【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention of this application relates to a flat roof tile and its construction method. More specifically, the invention of this application relates to a flat roof tile capable of storing the eaves even with one type, facilitating the accumulation of roof tiles, and effective in reducing building waste and its construction method. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Tile used as a roofing material for a house is a major player in the appearance design of the roof, and has functions such as reducing rain noise and enhancing the waterproofness of the roof. As one of them, a flat roof tile (21) as shown in FIG. 4 is known, which is laid on the roof surface from the eaves side toward the ridge side and constructed.
[0003]
At that time, another roof tile called a starter (22) is arranged at the eaves. In roofing, as is well known, in order to ensure waterproofness and wind resistance, the upper roof tile is partially overlapped with the lower roof tile. For this reason, the tile has an angle with respect to the roof surface. The said starter (22) gives the angle to the 1st-stage flat roof tile (21), and is used in order to implement | achieve the construction state similar to another flat roof tile (21).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as shown in FIG. 4, the conventional tile roofing by the flat roof tile (21) requires a starter (22) in addition to the flat roof tile (21), and two types of roof tiles are necessary.
[0005]
The reason is as follows.
(1) The vertical dimension of the flat roof tile (21) is determined by considering the waterproof property, the length of the foot (a) × 2 + minimum overlap margin (b) (usually 50 mm or more, and this minimum overlap margin (b) is As is understood from the description of FIG. 4, it is necessary to set the length of the portion of the flat roof tiles (21) of the next stage to overlap with each other.
(2) The vertical dimension of the starter (22) is the same as that of the flat roof tile (21), considering the waterproof property. The length of the flat roof tile (21) (a) + minimum overlap allowance (b) (usually 50mm or more) ).
(3) Due to the dimensional restrictions shown in (1) and (2) above, it is impossible to divide the flat roof tile (21) vertically into two, and the flat roof tile (21) is used for the starter (22). Can only get one. Moreover, the flat roof tile (21) after cutting out a starter (22) becomes only a waste material, and the effectiveness of utilizing a flat roof tile (21) for a starter (22) is not found.
[0006]
For this reason, it is impossible to tile using only one type of flat roof tile ( 21 ), and a starter (22) is required. As a result, it takes time to accumulate tiles, and the starter (22) has a considerable cost for roofing. It had an influence.
[0007]
The invention of this application has been made in view of such circumstances, and even a single product can store the eaves, facilitates the accumulation of roof tiles, and is an effective flat plate for reducing building waste. Providing roof tiles and their construction methods is an issue to be solved.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of this application is a flat roof tile having a horizontally long rectangular shape in a plan view and provided with a cut mark, a starter alignment mark, and a tile alignment mark on the surface portion, as a solution to the above problems. the left and right vertical side connecting the center located at a predetermined position of the virtual line, the starter alignment marks, center and upper and lower horizontal legs roofing from the side length and the total content apart left and right side end portions below the minimum overlap margin of rectangular and located above, tile alignment marks, up and down horizontal side virtual line connecting a central, flat, characterized in that located on the lower and upper sum partial separation of the upper and lower horizontal-roofing from the side leg length and the minimum overlap width A roof tile (Claim 1) is provided.
[0009]
Further, the invention of this application relates to the flat roof tile described above, using a cut mark divided into two equal pieces of flat roof tiles as a starter, and aligning and fixing it to the eaves, to a starter alignment mark located at the center of the top side of the starter Align the starter alignment mark located on the upper side at either the left or right side, and fix the flat roof tile. This is the first roof tile, and the lower roof tile alignment mark on the flat roof tile is the first roof tile. A flat roof tile characterized by fixing a flat roof tile with the lower left corner or the lower right corner, which is used as a second roof tile, and fixing the third roof tile and subsequent roof tiles in the same manner as the second roof tile. A construction method (claim 2) is provided.
[0010]
Hereinafter, the flat roof tile and the construction method of the invention of this application will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a flat roof tile of the invention of this application.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the flat roof tile (1) of the invention of this application has a horizontally long rectangular shape in plan view, and has a cutting mark (3), a starter alignment mark (4) and a surface portion (2). A tile alignment mark (5) is provided.
[0013]
The cutting mark (3) is located at a predetermined portion on the virtual line (7) connecting the centers of the left and right vertical sides (6) and (6), for example, both left and right end portions. The starter alignment mark (4) is separated from the center of the rectangular shape and the upper and lower horizontal sides (8) and (8) by the total length of the above-mentioned stroking feet (a) and the minimum overlap allowance (b) (for example, about 50 mm). Located on the lower and upper sides of the left and right ends. Tile alignment mark (5) is located on the upper and lower horizontal side (8) an imaginary line connecting the center (8) (9), and similarly to the starter alignment mark (4), upper and lower lateral side (8) (8 ) Is located on the lower side and the upper side where the total length of the leg length (a) and the minimum overlap allowance (b) is separated.
[0014]
The size and shape of the cutting mark (3), starter alignment mark (4), and tile alignment mark (5) are not particularly limited, can be easily recognized by manual work, and do not affect the surface design. It can be made appropriate in consideration of the above.
[0015]
Further, since the flat roof tile (1) is naturally fixed to the roof surface by nailing, the surface portion (2) is provided with a nail hole (10) as shown in FIG. I can leave. This nail hole (10) may be either penetrated or not penetrated. However, as described above, the flat roof tile (1) of the invention of this application has a rectangular shape, and the cut mark (3), the starter alignment mark (4), and the roof alignment mark (5) are provided at predetermined positions or positions. Therefore, as can be understood from FIG. Therefore, the nail hole (10) needs to be arranged at the same position even if it is turned upside down, and the position can be set at a position symmetrical to the virtual line (7). Preferably, the position is such that the nail head after nailing is not exposed or is not so noticeable even if exposed.
[0016]
FIG. 2 is a plan view of the main part schematically showing the main part of the construction method of the flat roof tile of the invention of this application. The flat roof tile (1) shown in FIG. 2 is the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, but the imaginary lines (7), (9) and nails are simplified to simplify the illustration and facilitate understanding of the construction method. The hole (10) is omitted. However, the nail hole (10) exists in the actual flat roof tile (1).
[0017]
In the flat roof tile construction method of the invention of this application, since the flat roof tile (1) has the configuration as described above, it is divided into two equal parts at the cutting mark (3) and used as the starter (1a). . Since the flat roof tile (1) has the same shape even if it is turned upside down, two starters (1a) can be obtained by dividing it into two equal parts. In the conventional flat roof tile (21) shown in FIG. 4, the remainder becomes waste material by cutting out the starter (22). In the flat roof tile (1) of the invention of this application, the cutting mark (3) is thus obtained. Can be used as two starters (1a), and no waste material is produced.
[0018]
And in the construction method of the flat roof tile of the invention of this application, after the starter (1a) obtained as described above is aligned and fixed to the eaves tip (11) as shown in the main part sectional view of FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the starter alignment mark (4) located at the center of the upper side of the starter (1a) is aligned with the starter alignment mark (4) located on the upper side at either the left or right side, so that the flat roof tile (1) is fixed and this is used as the first roof tile. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the leading edge of the first-stage roof tile protrudes in front of the eaves edge (11) from the front end of the starter (1a). The starter alignment mark (4) provided on the flat roof tile (1) is positioned at a predetermined position and is aligned with the starter alignment mark (4) of the starter (1a) as described above.
[0019]
Next, in the construction method of the flat roof tile of the invention of this application, the flat roof tile (1) is obtained by aligning the lower left corner or the lower right corner with the lower roof tile alignment mark (5) in the flat roof tile (1) which is the first stage roof tile. Fix it and use this as the second roof tile. The third and subsequent roof tiles are fixed in the same manner as the second roof tile. Even if it does in this way, as shown in FIG. 3, the minimum overlap margin (b) is ensured and waterproofness becomes enough.
[0020]
The starter (1a) and the flat roof tile (1) can be fixed by nailing using the nail hole (10) shown in FIG.
[0021]
As described above, the flat roof tile and the construction method of the invention of this application are capable of storing the eaves even with a single type of flat roof tile, making it easy to accumulate roof tiles, and effective in reducing building waste. .
[0022]
Of course, the invention of this application is not limited by the above embodiments. It goes without saying that various aspects are possible with respect to details such as the size and dimensions of the flat roof tile, the shape, size, and arrangement position of the cut mark, starter alignment mark and tile alignment mark.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the invention of this application, it is possible to store the eaves even with one type, facilitating the accumulation of roof tiles, and effective in reducing building waste materials.
