Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a divided bridge body type traffic route. And split bridge type traffic routeAbout.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of constructing an overpass to make a traffic route overpass, an overpass including a floor portion having an upper surface serving as a traffic route and a gantry portion for supporting the floor portion at a predetermined height is used. There is a method of constructing a grade separation intersection in which blocks are continuously installed on an existing route to construct a graded intersection traffic route. In this construction method, a plurality of overpass blocks formed in a predetermined shape are carried in and installed without forming each section of the overpass traffic route on the existing traffic route, thereby providing an overpass for the overpass. Since a traffic route can be constructed, work on an existing traffic route can be simplified (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-248101 A (page 2-3, FIG. 1-3)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional construction method has the following problems.
In the construction area of the grade separation block, traffic on the existing traffic path will be stopped. If the width of the intersection block is large, such as when multiple lanes are provided on the grade separation block, Lanes are greatly reduced. As a result, existing traffic will be regulated during the construction period until the traffic route for the grade separation is completed, and congestion will occur on the existing traffic route, which will greatly affect the economic activities and environment of the surrounding communities. Problem.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is capable of easily and quickly constructing a divided bridge-type traffic route without restricting existing traffic on a large scale, thereby improving the economics of the surrounding community. Construction method of divided bridge type traffic route that can reduce the impact on activities and environmentAnd split bridge type traffic routeThe task is to provide
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is configured to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the invention according to
Also,In the split bridge body widening process, after moving the formwork of each floor slab in the bridge axis direction on each support member attached to the side of the top slab and arranging the formwork at the installation position, the inside of the formwork of each floor slab Concrete may be poured into the concrete.
[0007]
Here, the traffic route refers to various transportation means such as roads and railway tracks, and traffic routes such as sidewalks.
Further, the members constituting the divided bridge-type traffic route are precast members or steel members formed in advance in a factory or the like, and the material and shape are not limited. Since a traffic path is provided on the upper surface of the vehicle, it is necessary to use a material and a shape that can sufficiently bear the load of a vehicle or the like.
Further, the method of attaching each member of the divided bridge body type traffic path is not limited, but both ends of the tendon material which is a PC steel material such as a PC steel wire or a PC steel rod penetrating each adjacent member are attached to each member. Fixing and applying tension to this tension material to integrate each member by post-tension method, or straddling bolts between adjacent members and tightening nuts to integrate each member It is preferable to use a method that can easily attach each member, such as a bolt fastening method.
[0008]
Further, by repeating the split bridge body widening step, side plates may be attached to both sides of the top plate to widen the upper surface of the split bridge body.
Further, the construction method of the present invention may be applied to a part of the divided bridge type traffic route in accordance with various construction conditions without building the entire divided bridge type traffic route by the construction method of the present invention.
Furthermore, after moving the formwork of the floor slab and disposing it at the mounting position, when casting the concrete in the formwork to form the floor slab, the support member is provided with a dowel or ring-shaped reinforcing bar in advance, The concrete slab and the supporting member can be integrated by casting concrete into the form so that the gibber and the reinforcing bar are buried.
[0009]
According to the present invention, the side bridge is attached to the top plate of the split bridge body to construct a split bridge body type traffic path having a predetermined width. Therefore, the width of the split bridge body is formed to be smaller than the width of the split bridge body type traffic path. Is done. In other words, the divided bridge body can be constructed in the construction area smaller than the width of the divided bridge type traffic path without providing the same construction area as the width of the divided bridge type traffic path from the beginning of the construction period. Further, by relocating a part of the existing traffic on the split bridge body, an empty area can be provided on the existing traffic route, and the upper surface of the split bridge body can be widened using the empty area. Thus, for example, when the traffic route is a road, the existing number of lanes can be maintained even when the width of the split bridge body is widened. Can be constructed easily and in a short time, and congestion on existing traffic routes due to the construction of the divided bridge type traffic route can be reduced.
[0010]
Also,The side slab can be carried in a miniaturized state by dividing the side slab, and the floor slab or the formwork can be moved in the bridge axis direction at the side of the split bridge body and placed at the mounting position, so that the floor slab or the mold can be installed. Since it is not necessary to sequentially move the lifting machine for mounting the frame in accordance with the mounting position of the floor slab, the work of mounting the side slab can be simplified.
Here, when a floor slab or formwork is attached using a hoist such as a jib crane placed on the side of the traffic route, it is necessary to stop traffic in the area on the traffic route within the working radius of the hoist. However, in the present invention, since the floor slab or the formwork can be moved within the empty area provided on the side of the split bridge body, the side slab is attached to the top slab without restricting existing traffic. be able to.
[0011]
Further, the invention according to
[0016]
Claims2The invention described in claim1The construction method of the divided bridge body type traffic path according to the above, wherein the top plate can store the support member of the side plate, and in the divided bridge body construction step, the top plate in which the support member of the side plate is stored The method is characterized in that the support member of the side plate is moved to a mounting position of the side portion of the top plate in the dividing bridge body widening step, while being attached to the top of the column.
[0018]
Here, examples of a configuration in which the support member of the side plate is stored in the top plate include a configuration in which the support member is stored inside or on the lower surface of the top plate, and a configuration in which the support member is folded at the side of the top plate. Also, as a configuration for moving the support member, if it does not affect a part of the existing traffic relocated to the upper surface of the top plate, a lifting machine such as a crane is installed on the upper surface of the top plate. The support member may be moved using a heavy machine.

[0071]
As described above, an example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and a design change can be appropriately made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, the side plate may be constituted by a block body. At this time, it is preferable to simplify the work of attaching the side plate by dividing the side plate, which is a block body, and sequentially attaching each member of the miniaturized side plate to the side portion of the top plate. Further, the side plate, which is a block body, may be stored in the top plate. In the split bridge body construction process, the side plate is stored on the side of the top plate by attaching the top plate containing the side plate to the top of the column. It can be easily attached to the part. The configuration for storing the side plate includes, for example, a configuration in which the side plate is stored inside or under the top plate, and a configuration in which the side plate is folded at the side of the top plate.
[0072]
Further, when the top slab and the side slab are composed of a floor slab and a girder member, as a configuration of the floor slab, after sliding the form of the floor slab to the mounting position, the concrete is placed in the form. The floor slab may be formed by casting. At this time, the floor slab and the girder member may be integrated by providing a dovetail in the girder member in advance and casting concrete into the form so that the dovetail is embedded. In addition, a ring-shaped reinforcing bar is placed between the top slab formwork and the side slab formwork, and concrete is poured into each formwork so that these reinforcing bars are buried. By doing so, the top plate and the side plate may be integrated.
[0073]
In addition, by making the guide rail attached to the road on the split bridge body detachable with bolts or the like, the guide rail can be easily relocated when the road on the split bridge body is widened.
[0074]
【The invention's effect】
Construction method of split bridge type traffic route of the present inventionAnd split bridge type traffic routeAccording to the above, the divided bridge body can be constructed in a construction area smaller than the width of the divided bridge type traffic path without providing the same construction area as the width of the divided bridge type traffic path from the beginning of the construction period. Furthermore, by relocating a part of the existing traffic on the split bridge body, a vacant area is provided on the existing traffic route, and the vacant area can be effectively used to widen the upper surface of the split bridge body. . Thereby, for example, when the traffic route is a road, the existing number of lanes can be maintained even when widening the split bridge body, and without limiting the existing traffic, the split bridge body type Because it can be built easily and in a short period of time, traffic congestion on existing traffic routes due to the construction of a split bridge body type traffic route can be reduced, and the impact on surrounding community activities and the environment can be reduced. .
[0075]
When the side plate is divided and the members of the side plate are sequentially attached to the side of the top plate in the dividing bridge body widening process, the side plate can be carried in a reduced size. Therefore, the work of attaching the side plates can be simplified.
[0076]
In the configuration in which the support member of the side plate can be stored in the top plate, the top plate in which the support member is stored is attached to the top of the column in the split bridge body construction step, so that the support member can be supported in the split bridge body widening step. Since there is no need to install a hoist such as a crane for transporting the member from the ground to the side of the top plate on the existing traffic route, the work of mounting the side plate can be simplified.
[0077]
In addition, when the floor slab or the formwork of the floor slab constituting the top slab or the side slab is moved in the bridge axis direction and arranged at the mounting position, the floor slab or the formwork can be easily moved, The work of attaching the top plate and the side plate can be simplified. Furthermore, since the side plate can be attached in the empty area provided on the side of the split bridge body, it is possible to stop the passage of the area on the traffic path within the working radius of the lifting machine such as the jib crane. The side plate can be attached to the top plate.
[0078]
In addition, when connecting a plurality of floor slabs or formwork and moving the plurality of floor slabs or formwork to the mounting position in a connected state, it is possible to collectively move the plurality of floor slabs or formwork. Therefore, the work of attaching the floor slab can be simplified. In addition, when floor slabs or formwork are connected by cords, since the floor slabs or formwork connected by the cords can be bent freely, the bridge axis of the divided bridge body is vertically moved. Even in the case of bending in the left or right direction, each connected floor slab or each formwork can be moved smoothly.
[0079]
Further, the top plate and the side plate are composed of a girder member and a plurality of floor plates attached to the girder member, and a transportable truck movable in the bridge axis direction is attached to the girder member, and the form of the floor plate or the floor plate is formed. When the floor slab or the formwork is moved by towing the mounted carrier in the bridge axis direction, the floor slab or the formwork can be moved while being mounted on the carrier, The floor slab can be installed in a short time.
