【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は平面状に復元可能なスリットを設けることにより天井開口型紙を左右一体化し、梱包時には折り曲げて小型化でき、使用する時は平面を維持して安定した型紙となり、天井開口寸法をより正確に明示することができ、また、その天井開口型紙に本体より突出した吹き出しグリルをも覆う保護シートを設けることにより汚れから空気調和機本体を守ることができる。

以下、本発明の一実施例を添付図面の図1から2に及び3、4に基づいて説明する。

図1に示すように、この実施例の天井開口型紙1はダンボールでできており、その左右2カ所にスリット部を有する。そのスリット部はH形に切り込んだスリット2と2本のケイ線3とが交互になっており、この2本のケイ線3によりスリット2の断面を傷つけることなく図3に示すように完全に折り曲げることができ、また、スリット2の直線的な切り込み形状により、折り曲げ部を広げるとその切断面同士が突っ張り平面状に復元し、安定した形状を維持することができるようになっている。この平面に復元可能な形状を利用し、図4に示すように従来は左右別々だった天井開口型紙を一体化したにもかかわらず、梱包サイズを大きくすることなく、本体より大きな天井開口型紙1を折り曲げ本体梱包ケースより小さくし同梱することが可能となった。また、この型紙の使用方法について図1および図2に基づいて説明する。まず梱包より取り出した天井開口型紙1の折り曲げ部を広げ平面状に戻し、設置した空気調和機本体5に、空気調和機本体に設けた天井開口型紙取付用穴に天井開口型紙1に設けた型紙固定用穴4を合わせてネジ6で固定する。すると、その天井開口型紙1の端面1aが天井開口寸法となり、天井を造作する際に、容易に天井開口寸法が解るようになっている。この例では、梱包のために折り曲げ小型化した天井開口型紙1はスリット2および、ケイ線3の形状により広げて平面状に復元し、その平面を維持して、安定した型紙となるうえ、従来左右別々であった型紙では、左右に離れた位置でしか天井開口を示せなかったが、この平面状に復元した型紙では天井開口を端面のほぼ全体で示すことができるため、従来より正確にそして明確に天井開口全体が解り、天井開口作業が容易になり施工性が高まった。また、左右に分かれていた型紙よりも空気調和機本体5を覆う面積が広く汚れが少なくなった。さらに、従来小さな型紙が2枚であったために必要だったポリエチの袋も型紙が1枚になったことにより不要となりコストダウンをも図れた。

また、別の実施例を図5を用いて説明する。この実施例では前記の実施例で説明した天井開口型紙1の左右のスリット部の間隔を、梱包時の左緩衝材7と右緩衝材8の間隔と同じ寸法にしたものである。これにより天井開口型紙1を左右のスリット部で折り曲げた寸法が左右の緩衝材の幅と同じとなり、梱包時に、左右の緩衝材の間に折り曲げた天井開口型紙1を入れ込むことができる。この例では、左右の緩衝材が本体の保護だけでなく天井開口型紙1の梱包時の位置固定の役割を果たすため、天井開口型紙1を固定しなくても、輸送振動や、落下で天井開口型紙1が変形したり傷つくことがなくなり、より安定した平面状に復元することができるようになった。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記説明から明らかなように、平面状に復元可能なスリットを設けることにより天井開口型紙を左右一体化し、梱包時には折り曲げて小型化でき、使用する時は広げて平面状となりその形状を維持し安定した型紙となり、天井開口寸法をその端面のほぼ全周を用いて、より正確に明示し、施工性を向上させる。そして折り曲げた天井開口型紙の幅を梱包時の左右の緩衝材の幅と同じにすることにより、梱包時の変形を防ぐことができる。また、その天井開口型紙に保護シートをつけることにより、本体前面はもちろん本体より突出した吹出グリルをも覆い隠し、汚れや異物の浸入を防ぐことができる。
