Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an automotive wire harness, and in particular, in a wire harness including an important circuit wire, the occurrence of an abnormality can be notified before an abnormality such as a disconnection or a short circuit occurs in the important circuit wire. To do.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the automobile wire harness WH is formed by bundling a large number of electric wires a, b,... Each of the electric wires a, b,... Includes a common circuit electric wire a such as a power supply line directly connected to a battery to which a voltage is constantly applied and a general circuit electric wire b. It is preferable that the wire harness WH is positioned at the center of the cross section so that an abnormality such as a short circuit or disconnection is not likely to occur.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the wire harness is inserted from above into the wire insertion part of the wiring jig projecting on the wiring diagram board, this inserted wire group is formed by converging with tape winding, so the wires for important circuits It was very difficult to position a at the center of the wire harness WH.
Moreover, when the electric wire for important circuits is comprised with the thick electric wire a, the probability of appearing on the surface (outer periphery) of an electric wire group with the rigidity of the electric wire a is high. For example, when the important circuit is a circuit protected by a fusible link or the like, the important circuit wire a is a thick wire having a diameter of about 3 mm to 5 mm and often appears on the surface of the wire harness.
[0004]
Thus, when the important circuit electric wire a comes out on the surface of the wire harness WH, it is likely to interfere with the edge of the metal bracket 2 projecting from the vehicle body panel or the like when routed in the automobile. In that case, due to the interference, the tape that converges the outer peripheral surface of the group of wires is first torn due to wear, and then the critical circuit wires come into contact with the edges, and problems such as shorts and disconnections are likely to occur. is there.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and can protect important circuit wires without requiring any separate member, and can notify the occurrence of abnormality before the occurrence of abnormality in the important circuit wire. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a wire harness.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electric wire for an important circuit including a power line directly connected to a battery to which a voltage is constantly applied, and a wire formed by converging a large number of electric wires for a general circuit. A method of manufacturing a harness,
In the protection section of the important circuit wire, at least a part of the general circuit wire that converges together with the important circuit wire is preliminarily bundled with a main wire group including the important circuit wire with a jig. While positioning , the side between both sides is slung to the side of the main wire group,
As a state of bundling this slack part, grasp the center part and wind it around the outer periphery of the main line from both sides spirally at a dense pitch that does not produce a gap,
After winding, fix the central part that is the winding end with adhesive tape, position the general circuit wire at the outer peripheral position of the important circuit wire, and before the outer member interferes with the important circuit wire The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a wire harness provided with alarm means capable of notifying the occurrence of abnormality by interfering with the general circuit wire.
[0007]
[Action]
According to the present invention, in the section where it is necessary to protect the important circuit wires, the general circuit wires are located on the outer periphery of the wire harness, and the important circuit wires are surrounded by the outer general circuit wires. Therefore, when the wire harness interferes with the edge of the metal bracket of an automobile, the general circuit wire wound around the outer circumference always comes into contact first, causing abnormalities such as wear → short → disconnection. The electric wire is protected.
[0008]
In addition, since a part of the general circuit wire wound around the outer periphery is connected to the alarm means, if an abnormality such as a disconnection or short circuit occurs in the general circuit wire, it can be displayed by the alarm means. Before an abnormality occurs, it is possible to notify that an abnormality has occurred in the wire harness including the important circuit wire, and to prevent the occurrence of an abnormality in the important circuit wire.
[0009]
【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the wire harness WH of the present invention has a section L in which an important circuit wire a connected to a vehicle power source or the like is to be protected, for example, an edge of the metal bracket 2 when wired. In the opposite section L, the required number (three in this embodiment) of general circuit wires b ′ for winding are spirally wound at a dense pitch on the outer periphery of the trunk line W including the important circuit wires a of the wire harness WH. It is wound into a shape and bound.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 3, the length of the general circuit wire b ′ for winding is set in advance to a length that can be slung to the side of the group of wires to be the trunk line W, At the time of wiring, between the wiring jigs 15 arranged on both sides of the protection section L, the general circuit electric wire b ′ for winding is slung as shown in the figure with respect to the trunk line W. Yes.
The length of the sag is set to a length that can be wound around the outer periphery of the trunk line W in the protection section L without any gap.
In addition, when laying, among the general circuit wires, the general circuit wire b ′ for winding is distinguished from the other general circuit wires b, and is laid and laid as described above. Therefore, it is preferable that the winding general circuit wire b ′ has a color that can be distinguished from the other general circuit wires b.
[0011]
In the illustrated embodiment, the wire group constituting the trunk line W is composed of the important circuit wire a and the general circuit wire b. However, the number of the important circuit wires a is large, and the number of the general circuit wires is small. In some cases, the trunk line W is composed of only the important circuit wire a, and the general circuit wires are all wound general circuit wires b ′.
In the trunk line W, the important circuit wire a need not necessarily be positioned at the center position.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the general circuit wire b ′ for wrapping disposed so as to be flared on the side of the trunk line W is held in a bundled state by grasping the central portion thereof and from both ends of the protection section L. The outer circumference of the trunk line W is spirally wound at a dense pitch with no gap.
In this winding state, the central portion of the protection section L is the winding end position P, and the winding general circuit electric wire b ′ is folded in a U shape as shown in the figure.
Therefore, if the terminal position P is not fixed, rewinding occurs. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the terminal position P is taped and fixed by the adhesive tape 16, and the general circuit wire b 'for winding is attached. Holding in a wound state.
[0013]
The winding of the general circuit wire b ′ for winding around the trunk line W is not limited to the above method, and the wiring is performed while winding the general circuit wire b ′ for winding around the trunk line. Also good. In this case, the winding end position is not the center position of the winding part, but the tip part, and therefore the tip part of the winding end is fixed with tape to maintain the winding state, and the winding start is started. The position is also preferably fixed with tape.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, the wire harness WH having the above configuration interferes with the edge of the metal bracket 2 and the like for winding around the outer circumference of the trunk line W before the important circuit wire a. Since it is the general circuit wire b ′, the important circuit wire a can be reliably protected.
[0015]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, one general circuit wire b′-1 among the winding general circuit wires b ′ wound around the trunk line W is connected to the alarm means 20.
The alarm means 7 has one end connected to the relay 7 connected to the winding general circuit wire b ′, the sensor 12 connected to the relay 7, the alarm lamp 8, the relay 7, and the alarm lamp 8, and the other. A fuse 6 having an end connected to the battery 3 is provided.
[0016]
Therefore, as described above, when the general circuit wire b′-1 for winding interferes with the edge or the like of the metal bracket 2 and an abnormality such as wear → short → disconnection occurs, the alarm means 20 detects the abnormality. As a result, the warning light 8 is turned on to inform the driver of the abnormality. As described above, since it is possible to notify the driver that the important circuit wire a may be damaged, it is possible to prevent the danger that the wire harness WH will burn out.
[0017]
In the above embodiment, the alarm means is provided separately. However, as shown in FIG. 5, a general electric system circuit that can easily determine the failure may be used. For example, the back lamps 9a and 9b and the back buzzer 10 of the automobile are used. When the general circuit wire connected to the back switch 11 is used, the back lamps 9a and 9b and the back buzzer 10 can be used as alarm means, and the back lamps 9a and 9b do not light or the back buzzer 10 does not sound. In this way, the driver can be notified of the abnormality, and the occurrence of an abnormality in the critical circuit wire a can be notified.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, in the present invention, in the wire harness including the important circuit wires and the general circuit wires, at least a part of the general circuit wires in the section where the important circuit wires need to be protected. Is spirally wound around the outer periphery of the main line, so that the general circuit wire is always positioned on the outer periphery of the important circuit wire.
Therefore, the electric wire that causes damage when it comes into contact with the edge of a metal bucket or the like is a wound general circuit electric wire positioned on the outer periphery of the wire harness, and thus can protect the important circuit electric wire.
[0019]
In addition, since at least one of the general circuit wires wound around the outer periphery of the trunk line is connected to the alarm means, the alarm means causes the vehicle driver to be in contact with the edge when damage such as disconnection occurs. Can inform the occurrence of an abnormality. In other words, it has an advantage that it is possible to notify the driver that there is a risk of damaging important circuit wires that require protection.
