01,A,1,1,3,(X0,Y0),(X1,Y1)
01,A,1,1,3,(X1,Y1),(X2,Y2)
01,A,1,1,3,(X2,Y2),(X3,Y3)
01,A,1,1,3,(X3,Y3),(X4,Y4)
01,A,1,1,3,(X4,Y4),(X5,Y5)
01,A,1,1,3,(X5,Y5),(X0,Y0)
26,SH100,1,(25,30),(30,30),1,DI1A
でON
26,SH100,1,(25,30),(30,40),1,UNIT1
26,SH100,1,(25,30),(30,45),1,SLOT5

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a program specification automatic generation support system that supports automatic generation of a program specification from a control design specification created using a CAD (computer support) system. Particularly, in a power plant, a chemical plant, a rolling plant, or the like, a program specification of a plant control device for controlling the plant is changed from a control design specification in which a function for controlling the plant is described by a symbol including logic information. The present invention relates to a program specification automatic generation support system that supports automatic generation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As for control of a power plant, a chemical plant, a rolling plant, and the like, control by a digital control device (hereinafter, abbreviated as a control device) using a computer has already been put to practical use. A control program for controlling equipment in the plant is stored in the control device, and the control device controls the plant by executing the control program.
[0003]
The control program is created in the same manner as a program in a normal high-level language. That is, the user inputs the contents of the control program using the input device while referring to the program specifications, and performs the creation interactively while viewing the display screen of the display device displaying the contents of the input control program.
[0004]
At this time, the program specification referred to by the user is created from the control design specification. The control design specification is represented by symbols expressing logical functions and line segments connecting the symbols so that the flow of logic can be understood. Then, the control function for the equipment (control target equipment) of the plant is expressed as a control sequence by these symbols and line segments.
[0005]
Since the control design specification is a book showing the control function for the control target, there is no description as to whether the described control sequence is realized by hardware or software. Therefore, conventionally, among the control sequences described in the control design specification, the user implements the range of the control sequence realized by software with software such as enclosing the range with a handwritten polygonal figure. I knew it was within the control sequence.
[0006]
Further, when creating a control program, information (hardware information) related to the hardware of the control device, such as setting of data addresses of input / output signals, is required. Therefore, the hardware information must be described in the program specification. However, since the hardware information is not described in the control design specification, the user has to create the program specification while adding the hardware information.
[0007]
Furthermore, the control design specification document simplifies the control conditions and design know-how specific to the control device (the hardware information includes the control conditions and design know-how and is referred to as hardware information). May be represented by a given symbol. Therefore, when a program specification is created from a control design specification, the program specification has been manually created while taking into account that the control conditions and design know-how are correctly incorporated.
[0008]
Further, in general, the symbols described in the control design specifications are based on the Japan Electrical Manufacturers' Association Standard (JEM) or the like, and the logic functions and the like are represented by symbols independent of the control device. However, the program specifications are represented by symbols in which logical functions are blocked according to the specifications of the control device or symbols of a ladder sequence. Therefore, when creating a program specification from a control design specification, it is necessary to convert the symbols of the control design specification according to the specifications of the control device. Conventionally, such conversion has been manually performed by the user.
[0009]
On the other hand, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 5-88865, 6-195213 and 6-195213 disclose techniques for saving labor and reducing human error when creating a program specification from a control design specification. There is a technique described in 8-76819. For example, JP-A-6-195213 discloses that a source program specification read from a storage device is classified based on conversion frequency and directly converted to a destination program specification, or similarity is determined. It describes a technique of determining and converting to a common intermediate program specification, and then converting to a conversion destination program specification.
[0010]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 5-265734 discloses that a program specification, a design specification indicating a hardware configuration, and a design specification indicating transmission between hardware and a computer are not separately prepared. The technology of the equipment that automatically develops the control program by extracting only the information necessary for generating the control program from this unique design specification by describing it in the same design specification to facilitate development and maintenance It has been disclosed.
[0011]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the technology described in the above publication accepts from a user a specification of a range of a control sequence realized by software among control sequences described in a control design specification, and associates the specification with the control design specification. There is no technology relating to a system for storing a program specification based on the control design specification and the specification of the range.
[0012]
Further, in the technique described in the above publication, designation of hardware information to be added to a symbol in a control sequence described in a control design specification is received from a user and stored in association with the control design specification. There is no technology related to a system for creating a program specification based on the control design specification and the designation of the hardware information.
[0013]
Further, the technology described in the above publication does not include a technology relating to a system for automatically converting a symbol of a control design specification to a specification of a control device when a program specification is created from the control design specification. .
[0014]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the problems in the conventional technique, and, among control sequences described in a control design specification, specifies a range of a control sequence realized by software, and has a hardware configuration. Receiving a specification of hardware information from a user, storing the information in association with the control design specification, and creating a program specification from the control design specification, the specification of the range, and the specification of the hardware information; An object of the present invention is to provide a generation support system to improve productivity in creating a program specification from a control design specification.
[0015]
The present invention also provides a program specification automatic generation support system that automatically converts a symbol of a control design specification according to a control device specification when a program specification is created from the control design specification. The purpose is to:
[0016]
Further, the present invention, from among the control sequences described in the control design specification, receives a designation of a range of the control sequence realized by software from a user, stores the control sequence in association with the control design specification, and stores Prior to creating a program specification from a control design specification, each symbol in the control design specification must be within the range of the control sequence implemented by software or the control sequence implemented by software. Recognizing whether it is out of the range, checking the logical consistency of the symbol connection relationship based on the recognition result, and matching the symbol determined to have logical consistency by the check with the specifications of the control device. It is an object of the present invention to provide a program specification automatic generation support system that automatically converts and creates a program specification. It is another object of the present invention to provide a program specification automatic generation support system for notifying a user of the check result.
[0017]
Further, according to the present invention, when a program specification is created from a control design specification, a position of a symbol in the program specification is automatically adjusted so that the program specification fits in a predetermined screen size. It is an object of the present invention to provide a book automatic generation support system.
[0018]
