Description
【0001】

The
[0007]
FIG. 8 shows the arrangement of the constituent particles of a conventional ceramic filter element, which is composed of a skeleton layer a and a first trapping layer b and a second trapping layer c. In dust collection of coal combustion gas such as a pressurized fluidized-bed boiler, as a ceramic particle diameter to be used, roughly the skeleton layer a is 100 to 300 μm, the first collection layer b is 10 to 30 μm, and the second collection layer c is 1 to 30 μm. Although it is preferably about 2 μm, in the conventional manufacturing method, the trapping layer employs a thin film sheet method and a slurry method, and both are about 50 to 100 μm.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional method for manufacturing a ceramic filter element, the process of attaching the trapping layer to the skeleton layer is complicated because the application by the thin film sheet method or the slurry method is applied, and the element manufacturing cost is relatively high. Had become.
[0009]
Further, in the manufacturing process of forming trapped dust on the skeleton layer, it was difficult to keep the thickness of the trapping layer and the particle porosity constant, and the ventilation resistance of the trapping layer was not uniform.
[0010]
Furthermore, in the conventional method of forming a trapping layer by attaching a thin film sheet or applying a slurry, the thickness is limited (50 to 100 μm), and the flow resistance cannot be reduced.
[0011]
Therefore, in the present invention, when depositing a trapping layer to the skeletal layer of Se la Mick filter, provides an apparatus for manufacturing ceramic filter elements which can be deposited in and can control the supply amount of the uniform thickness of the particle collection layer This is the first problem. Further, in the manufacturing apparatus, that of providing an apparatus for manufacturing a ceramic filter element in the uniform pressure during deposition of the trapping layer to allow more adherence of uniform particles have a second problem.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides the following means (1) and (2 ) in order to solve the above first and second problems.
[0014]
( 1 ) means for mixing the fine ceramic particles and the carrier air including an injector connecting the supply path of the fine ceramic particles and the supply path of the carrier air, means for measuring the carrier air flow rate, and the mixing means An apparatus for manufacturing a ceramic filter element, comprising: a transfer pipe connecting a hollow portion of a hollow cylindrical ceramic filter element ; and means for measuring a pressure difference between the hollow portion of the hollow cylindrical ceramic filter element and the outside thereof .
[0015]
(2) In the above (1), the inner hollow portion of the ceramic filter element of the hollow cylinder to maintain a constant distance is movably arranged in the longitudinal direction, defining a hollow portion of the ceramic filter elements of the same hollow barrel An apparatus for manufacturing a ceramic filter element, comprising: a pair of partition plates.
[0017]
The present invention provides ( 1 ) a method of manufacturing a ceramic filter element in which fine ceramic particles are supplied to a skeletal layer by air flow to form a trapping layer, instead of a conventional method of attaching a thin film sheet or applying a slurry. An apparatus, wherein the ceramic particles include an injector connecting a supply path of micro ceramic particles including an injector and a supply path of carrier air, a means for mixing the micro ceramic particles with the carrier air, and a mixing means for uniformly mixing the carrier air with the carrier air. The amount of air mixed with the particles and the amount of air mixed with the particles can also be appropriately supplied by the measuring means, and the air flow mixed with the particles can be reliably supplied to the surface of the skeleton layer of the ceramic filter by the transfer pipe. Further, the differential pressure is measured by means for measuring the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the ceramic filter element, the airflow resistance is measured by the pressure difference, and the amount of adhered particles corresponding to the airflow resistance is controlled, and the appropriate trapping layer thickness is measured. Can be formed.
[0018]
A pair of the present invention (2) is to be movably disposed in the longitudinal direction while maintaining a predetermined distance in the hollow portion of the ceramic filter element of the hollow cylinder, which divides the inside hollow portion of the ceramic filter elements of the same hollow barrel Since the pressure difference between the space inside the ceramic filter element divided by the partition plate and the outside becomes uniform, the thickness of the particle layer attached to the skeleton layer in the hollow portion is uniform. It becomes. Further, for example, if the partition plate is moved from top to bottom while being kept at a predetermined interval to operate, it can be applied to a long ceramic filter element. In addition, if a rotary brush or the like is provided in the interior divided by the partition plate, in addition to the adhesion of the particles by the air current transport, the particles can be mechanically uniformly attached by the brush. The uniformity of particle adhesion is further improved.

Similarly, the thickness of the device manufactured by the manufacturing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is L' a + b , and the airflow resistance at that time is ΔP'a + b .
[0031]
Ventilation resistance [Delta] P a
[0032]
(Equation 1)
[0033]
From the above equation (1), if the flow velocity U, the gas flow viscosity μ, and the porosity ε are constant, the gas flow resistance is expressed by the following equation (2).
[0034]
(Equation 2)
[0035]
According to equation (2), the ventilation resistance [Delta] P a is proportional to the thickness L of the particle layer, is inversely proportional to the square of the particle diameter d. Therefore, according to the formula (2), the trapping layer has a smaller particle diameter than the skeleton layer, so that the rate of increase of the ventilation resistance is large. As shown in FIG. 4, the ventilation resistance ΔP ′ a + b of the ceramic filter element manufactured by the manufacturing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention has a smaller value than the conventional ventilation resistance ΔP a + b because the trapping layer is small.

【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, there is provided ( 1 ) means for mixing the fine ceramic particles and the carrier air, the injector including an injector connecting a supply path of the fine ceramic particles and a supply path of the carrier air, and a means for measuring the flow rate of the carrier air. , ceramic filter consisting of a carrier tube which connects the hollow portion of the ceramic filter element of the mixing unit and the hollow cylinder, a hollow portion of the ceramic filter elements of the same hollow cylinder and means for measuring the differential pressure between the outside an apparatus for producing the element, this manufacturing apparatus, ceramic particles are mixed in quantitative transport stream by mixing means comprising an injector, the amount of air flow is adjusted to an appropriate amount by the air quantity measuring means, the mixing effect of the injector In conjunction with this, the ceramic particles are supplied in an appropriate amount by the pneumatic conveying pipe. Further, since the pressure difference between the hollow portion of the ceramic filter element and the outside thereof is measured by the differential pressure gauge, the ceramic particles can be adhered to the surface of the skeleton layer in the hollow portion to have a uniform and minimum thickness. Resistance can also be made smaller than before.
[0046]
According to ( 2 ) of the present invention, in the above ( 1 ), the hollow cylindrical ceramic filter element is disposed so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction at a constant interval in the hollow portion of the hollow cylindrical ceramic filter element. because characterized by having a pair of partition plates for partitioning the inside part, the differential pressure in the hollow portion and its external ceramic filter elements are partitioned by the partition plate becomes uniform, the hollow portion Ri by the pneumatic conveying Thus, the ceramic particles can be uniformly attached to the skeleton layer, and the effect of the above ( 1 ) is further ensured. In addition, since the partition plate is moved in the longitudinal direction of the hollow cylindrical body so that the partition by the partition plate can be sequentially moved up and down, it is possible to manufacture a long ceramic filter element with a relatively small device. Become.
