Description

【0001】
MVWF=(VwFL+VwFR)/2 …………(1)
【0053】
MVWR=(VwRL+VwRR)/2 …………(2)
ΔMV=MVWF−MVWR …………(3)
【0059】
SBFL=VwFL−MVWR=VwFL−(VwRL+VwRR)/2 …………(4)
SBFR=VwFR−MVWR=VwFR−(VwRL+VwRR)/2 …………(5)
【0061】
(n) =(VwFL−VwRL)/VwRL …………(6)
(n) =(VwFR−VwRR)/VwRR …………(7)
【0062】
α=S(n) −S(n−1) …………(8)
α=S(n) −S(n−1) …………(9)
【0065】
SS(n) ={(VwFL+VwFR)/2}−{(VwRL+VwRR)/2}…(10)
【0066】
β=SS(n) −SS(n−1) …………(11)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a four-wheel drive vehicle that transmits the rotational driving force of a main motor from a driving wheel to a driven wheel via a fluid pressure transmission mechanism, and in particular, controls the driving force of the driving wheel to control the driving force of the driving wheel. The present invention relates to a four-wheel drive vehicle equipped with a traction control system that prevents slippage.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A four-wheel drive vehicle with improved running performance on rough roads, uneven terrain, and the like is provided with a propeller shaft and a differential device for distributing drive torque from a main motor to a plurality of axles. In recent years, four-wheel drive vehicles with variable drive power distribution ratios employing viscous couplings or clutches between drive shafts to distribute drive power in response to changes in road surface conditions have become popular. are doing. However, a four-wheel drive vehicle that variably controls driving force distribution by such a mechanical system tends to have a complicated device structure, and requires a propeller shaft that passes under the vehicle floor, a differential limiting device between axles, and the like. Therefore, the weight increases, which may hinder the reduction in size and weight of the vehicle body.
[0003]
As a solution to such a problem, as described in Japanese Patent Application No. 6-262639 by the present applicant, a drive axle driven by a main motor and a fluid pressure rotating in conjunction with the drive axle are disclosed. A pump, a swash plate type variable displacement motor having a swash plate as a displacement changing means, interlocking with a driven axle, and a first flow passage communicating with a discharge port of the fluid pressure pump and a suction port of the variable displacement motor. A second flow path communicating the suction port of the fluid pressure pump and the discharge port of the variable displacement motor, and biasing means for driving the swash plate in a direction in which the capacity of the variable displacement motor decreases. There is a wheel drive vehicle (hereinafter referred to as Conventional Technique 1). According to the prior art 1, in the swash plate type variable displacement motor, a cylinder block is connected coaxially to a motor rotation axis, and the cylinder block is connected to the cylinder block in parallel with the motor rotation axis and along the rotation direction of the cylinder block. The bores are formed at equal intervals. A piston is disposed in each of the bores, and a swash plate is disposed at a position facing the distal ends of the pistons so as to swing up to a predetermined inclination angle. The stroke of the piston pushed out from the inside is regulated. Each of the bores in which the pistons are arranged can alternately communicate with the working fluid suction port and the working fluid return port when the cylinder block rotates.
[0004]
In the prior art 1 having the above-described configuration, when the rotation speed of the drive shaft is higher than the rotation speed of the driven axle and four-wheel drive traveling is required, the discharge flow rate of the fluid pressure pump is reduced by the discharge flow rate of the variable displacement motor. High-pressure hydraulic oil is supplied into the bore from the hydraulic fluid intake port, and a torque corresponding to the high-pressure hydraulic oil is generated on the motor rotating shaft, and the driving torque is distributed to the driven axle, and the four-wheel drive running state It becomes.
[0005]
By the way, in the four-wheel drive vehicle of the prior art 1, the rotational speed of the drive shaft is excessively increased when the vehicle is in the four-wheel drive traveling state. Further, when the driving torque distributed to the driven axle suddenly drops when the vehicle shifts from the four-wheel drive running state to the two-wheel drive running state due to an increase in the vehicle speed, the slip of the drive wheels increases and the driving vehicle May give a feeling of strangeness.
[0006]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a traction control system capable of improving the startability and acceleration of the vehicle and improving the stability of the vehicle by preventing the rearward swing is mounted on the four-wheel drive vehicle of the prior art 1. Can be considered.
[0007]
As the traction control system, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-66336 (hereinafter referred to as "prior art 2"), the wheel speed of each drive wheel and driven wheel is detected, and from these wheel speeds. Calculate the slip value for throttle control and the slip value for brake control, set the target slip value for throttle control and the target slip value for brake control, and set two control start thresholds consisting of a small threshold and a large threshold When the wheel speed of the drive wheel exceeds the small threshold value, the throttle control for performing the feedback control is performed so that the slip value for the throttle control matches the target slip value for the throttle control, and the slip value for the brake control is increased. Perform brake control to perform feedback control so that it matches the brake control target slip value. System is known which is adapted.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when this traction control system is mounted on a four-wheel drive vehicle, there is a possibility that both functions cannot be fully exhibited.
[0009]
That is, for example, it is conceivable to detect the rotational speed difference between the drive wheel and the driven wheel, and start the control of the traction control system when the rotational speed difference becomes equal to or more than the reference start value. If the reference start value is set to a small fixed value, the rotational speed of the drive shaft decreases before the transmission torque is generated, and a disadvantage occurs in which a four-wheel drive traveling state cannot be obtained. When the reference start value is set to a constant value of a large value, the traction control system does not operate when the vehicle runs in the two-wheel drive state, the driving wheels idle and the acceleration performance is not improved, and the hip swing is prevented. May not be possible.
[0010]
Therefore, the present invention has been made by focusing on the unsolved problems of the above conventional example, and is a four-wheel drive state in which the rotational driving force of the main motor is transmitted from the drive wheels to the driven wheels via a fluid pressure transmission mechanism. Another object of the present invention is to provide a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of fully exhibiting the performance of both a traction control system and a traction control system for improving vehicle stability.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a four-wheel drive vehicle according to claim 1 includes a drive axle driven by a main motor, a fluid pressure pump that rotates in conjunction with the drive axle, and a rotation in conjunction with a driven axle. A fluid pressure motor, a first flow path communicating a discharge port of the fluid pressure pump with a suction port of the fluid pressure motor, and a fluid pressure motor communicating with a suction port of the fluid pressure pump and a discharge port of the fluid pressure motor. A second flow path that regulates the maximum discharge pressure of the working fluid flowing to the fluid pressure motor when the discharge rate of the fluid pressure pump exceeds the suction rate of the fluid pressure motor, and In a four-wheel drive vehicle including torque limiting means for setting the maximum value of the transmission torque, a wheel speed detection means for detecting a wheel speed of a drive wheel connected to the drive axle and a driven wheel connected to the driven axle; Vehicle speed detection means for detecting vehicle speed A rotational speed difference detecting means for detecting a rotational speed difference between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and a drive for controlling a driving force by adjusting a braking force on the driving wheel and a driving force output from the main driving source. Power control means, and control start setting means for starting control of the driving force control means when the rotation speed difference detected by the rotation speed difference calculation means is equal to or more than a predetermined start reference value, wherein the control The start reference value of the start setting means is set to a large first start reference value based on the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed detection means when the vehicle speed is a low vehicle speed requiring four-wheel drive traveling. In addition, when the vehicle speed is equal to or higher than the low speed that requires two-wheel drive traveling, the second start reference value is set to a value smaller than the first start reference value.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the four-wheel drive vehicle according to the first aspect, the first start reference value is set to a predetermined value at which the torque transmitted to the driven wheels becomes a maximum value by the operation of the torque limiting means. Set to a value equal to or greater than the rotational speed difference.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the four-wheel drive vehicle according to the first or second aspect, the second start reference value is set to a rotation speed difference generated when the drive wheel spins during acceleration. .
[0014]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the four-wheel drive vehicle according to any one of the first to third aspects, the first start reference value is determined based on a vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed detecting means. The value was set to gradually increase as the vehicle speed increased.
[0015]
On the other hand, the four-wheel drive vehicle according to claim 5, a drive axle driven by the main motor, a fluid pressure pump that rotates in conjunction with the drive axle, a fluid pressure motor that rotates in conjunction with the driven axle, A first flow path communicating the discharge port of the hydraulic pump with a suction port of the fluid pressure motor; and a second flow path communicating the suction port of the fluid pressure pump with the discharge port of the fluid pressure motor. When the discharge amount of the fluid pressure pump exceeds the suction amount of the fluid pressure motor, regulates the maximum discharge pressure of the working fluid flowing to the fluid pressure motor to reduce the maximum value of the transmission torque to the driven axle side. In a four-wheel drive vehicle provided with a torque limiting means to be set, a wheel speed detecting means for detecting a wheel speed of a drive wheel connected to the drive axle and a driven wheel connected to the driven axle, and a vehicle body for detecting a vehicle speed Speed detection means, the driving wheels and the front A rotational speed difference detecting unit that detects a rotational speed difference between driven wheels, a driving force control unit that performs a driving force control by adjusting a braking force on the driving wheels and a driving force output from the main driving source, Control start setting means for starting control of the driving force control means when the rotation speed difference detected by the rotation speed difference calculation means is equal to or more than a predetermined start reference value, wherein the control start setting means A reference value is set to a rotational speed difference generated when the drive wheel spins during acceleration, and the start reference value is set to a medium or higher speed that requires two-wheel drive traveling based on the vehicle speed detection means. Set only when the vehicle speed.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the start reference value of the control start setting means for starting the control of the driving force control means is set to a low speed which requires four-wheel drive traveling based on the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed detection means. Since the first start reference value is set to a large value when the vehicle speed is the vehicle speed, if the rotation speed of the drive axle becomes too large during the four-wheel drive running state, the drive axle becomes unnecessary due to the operation of the drive force control means. It is possible to suppress the idling, and does not give a feeling of strangeness to the driving car. At the same time, when the start reference value is equal to or higher than the low vehicle speed that requires two-wheel drive travel, the start reference value is set to a second start reference value smaller than the first start reference value. When the vehicle runs at a speed, the idling of the drive wheels can be quickly prevented by the operation of the driving force control means.
[0017]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the effect of the first aspect can be obtained, and the first start reference value is set to a predetermined value at which the torque transmitted to the driven wheels becomes the maximum value by the operation of the torque limiting means. Since the value is set to a value equal to or greater than the rotation speed difference, the transmission torque can be transmitted to the driven wheels without fail, and the four-wheel drive control can be sufficiently exhibited.
[0018]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the effect of the first or second aspect can be obtained, and the second start reference value is set to a rotational speed difference generated when the drive wheel spins during acceleration. As a result, idling of the drive wheels can be prevented, acceleration can be improved, and swinging of the vehicle can be prevented.
[0019]
Further, according to the invention as set forth in claim 4, the lower the vehicle speed is, the more easily the maximum transmission torque is generated with a small rotational speed difference. It is difficult to generate torque. For this reason, in the present invention, the first start reference value is set to gradually increase as the vehicle speed increases based on the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed detection means. The torque can be transmitted, and the four-wheel drive state can be sufficiently exhibited.
[0020]
Further, according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the start reference value of the control start setting means for starting the control of the driving force control means is set to the rotational speed difference generated when the drive wheel spins during acceleration. Since the start reference value is set only when the vehicle speed is a medium or higher speed that requires two-wheel drive traveling based on the vehicle speed detection means, four-wheel drive control without complicated control and drive wheel It is possible to perform control to prevent the vehicle from spinning, improve the acceleration, and prevent the vehicle from swinging.
[0021]

The high pressure oil of the high pressure pipe 18H is connected to the inflow port 20a of the variable displacement motor 20 and the low pressure pipe 18L is connected to the outflow port 20b at the normal position. The rotary shaft 20c is driven to rotate in the direction of rotation during forward running, for example, clockwise as viewed from the left side, and conversely, the high pressure pipe 8H is shifted at the offset position. The high-pressure oil to the outflow port 20b of the variable displacement motor 20, rotates the low-pressure pipe 18L rotating shaft 20c and communicated as viewed from the rotational direction, for example left side at the time of reverse running in the counterclockwise direction to the inflow port 20a.
[0026]
The electromagnetic directional control valve 19 is built in the variable displacement motor 20, and the output ports A and B are connected to the inflow / outflow ports 20a and 20b of the variable displacement motor 20 without passing through piping. The solenoid 19a of the electromagnetic directional switching valve 19 is connected to a DC power supply 19c via a shift position detection switch 19b which is turned on when the solenoid 19a selects reverse movement by a shift lever (not shown). As a result, the vehicle is controlled to be in the non-energized state when traveling forward and to be in the energized state when traveling backward.
[0027]
A relief valve 21 is inserted between the suction port 16b and the discharge port 16c of the piston pump 16 as torque limiting means for determining the upper limit of the discharge pressure of the piston pump 16. A check valve 23 that allows fluid flow from the low-pressure pipe 18L to the high-pressure pipe 18H is provided in a communication pipe 22A that communicates between the high-pressure pipe 18H and the low-pressure pipe 18L between the piston pump 16 and the electromagnetic direction switching valve 19. And a fixed orifice 24 is connected in parallel with the check valve 23 to a communication pipe 22B disposed in parallel with the communication pipe 22A.
[0028]
On the other hand, a gear 20d is mounted on the rotating shaft 20c of the variable displacement motor 20, and a ring gear 27b formed in a differential gear case 27a of the rear wheel differential 27 is engaged with the gear 20d. The rear wheel differential 27 has substantially the same structure as the front differential 3 described above, and a pinion 27d is attached to a pair of pinion shafts 27c formed in a differential gear case 27a. A pair of side gears 27e mesh with each other, and a rear axle 28 is connected to these side gears 27e, and a rear wheel is connected to the rear axle 28 (FIG. 1 shows only the right rear wheel 1RR).
[0029]
FIGS. 2 and 3 show a specific configuration of the above-described variable displacement motor 20. The variable displacement motor 20 includes a rotary shaft 20c supported by bearings 101 in a pump housing 100. Are rotatably arranged, and a cylindrical cylinder block 102 is coaxially fixed to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 20c. A plurality of bores 103 are formed in the cylinder block 102 at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction and parallel to the rotation shaft 20c, and each bore 103 accommodates a piston 104. A swash plate 105 is swingably disposed at a position facing the right end surface of the cylinder block 102 in FIG.
[0030]
The swash plate 105 locks a cylindrical portion 105a, a protruding portion 105b protruding from the upper end of FIG. 2 of the cylindrical portion 105a, and a shoe 106 engaged with an end of each piston 104 so as to be slidable in the circumferential direction. And a shoe holder 107. The shoe holder 107 is pressed toward the swash plate 105 via a needle 109 by a pressing spring 108. The position indicated by reference numeral P in FIG. 2 is a swing axis of the swash plate 105. The swing axis P is provided at a position offset by a predetermined amount ε in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the rotation shaft 20c. The swash plate 105 swings around the swing axis P to a predetermined inclination angle α. In the pump housing 100, a stopper 110 is provided at a position facing the swash plate 105. When the swash plate 105 comes into contact with the stopper 110, swinging is restricted, and the maximum inclination angle of the swash plate 105 is increased. αmaxIs set.
[0031]
The left end face of the cylinder block 102 in FIG. 2 is in sliding contact with a valve plate 111 fixed to the pump housing 100. As shown in FIG. 3, the valve plate 111 is formed with an inflow port 20a (an outflow port when the vehicle is traveling backward) and an outflow port 20b (an inflow port when the vehicle is traveling backward). It communicates with each of the bores 103 containing the 104 through a communication hole 112.
[0032]
When the vehicle travels forward, hydraulic oil is supplied from the inflow port 20a into the bore 103, the piston 104 is pushed out of the bore 103, and an axial force proportional to the operating oil pressure is transmitted to the swash plate 105. 102 rotates, and the driving torque is transmitted to the rotating shaft 20c. During reverse travel, hydraulic oil is supplied from the outflow port 20b into the bore 103, the piston 104 is pushed out of the bore 103, and an axial force proportional to the operating oil pressure is transmitted to the swash plate 105. 102 rotates in the reverse direction, and the driving torque is transmitted to the rotating shaft 20c.
[0033]
The swash plate 105 slidably disposed in the housing 100 is urged by the urging means 120 in a direction in which the inclination angle α decreases. That is, the urging means 120 has a structure in which the control piston 120b and the coil spring 120c are accommodated in the accommodation chamber 120a, and the control piston 120b presses the swash plate 105 by the urging force applied by the coil spring 120c.
[0034]
By the way, in the piston pump 16 described above, the suction port and the discharge port are not interchanged depending on the rotation direction of the rotating shaft 16a, and the discharge flow rate is the characteristic curve L in FIG.1As shown by, the vehicle speed increases in proportion to the increase of the vehicle speed until the vehicle speed reaches the predetermined value Va from “0”, and the maximum discharge flow rate Q exceeds the predetermined value Va.maxIs set to saturate.
[0035]
Further, the discharge flow rate of the variable displacement motor 20 increases as the inclination angle α of the swash plate 105 increases, and the swash plate 105 comes into contact with the stopper 110, and the maximum inclination angle αmaxThe maximum discharge flow rate is reached at the time when the flow rate is changed.2As shown in the figure, the vehicle speed is changed from "0" to a predetermined value V1(V1Until <Va) is reached, it increases in proportion to the increase in vehicle speed, and reaches a predetermined value V1In the above, the piston pump 16 has the maximum discharge flow rate Qmax, The maximum discharge flow rate QmaxTo maintain.
[0036]
Therefore, the vehicle speed V1As described above, the pump discharge flow rate of the piston pump 16 does not exceed the motor flow rate of the swash plate type variable displacement motor 20, so that the drive torque cannot be transmitted to the rear wheels. Here, “0” to V1The vehicle speed in the range is a low-speed traveling region that requires four-wheel drive traveling, and V1The above-described vehicle speed is a high-speed traveling region that requires two-wheel drive traveling.
[0037]
Next, FIG. 5 is a schematic configuration diagram showing a traction control control device that is mounted on the four-wheel drive vehicle having the above configuration and performs a brake control process and a throttle control process according to a slip state of a drive wheel (front wheel). In the figure, 1FL and 1FR denote left and right front wheels, 1RL and 1RR denote left and right rear wheels, and the rotational driving force of the engine 10 is transmitted to the front wheels 1FL and 1FR via a transmission 12 and a front wheel operating device 13. The rear wheels 1RL and 1RR are also provided with wheel speed sensors 42FL and 42FR. Wheel speed sensors 42RL and 42RR that output a wheel speed signal composed of a sine wave having a frequency corresponding to the rotation speed are attached.
[0039]
When the brake pedal 44 is depressed, the depressing force is doubled by the hydraulic booster HB and transmitted to the master cylinder 46. The master cylinder pressure generated in the master cylinder 46 is controlled by the actuator 48 to control each brake cylinder 40FL. , 40FR.
[0040]
A stop lamp switch 44a is mounted on the brake pedal 44 in response to the depression of the brake pedal. When the brake pedal 44 is released, a low-level switch signal and the brake pedal 44 are depressed from the stop lamp switch 44a. Sometimes, a high-level switch signal is output to the controller 52.
[0041]
Further, a main throttle valve 10b whose opening is adjusted in accordance with the depression amount of an accelerator pedal 50, and a step motor 10c controlled by a controller 52 are provided in an intake pipe (specifically, an intake manifold) 10a of the engine 10. And a sub-throttle valve 10d whose opening is adjusted at a rotation angle according to the number of steps. Here, the engine output can be reduced by setting the opening of the sub throttle valve 20d to be equal to or less than the opening of the main throttle valve 20b.
[0042]
Here, the actuator 48 has a configuration shown in FIG. The supply ports 54s of the solenoid valves 54FL, 54FR are connected to the above-mentioned braking cylinders 40FL, 40FR, and the discharge ports 54r of the solenoid valves 54FL, 54FR are connected to the hydraulic piping 49d via the throttles 56FL, 56FR. Have been. The hydraulic pipe 49d is connected to a hydraulic pipe 49a connected to the master cylinder 46 described above. The input ports 54i of the solenoid valves 54FL, 54FR are connected to the hydraulic piping 49c. An actuator pump 62 driven by an electric motor 60 controlled by a controller 52 is inserted in the hydraulic pipe 49c. Furthermore, bypass check valves 55FL and 55FR that allow passage of brake fluid from the supply port 54s to the input port 54i are connected to the solenoid valves 54FL and 54FR. A reservoir tank 64 is provided at a connection between the hydraulic pipe 49c and the hydraulic pipe 49d connected to the suction side of the actuator pump 62. The reservoir tank 64 has a piston 64b biased by a coil spring 64a. When the master cylinder pressure is reduced, the brake fluid remaining in the reservoir tank 64 is pushed out by the elasticity of the coil spring 64a, and when the brake is not applied. The brake fluid is configured not to remain.
[0043]
When the solenoid is in a non-energized state, the first driving force control switching valve 53A is in a normal position in which the hydraulic pipe 49a is in communication, and the solenoid is energized to operate from the master cylinder 46. The position is switched to the offset position where the check valve for preventing the inflow of oil is inserted.
[0044]
On the other hand, when the solenoid is in the non-energized state, the second driving force control switching valve 53B is in the normal position where the inflow of hydraulic oil from the hydraulic booster HB is interrupted. The operating position is switched to an offset position for supplying hydraulic oil of a predetermined pressure from the booster HB to the solenoid valves 54FL and 54FR.
[0045]
Further, the solenoid valves 54FL and 54FR are in a pressure increasing position in which the discharge port 54r is shut off when the exciting current to the solenoid SL is not energized, and when the exciting current applied to the solenoid SL is a medium current value, When the exciting current supplied to the solenoid SL has a high current value, the input port 54i is shut off, and the supply port 54s and the discharge port 54r are disconnected. It is a decompression position for communication.
[0046]

[0056]
In step S8, the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV and the second control start set value ΔNLIs determined by comparing the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV with the second control start set value ΔN.LIf it is more than (ΔMV ≧ ΔNL), The process proceeds to step S9, and on the other hand, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the second control start set value ΔN.L(ΔMV <ΔN)L), End the timer interrupt processing and return to the predetermined main program.

[0058]
In the driving force control process in step S9 described above, first, in step S10, the wheel speed VwiBased on (i = FL, FR, RL, RR), the following formulas (4) and (5) are used to calculate the brake control slip amount SB of the front wheels 1FL and 1FR as drive wheels.FL, SBFRIs calculated.
[0059]
SBFL= VwFL-MVWR= VwFL− (VwRL+ VwRR) / 2 ............ (4)
SBFR= VwFR-MVWR= VwFR− (VwRL+ VwRR) / 2 ............ (5)
Next, the process proceeds to step S11, where the slip amount SBFL, SBFRIs the brake control start threshold KHIt is determined whether or not the above is satisfied, and the slip amount SB is determined.FL, SBFRIs the threshold KHIf so, the process proceeds to step S12, where the high-level driving force control signal STTo the solenoid drive circuit 52c5, 52c6, And then proceeds to step S13 to control the control variable N for maintaining the brake control.BIs cleared to "0", and the process proceeds to step S14.
[0060]
In this step S14, the wheel speed VwiThe current slip ratio S of the front wheels 1FL and 1FR as drive wheels is calculated by performing the calculations of the following equations (6) and (7) based onL(N), SR(N) and the storage device 52b3Of the previous slip rate S stored in the current value storage area ofL(N-1), SR(N-1) is stored in the previous value storage area, and the calculated current value SL(N), SR(N) is stored in the current value storage area.
[0061]
SL(N) = (VwFL-VwRL) / VwRL        ............ (6)
SR(N) = (VwFR-VwRR) / VwRR        ............ (7)
Next, the process proceeds to step S15, in which the current value S of the slip ratio stored in the current value storage area and the previous value storage area is stored.L(N), SR(N) and previous value SL(N-1), SRBased on (n-1), the following equations (8) and (9) are operated to calculate the slip rate variation αL, ΑRIs calculated.
[0062]
αL= SL(N) -SL(N-1) ... (8)
αR= SR(N) -SR(N-1) ... (9)
Next, the process proceeds to step S16, where the current value S of the slip ratio is calculated.L(N), SR(N) and slip rate change αL,αRBased on the above, a control mode for each of the solenoid valves 54FL, 54FR of the actuator 48 is set with reference to the brake pressure control map of FIG. 9, and then the process proceeds to step S17 to reduce the pressure corresponding to the set control mode. Signal DSFL, DSFRAnd holding signal HSFL, HSFRTo the solenoid drive circuit 52c3, 52c4After that, the process proceeds to step S18.
[0063]
On the other hand, when the determination result of step S11 is SBj<KH, The process proceeds to step S18, where the control variable NBIs the preset value NBSIt is determined whether or not NB<NBSIs satisfied, the process proceeds to step S19, where the variable NBIs incremented, the process proceeds to step S20, the slow pressure reduction mode is set, and then the process proceeds to step S22.B≧ NBSIs satisfied, the process proceeds to step S21, where the low-level driving force control signal STTo the solenoid drive circuit 52c5, 52c6And then proceeds to step S22.
[0064]
In step S22, each wheel speed VwFL~ VwRRThe throttle control slip ratio SS is calculated by performing the calculation of the following expression (10) based on3The previous value SS (n-1) of the slip rate stored in the current value storage area of the throttle control slip rate stored in the storage area is stored in the previous value storage area, and the calculated current value SS (n) is stored in the current value. Store in the value storage area.
[0065]
SS (n) = {(VwFL+ VwFR) / 2}-{(VwRL+ VwRR) / 2} ... (10)
Next, the process proceeds to step S23, and based on the current value SS (n) and the previous value SS (n-1) of the throttle control slip ratio stored in the current value storage area and the previous value storage area, the following ( The slip ratio change amount β is calculated by performing the calculation of the expression 11).
[0066]
β = SS (n) -SS (n-1) (11)
Next, the process proceeds to step S24, in which the current value SS (n) of the slip ratio is set to the previously set brake control start threshold K described above.HSmaller throttle control start threshold KLIt is determined whether or not the above is satisfied, and SS (n) <KL, The process proceeds to step S25, where the variable N representing the standby time for increasing the throttle opening θ stepwise is used.SIs determined to be “0”, and NSIf = 0, the process proceeds to step S26 and the variable NSThen, the process proceeds to step S27.
[0067]
In this step S27, the throttle opening .theta.MAXJudge whether or not θ <θMAX, The process proceeds to step S28, where the throttle opening θ is set to a predetermined value Δθ.UIs set as a new throttle opening degree θ, and this is set as the motor drive circuit 52c.2And the process ends, and θ = θMAXIf so, the flow shifts to step S29 to reset the control flag FS set to "1" at the start of the throttle control to "0", and then shifts to step S30 to change the variable NSIs cleared to "0", and the process is terminated.
[0068]
If the result of the determination in step S25 is N ≠ 0, the process proceeds to step S31, where the variable NSIs incremented, and then the process proceeds to step S32, where the variable NSIs a set value N corresponding to a preset standby time.SSIt is determined whether or not has reached, NS= NSSIs satisfied, the process proceeds to step S30, and NS<NSSIf so, the process ends.
[0069]
On the other hand, the determination result of step S24 indicates that the slip ratio SS (n) is equal to the threshold value K.LIf so, the flow shifts to step S33 to determine whether or not the control flag FS has been set to "1". If the control flag FS has been reset to "0", it is determined that the throttle control has been started. Then, the process proceeds to step S34, where the minimum opening value θ close to the fully closed state is set as the throttle opening θ.MINAnd set this to the motor drive circuit 52c.2, And then the process proceeds to step S35, where the control flag FS is set to “1” and the process is terminated.
[0070]
On the other hand, if the result of the determination in step S33 is that the control flag FS is set to "1", it is determined that the process is the second or subsequent process, and the flow proceeds to step S36, where the slip rate change amount β It is determined whether it is positive. This determination is for determining whether or not the slip ratio SS (n) is increasing. When β ≦ 0, it is determined that the slip ratio has not changed or has decreased, and the process ends as it is. When the throttle opening .theta. Is held at the previous value and .beta.> 0, it is determined that the slip ratio is increasing, and the routine proceeds to step S37, in which the throttle opening .theta. Value ΔθDIs set as a new throttle opening θ, and this value is set as the motor drive circuit 52c.2And the process ends.
[0071]

Steps S2, S3, and S5 in FIG. 10 correspond to the rotational speed difference detecting means of the present invention, and steps S9 and 11 in FIG. 10 correspond to the driving force control means of the present invention. Steps S6, S7 and S8 correspond to the control start setting means of the present invention, and the first control start set value ΔN shown in step S7 of FIG.HCorresponds to the first start reference value of the present invention, and corresponds to the second control start set value ΔN shown in step S8 in FIG.LCorresponds to the second start reference value of the present invention.
[0072]
Next, the operation of the driving force control process will be described with reference to the time chart of FIG.
The wheel speed Vwj (j = FL, FR) of the front wheels 1FL, FR which are the drive wheels is the rear wheel average wheel speed MV.WRAs soon as the slip state occurs, the time t in FIG.1The throttle control slip amount SS is equal to the throttle control start threshold KLThen, the process proceeds from step S24 to step S35 of the processing in FIG.MINIs set, and this is the motor drive circuit 52c2Is output to As a result, the step motor 10 is driven to rotate, and the throttle opening θ of the sub-throttle valve 10d sharply decreases as shown in FIG. 12B, whereby the engine output decreases.
[0073]
Then, at time t in FIG.2And the slip amount SBj for brake control becomes the threshold value KHThen, the process proceeds from step S11 to step S12, where the high-level driving force control signal STTo the solenoid drive circuit 52c5, 52c6And the solenoid drive circuit 52c5, 52c6Then, the solenoid SL of the driving force control switching valves 53A and 53B of the actuator 48 is energized, and these switching valves 53A and 53B are switched to the offset position.
[0074]
Therefore, the solenoid valve 54j of the actuator 48 is in communication with the hydraulic booster HB maintained at a predetermined pressure instead of the master cylinder 46. Then, in step S13, the control variable NBIs cleared to "0", and in step S14, the brake control slip amount SjAnd the slip amount change amount α in step S15.jIs calculated.
[0075]
Then, in step S16, the slip ratio SjAnd the slip rate change αjReferring to the control map of FIG. 9 based on the above, the rapid pressure increase mode is set in step S17, and the pressure decrease signal DSjAnd holding signal HSjAre both set to the logical value “0”.
[0076]
For this reason, the solenoid valve 54j is maintained at the pressure increasing position, and the high brake fluid pressure of the hydraulic booster HB is supplied to the braking cylinder 40j, so that the wheel cylinder pressure sharply increases and the front wheels 1FL, A large braking force is applied to 1FR.
[0077]
As described above, the engine speed is reduced and the braking force is applied to the front wheels 1FL and 1FR, so that the wheel speed Vw is increased.jIs suppressed, the time t3And the slip rate change αjChanges from zero to negative, the hold mode is set, which causes the hold signal HSjIs inverted to the logical value "1", the solenoid valve 54j is switched to the holding position, and the brake fluid pressure of the braking cylinder 40j is held as shown in FIG. 12 (c).
[0078]
Then, at time t4And the brake control slip amount SBjIs the threshold KHDecreased wheel speed VwjThen, in the process of FIG. 11, the process proceeds from step S11 to step S20 via steps S18 and S19, the gentle pressure reduction mode is set, and the pressure reduction signal DSjAnd holding signal HSjRepeats the logical value “1” and the logical value “0” in a mutually opposite relationship at a predetermined duty ratio, so that the solenoid valve 54j is switched between the pressure reducing position and the holding position at a predetermined interval, and the brake fluid of the brake cylinder 40j is changed. The pressure decreases stepwise as shown in FIG.
[0079]
Then, at time t5And the slip amount SS for throttle control becomes the threshold KLIf the value of the variable N is smaller than the value of the variable N in the process of FIG.SHas been cleared to "0", the routine proceeds to step S26, where the variable NSIs incremented, and the throttle angle θ becomes the minimum value θ.MINTherefore, the process proceeds from step S27 to step S28, where the current throttle angle θ is set to the predetermined value Δθ.UIs set as a new throttle angle θ, and this value is set to the motor drive circuit 52c.2, The throttle angle θ is increased stepwise as shown by the broken line in FIG.
[0080]
Thereafter, the throttle control slip amount SS becomes the threshold value K.L, The variable NSBecomes a positive value other than "0", the process proceeds from step S25 to step S31, and the variable NSIs incremented, but the throttle opening θ is not changed, and this is repeated to set the variable NSIs a predetermined number NSSIs reached, the process moves from step S32 to step S30, and the variable NSIs cleared to “0”.
[0081]
Therefore, the variable NSIs reset to “0” and the time t6Then, the process proceeds to step S28 through steps S24, S25, S26, and S27, so that the throttle opening θ is again ΔθUThe engine power is increased by a minute step.
[0082]
In this way, the throttle control slip amount SS isLThe throttle opening .theta. Is increased in a step-like manner while the state where the pressure is less than 0. During this time, in the brake control, the slow pressure reduction mode is continued.7, The brake fluid pressure of the braking cylinder 6j becomes zero and the control variable NBIs a predetermined value NBS  , The process proceeds to step S22, where the low-level driving force control signal STIs output to the driving force control transistor 42, the driving force control switching valves 53A and 53B of the actuator 48 are switched to the normal position, and the solenoid valve 54j is connected to the master cylinder 46 instead of the hydraulic booster HB. You.
[0083]
Then, at time t8And the slip amount SS for throttle control becomes the threshold KLThen, the process proceeds from step S24 to step S33, and since the control flag FS is set to "1", the process proceeds to step S36. Since the slip amount change amount β is positive, the process proceeds to step S37. A predetermined value Δθ from the current slot opening θ.DIs set as a new slot opening θ, and this slot opening θ is set to the motor drive circuit 52c.2As a result, the throttle opening θ decreases as shown in FIG. 12B, and the engine output decreases.
[0084]
Then, at time t9When the slip amount change amount β becomes zero and changes in a decreasing direction, the process is immediately terminated from step S36, and the throttle opening degree θ is held, and the time t10And the slip amount SS for throttle control becomes the threshold KLIs less than the predetermined value, the throttle opening θ is increased to the step state, and the engine output is gradually increased.
[0085]
Thereafter, the throttle control slip amount SS becomes the threshold value K.LAnd the throttle opening θ becomes the maximum value θ.MAXIs reached, the process proceeds from step S27 to step S29, where the control flag FS is reset to “0”, then the variable N is also cleared to “0” in step S30, and the driving force control ends.
[0086]
Therefore, in the driving force control process, by performing control to increase and decrease the engine output by adjusting the throttle opening θ to increase and decrease the brake fluid pressure, it is possible to reduce the idling of the front wheels 1FL and FR which are the driving wheels. Become.
[0087]
Next, the overall operation of the four-wheel drive vehicle of this embodiment will be described with reference to the flowcharts of FIGS. 1 and 10 and the changes in the vehicle speed and the rotational speed difference between the front and rear wheels shown in FIG.
[0088]
Now, when the ignition switch is turned on while the vehicle is stopped with the ignition switch turned off and the brake pedal 44 is depressed, power is supplied to the microcomputer 52b, and various flags are initialized in the initial state. It is reset to "0".
[0089]
When the engine 10 starts traveling forward from the braking state in the idling state, in step S1, the wheel speed sensors 42FL and 42FR determine the wheel speed Vw of the front wheels 1FL and 1FR that are the driving wheels.FL, VwFRIs detected, and the wheel speed sensors 42FL and 42FR detect the wheel speed Vw of the rear wheels 1RL and 1RR that are driven wheels.RL, VwRRIs detected. Next, in steps S2 and S3, the front wheel average speed MVWFAnd rear wheel average speed MVWRIs calculated, and in step S4, the average rear wheel speed MVWREstimated vehicle speed VwcIs calculated, and the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is calculated in step S5.
[0090]
Then, in step S6, whether the vehicle is traveling at a speed that requires four-wheel drive traveling (reference vehicle speed V1) Or whether the vehicle is traveling at a sufficient speed in two-wheel drive traveling (reference vehicle speed V).1The vehicle speed VwHAnd reference vehicle speed V1Compare with
[0091]
Now, assuming that the vehicle is traveling forward on a high friction coefficient road such as a dry road surface and no slip is generated in the front wheels 1FL and 1FR, which are drive wheels, the shift lever is switched to the forward traveling side and the reverse traveling side is used. The shift position detection switch 19b maintains the OFF state, so that the solenoid 19a of the forward / reverse switching electromagnetic directional switching valve 19 maintains the non-energized state, and the switching position keeps the normal position shown in FIG. When the accelerator pedal 50 is depressed in this state, the rotational force of the engine 10 is transmitted to the front wheel differential 11 through the transmission 12, and the front wheels 1FL and 1FR are rotated in the forward direction by the front wheel operating device 13. Driving starts forward traveling.
[0092]
At this time, when the rotating shaft 16a of the piston pump 16 is rotationally driven, the hydraulic oil having a discharge flow rate corresponding to the rotation speed is discharged from the piston pump 16. The discharged hydraulic oil is sucked into the inflow port 20a of the variable displacement motor 20 via the high-pressure pipe 18H and the electromagnetic switching valve 19 for switching between forward and backward movement, and is discharged from the outflow port 20b.
[0093]
Then, when the vehicle is in the low speed region (reference speed V)14, the discharge flow rate of the piston pump 16 and the variable displacement motor 20 is, as shown in FIG. 4, the discharge flow rate of the variable displacement motor 20 at the maximum swash plate inclination angle. In the state where the rear wheels 1RR, 1RL and the front wheels 1FR, 1FL are driven to rotate at the same rotational speed during normal running, almost no drive torque is transmitted to the rear wheels 1R. .
[0094]
At this time, in the control process of FIG.1Since the vehicle is traveling at a speed lower than, the process proceeds from step S6 to step S7, and since the front wheels 1FL and 1FR, which are the drive wheels, have not slipped, the program execution is interrupted after proceeding from step S7 to step S8. The process does not shift to the driving force control process in step S9. Also, when the vehicle has a reference vehicle speed V1If the vehicle travels on the high friction coefficient road at the above speed and no slip occurs in the front wheels 1FL and 1FR, the program execution is interrupted after shifting from step S6 to step S8, and the driving force control process of step S9 is performed. Does not migrate.
[0095]
Next, assuming that the vehicle suddenly starts on a low friction coefficient road such as a frozen road or a snowfall road, and in that case, a slip occurs in the front wheels 1FL, 1FR, the front wheel 1FL, 1FR and the rear wheel 1RL, 1RR In this case, there occurs a rotation speed difference at which the front wheels 1FL and 1FR rotate at a high speed. As a result, the discharge flow rate of the piston pump 16 exceeds the discharge flow rate of the variable displacement motor 20, so that the resistance of the variable displacement motor 20 becomes a load and the maximum drive torque TMAXIs generated, and this driving torque is transmitted to the rear wheels 1RL, 1RR via the rear wheel differential device 27, so that the vehicle travels in a four-wheel drive state.
[0096]
At this time, in the control process of FIG. 10, immediately after the vehicle starts moving (the vehicle speed is equal to the reference speed V1In the following, the process moves from step S6 to step S7. Then, since the front wheels 1FL and 1FR are in a slip state due to high rotation, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the first control start set value ΔN as shown in FIG. 13 near the vehicle speed “0”.HTherefore, the processing shifts from the step S7 to the driving force control processing in the step S9. In the driving force control process, as described above, the idling of the front wheels 1FL and FR, which are driving wheels, is reduced by performing control to increase and decrease the engine output by adjusting the throttle opening θ to increase and decrease the brake fluid pressure. Let me do it.
[0097]
As a result, immediately after the start of the vehicle, the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the maximum drive torque T.MAXIs larger than the rotational speed difference (rotational speed difference ΔN shown in FIG. 8), the drive torque to the rear wheels 1RL and 1RR does not increase, and in the present embodiment, the drive force control process in step S9 Maximum drive torque TMAXSince the number of idle rotations of the front wheels 1FL and FR exceeding the rotation required to generate the slippage is reduced, it is possible to shift to the four-wheel drive state without giving the driver an uncomfortable feeling.
[0098]
When the vehicle speed is increased by depressing the accelerator pedal 50, the slip state of the front wheels 1FL, 1FR is reduced, and the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is reduced as shown in FIG.
At that time, in the control processing of FIG.1At step S6, the process proceeds from step S6 to step S8. Near the vehicle speed, the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the second control start set value ΔNL, The process proceeds from step S8 to the driving force control process in step S9. Then, in the driving force control process, similarly to the above-described operation, the idling of the front wheels 1FL and FR is reduced by performing control to increase and decrease the engine output by adjusting the throttle opening θ to increase and decrease the brake fluid pressure. Go.
[0099]
Here, the vehicle speed is the reference speed V1Is exceeded, the discharge flow rate of the piston pump 16 does not exceed the motor capacity of the variable displacement pump 20, and no drive torque is transmitted to the rear wheels 1RL, 1RR. Therefore, the vehicle shifts to the two-wheel drive state. Vehicle speed is reference speed V1, The driving force control process of step S9 is continuously performed until the transition from the four-wheel drive state to the two-wheel drive state described above occurs, and the drive torque to the rear wheels 1RL and 1RR rapidly decreases. Accordingly, the idle rotation of the front wheels 1FL and 1FR can be effectively prevented, so that the driver does not feel uncomfortable.
[0100]
Furthermore, if the vehicle1When the front wheels 1FL and 1FR enter an idling state by traveling on the low friction coefficient road while traveling as described above, in the control process of FIG. 10, the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is set to the second control start setting in step S8. Value ΔNL, The process proceeds from step S8 to the driving force control process in step S9.
[0101]
In this driving force control process, the engine output is increased or decreased by adjusting the throttle opening θ to increase or decrease the brake fluid pressure, thereby reducing idle rotation of the front wheels 1FL and FR as driving wheels to prevent wheel spin. As a result, traction control control can be performed to improve vehicle startability, acceleration, and vehicle stability by preventing hip swing.
[0102]
Next, when moving the vehicle backward, the shift position detection switch 19b is turned on by switching the shift lever to the reverse position, the solenoid 19a of the electromagnetic directional switching valve 19 is turned on, and the switching position is offset from the normal position. Switch to position. As a result, the hydraulic oil inside the high-pressure pipe 18H is supplied to the outflow port 20b of the variable displacement motor 20, and the hydraulic oil discharged from the inflow port 20a is returned to the low-pressure pipe 18L. Of the rear wheels 1RL and 1RR in reverse. For this reason, even when the vehicle is moving backward, the operation is exactly the same as when the vehicle is moving forward.
[0103]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same components as those of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 13 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted.
[0104]
FIG. 14 shows the storage device 52b of the present embodiment.3Processing unit 52b stored in2Is the control data necessary to execute the arithmetic processing. This control data indicates the relationship between the drive torque T transmitted to the rear wheels 1RL and 1RR and the rotational speed difference (rotational speed difference) between the front and rear wheels. Due to the fact that the higher the vehicle speed is at the flow rate in the specific region of the discharge flow rate characteristic, the larger the flow rate difference is, the lower the vehicle speed is, the more the drive torque T is likely to be generated with a small difference between the front and rear wheel rotational speeds and the vehicle speed increases. Accordingly, the driving torque T is less likely to be generated unless a large difference between the rotational speeds of the front and rear wheels occurs. The range of the vehicle speed is the reference vehicle speed V1The following speed.
[0105]
Therefore, in the present embodiment, a plurality of drive torque diagrams corresponding to changes in vehicle speed are set, and the maximum drive torque T of each drive torque diagram is set.MAXA plurality of first control start set values ΔN set to values larger than the rotation speed difference that causesH1, ΔNH2, ΔNH3Is stored in correspondence with the vehicle speed. That is, the first control start set value ΔN which is small corresponding to the low vehicle speedH1And the above-described value ΔN corresponding to the vehicle speed increasing by a predetermined value is stored.H1Larger first control start set value ΔNH2, ΔNH3Are stored in order.
[0106]
FIG. 15 shows an arithmetic processing unit 52b of the microcomputer 52b.2Shows a control process executed using the control data of FIG. In this control process, the same steps as those shown in FIG. 10 are denoted by the same step numbers, and description thereof is omitted. Note that this control process is also executed as a timer interrupt process every predetermined time (for example, 5 msec).
[0107]
In the control processing of FIG. 15, the estimated vehicle speed VCAnd the reference vehicle speed V which is the maximum value of the predetermined low speed region of the vehicle.1As a result of comparison, the estimated vehicle speed Vc is changed to the reference vehicle speed V.1(Vc <V1), The process proceeds to step S40, and on the other hand, the estimated vehicle speed Vc is changed to the reference vehicle speed V.1If it is more than (Vc ≧ V1), And proceed to step S8.
[0108]
In step S40, the first control start set value ΔN corresponding to the estimated vehicle speed Vc is referred to with reference to the control data of FIG.H (n)(N = 1, 2, 3) is calculated, and the routine goes to Step S41.
[0109]
In step S41, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV and the first control start set value ΔNH (n)Is determined by comparing the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV with the first control start set value ΔN.H (n)If it is more than (ΔMV ≧ ΔNH (n)), The process proceeds to step S9, and on the other hand, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the first control start set value ΔN.H (n)(ΔMV <ΔN)H (n)), End the timer interrupt processing and return to the predetermined main program.
[0110]
In step S8, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV and the second control start set value ΔNLIs determined by comparing the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV with the second control start set value ΔN.LIf it is more than (ΔMV ≧ ΔNL), The process proceeds to step S9, and on the other hand, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the second control start set value ΔN.L(ΔMV <ΔN)L), End the timer interrupt processing and return to the predetermined main program.
[0111]
In the step S9, a driving force control process for performing a brake control process and a throttle control process according to the slip state of the drive wheels 1RL, 1RR is executed by the control process of FIG. 11, and then the timer interrupt process is terminated. Return to the predetermined main program.
[0112]
Here, step S6, step S40, step S41 and step S8 in FIG. 15 correspond to the control start setting means of the present invention, and the first control start set value ΔN shown in step S41 in FIG.H (n)Corresponds to the first start reference value of the present invention.
[0113]
In this embodiment, when the vehicle suddenly starts on a low friction coefficient road such as a frozen road or a snowfall road, and a slip occurs in the front wheels 1FL and 1FR, the discharge flow rate of the piston pump 16 decreases the discharge flow rate of the variable displacement motor 20. And the resistance of the variable displacement motor 20 becomes a load and the maximum driving torque TMAXIs generated, and this driving torque is transmitted to the rear wheels 1RL, 1RR via the rear wheel differential device 27, so that the vehicle travels in a four-wheel drive state.
[0114]
At that time, in the control process of FIG. 15, immediately after the start of the vehicle (the vehicle speed is close to “0”), the process proceeds from step S6 to step S40. Then, referring to the control data of FIG. 14, for example, the first control start set value ΔN corresponding to the vehicle speed close to substantially “0”H1Is calculated, and in step S41, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV and the first control start set value ΔNH1Is compared with. Then, like the vehicle speed “0” in FIG. 16, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the first control start set value ΔN.H1Therefore, the processing shifts from the step S41 to the driving force control processing in the step S9. In the driving force control process, as described above, the idling of the front wheels 1FL and FR, which are driving wheels, is reduced by performing control to increase and decrease the engine output by adjusting the throttle opening θ to increase and decrease the brake fluid pressure. Let me do it.
[0115]
When the accelerator pedal 50 is depressed, the vehicle speed (the reference vehicle speed V1When the following increases, the first control start set value ΔN corresponding to the vehicle speed increased in step S40 by referring to the control data in FIG.H2And the first control start set value ΔNH2Then, the process moves from step S41 to step S9, and the driving force control process is performed.
[0116]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the first control start set value ΔNH (n)Is appropriately changed from a small value to a large value, and the control is performed.MAXThe maximum driving torque T even if the rotational speed difference between the front and rear wheels changes.MAXOnly the idle rotation of the front wheels 1FL and FR exceeding the rotation required to generate the slippage can be reduced by the driving force control processing. In other words, the maximum driving torque T at which the four-wheel drive state is setMAXThe inconvenience that the driving force control process is executed before the occurrence of the traction control can be solved, and the traction control control for improving the vehicle stability while sufficiently exhibiting the performance of the four-wheel drive vehicle is reliably performed. be able to.
[0117]
In this embodiment, the vehicle speed is equal to the reference speed V, as in the first embodiment.1, The driving torque control processing is continuously executed from the four-wheel drive state when the vehicle speed is lower than the above-mentioned two-wheel drive state, so that the drive torque to the rear wheels 1RL and 1RR sharply decreases. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively prevent the front wheels 1FL, 1FR from idling, and the driver does not feel uncomfortable.
[0118]
The vehicle speed V1Even when the front wheels 1FL and 1FR are idling by passing through the low friction coefficient road while traveling as described above, the engine output is increased or decreased by adjusting the throttle opening θ by the driving force control processing to increase or decrease the brake fluid. By performing the control to increase or decrease the pressure, it is possible to reduce the idling of the front wheels 1FL and FR, which are the drive wheels, and to prevent the wheel from spinning. Traction control control with improved performance can be performed.
[0119]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In this embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 13 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
[0120]
FIG. 17 shows an arithmetic processing unit 52b of the microcomputer 52b.2Shows the control process executed by the. In the control process of FIG. 17, the estimated vehicle speed VCAnd the reference vehicle speed V which is the maximum value of the predetermined low speed region of the vehicle.1As a result of comparison, the estimated vehicle speed Vc is changed to the reference vehicle speed V.1If it is more than (Vc ≧ V1), And the process proceeds to step S43. On the other hand, the estimated vehicle speed Vc is changed to the reference vehicle speed V.1(Vc <V1), End the timer interrupt processing and return to the predetermined main program.
[0121]
In step S43, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV and the second control start set value ΔNLIs determined by comparing the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV with the second control start set value ΔN.LIf it is more than (ΔMV ≧ ΔNL), The process proceeds to step S9, and on the other hand, the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is equal to the second control start set value ΔN.L(ΔMV <ΔN)L), End the timer interrupt processing and return to the predetermined main program.
[0122]
In the step S9, a driving force control process for performing a brake control process and a throttle control process according to the slip state of the drive wheels 1RL, 1RR is executed by the control process of FIG. 11, and then the timer interrupt process is terminated. Return to the predetermined main program.
[0123]
Here, steps S42 and S43 in FIG. 17 correspond to the control start setting means of the present invention, and the second control start set value ΔN shown in step S43 in FIG.LCorresponds to the starting reference value of the present invention.
[0124]
In the present embodiment, the vehicle has a reference vehicle speed V1When slippage occurs in the front wheels 1FL and 1FR when traveling below the maximum displacement, the discharge flow rate of the piston pump 16 exceeds the discharge flow rate of the variable displacement motor 20, the resistance of the variable displacement motor 20 becomes a load, and the maximum drive torque TMAX, The vehicle travels in a four-wheel drive state. This embodiment is different from the first and second embodiments described above in that the reference vehicle speed V1When the vehicle speed is lower than, the driving force control process is not executed.
[0125]
On the other hand, when the vehicle1When the vehicle is driven in the above two-wheel drive state, the process proceeds from step S42 to step S43, where the front-rear wheel speed difference ΔMV and the second control start set value ΔNLCompare with. Then, as shown in FIG.2(V2> V1At the time when the vehicle accelerates to ()), when the front wheels 1FL and 1FR are in the idling state after passing the low friction coefficient road, in the control process of FIG. 17, in step S43, the front and rear wheel speed difference ΔMV is set to the second control start set value ΔN.LTherefore, the process proceeds from step S43 to the driving force control process in step S9.
[0126]
In this driving force control process, the engine output is increased or decreased by adjusting the throttle opening θ to increase or decrease the brake fluid pressure, thereby reducing idle rotation of the front wheels 1FL and FR as driving wheels to prevent wheel spin. As a result, traction control control can be performed to improve vehicle startability, acceleration, and vehicle stability by preventing hip swing.
[0127]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the reference vehicle speed V1Since the driving force control process is executed only at the above vehicle speed, it is possible to achieve both the four-wheel drive control and the traction control control without performing complicated control.
[0128]

[0129]
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the hydraulic booster HB is applied and used as a hydraulic source for driving force control has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. A pressure pump may be applied and this may be used as a hydraulic power source for driving force control.
[0130]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, a case has been described in which both the brake control and the throttle control are performed in the driving force control process. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and only the brake control or the throttle control may be performed. .
[0131]
Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the braking cylinders 40FL and 40FR of the rear wheels are individually controlled has been described. However, these may be controlled by a common actuator.
[0132]
Further, in the four-wheel drive vehicle shown in FIG. 1, the case where the rear-wheel differential device 27 is provided has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the rear-wheel differential device 27 is omitted. Instead, the variable displacement motors may be individually provided on the left and right axles 28 of the left and right rear wheels 1RL and 1RR.
[0133]
Furthermore, in the first to third embodiments, the embodiment based on the front wheel drive vehicle has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the rear wheels 1RL, 1RR may be used based on the rear wheel drive vehicle. By providing each component as a drive wheel, it is possible to obtain the same functions and effects as in the above embodiment.
