飲料としては少なく酒類を除けば殆どない。ましてジュ
ースのような飲料は皆無に等しい。 上述に鑑み本発明は、嗜好飲料として広く愛飲されて
いる果物ジュース、野菜ジュース、コーヒー、ココア、
コーラ、牛乳、豆乳、乳酸飲料、炭酸ソーダー飲料、ウ
ーロン茶等々に互して、米を主原料とした米ジュースを
提供しようとするものである。 (課題を解決するための手段) 本発明は、上記目的を達するため、日本人の飲料に対
する好みに適応するよう工夫したもので、同時に国策と
しての米消費拡大農業政策と栄養と健康をも配慮したも
のである。 干し飯(1)を主原料とする。これへ更に小量の煎り
米と麹を混ぜ製粉機にて微粉となす。これへ適量の果汁
(2)等または発酵乳(3)またはその全部を加えてミ
キサー(4)にかければ、濃乳状の液体が得られる。 これを低温殺菌(5)ないし瞬間高温殺菌処理したる
後、瓶詰(6)または鑵詰(7)密封して市場に提供す
るものである。 (発明の効果) 従来の各種嗜好飲料に比し、先ずコクがあり、未だか
つてない新しい風味があり、原米と果物等内のビタミン
類・ミネラル類の含有率が高く、更に麹や発酵乳による
整腸作用効果も相乗的に発揮される。 更には、濃度高いため単なる嗜好飲料としてのみでな
く、間食や携帯用外食としても利用し愛飲できる。 本発明米ジュースは、おかゆのように過剰の粘りがな
いため、くせのない極めてあつさりした口あたりであ
り、他の果汁類や煎り米等の風味と協調してまろやかに
して上品な新規飲料である。尚、果汁や発酵乳等の量
は、本発明米ジュースの濃度を決めるべく使用すればよ
い。また小量のおかゆや炭酸ソーダーを添加することも
自由である。 また、前記製造工程中の干し飯と煎り米と麹の微粉末
を、別途に真空袋詰・瓶詰・鑵詰となし、これを消費者
が好みの飲料(仮えば水・湯・ジュース・ソーダー・コ
ーラ・コーヒー・お茶等)を好みの量を混入して飲んだ
り喰べたりすることも可である。 尚、上記説明中の干し飯とは、炊いたご飯を完全乾燥
したものであり、煎り米とはそれを煎つたものである。
使用する米は、栄養的に原米が望ましいしご飯として食
しないので何らの支障がない。 更に、国策としての米消費拡大農業政策にも合致する
