2. Description of the Related Art As a sun visor for vehicles used in automobiles and the like, polyurethane foam or the like is attached to the surface of a core material in which a frame formed of metal wires or the like is sandwiched between corrugated cardboard or a wooden board and fixed with tape or the like. A structure in which a buffer sheet material made of (1) is adhered and then covered with an exterior material such as a vinyl chloride sheet has been used. However, this type of sun visor has a complicated manufacturing process,
Since the use of corrugated cardboard causes problems such as a decrease in strength due to moisture absorption of corrugated cardboard, in recent years, a frame made of metal wires or the like has been embedded in a synthetic resin foam body to form an integrally formed core material. A material covered structure is used.

When a mirror or the like is attached to a sun visor, a method of accommodating the mirror or the like in a case body having an opening / closing lid and embedding and fixing the case body in a recess is generally adopted in high-class vehicles. As a method of fixing the case body in this case, a bracket material provided with screw holes or the like is attached to the frame forming the core material by welding or the like, and the case body is fixed to the bracket material with screws. ,
It is known that the case body is embedded in the recess and then the exterior material of the sun visor is fixed by directly adhering to the periphery of the case body.

However, although the former structure in which the bracket material is welded to the frame is excellent in the attachment strength of the case body, the time and labor required for welding the bracket material is high and the weight is high. There was a problem of getting bigger. On the other hand, the latter structure, in which the exterior material of the sun visor is directly fixed to the case body by welding, adhesive, etc., has a simple structure and is excellent in manufacturing cost, but the fixing strength of the case body is the material strength of the exterior material. Since it depends only on the case, it can be installed with a slide type opening / closing lid or a case body with no opening / closing lid, but a case body with a structure in which the opening / closing lid is opened and closed by a hinge etc. In this case, when the opening / closing lid is opened and closed, an unreasonable load is applied to the exterior material, the exterior material is stretched or damaged, and the case body is loosely fixed.

The frame 2 is made of metal wire or the like, and may be made by bending the metal wire or the like into a predetermined shape. As the synthetic resin foam 3, a known synthetic resin foam made of a general synthetic resin can be used, but one having heat resistance and appropriate elasticity is preferable.
As the foam 3 having such a property, an in-mold molded body formed by molding synthetic resin foamed particles is preferable, and particularly, a propylene-based copolymer or a high density copolymer containing a small amount of ethylene or / and butene-1 as a copolymerization component. An in-mold molded product of expanded particles using polyethylene or the like as a base resin is preferable. When the above resin is used as the base resin, the apparent density of the foam is 0.06 to 0.01.
It is desirable that the range is 5 g / cm 3 .

As the exterior material 5, vinyl chloride leather, other synthetic resin sheets, cloth, or a laminate of these can be used. The exterior material 5 is larger than the core material 2
After sandwiching the core material 4 with a sheet of exterior material, heat-sealing and / or sewing along the outer periphery of the core material 4 and then cutting the excess exterior material and encapsulating the core material 4 To be done. In the above example, the case where two pieces of exterior material are used is shown. However, after covering the entire surface of the core material 4 with one large exterior material, the core material 4 is encapsulated in the same manner as above, Core material 4 in advance
Prepare a bag-shaped exterior material that matches the shape of the bag to some extent, insert the core material 4 into the bag-shaped exterior material, and then heat-seal or / and sew the bag opening to create an extra exterior material. The core material 4 can also be encapsulated by cutting. Normally, since the exterior material 5 is flexible and exhibits a certain degree of elongation, covering the entire surface of the recess 12 does not hinder the burying of the case body 7 in the recess 12, but at least a synthetic resin foam is used.
A hole should be provided at a location corresponding to the formed locked portion 14. If the expansion of the exterior material 5 is good,
In order to satisfactorily embed the case body 7 in the concave portion 12, 1 or 2 is also provided in a portion of the exterior material 5 corresponding to the bottom surface of the concave portion 12.
It is desirable to form the above cutout holes and the like.
