Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cart having a lifting load receiving portion that always holds various articles such as a folding desk at a constant height so that loading and unloading work can be performed in an easy posture.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of carriage, for example, a carriage having a lifting load receiving portion as disclosed in JP-A-6-32234 is provided. In this carriage, support members are erected at both ends in the front-rear direction of a base support having a plurality of wheels, and the guide rollers are guided between the support members in the guide grooves on both support members so that they can be moved up and down. In addition to providing a load receiving portion, at least one of the corresponding strut member and the load receiving portion is provided with an upward motion imparting device that raises and biases the load receiving portion.
[0003]
According to such a conventional configuration, when an article is placed on the load receiving portion, the load is distributed back and forth and transmitted to the column member side, and the load receiving portion is lowered against the upward biasing force of the upper motion applying device. Is done. For example, when an article is carried through a carriage to a predetermined place and then processed while being picked up one by one or assembled to another article, the load caused by the article is gradually reduced. The load receiving portion is gradually raised by the upward biasing force of the movement applying device. As a result, the upper surface of the article (article removal working surface) is maintained constant or substantially constant. When the article on the load receiving portion becomes empty, the load receiving portion is raised to the upper limit.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the conventional configuration described above, the lifting and lowering of the load receiving portion accurately follows the increase and decrease of the load by the type in which the guide roller is guided in the guide groove. For example, when handling a large article, when the article is lowered The load receiving part is suddenly raised with a large stroke due to a large load reduction, and then enters a bound state, which adversely affects the remaining articles and generates noise.
[0005]
Therefore, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention can gently raise the load receiving part when the article is lowered. At the same time, loading and unloading of articles on the receiving part can be done easily, quickly and stably. An object of the present invention is to provide a cart having a lifting load receiving portion.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the carriage having the lifting load receiving portion according to claim 1 of the present invention is such that the base stand having a plurality of wheels has end members standing at both ends in the front-rear direction. A load receiving portion that can be moved up and down by sliding contact guides on both end members is provided between the end members, and an elastic member is interposed in the sliding contact portion, and at least one of the corresponding end member and the load receiving portion. Is provided with a lifting urging means for raising the load receiving portion. A recess is formed in at least one side of the base It is characterized by being.
[0007]
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when an article is placed on the load receiving portion, the load is distributed back and forth and transmitted to the end member side, and the load receiving portion can be lowered against the ascending biasing means. In this way, the load can be distributed back and forth to increase the maximum load of the article, and since the load receiving part is doubly supported, it supports without bending even if the front and back length is sufficiently long Can do.
[0008]
When the uppermost article is lowered, the load decreases accordingly, and the load receiving part is raised by the ascending biasing means accordingly, so that the upper surface of the article group, that is, the uppermost article is fixed. Or it can be kept almost constant. In such a rise, a braking action is generated by the frictional resistance by the elastic member of the sliding contact portion, and thus the load receiving portion can be raised at a moderate speed.
[0010]
Also From the side, the work of placing or unloading the article on the load receiving portion can be performed by positioning the foot in the recess.
And of the present invention Claim 2 The cart having the lifting / lowering load receiving portion described above is described above. Claim 1 In the described configuration, side members are rotatably provided at the left and right end portions of the both end members, and the front and rear lengths of these side members are lengths that do not affect the recesses, and in the front and rear direction. The rotation position along and the rotation position toward the inside are positioned by positioning means that can be freely engaged and disengaged on the base table side.
[0011]
Therefore Claim 2 According to this invention, after the target member is rotated, the positioning means can be engaged with the base stand side to maintain the rotation position. As a result, the article on the load receiving portion can be guarded by the end members at the front and rear, and the widths of both sides can be determined by the side member groups.
[0012]
Furthermore, according to the present invention Claim 3 The cart having the lifting load receiving portion described is Having multiple wheels To base stand On both ends in the front-rear direction End member is detachable The load receiving part that can be raised and lowered by sliding contact guidance on both end members side between these end members, For these end members Wear Free In addition, an elastic member is interposed in the slidable contact portion, and at least one of the corresponding end member and the load receiving portion is provided with a lifting urging means for raising the load receiving portion. It is characterized by that.
[0013]
Therefore Claim 3 According to the invention When an article is placed on the load receiving portion, the load is distributed back and forth and transmitted to the end member side, and the load receiving portion can be lowered against the ascending biasing means. In this way, the load can be distributed back and forth to increase the maximum load of the article, and since the load receiving part is doubly supported, it supports without bending even if the front and back length is sufficiently long Can do. When the uppermost article is lowered, the load decreases accordingly, and the load receiving part is raised by the ascending biasing means accordingly, so that the upper surface of the article group, that is, the uppermost article is fixed. Or it can be kept almost constant. In such a rise, a braking action is generated by the frictional resistance by the elastic member of the sliding contact portion, and thus the load receiving portion can be raised at a moderate speed. further, When transported from the production site to the use site, it can be transported in a compact manner such as by stacking by disassembling the base table, the end member and the load receiving portion. In addition, after use at the site of use, it can be stored together in a compact manner by disassembling in the same manner.
[0014]
Moreover, the present invention Claim 4 The cart having the lifting load receiving portion described is In the base stand having a plurality of wheels, end members are provided upright at both ends in the front-rear direction. Between these end members, a load receiving portion that can be raised and lowered by sliding contact guides on both end members is provided. An elastic member is interposed in the contact portion, and at least one of the corresponding end member and the load receiving portion is provided with a lifting biasing means for raising the load receiving portion, A longitudinal member is detachably provided between upper portions of both end members.
[0015]
Therefore Claim 4 According to the invention When an article is placed on the load receiving portion, the load is distributed back and forth and transmitted to the end member side, and the load receiving portion can be lowered against the ascending biasing means. In such a rise, a braking action is generated by the frictional resistance by the elastic member of the sliding contact portion, and thus the load receiving portion can be raised at a moderate speed. further, When the longitudinal member is disposed between the upper portions of the end members, a force for bringing the end members close to each other acts to press the elastic member.

Yes. The above 91-93 etc. comprise an example of the front-rear material 90 integrated in advance.
[0043]
Therefore, the front-rear direction member 90 is formed by closely fitting the locking member 92 with respect to the top horizontal portion from above and aligning the bolt hole 93 with the bolt hole 39 of the upper connecting member 38, and then the bolt hole 93. , 39 can be detachably disposed between the upper portions of the end members 30, 31 by being screwed into the nut 40 through the bolt 94 from the outside.
[0044]
The operation in the above embodiment will be described below.
When transporting from the production site to the site of use, as shown in FIG. 13, the base table 10, end members 30, 31, the load receiving portion 50, and the front-rear direction material 90 are disassembled and stacked in a compact manner. Can be transported in a wet state. In some cases, the wheels 21 and 23 may be disassembled with respect to the base 10, or the carriage 60 and the side member 75 may be disassembled with respect to the end members 30 and 31. Further, after use at the site of use, it can be stored in a compact state by disassembling in the same manner.
[0045]
Assembly is performed at the site of use. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, after the end members 30 and 31 are first matched with the bolt holes 16 on the end frame 11 side, the bolts 43 from above are bolted between the bolt holes 37 and 16. The base stand 10 is erected on both ends of the base table 10 by being screwed into the nut 15.
[0046]
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, the load receiving portion 50 is screwed into the nut 56 through the bolt 67 from below between the bolt holes 63, 55 after the bolt holes 55 are matched with the bolt holes 63 of the carriage 60. By doing so, the end members 30 and 31 are disposed.
[0047]
Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the front-rear direction member 90 is tightly fitted from above to the top side of the locking member 92, and the bolt hole 93 is matched with the bolt hole 39 of the upper connection member 38. After that, the bolt holes 93 and 39 are screwed into the nut 40 through the bolts 94 from the outside to be disposed between the upper portions of the end members 30 and 31. When the longitudinal member 90 is disposed, a force for bringing the end members 30 and 31 close to each other acts, thereby pressing the felt 64 against the sliding guide surface 34a of the guide member 34 as shown in FIG. Therefore, dimensioning can be performed regardless of manufacturing errors. In use, an appropriate amount of grease is interposed between the felt 64 and the sliding contact guide surface 34a.
[0048]
When using the cart thus assembled, first, the rotational position of the side member 75 is adjusted according to the width of the folding desk (an example of the article) 1 to be placed. That is, the pair of front and rear side members 75 on one side in the left-right direction raises the positioning rod 83 via the operation portion 83a to engage the operation portion 83a as shown by the phantom lines in FIGS. In a state of being locked from above with respect to the upper edge of the stop body 85, as shown by an imaginary line (a) in FIG. At this time, the lower end of the positioning rod 83 is positioned above the plate member 17 and is positioned in the lower guide cylinder 81, so that the rotation can be performed smoothly.
[0049]
After the target rotation, the positioning rod 83 is lowered via the operation portion 83a, and the lower end of the positioning rod 83 is locked in the locking hole 18. At this time, the operation portion 83a is locked with respect to the locking portion 88 from above, so that further lowering is prevented and the rotational position is maintained. The target rotation position is when the folding desk 1 is placed on the load receiving portion 50 in the form of a stopper (stopper shape) or close to the outer shell material 77 of these side members 75. In addition, the folding desk 1 is positioned at the center portion in the width direction of the load receiving portion 50.
[0050]
In addition, the pair of front and rear side members 75 on the other side in the left-right direction raises the positioning rod 83 via the operation portion 83a, and locks the locking body 85 with respect to the locking portion 88 from above. In this state, as shown by the phantom line B in FIG. Thereby, the load receiving part 50 is opened on the other side.
[0051]
In this state, the folding desk 1 is placed on the load receiving portion 50 from the other side. At that time, even if the folding desk 1 has a narrow width, for example, by placing a foot in the recess 19 formed on the side of the base 10, the mounting work can be performed quickly and stably. You can do it.
[0052]
By placing the folding desk 1 on the load receiving portion 50 in this manner, the load is distributed back and forth and transmitted to the carriage 60, and the load receiving portion 50 is lowered against the elastic force of each compression spring 71. Since the load can be distributed in the front-rear direction as described above, the maximum load of the folding desk 1 can be increased, and the load receiving portion 50 is doubly supported, so that it can be bent even if the front-rear length is sufficiently long. It can be supported without anything.
[0053]
Then, after the predetermined number of folding desks 1 are placed on the load receiving portion 50 in a stacked manner, the other side member 75 is placed in the same manner as the one side member 75 described above, as shown in FIG. As shown by the line C, it is turned inward and the turning position is maintained. As a result, the front and rear sides of the folding desk 1 group on the load receiving portion 50 are guarded by the end members 30 and 31, and both sides are determined by the side member 75 group. Accordingly, when the operator pushes and pulls the carriage through one handle 42 to carry it, the folding desk group 1 does not collapse or drop off.
[0054]
After carrying the folding desk group to a predetermined place via the carriage, at least one of the left and right side members 75 is rotated in the same manner as in the above-described loading, and the load receiving portion 50 is opened laterally. In this state, when the uppermost folding desk 1 is lowered, the load decreases accordingly, and the carriage 60, that is, the load receiving portion 50 is raised by the elastic force of the compression spring 71 group accordingly. As a result, the upper surface of the folding desk 1 group, that is, the uppermost folding desk 1 is maintained constant or substantially constant as indicated by the phantom lines in FIGS.
[0055]
The above-described lowering operation of the uppermost folding table 1 is performed by, for example, placing the foot in the recess 19 formed on the side of the base table 10 in the same manner as the mounting operation, so that the folding table 1 having a narrow width is used. Even if it is, it can be performed quickly and stably. Then, when the uppermost folding desk 1 is lowered to reduce the load and the load receiving portion 50 is raised accordingly, the felt 64 is pressed against the sliding contact guide surface 34a of the guide member 34 as described above. As a result, a braking action is generated due to the frictional resistance, so that the load receiving portion 50 is raised at a moderate speed without being rapidly raised.
[0056]
When the folding desk 1 on the load receiving portion 50 is emptied, the load receiving portion 50 is raised to the upper limit via the carriage 60.
As shown by the imaginary line in FIG. 1, for example, in the case of a wide folding desk 1A, the both end members 30, 31 are rotated accordingly, as shown by the imaginary line D.
[0057]
In the above-described embodiment, the felt 64 is used as the elastic member. However, various members such as a member having elasticity such as cotton and a rubber member may be used. In addition, the felt 64 is provided on the carriage 60 side, but conversely, the felt 64 may be attached on the guide member 34 side, and the sliding contact guide surface may be formed on the longitudinal member 61 side of the carriage 60. .
[0058]
In the above-described embodiment, the compression springs (lifting urging means) 71 are provided between the corresponding end members 30 and 31 and the load receiving portion 50, respectively, but this is a configuration provided only in one of them. May be.
[0059]
In the above-described embodiment, the recesses 19 are formed on both sides of the base table 10, but this may be a form in which the recesses 19 are formed only on one of them.
[0060]
In the above-described embodiment, the side members 75 are rotatably provided at the left and right end portions of the both end members 30 and 31, respectively, but this is provided only on one side in the left and right direction and the other side is fixed. It may be in the form of a side member. Furthermore, the form which abbreviate | omitted all the side members 75 may be sufficient.
[0061]
In the above-described embodiment, the base table 10, the end members 30, 31, the load receiving portion 50, and the front-rear direction member 90 are disassembled. However, some of them may be rigid in advance. Moreover, all may be in the form of a rigid body in advance.
[0062]
In the above-described embodiment, the longitudinal member 90 is provided between the upper portions of the end members 30 and 31. However, if there is no problem in terms of accuracy, such as a form in which the front and rear length of the carriage is short, this The form which abbreviate | omitted the front-back direction material 90 may be sufficient.
[0063]
Although the folding desk 1 is shown as an article in the above-described embodiment, this can carry various articles such as a foldable pipe chair and a cardboard box package.
[0064]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention described above, when the article is placed on the load receiving portion, the load applied on the load receiving portion is dispersed back and forth, whereby the maximum load of the article can be increased, and heavy objects can be transported. Can also be done. Furthermore, since the load receiving part is a doubly supported shape, it can be supported without bending even if its front and rear lengths are sufficiently long. Then, when the load is lowered by dropping the article, the load receiving portion is raised by the rising urging means accordingly, and the uppermost article can be kept constant or substantially constant. At the time of such ascent, the braking action is caused by the frictional resistance by the elastic member of the sliding contact part, so that the load receiving part can be raised at a moderate speed without causing a bounce, etc., and adversely affect the remaining articles. And no noise is generated.
[0065]
Also, From the side, the work of placing or unloading the article on the receiving part can be performed by placing the foot in the recess, etc. Even if the article is narrow, this loading and unloading is possible. Work can be done easily, quickly and stably.
[0066]
And the above-described present invention Claim 2 According to this, the rotation position can be maintained by engaging the positioning means with the base table side after rotating the side member. As a result, the article on the load receiving part can be guarded by the end members on the front and rear sides, and the width of both sides can be determined by the side member group. Can be prevented from collapsing or falling off, and stable running (transport) can be performed at all times.
[0067]
Further, according to the present invention described above Claim 3 according to, When the article is placed on the load receiving portion, the load applied on the load receiving portion is dispersed back and forth, whereby the maximum load of the article can be increased and the heavy object can be transported. And no noise is generated. further, When transporting from the production site to the site of use, it can be efficiently transported in a compact state, such as stacking, by disassembling the base table, end members, and load receiving part. In addition, it can be efficiently stored in a compact state by disassembling in the same manner after use at the site of use.
[0068]
Moreover, the above-described present invention Claim 4 according to, When the article is placed on the load receiving portion, the load applied on the load receiving portion is dispersed back and forth, whereby the maximum load of the article can be increased and the heavy object can be transported. And no noise is generated. further, When the longitudinal member is disposed between the upper parts of the end members, the elastic members can be pressed by the force of bringing the end members close to each other, so that the dimensions can be easily measured regardless of manufacturing errors. it can.
