtain electrolyzed water having a pH of 7 to 8 A method of adding a necessary amount of sodium bicarbonate or sodium hydroxide to the aqueous solution to neutralize the acid to be electrolyzed, and electrolyzing using a non-diaphragm electrolyzer having no diaphragm between the anode side and the cathode side. It can be illustrated.
When an electrolytic cell having a diaphragm is used, acidic electrolyzed water is generated on the anode side and alkaline electrolyzed water is generated on the cathode side. Therefore, if necessary, an electrolytic aqueous solution in which both are mixed and pH adjusted may be used in the present invention. it can.
The effective chlorine concentration of the aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water used in the present invention is preferably in the range of 20 to 1000 ppm. If it is less than 20 ppm, even if it is stored in a sealed state, the effective chlorine concentration is lowered, so that it does not show sufficient bactericidal activity at the time of use, and the number of containers is increased and inconvenient when packed and transported. In addition, if the effective chlorine concentration is high, it is preferable in terms of storage, but if the concentration is higher than 1000 ppm, the safety of transportation and storage, acidity such as chlorine gas that is temporarily generated due to heat generation when an activator is added, etc. There is a problem that the odor of gas becomes strong.
The container for storing the aqueous solution of the present invention such as electrolyzed water adjusted as described above is not particularly limited as long as it can be sealed, but when the pH is 7 or less, the container is made of a material having acid resistance, and the pH is In the case of 8 or more, it is preferable to use a container made of a material having alkali resistance, and a resin container is preferable in consideration of the weight for carrying. In addition, the capacity of the container can be arbitrarily selected according to the amount used at a time, for example, provided in a capacity of about 500 ml to 1 L, and diluted 5 to 10 times as electrolyzed water at once, About 2L-10L can be adjusted, and it can be said that it is a sufficient amount to some extent when it is used for sterilization of medical equipment for one day used for therapeutic action in a private hospital or the like.
In order to prevent the decomposition of hypochlorous acid, which is one of the active ingredients, the storage method is preferably stored in a cool and dark place, and in some cases, it is preferable to use a colored container for shielding ultraviolet rays or the like.
The activator for accelerating the activation of the chlorine component in the aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water used in the present invention changes the chlorine component stored in a chemically stable form into a form in which the bactericidal action is most strongly exhibited. An agent. The chlorine component refers to a group of compounds containing a chlorine atom and having a bactericidal effect. Specifically, hypochlorous acid, chlorous acid, chloric acid, or inorganic salts thereof may be exemplified. In particular, hypochlorous acid and hypochlorite can be preferably exemplified.
Specific examples of the activator include a pH adjuster, and in particular, an agent for adjusting the pH to a strong acidity of 1 to 3, preferably 1 to 2. Specifically, organic acids and inorganic acids can be exemplified, and among them, citric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid and the like can be preferably exemplified.
When the pH after adding the regulator is lower than 1, the decomposition of the chlorine component is fast, and when the pH is higher than 3, the pH is increased when used diluted, and a sufficient bactericidal effect is obtained. There is a risk that it cannot be obtained.
Since the aqueous solution of the present invention such as electrolyzed water to be provided is manufactured and stored in a large amount industrially under a certain quality control, the necessary amount of the activator can be grasped in advance for each container. By providing the required amount of activator in a container for a certain amount of electrolyzed water, the user does not need to control the pH using a pH meter, etc. The aqueous solution of the present invention, such as electrolyzed water having a high bactericidal effect and safe, can be easily obtained simply by diluting.
The timing of adding the activator to an aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water having a high effective chlorine concentration stored in a hermetically sealed state is not particularly limited as long as it is before actual use, but the chlorine component is gradually decomposed. It is preferable to add to. After adding an activator, it can be used by diluting with clean water without particularly stirring.
The aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water of the present invention is characterized by being diluted with water at a predetermined temperature after addition of an activator. In particular, it is easy to adjust the temperature of an aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water, which has been difficult to achieve with conventional electrolyzed water production apparatuses, by appropriately adjusting the temperature of water used for dilution in the method of use of the present invention. Can do.
The effective chlorine concentration in the aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water at the time of use after being diluted with the water of the present invention is preferably 2 to 40 ppm and the pH is in the range of 2.0 to 3.0. If the effective chlorine concentration is less than 2 ppm, a sufficient bactericidal effect cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 40 ppm, irritation to the living body is expressed. When the pH is less than 2, the chlorine component is rapidly decomposed. When the pH exceeds 3, the sufficient sterilizing effect cannot be obtained at the effective chlorine concentration. That is, by using the pH in a relatively low range of 2 to 3, a sufficient bactericidal effect can be obtained even at an effective chlorine concentration as low as 2 to 40 ppm. Therefore, by diluting with water set at an arbitrary temperature. Even if the chlorine component is decomposed or volatilized to some extent, a sufficient bactericidal effect can be obtained, and it can be said that the method of use as in the present invention is now possible. The ability to adjust the electrolyzed water to a predetermined temperature, especially when the aqueous solution of the present invention such as electrolyzed water is used for sterilization of the skin etc. in the winter season when the outside air temperature is low, should be used effectively with little irritation due to the low water temperature. Can be said.
In addition, since it can be used at a low effective chlorine concentration, it has no effect on the human body, and after being sterilized with electrolyzed water, it can be sterilized without further treatment such as washing with water. For example, it can be used for food.
In addition, according to the method of use or supply of the present invention, an aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water having an effective chlorine concentration of 20 to 1000 ppm and a pH of 5 to 8 is sealed and stored in a container. A fragrance treated with chloric acid can also be added. The aqueous solution such as electrolyzed water of the present invention is used not only for sterilization of instruments and the like, but also for medical activities such as sterilization of skin, mucous membrane or wound surface, and sterilization of oral cavity. In that case, a problem of chlorine-based odor may occur.
As a means for solving such problems, a fragrance is often used. However, when a commonly used fragrance is added to the aqueous solution of the present invention such as the electrolyzed water, the effective chlorine component is often used as a fragrance. There is a problem that the bactericidal effect is remarkably lowered. This problem could be solved by using a perfume pretreated with hypochlorous acid or a salt thereof, which is an effective chlorine component produced by electrolysis.
As the fragrance to be used, those which change the flavor component when treated with hypochlorous acid or a salt thereof are not preferable, but many of them do not show this kind of alteration. Specifically, fragrances such as loin, lavender and peppermint can be used. Examples of the method for treating a fragrance include a method of adding hypochlorous acid or a salt thereof and an acid to a fragrance solution of a water-soluble solvent such as alcohol, or a method of performing electrolysis using an electrolyte-containing aqueous solution containing the fragrance. I can do it.
The perfume prepared as described above is added to the aqueous solution of the present invention such as high-concentration electrolytic water as described above, the aqueous solution of the present invention such as electrolytic water after addition of an activator, or the present aqueous solution such as electrolytic water after dilution. By using it, the problem of odor can be solved, and when used for treatment, the therapeutic effect of the fragrance component can be added.
Other components may be added to the aqueous solution of the present invention, such as electrolyzed water, or the perfume for addition, if necessary. For example, chlorhexine gluconate and sodium fluoride that are medicinal components, xylitol as a sweetening component, glycerin and the like as a moisturizing agent, and the like can be added for oral cleaning.
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated still in detail using an Example, this invention is not limited to an Example.
Example 1
When 4000 ml of tap water was added with 16 g of sodium chloride and electrolysis was carried out for 30 minutes in a single-layer flat plate electrolytic cell, electrolyzed water having a pH of 7.2, an oxidation-reduction potential of 560 mV, and an active chlorine concentration of 220 ppm was obtained. . The electrolyzed water was dispensed into four 1000 ml capacity square plastic containers and sealed. Two of them were stored at room temperature in a dark place, 1 part was collected at each elapsed time shown in Table 1, pH was adjusted with dilute hydrochloric acid and diluted 10 times with water, then effective chlorine concentration, redox The potential was measured. The results are summarized in Table 1.
Comparative Example 1
Diluted hydrochloric acid was added to the electrolyzed water dispensed in a 1 L plastic container in Example 1 to adjust the pH to 2.2, and then sealed and stored at room temperature in a dark place. After collecting 1 part and diluting 10 times in the elapsed days shown in Table 1, the effective chlorine concentration and the oxidation-reduction potential were measured. The results are summarized in Table 1.
From the results shown in Table 1, the effective chlorine concentration decreases when stored at a low pH, and long-term storage is difficult. On the other hand, there is no change in the effective chlorine concentration after storage at a high pH. Long-term storage was possible.
Example 2
The product was prepared and dispensed in the same manner as in Example 1 and stored for 28 days. Diluted hydrochloric acid (a solution obtained by appropriately diluting 4 ml of concentrated hydrochloric acid) was added, and the mixture was further diluted 10 times to prepare electrolyzed water. The pH at that time was 2.6, and the effective chlorine concentration was 15 ppm. Each bacterial solution 0.1 ml shown in Table 2 was treated with 0.9 ml of the adjusted electrolyzed water for 3 minutes, and then diluted 10-fold with a nutrient broth to determine the viable cell count. For comparison, an electrolyzed water untreated section was provided.
Example 3
In Example 2, the same electrolyzed water was prepared except that the temperature of the water for diluting the electrolyzed water stored hermetically was changed to 60 ° C. The pH of the adjusted electrolyzed water was 2.7, the effective chlorine concentration was 13 ppm, and the same bactericidal effect was obtained.
Effect of the invention As described above, by using the method of use of the present invention, it is possible to use strongly acidic electrolyzed water at a low cost, simply and safely, and easily adjust the temperature. It can be carried out. Although strongly acidic electrolyzed water is harmless to the human body, it has a strong bactericidal effect, so it can be used in the field of medicine, food processing, etc. Furthermore, it can be said that the industrial utility value is further improved.
