Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a case structure suitable for use as an outer case of various books (books) and CDs (compact disks).
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a conventional book case or the like, a simple case R in which a directly printed paperboard is assembled into a case shape as shown in FIG. 9 and a cardboard as a core are wrapped with printed thin paper so as to be bonded together. There is a luxurious case with a structure.
[0003]
However, in the case of the simple case R as shown in FIG. 9, since each of the peripheral edges RT of the insertion port Ra is made in a state where the end face of the paper is exposed as it is, the appearance of the appearance is not changed. When the book is put in and taken out, the edges RT are quickly damaged and weakened, and there is a problem that the shape is easily broken or torn and becomes dirty.
[0004]
Further, it has been considered that the case R itself is made strong to reinforce the peripheral edges RT. However, in order to make the case R strong, the paper thickness must be made thicker, which is very uneconomical. Further, there is also a problem that only the case R becomes thick and heavy, which makes various kinds of handling such as storage or transportation inconvenient.
[0005]
On the other hand, in the case of the above luxurious type case, since each peripheral edge RT of the insertion slot Ra is wrapped with printed thin paper, the appearance is good, and a book can be taken in and out without damaging the peripheral edge RT. Although it has the advantage that it can be performed smoothly, on the other hand, there has been a problem that the production cost is high because the work of laminating the core cardboard so as to be wrapped with printed thin paper is troublesome.
[0006]
Therefore, as seen in the application of Japanese Patent Application No. Hei 8-63747 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-226269), the present applicant has turned back and forth side plates and upper and lower end plates constituting the insertion port respectively. We have developed a case for books and the like that has a luxurious appearance in which the edges of the insertion port are made of paper by folding these folded pieces inwards and bonding them together.
[0007]
FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the insertion portion of the book case or the like found in the above-mentioned application, and FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX of FIG. A and B are upper and lower side plates, C and H are end plates connected to one side of each of the side plates A and B, and D, E and G are respective end portions of the upper and lower side plates A and B and one end plate H. After the folded pieces D and E of the side plates A and B are folded at the folded edges Da and Ea, respectively, they are adhered to the inner surfaces of the side plates A and B, and are vertically overlapped. Of the end plates C and H, the folded piece G connected to the outer end plate H is folded at the folded edge Ga and adhered to the inner surface of the inner end plate C, so that the peripheral portion of the insertion port TX is formed. It is a mechanism that can be formed into a state just wrapped in paper.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional case for a book or the like constructed as described above is assembled into a box shape by laminating the inner and outer end face plates C and H, and finally, is folded back to be connected to the outer end face plate H. The piece G is folded back at the folded edge Ga so as to wrap around the opening edge of the inner end face plate C, and this is adhered to the inner side surface of the inner end face plate C. However, it is necessary to leave the bonding of this portion to a human, and as a result, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost (assembly cost) is increased.
[0009]
In addition, in the above-mentioned conventional case for a book or the like, the folded back piece G including the inner and outer end plates C and H is overlapped as shown in FIG. The portion becomes thicker than the edge portions of the upper and lower side plates A and B in which the two sheets are overlapped, the appearance is poor, and the edges of books and CDs are caught by the thick portion. There was also a problem that hindered access.
[0010]
Therefore, a technical problem of the present invention is to provide a case for books or the like having a luxury such that the periphery of the insertion port is wrapped with paper at a low cost by automatic molding by mechanical bonding. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to eliminate a portion in which three sheets are overlapped at the rim portion, to improve the appearance of the appearance, and to allow books and the like to be smoothly taken in and out.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means taken by the present invention to solve the above technical problems are as follows.
(1) One and the other side plates are continuously provided on both sides of the back plate via folding lines, respectively, and the folded pieces on both ends are continuously provided via the folding lines in the longitudinal direction on the tip side of the respective side plates. Similarly, left and right end face plates are connected to the left and right sides of each side plate via fold lines, respectively, and fold lines are respectively provided at outer end portions of the end face plates connected to the left and right sides of the one side plate. At least the root end portion is formed to have the same width as each end face plate, and the end side folded side is formed to be approximately half the width of the root end portion, and the end-face folded piece is continuously provided. At the outer end of each end face plate connected to the side plate, a cutout having a shape corresponding to the above-mentioned folded piece is formed by punching a single piece of paperboard T, and the above one and the other The folded pieces on both ends connected to the other side plate and the folded pieces for the end face are folded inward at the folding lines. Then, each side plate and the inner surface of each end face plate are bonded together, and further, each of the above end face plates is bent inward at a right angle at each fold line portion, and the both side plates face each other. As such, so that the end plates connected to the one side plate overlap the outer surface of the end plates connected to the other side plate, the back plate at each fold line portion. A box having an opening at one side by bending at right angles and bonding the overlapping end face plates to each other so as to fit the folded pieces for the end face at the positions of the cutouts. Assemble and configure in a shape. (Claim 1)
[0012]
(2) An inclined surface for gradually reducing the width of the folded piece connected to the outer end of each end plate of one side plate from the root end toward the distal end is provided, and the distal end of this inclined surface is provided. The notch formed at the outer end of each end face plate of the other side plate is formed in a substantially square shape with a substantially rectangular elongated tip portion continuously provided on the side, and the shape of the notch portion is opposed to the inclined surface. To be formed into a substantially square shape having a sloped shape. (Claim 2)
[0013]
(3) The folded piece connected to the outer end of each end face plate of one of the side plates is formed into a substantially curved shape having a rounded surface that gradually narrows in width from the root end side toward the tip end side. In addition, the shape of the notch formed in the outer end portion of each end face plate of the other side plate is formed into a substantially curved shape having a radius portion facing the radius surface. (Claim 3)
[0014]
(4) Left and right tongues each having a substantially triangular shape are connected to both ends of the back plate via folding lines, respectively, and the tongue is attached to the inner end of each end plate connected to both sides of the other side plate. When a triangular cutout portion corresponding to a piece is cut out and each end face plate connected to one side plate is overlapped and bonded to the outer surface of each end face plate connected to the other side plate, By bending the pieces at right angles to the back plate at the respective folding lines, the tongue pieces are fitted to the positions of the cutouts, and along the inner surface of each end face plate connected to the one side plate. Be configured to touch. (Claim 4)
[0015]
According to the means according to claim 1 described in the above (1), the folded pieces at both ends and the folded pieces for the left and right end faces are respectively folded inward at the folding line portions, and this is folded into the inner surface of each side plate, If it is stuck on the end plate side of one side plate, the insertion port peripheral part of the case assembled as a whole is just wrapped with paper, that is, it is made in the same state as the insertion port of the luxury case To provide a case for books and the like that is gorgeous, has a gorgeous appearance, and has a durable edge around the insertion port at a low cost by a very simple method of punching out a piece of paperboard. In addition, at least a root end portion is formed to have the same width as each end face plate, and the front end side is formed to be elongated, so that the end piece of the end face plate is provided in advance. It can be folded back on the inner side and glued Since that, just luxurious case of state wrapped with paper the periphery of the insertion opening, makes it possible to manufacture at low cost by all mechanical bonding.
[0016]
In addition, according to the means described in the above (1), the folded piece is attached to the outer end of the other end face plate that is double-overlaid and adhered to the inside of one end face plate in which the folded pieces are continuously provided. Is formed, and when these two end face plates are overlapped and adhered, the folded piece is adhered in a state of being fitted to the position of the notched portion. The folded-back pieces whose end faces are folded back do not cause three sheets to be stacked, so that the appearance is improved and the books and the like can be smoothly put in and taken out without being caught on the rim. enable.
[0017]
According to the means according to claims 2 and 3 described in the above (2) and (3), the edge portion of each end face plate is folded back, and a piece is folded back and adhered, so that it is just as if wrapped in paper. In addition to being able to finish, the elongated end is folded back to the inner surface of the end face plate and adhered, so even with mechanical bonding, the folded piece can be reliably folded back and adhered to the end face side, and it has a substantially square shape or curve Since the folded piece formed in the mold shape is fitted to the position of the cutout portion also formed in the substantially square shape or the curved shape, it is possible to finish the edge portion into a clean two-layered structure.
[0018]
