Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a multi-storey house with an elevator on two or more floors where two households live together, so that the privacy of each household can be ensured. This is related to a multi-storey house constructed as described above. 2. Description of the Related Art Recently, a two-family house of a parent household and a child household coexists. Many are being built. [0003] In a multi-storey house with an elevator, an elevator and stairs are generally installed in a corridor or hall, which is a shared area of both households, and the area is used as an integrated space. That is, the space for getting on and off the elevator and the space for introducing the stairs are generally adjacent to each other and commonly used by both households. [0004] However, there is also a multi-storey house in which a space in which an elevator and stairs are installed (a so-called vertical movement flow line) is not a shared area but exists in one of the household areas. In this case, the vertical movement line does not exist in the other household. [0005] As described above, when an elevator and stairs are installed in a common area of both households,
When using elevators and stairs, residents of each household may encounter each other unexpectedly, and it is difficult to maintain privacy (independence) of each household sufficiently. In a multi-storey house where a vertical movement line exists in one household, when a resident of the other household who does not have the vertical movement line moves between the upper and lower floors, the area of one household always remains. As a result, it is difficult to maintain the independence of each household, because a situation occurs in which residents inevitably encounter each other. In order to solve the above problem, each household can use either an elevator or stairs as a dedicated vertical moving means, but in this case, the elevator and the stairs are completely separated. In addition, there is a problem that the mutual use between the households cannot be performed, and a problem that the inherent advantages of the elevator and the stairs cannot be enjoyed. An object of the present invention is to provide a multi-storey house in which two households live together and have an elevator, which can maintain sufficient independence between the households and enjoy the advantages of the elevator and the stairs. The purpose is to provide multi-storey housing. [0009] To solve the above problems, a multi-storey house according to the present invention is occupied independently of each other.

And In the above multi-storey house, one household (for example, a child household, hereinafter referred to as “child household”) has a first floor and a plurality of lower floors, or in addition to the above-mentioned parts, some upper floors, and upper and lower floors. A first entrance where the stairs connecting the floors are occupied spaces, and the other households (for example, parent households, hereinafter referred to as “parent households”) are occupied by the remaining upper floors, and enter and exit the occupied spaces of child households from outside. And the second entrance section is provided independently of the first entrance section from the outside of the first floor to enter and exit the space occupied by the parent household, so that the child household and the parent household are respectively independent of the first entrance section. Alternatively, it is possible to enter and exit from the second entrance while sufficiently maintaining the independence of the households. [0011] Further, by connecting the second entrance and the space occupied by the parent household by an elevator, the resident of the parent household places a physical burden on the space occupied by the parent household on the upper floor from the second entrance. You can get in and out without forcing. That is, the elevator can be used as a dedicated moving means for the occupied space of the parent household. [0012] Regardless of whether the space on the plurality of floors is occupied by the parent household or occupied by the child household, the floor where the entrance for the elevator is provided can pass through the entrance and exit and the stairs. On the floor where the connecting space is connected with the occupied space of the child household in addition to the stairs, a partition wall is provided in the traffic space to block the passage from the entrance of the elevator to the child household. By providing an opening that can be opened and closed on the partition wall, the space occupied by the child household and the space occupied by the parent household can be kept independent, and even if a resident of the child household or a resident of the parent household, You can enjoy the advantages of each by selectively using elevator and stairs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A preferred embodiment of the above multi-storey house will be described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a zoning plan of a multi-storey house according to the embodiment, FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a zoning plan of a multi-storey house according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 3 is a diagram showing another pattern for installing an elevator and stairs. It is. A multi-storey house to be described below is a house of two or more floors. In particular, an occupied space of a parent household, which is likely to be in a daytime house, is located on an upper floor where sufficient sunshine can be secured. The two households are arranged in such a manner that the occupied space of the child household is arranged in the lower floor part, and the entrances are independent from each other, and the vertical movement flow line is made independent by installing an elevator in the parent household. The space occupied by each other can be secured independently of each other. First, the configuration of a multi-storey house according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. The multi-storey house A according to the present embodiment is configured as a two-story house,
Space 11 on the first floor surrounded by thick solid lines and 2 on the upper floor
Partial space 12 of a part of the floor, and stairs connecting the first and second floors
13 has an occupied space 1 of a child household. Further, in the space 21 consisting of the remaining portion of the second floor, which is the remaining upper floor portion, an occupied space 2 of the parent household surrounded by a dashed line is arranged. On the first floor, there is provided a child entrance 14 which is a first entrance part which enters and exits the occupied space 1 of the child household from outside the first floor, and enters and exits the occupied space 2 of the parent household from outside the first floor. A main entrance 22 serving as a second entrance is provided independently of the child entrance 14. The child entrance 14 is formed in the space 11 on the first floor constituting the occupied space 1 of the child household, and is connected to any living space (for example, a living room, a hall, a corridor, etc.) constituting the space 11. It may be. That is, the child entrance 14 does not necessarily need to be provided close to the stairs 13.
The main entrance 22 is provided with an elevator 23 for connecting the main entrance 22 and the occupied space 2 of the parent household formed on the upper floor. In this embodiment, the stairs 13 and the elevator
The elevator 23 is installed adjacent to each other, and since the building is a two-story building, the elevator 23 is configured to stop at each floor. And the entrance 23a of the elevator 23
The elevating part 13a of the stairs 13 is also arranged adjacently, and the entrance and exit part 23a of the elevator 23 and the stairs 13 are connected to each other by the passing space 3 that can pass through each other. The traffic space 3 is composed of a first floor and a second floor. Each of the traffic spaces 3 is a space occupied by a child household 1 (a space 11 on the first floor and a partial space on the second floor) in addition to the steps and the steps 13. 1
2) is connected. In the passage space 3, a partition wall 4 for blocking passage from the entrance / exit 23a of the elevator 23 to the occupied space 1 of the child household is provided, and a passage opening 5 which can be opened and closed is provided. The partition 4 is not necessarily an elevator.
This does not unilaterally block the traffic from the entrance / exit 23a of the child household to the occupied space 1 of the child household, but also includes blocking the traffic from the occupied space 1 of the child household to the entrance / exit 23a of the elevator 23. As the opening 5 that can be opened and closed, for example, a wooden or metal fitting including a door or a sliding door, a folding door, an accordion curtain, or the like can be used. By closing the passage 5 normally, it is possible to secure the independence of each household.
For example, when carrying heavy or heavy luggage, when one of the vertical moving means cannot be used, such as when repairing or inspecting an elevator, or when repairing stairs, for emergency evacuation, When two households, such as a party, exchange with each other, it is possible to open and pass when it becomes necessary to pass through the passage 5 as in. In this embodiment constructed as described above, the occupied space 1 of the child household and the occupied space 2 of the parent household are separated by an elevator.
A traffic space 3 connecting the entrance / exit 23a of 23 and the elevator 13a of the stairs 13
However, both occupied spaces 1 and 2 are blocked by the partition wall 4 and are connected by selectively opening and closing the passage 5. Therefore, it is possible to secure the independence of the occupied space 1 of the child household and the occupied space 2 of the parent household, and
It is possible to enjoy the advantages of the elevator 23 or the stairs 13 as needed. Next, a multi-storey house B according to the second embodiment
Will be described with reference to FIG. The same portions and portions having the same functions as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted. As shown in the figure, the multi-storey house B according to the present embodiment is constructed as a three-story building, and has a space 11 on the first floor, a space 11 on the second floor, and a space 11 surrounded by a thick solid line. 1
The occupied space 1 of the child household is arranged on the stairs 13 connecting the first to third floors, and the occupied space 2 of the parent household surrounded by a dashed line is arranged in the space 21 of the third floor, which is the remaining upper floor. . An elevator 23 connecting the main entrance 22 installed at the main entrance 22 on the first floor and the occupied space 2 of the parent household arranged at the third floor is configured to stop for each floor. That is, for each floor, the entrance 23a of the elevator 23 and the stairs
13 elevating sections 13a are connected by the traffic space 3.
It is not always necessary to stop the elevator 23 on the second floor, and the first floor and the third floor may be directly connected. The traffic space 3 formed on the first to third floors is connected to the occupied space 1 of the child household other than the stairs on the first and second floors, and the traffic space 3 formed on the third floor is other than the stairs 13. Is not connected to the occupied space 1 of the child household. In this embodiment constructed as described above, the partition wall 4 for blocking the passage from the entrance 23a of the elevator 23 to the occupied space 1 of the child household is installed in the traffic space 3 on the first and second floors. In addition, there is provided a passage port 5 which can be opened and closed, and the partition wall 4 and the passage port 5 are not provided in the traffic space 3 on the third floor. In the multi-storey house B constructed as described above, the occupied space 1 of the child household and the occupied space 2 of the parent household can be mutually independent. Thus, the advantages of the elevator 23 or the stairs 13 can be enjoyed. In each of the above embodiments, the occupied space 1 of the child household
Has been described in the case where the stairs 13 and the elevator 23 are arranged adjacent to each other. However, when actually designing a multi-storey house, there is no guarantee that stairs and elevators can be installed adjacent to each other. Therefore, when designing a multi-storey house, it is preferable to use a basic form in which the positional relationship between the stairs and the elevator is patterned. FIG. 3 illustrates a basic form other than the pattern in which the stairs 13 and the elevator 23 are adjacent to each other as in the above-described embodiments. That is, FIG. 1 shows a pattern in which the stairs 13 and the elevator 23, which constitute the occupied space 1 of the child household, are installed separately from each other. In this case, elevator 23
The entrance space 23a and the ascending / descending portion 13a of the stairs 13 are connected by a corridor-like passage to form the passage space 3. A partition wall 4 is formed at a predetermined position in the traffic space 3 and a passage port 5 that can be opened and closed is formed. In a multi-storey house constructed using the above basic pattern, it is possible to secure the independence of the occupied space 1 of the child household and the occupied space 2 of the parent household, and if necessary, lift the elevator. It is possible to enjoy the benefits of 23 or stairs 13. In each of the above-described embodiments, a case has been described in which the child entrance 14 for entering and leaving the occupied space 1 of the child household from the outside is provided on the first floor. However, child entrance 14 is parent entrance 22
It is indispensable to be independent, but the installation position is not limited. In each of the above-described embodiments, only one example in which the steps 13 and 24 are patterned is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this pattern, and is not limited to this pattern, but may be a linear step, a step bent at a right angle, or a loop. It is possible to adopt various stairs such as the stairs. As described in detail above, in the multi-storey house according to the present invention, the other household having an independent entrance and having an occupied space arranged on the upper floor is connected to the entrance. When the occupied space is connected by an elevator, and the entrance and exit of the elevator and the stairs are connected by a passing space, and when the passing space is connected to the occupied space of one household in addition to the stairs, a partition wall is connected to the passing space. By providing a passage opening that can be opened and closed, the vertical movement flow lines of the two households can be made independent. Therefore, the independence of the two households living together can be ensured, and the advantages of the elevator or the stairs can be selectively enjoyed by using the openable opening.
