【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、圃場における野菜苗の
植付け等の対地作業を行う移植機に関する。
【0002】
【従来の技術】従来、実願平4−55234号明細書に
示す如く、ポット形野菜苗を入れた苗トレイを載せる苗
載台と、該苗載台を左右往復動させる横送り軸と、苗載
台が往復折返し部に到達したときに苗トレイを苗取出し
方向に送る縦送り軸を設け、苗トレイから植付爪に1株
分の野菜苗を取出して圃場面に植付ける技術がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記従来技術は、複数
のポットを縦横に一体連設して形成した合成樹脂製の苗
トレイを用いて育苗を行い、育苗済みの苗トレイを苗載
台に載せ、苗トレイの野菜苗を取出爪によって取出し、
植付爪によって畦上面に植付けるもので、野菜苗の植付
作業を機械化により自動的に連続して行えるが、野菜の
種類などによって大きさの異なるポットを形成した苗ト
レイを使い分けるから、苗トレイのポットの大きさに対
応させて苗載台の横送りピッチを変更させる必要があ
る。そこで、苗載台の横送り駆動力を伝達させる横送り
出力軸と横送り軸の間に低速ギヤ及び高速ギヤを交換自
在に設け、苗トレイのポットの大きさに対応させて低速
ギヤと高速ギヤを交換し、苗載台の横送りピッチを変更
させていたから、苗トレイの縦送りタイミングを適正に
維持し乍ら横送りピッチを変更できたが、前記各ギヤの
交換など切換操作が面倒である。また、低速ギヤ及び高
速ギヤを横送り出力軸に遊転軸支させ、各ギヤにシフト
キーを択一係合させることにより、簡単な操作で横送り
ピッチを変更できるが、高速ギヤから低速ギヤ側にシフ
トキーを切換えるとき、横送り軸が停止した状態で縦送
り軸が1回転した後、シフトキーの切換が行われ、苗ト
レイの縦送りタイミングが変更される不具合があった。
なお、横送り軸の下流側で縦送り軸を駆動したり、縦送
り軸に取出爪を同一回転にすることにより、前記シフト
キーの切換による縦送りタイミングの変更をなくせる
が、苗トレイの縦送り駆動の作動時間が制限される不具
合、並びにポットから苗を取出すときに横送りを停止さ
せる横送りの間欠駆動を行えない不具合が生じる。

【課題を解決するための手段】然るに、本発明は、ポッ
ト形野菜苗を入れた苗トレイを載せる苗載台と、該苗載
台を左右往復動させる横送り軸と、苗載台が往復折返し
部に到達したときに苗トレイを苗取出し方向に送る縦送
り軸を設け、苗トレイから植付爪に1株分の野菜苗を取
出して植付ける移植機において、横送り駆動力を横送り
軸に伝達させる低速ギヤ及び高速ギヤを横送り出力軸に
遊転軸支させ、低速ギヤ及び高速ギヤを横送り出力軸に
択一係合させるシフトキーを設けると共に、高速ギヤを
横送り軸に逆転連結させるカウンタ軸を設けたもので、
前記シフトキー操作によって低速ギヤと高速ギヤを切換
えたときに横送り軸の回転方向が逆になるから、低速か
ら高速または高速から低速のいずれの切換え時にも縦送
り軸の回転などによって縦送りタイミングが変更される
不具合をなくし得、ポットの大きさが異なる苗トレイに
対応してシフトキーの切換による横送りピッチ変更を容
易に行い得、苗トレイの使い分け並びに取扱い操作など
の簡略化を容易に図り得るものである。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて詳述
する。図1は苗載台駆動ケースの断面図、図2は全体の
側面図、図3は同平面図、図4は同背面図である。図中
(1)は作業者が搭乗する走行車であるトラクタであ
