Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an extension method for attaching a hair bundle for attachment made of human hair or artificial hair to own hair, and more particularly to an attachment method using a heat-shrinkable tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the field of aesthetic hairdressing, a technique called an extension that attaches a hair bundle for attachment made of human hair or artificial hair to own hair to extend the length of hair or increase the amount of hair. Exists.
[0003]
With respect to such an extension technique, conventional methods as shown in the following (1) to (4) are generally known, but for any of the extension methods, a considerable skill is required for a worker. In addition to this, there is a problem in that it takes considerable time and effort to work, and on the other hand, not only does the user have a heavy burden on the hair and scalp, but also the mounting strength due to the weak binding strength There is also a problem that the hair bundle is easily detached.
(1) Main problems with "How to use glue gun / glue bond" 1) A large load is applied to the hair at the time of attachment and removal 2) Many shampoos tend to soften easily, and the pulling force toward the tip of the hair The hair bundle for attachment is very weak and easily detaches. (2) The main problem with "How to tie with a thread after braiding or four-knitting" 1) It takes time to attach 2) When hair grows, 3) Yarns are easily loosened or entangled. 3) Yarns deteriorate due to water, and are unsanitary. 4) Weak hair pulls to the hair tips. The main problem with the method of tying a knot, braiding and tying it with thread rubber 1) It takes time to install 2) The thread rubber deteriorates with water and is unsanitary 3) Daily life In, hair becomes easy to get entangled, (4) Major problems with “method of crushing metal or hard resin bead chips with pliers” 1) A large load is applied to the hair at the joint 2) Since pliers are used, individual mounting is required However, it is not suitable for continuous long-time work. 3) The attachment tends to be uneven, and if the binding strength is weak, the hair bundle for attachment tends to come off.
In addition, regarding the extension technology, there is a patent application “Method of attaching hair fibers” described below (see Patent Document 1). The purpose of this method is to provide a method of attaching hair fibers that can shorten the attachment time and can be performed by one person. The fiber bundle is crossed, and the hair bundle is wound around the fiber bundle for artificial hair at least one turn at the left and right positions of the intersection (winding step), and the leading end side of the hair bundle and both ends of the fiber bundle for artificial hair A method of attaching hair fibers, which comprises knitting in the vicinity of the intersection (knitting step), separating a part of the fiber bundle for artificial hair, winding the bundle around the knitting part, and heat fusing (heat fusing step). The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the self-hair bundle and the hair fiber bundle intersect, and the self-hair bundle is wound around the hair fiber bundle at least one turn at the left and right positions of the intersection ( Winding process), the end of the hair bundle and hair fibers The method for attaching the hair fibers includes knitting the both ends of the hair near the intersection (knitting step) and fixing the knitted portion of the self-hair bundle and the hair fiber bundle by connecting elastic yarn (fixing step). is there.
[0005]
According to the first or second aspect of the present invention, the conventional extension method for knitting two self-hair bundles and both ends of the hair fiber bundle (a total of four bundles) is inherent. It is considered possible to solve the problem (difficulty of mounting alone).
However, in these methods, the winding step and the knitting step are indispensable constituent elements of the present invention. Therefore, as in the above-described conventional extension methods (1) to (4), a considerable amount of work is required for an operator. Not only skill is required, but there are still problems such as a considerable amount of work required.
Further, in the first aspect of the present invention, since the attachment hair bundle is limited to the artificial hair fiber bundle (such as polyethylene), it cannot be used for the hair fiber bundle made of human hair.
Furthermore, in the invention according to claim 2, since the elastic yarn is bound and fixed, the elastic yarn is deteriorated by containing water and unsanitary as in the above-mentioned conventional extension method (3), In everyday life, hair is easily entangled, and a fiber bundle for hair is easily released.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve various problems that both the worker and the user have not been able to solve by the conventional extension method. It is possible to easily and quickly attach a hair bundle for attachment of any material made of hair, and furthermore, the binding strength between the self hair and the hair bundle for attachment is strong, and the burden on the user's hair and scalp is reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide an extension method capable of reducing the number of times.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is to insert a heat-shrinkable tube through an appropriate amount of self-hair and arrange it on the root side, and then intersect the self-hair with the hair bundle for attachment to make the self-hair. After tying the hairs in a loop and tying them together , the heat-shrinkable tube is moved to a position slightly away from the knot of the self-hairs and the mounting hair bundle to the tip side thereof, and the heat-shrinkable tube is inserted into the heat-shrinkable tube. After the self-hairs and the mounting hair bundle are inserted , the heat-shrinkable tube is contracted by heating the heat-shrinkable tube to fix the self-hairs and the mounting hair bundle. Features.
[0009]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, after crossing an appropriate amount of self-hair and the hair bundle for attachment, tying the self-hair in a loop shape and tying them together, the heat-shrinkable tube is inserted through the heat-shrinkable tube. After arranging a tube at a position slightly away from the knot of the self-hair and the attachment hair bundle to the tip side thereof so that the self-hair and the attachment hair bundle are inserted into the heat-shrinkable tube The heat-shrinkable tube is contracted by heating the heat-shrinkable tube to fix the self-hairs and the attachment hair bundle.
[0010]
According to the above-mentioned invention, even if the worker is not skilled in the mounting, the mounting hair bundle of any material made of human hair or artificial hair can be easily and quickly mounted. Further, the heat-shrinkable tube was moved or arranged at a position slightly away from the knot of the self-hair and the attachment hair bundle to the tip side thereof so that the self-hair and the attachment hair bundle were inserted into the heat-shrink tube. Since the hair is fixed later , the self-hair and the mounting hair bundle can be firmly fixed in a short time, and the burden on the user's hair and scalp can be reduced.
[0011]
Further, according to a third aspect of the present invention, in the extension method using the heat-shrinkable tube according to the first or second aspect, the knot is set at a position about 0.5 to 2 cm away from the ground. Features.
[0012]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the extension method using the heat-shrinkable tube according to any one of the first to third aspects, the self-hair is formed by crossing a central portion of the self-hair and the mounting hair bundle. Are tied together in a loop to tie them together.
[0013]
Further, the invention according to claim 5 is the extension method using the heat-shrinkable tube according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the self-hairs cross the root portion of the attachment hair bundle. Are tied together in a loop to tie them together.
[0014]
In addition, the invention according to claim 6 is the extension method using the heat-shrinkable tube according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the inner layer of the heat-shrinkable tube is formed of a heat-meltable resin or the heat-shrinkable tube. A heat-melt adhesive is provided on the inner surface of the shrinkable tube to increase the binding strength between the self-hairs and the mounting hair bundle.
[0015]
This increases the binding strength between the self-hairs and the attachment hair bundle, and eliminates the problem that the attachment hair bundle is likely to come off unlike the conventional extension method.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the embodiments described below, among the extension methods, a case in which the self-hairs and the attachment hair bundle are crossed and the self-hairs are tied in a loop to tie them together will be described in detail.
[0017]
FIG. 1 is a flowchart showing an example of an extension method using a heat-shrinkable tube according to the present invention.
[0018]

(S11), crossing the self-hair with the mounting hair bundle (S12), tying the self-hair in a loop to tie them together (S13), connecting the heat-shrinkable tube to the self-hair and the mounting hair bundle. step for moving to a position some distance away on their tip side from the knot (S14), the step of tufts for wearer's own hair and attached to the heat shrinkable tube is heated to heat-shrinkable tube after the insertion state (S15), The step (S16) of fixing the self-hair and the attachment hair bundle by shrinking the heat-shrinkable tube is included.
[0019]
Hereinafter, the execution procedure of each step and the heat-shrinkable tube used therein will be described.
[0020]
First, the heat-shrinkable tube used in the extension method according to the present invention has a property that the tube itself shrinks in the radial direction when heated using an iron, a dryer, or the like. The structure and material of the heat-shrinkable tube include, for example, an electron beam cross-linked soft polyolefin resin for the outer layer and a heat-meltable polyolefin resin for the inner layer, an electron beam cross-linked soft polyolefin resin, or an electron beam cross-linked soft flame retardant. By employing a material in which a hot-melt adhesive is provided on the inner surface of the polyolefin resin, it is possible to increase the binding strength between the self-hair and the mounting hair bundle. The length of the heat-shrinkable tube needs to be adjusted to an appropriate length so that it can be used in the extension method according to the present invention.
[0021]
FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a state in which a heat-shrinkable tube is inserted through self-hair and arranged on the root side. As shown in FIG. 3, A is the ground, 10 is a heat-shrinkable tube, and 20 is self hair. The operator separates an appropriate amount of the hair 20 from the skin A of the user, inserts the heat-shrinkable tube 10 from the tip side 20b of the hair using a threader or a stick having a special tip shape (S10), Further, the heat-shrinkable tube 10 is disposed on the root side 20a of the hair (S11).
[0022]
FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the self hair and the attachment hair bundle cross each other, the self hair is tied in a loop shape, and both are bundled. After arranging the heat-shrinkable tube 10 on the root side 20a of the hair (S11), the worker crosses the hair 20 and the central portion of the attachment hair bundle 30 (S12). Then, as shown in FIG. 4, a loop 21 is formed in the own hair 20 to tie the own hair 20 and the attachment hair bundle 30 together (S13).
[0023]
In the extension method according to the present invention, since the material of the attachment hair bundle 30 is not limited at all, it can be arbitrarily selected from all types of hair fibers composed of human hair or artificial hair. .
[0024]
Further, in the first embodiment, an example will be described in which the self hair 20 and the central portion of the attachment hair bundle 30 intersect, but the self hair 20 and the root side (30a) of the attachment hair bundle 30 intersect. Can be tied together (not shown). In other words, if it is desired to attach a large amount of hair bundles with a small amount of attachment in accordance with the needs of the user, the central portion of the attachment hair bundle 30 should be crossed, while the orientation of the cuticle of the attachment hair bundle 30 When it is acceptable to increase the number of attachments, it is preferable that the roots (30a) of the attachment hair bundles 30 intersect.
[0025]
Further, in the first embodiment, an example in which the self-hairs 20 are tied in a loop by a half-hitch knot will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a knot such as a two-half hitch is appropriately adopted. be able to.
[0026]
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing a state in which the heat-shrinkable tube has been moved to a position slightly away from the knot toward the distal end. After forming the loop 21 on the self-hair 20 and tying the self-hair 20 to the attachment hair bundle 30 (S13), the operator moves the heat-shrinkable tube 10 to a position slightly away from the knot 22 toward the distal end. (S14). Here, the knot 22 is preferably set at a position separated from the background A by about 0.5 to 2 cm.
[0027]
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the heat-shrinkable tube in the state shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, one bundle of self-hairs 20 and two bundles of attachment hair bundles 30 are arranged inside the heat-shrinkable tube 10 with an appropriate gap 11 therebetween.
[0028]
FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the heat-shrinkable tube is shrunk to fix the self-hairs and the attachment hair bundle. The operator moves the heat-shrinkable tube 10 to a position slightly away from the knot 22 toward the distal end (S14), and then moves the heat-shrinkable tube 10 under the condition that the hair 20 and the attachment hair bundle 30 are inserted into the heat-shrinkable tube 10. in the heat-shrinkable tube 10 by a heat shrinkable tube 10 is shrunk by heating using, for example, iron or dryer to fix the natural hair 20 and the attachment tuft 30 (S15, S16).
[0029]
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the heat-shrinkable tube in the state shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, one bundle of self-hairs 20 and two bundles of attachment hair bundles 30 are in close contact with each other inside the heat-shrinkable tube 10 that has shrunk by heating. It is fixed in a sandwiched state.
[0030]
FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing another example of the extension method using the heat-shrinkable tube according to the present invention.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 2, in the second embodiment of the extension method using the heat-shrinkable tube according to the present invention, a step (S20) of intersecting an appropriate amount of self-hair and the hair bundle for attachment is performed, and the self-hair is tied in a loop. (S21), inserting the heat-shrinkable tube (S22), and arranging the heat-shrinkable tube at a position slightly away from the knot of the self-hair and the hair bundle for attachment (S23). ), Heating the heat-shrinkable tube after the self-hair and the mounting hair bundle are inserted into the heat-shrinkable tube (S24), and fixing the self-hair and the mounting hair bundle by shrinking the heat-shrinkable tube. (S25).
[0032]
The second embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that the step (S22) of inserting the heat-shrinkable tube is performed after the step (S21) of tying together the self-hairs and the hair bundle for attachment. Although different, the steps of heating the heat-shrinkable tube (S24) and the step of shrinking the heat-shrinkable tube to fix the self-hairs and the attachment hair bundle (S25) are the same. That is, as shown in the first embodiment, it is considered that it is easier to perform the operation if the heat-shrinkable tube 10 is inserted through the hair 20 first (S10). When the heat-shrinkable tube is inserted after the step (S21) of tying the hair bundle for attachment to the hair bundle for attachment , the heat-shrinkable tube after that is placed at a position slightly away from the knot of the own hair and the hair bundle for attachment to the tip side thereof. The arranging step (S23) is a continuous operation, and as shown in the first embodiment, the step of arranging the heat-shrinkable tube on the root side (S11) can be omitted, thereby simplifying the working procedure. be able to.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the extension method according to the present invention, the heat-shrinkable tube is moved or arranged at a position slightly away from the knot of the self-hair and the hair bundle for attachment to the tip side thereof, and is placed in the heat-shrinkable tube. The heat shrink tube is shrunk by heating after the self-hairs and the hair bundle for attachment are inserted, so that the self-hairs and the hair bundle for attachment are fixed. Even if not, it is possible to easily and quickly attach the attachment hair bundle made of any material made of human hair or artificial hair. In addition, the self-hairs and the attachment hair bundle can be firmly fixed in a short time, and the burden on the user's hair and scalp can be reduced.
[0034]
Further, by forming the inner layer of the heat-shrinkable tube from a heat-meltable resin or providing a heat-meltable adhesive on the inner surface of the heat-shrinkable tube, the binding strength between the self-hairs and the hair bundle for attachment increases, The problem that the attachment hair bundle is easily detached unlike the conventional extension method is eliminated.
