存杭基礎及び杭の撤去に日数を要するため工期が長くな
り、撤去費用によりコストが嵩むという課題を有する、
このような課題の解決として、既存杭基礎の撤去は行わ
ずそのままにして、新規柱を建物の四隅に配置し、既存

ることなくそのまま利用することによって、既存杭基礎
の撤去による廃棄物量の削減及び工期短縮を図ることが
でき、さらには新規建物の柱割りの自由度を実現し得る
建物の基礎を提供することにある。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的によるこの発明
は、杭基礎を残して既存建物を撤去し、その既存杭基礎
の杭列間の地中に新規杭を打設して新規杭列を設置する
とともに、既存杭基礎上に新規基礎を水平方向に対し自
由に設けて該既存杭基礎に鉛直荷重のみ負担させ、その
新規基礎と上記新規杭とを剛接合により一体化して、新
規杭に鉛直荷重と水平荷重の両方を負担させた構成より
なる、というものである。 【0006】上記新規基礎の既存杭基礎上への設置は、
すべり支承あるいは積層ゴムアイソレーターを介して行
い。また新規基礎はマット基礎とすることによって、新
規柱の設置に自由度持たせることが可能となる。 【0007】 【発明の実施の形態】図1から図5はこの発明の1実施
形態を示すもので、図中11は既存建物を撤去した後の
杭基礎で、地中12に一定間隔ごとに打設された既存杭
13に支えられている。この既存杭基礎11は既存杭1
3と接続した既存底版14の上に既存基礎梁15を有
し、その既存基礎梁15により既存スラブ16を支持し
た構造からなる。 【0008】17は鉄筋コンクリートによる新規杭で、
既存杭列間の中央の地中12に既存杭基礎11を貫通し
て打設され、図2に示すように、既存杭列と交互に新規

杭基礎11に鉛直荷重のみ負担させることができるよう

合により一体化され、新規杭13に鉛直荷重と水平荷重
の両方を負担さている。なお、22は新規基礎上の建物
の柱である。 【0011】図3から図5は工程説明図で、既存建物を
撤去した後の杭基礎11の杭間中央部に当たる既存底版
14と既存スラブ16に穴23を穿設し、その穴23か
ら新規杭用の杭穴24を、既存杭列間の中央の地中12
にオーガー等を用いて掘削する。掘削後に鉄筋を組んで
杭穴24に挿入し、コンクリートを打設して上記新規杭
13を完成する。 【0012】次に既存スラブ16の既存基礎梁15が位
置する上に積層ゴムアイソレーター21を載置し、その
上にハーフPC版19を設置して配筋を行い、その配筋
と上記新規杭13の鉄筋とをジョイントしてからコンク
