本発明は、高精度な穴の内径加工をするための、マシニングセンタ−Mへ装着して使用するフロ−ティングチャックに関する。

【従来の技術】
これまでのリ−マ加工にあっては、内径に螺旋状の加工キズが残り、ある一定以上の面粗度を得ることは困難であった。そのため、手動によるラップ作業(鏡仕上)の手間を強いられた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来のかかる実情に鑑みてなされたもので、ツ−ルホルダ−に装着したダイアモンドラッパ−に水平方向の回転運動とスラスト方向の上下揺動運動を付与することにより、所謂カッタ−マ−クを完全に除去しながら高い面粗度の内径仕上を可能とするフロ−ティングチャックを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明は、マシニングセンターMの主軸m1に装着する保持部2aを有する回転本体2とマシニングセンターMの端部に固定された位置決めブロックm2に挿入される位置決めピン9を設けたケーシング1aとでフローティングチャック1が構成される。

即ちこれら両動作の併動により、ダイアモンドラッパ−7に回転運動と上下揺動運動が付与される。
