Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a simplified bed that is particularly suitable for use by installing it near a sick bed in a hospital or facility.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A folding bed, a sofa bed, and the like have been conventionally used as a cot which is provided beside a bed for a sick person and is used by a sitter when the attendant stays or takes a rest in a sick room or the like. This foldable bed has a mattress or the like arranged on the upper surface of a foldable frame. When not in use, it is folded at the center to lean against a wall or stored under a sick bed. Things.

On the other hand, the sofa bed is usually used as a sofa beside the bed for the sick, and when the attendant stays or takes a rest, the backrest is folded down so that it is almost flush with the seat. Is used as
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional foldable bed usually requires a large lifting force to lift the frame and the mattress on one side when folding the frame and the mattress. This imposes a heavy burden on operation. Further, the sofa bed has a wide seat portion, and there is a problem that a large space is occupied in the sickroom when the seat is used as a bed as well as when the backrest is tilted and used as a bed.
[0005]
In order to solve the above problems, recently, a hollow body-shaped outer case provided with a fixed cushion element at an upper end, and an inner case which can be relatively taken in and out of a hollow portion of the outer case are provided. In the inner case, a movable cushion element that is substantially continuous with the fixed cushion element of the outer case is disposed at the upper end thereof at the pulled-out position to form a bed surface, and the movable cushion element is inserted into the outer case at the insertion position. It has been considered that it can be removed to a position where it does not interfere.
[0006]
By adopting such a configuration, the inner case is usually inserted into the hollow part of the outer case, and the movable cushion element is retracted to a position where it does not interfere with the outer case, so that it can be used as a compact bench. When the attendant stays or takes a rest, the inner case is pulled out of the outer case, and the fixed cushion element provided on the upper part of the outer case and the movable cushion element provided on the upper part of the inner case are substantially flush with each other. It can be deployed on a continuous surface and effectively used as a cot.
[0007]
However, this structure employs a structure in which the outer case and the inner case are movably grounded on the floor by casters in order to easily move the outer case and the inner case. For this reason, when used as a bed or as a sofa, there is a problem that the bed or the sofa unexpectedly moves and the usability is extremely poor.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention adopts a double structure including the outer case and the inner case, and does not impair the ease of taking the inner case in and out. It is intended to provide a bed that can be used.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
For this purpose, the bed of the present invention includes a hollow outer case having a fixed cushion element provided on an upper portion thereof, and an inner case which can be relatively taken in and out of the hollow portion of the outer case, A bed surface is formed by arranging a movable cushion element that is substantially flush with the fixed cushion element of the outer case above the inner case in the pulled-out position, and does not interfere with the outer cushion in the inserted position. When the outer case is configured to be used as a bench by being removed to a position, the outer case is grounded via the first support member so as not to move on the floor, and the inner case is connected to the second case. Grounding so as to be able to move on the floor via the support member, and holding means for holding the inner case at the pulled-out position,The fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element are connected via a hinge element, and the movable cushion element is inverted at the insertion position of the inner case so that the movable cushion element can be overlaid on the upper surface of the fixed cushion element. In a state where a surface is formed, the fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element are provided at a portion located between upper edges of adjacent end faces, and one end of the movable cushion element is opposite to the end face provided with the hinge element. The other end side can be fixed to a mounting portion provided at a position corresponding to the side wall of the inner case at a position forming the bed surface, and the outer case can be fixed at a position overlapping with the fixed cushion element. A band element which can be fixed to a mounting portion provided at a corresponding position on the side wall is provided, and this band element functions as one of the holding means. It is characterized by having.
[0010]
With such a configuration, the outer case is stably grounded on the floor via the first support member, whereas the inner case can be easily moved on the floor via the second support member. Since the grounding is performed in the state, the inner case at the insertion position with respect to the outer case can be easily pulled out to the pulled-out position. Then, when the movable cushion element is arranged in a state where the inner case is held by the holding means at this position, the movable cushion element is stably supported at the pulled-out position. On the other hand, when the holding state of the holding means is released from this position, the constraint of the inner case is released, so that the inner case can be easily moved to the insertion position using the mobility of the second support member. . When the outer case is used as a bench in this state, the load is applied to the first support member via the outer case and is not directly applied to the second support member. Can be maintained.
Further, since the fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element are connected via the hinge element, and the movable cushion element is inverted at the insertion position of the inner case, so that the movable cushion element can be superposed on the upper surface of the fixed cushion element. Removal of the movable cushion element can be suitably performed.
Furthermore, since the hinge element is provided at a position located between the upper edges of the adjacent end faces of the fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element in a state where the bed surface is formed, the use state as a bed is made more stable. can do.
In addition, the movable cushion element is provided with a band element that can be fixed to the inner case at a position forming the bed surface and can be fixed to the outer case at a position overlapping the fixed cushion element, and this band element functions as one of the holding means. With this configuration, it is possible to easily prevent the movable cushion element from becoming unstable at a predetermined position.
[0011]
As a preferable mode of the holding means, the holding means is configured using a movable cushion element, specifically, an upright portion provided on the drawing end side of the inner case, and a fixed cushion element at a drawing position of the inner case. And a movable cushion element interposed between the upright portions.
As a preferred specific example of the upright portion, a case where the upright portion is a wall portion that covers the end of the inner case may be mentioned.
[0012]
In order to be able to adjust the height of the seat as a bench, it is desirable that the hinge element is a slide fastener that releasably connects between the fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element.
[0013]
In order to further enhance the function of the bed, the inner case has a storage portion that opens upward, and this storage portion is inserted into the outer case with the storage portion closed by the lid, or It is desirable to arrange a movable cushion element on the lid.
In order to easily move the entire bed, it is necessary to set the second support member at the insertion position of the inner case such that the second support member is located closer to the draw-out end than the first support member. By tilting the inner case together with the outer case with the support member as a fulcrum, the first support member is floated, and the outer case and the inner case can be moved via the second support member. Is preferred.
[0014]
As an example of another embodiment of the present invention which is desirable to be able to easily move the entire bed, as an example of a hollow outer case having a fixed cushion element provided on an upper portion thereof, and a hollow portion of the outer case, An inner case that can be relatively taken in and out relative to the inner case. The movable cushion element is removed to a position where it does not interfere with the outer case at the insertion position, so that the outer case side can be used as a bench, and the outer case is provided via a first support member. Holding means for holding the inner case in a drawn-out position while grounding the inner case so as not to be able to move on the floor, allowing the inner case to be moved on the floor via the second support member. The outer case includes an upper wall, a bottom wall, left and right side walls, and a rear wall, and has a hollow portion that opens inward on a side opposite to the rear wall, and further allows a hand to be put on the rear wall when moving. An opening is provided, and at the insertion position of the inner case, the second support member is set so as to be located closer to the drawing end side than the first support member, and a hand is put on the opening of the outer case to lift the rear wall. By tilting the inner case together with the outer case with the second support member as a fulcrum, the first support member is floated, and the outer case and the inner case can be moved via the second support member. Are characterized by the following.
[0015]
It is preferable to use an adjuster for the first support member, and it is preferable to use a caster for the second support member.
[0016]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The specific configuration of each part is not limited to those in the illustrated embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the removed movable cushion element is inverted and polymerized to the fixed cushion element. However, when the movable cushion element is completely separated from the fixed cushion element and used as a bench, Alternatively, the movable cushion element may be leaned against the rear end of the fixed cushion element as a backrest. Further, the movable cushion element need not be fixed by the band element if not necessary. Further, the holding means may be configured by using a latch mechanism or the like in addition to the one using the movable cushion element. Alternatively, even if the movable cushion element is simply arranged on the inner case, the friction between the inner case and the movable cushion element due to the load during use can be used as the holding means. Further, the holding position by the holding means does not necessarily have to be a position just before the inner case comes out of the outer case, and if the inner case has independence, a position where the inner case comes out completely can be set as the drawing position.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form described above, and has the following effects.
That is, when the bed of the present invention is configured so that the inner case can be freely taken in and out of the outer case and selectively used as a bed or a bench, the outer case cannot be moved onto the floor via the first support member. In this manner, the inner case is grounded so that the inner case can be moved on the floor via the second support member, and the inner case is selectively held at the pulled-out position by holding means.
[0031]
For this reason, it is possible to easily move the inner case in and out of the outer case while smoothly moving the inner case on the floor via the second support member, and to provide light operability to the attendant, Even with such good operability, the grounding function of the first support member and the return preventing function of the holding means when used as a bed, and the grounding function of the first support member when used as a bench. Thereby, it is possible to secure a stable use state.
[0032]
Further, since the fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element are connected via the hinge element, and the movable cushion element is inverted at the insertion position of the inner case, so that the movable cushion element can be superposed on the upper surface of the fixed cushion element. The movable cushion element can be effectively used as a seat surface of the bench, and it is not necessary to separately provide a storage space for storing the removed movable cushion element.
[0033]
Further, since the hinge element is provided at a position located between the upper edges of the adjacent end faces of the fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element in a state where the bed surface is formed, an external force directed to the insertion position in the inner case should be avoided. In effect, even if both cushion elements attempt to bend in a mountain fold with the hinge element as a fulcrum, the adjacent end faces of the cushion elements will abut and prevent this. For this reason, the stability at the time of using as a bed can be improved more effectively.
[0034]
in addition,The movable cushion element has one end fixed to the upper surface near the end opposite to the end face provided with the hinge element and near the side edge, and the other end corresponding to the side wall of the inner case at the position forming the bed surface. A band element that can be fixed to the mounting part provided at the position and that can be fixed to the mounting part provided at the corresponding position on the side wall of the outer case at the position overlapping the fixed cushion element is provided, so that the movable cushion element is unstable at the predetermined position Can be effectively prevented by a simple configuration.
[0035]
If the holding means is configured using a movable cushion element, a separate lock mechanism or the like can be eliminated. In particular, if the holding means is constituted by an upright portion provided on the withdrawal end side of the inner case, and a movable cushion element interposed between the fixed cushion element and the upright portion at the withdrawal position of the inner case, Just by arranging the movable cushion element, such a holding means can be constituted immediately. If a wall for covering the end of the inner case is used for the upright portion, the simplification of the structure can be further promoted.
[0036]
If the hinge element is equipped with a slide fastener that connects the fixed cushion element and the movable cushion element in a detachable manner, if the seat surface is too high when used as a bench, remove the slide fastener and remove the movable cushion element. By separating the elements, they can be used while sitting on the fixed cushion element, so that the height of the seat surface as a bench can be effectively selected.
If the inner case is provided with a storage portion, and the storage portion is closed with a lid and inserted into the outer case, or a movable cushion element is arranged on the lid, the support strength of the bed is increased. An effective storage function can be provided without impairment, and the space utilization efficiency in a narrow hospital room or the like can be more effectively increased.
[0037]
At the insertion position of the inner case, the second support member is positioned closer to the pull-out end than the first support member, and the inner case is tilted together with the outer case with the second support member as a fulcrum, so that the outer case and the inner case are tilted. If the case is supported only by the second support member, the entire bed can be easily moved, and the reaction force applied from the floor to the second support member is in the direction of pushing the inner case into the outer case. Since it operates, it is possible to effectively prevent the inner case from jumping out of the outer case without separately locking the inner case and the outer case.
[0038]
When an adjuster is used for the first support member or a caster is used for the second support member, the above-described effects can be accurately achieved with a simple configuration.
