Next, the function of cleaning the filter medium of the filter device will be described. The raw water is made to continuously flow into the drum 3 from the second flowing water pipe 7 by the operation of a pump (not shown) and the drum 3 is rotated. As the drum 3 rotates, the granular filter medium in the filter tank 1 moves as shown by the solid arrow in FIG. 6, and the adhered suspended matter is dissociated by rubbing the granular filter mediums together. It is discharged by the outflow of washing water described below. When the filter tank 1 is formed of filtered sand, the surface of the filter tank 1 is inclined at an angle of 30 °, which is the angle of repose of the sand, and is continuously collapsed to move the granular filter material. On the other hand, the above washing water is
As indicated by the dotted arrow in the middle, the second flowing water pipe 7 → the second flowing water part 6 → the filter mesh 12 of the second flowing water part 6 → the filter layer 1 → the surface of the filter layer 1 → the space part 2 → the first flowing water part 4 → It is discharged to the outside through the first water flow pipe 5. Therefore, the cleaning of the filter medium of this filtering device is appropriately performed by the movement of the granular filter medium accompanying the rotation of the drum 3 and the outflow of the cleaning water from the second flowing water part 6 in the filter layer 1. In addition, during this cleaning, the flow of the granular filter material and the accompanying filter net 12 of the second flowing water part 6 are rubbed against each other to dissociate and remove adhering substances such as suspended matter on the outer surface of the filter net 12. In addition, the filter mesh 12 and the sliding contact member 13 are rubbed together at the same time as the filter mesh 12 is shaken, and the deposits on the inner surface of the filter mesh 12 are dissociated and removed.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional filtering device, since the filter medium moves with the rotation of the drum 3 during the cleaning of the filter medium, this filter medium (especially, when the filter medium is filter sand, the filter medium is filtered). Due to the filtering sand hardened during the work), the strainer S portion fixed at a predetermined position in the filter tank 1 is continuously subjected to a heavier load than during the filtration,
Therefore, the strainer S might be damaged. Moreover, since the resistance between the strainer S and the filter medium is extremely high, the torque of the motor for rotating the drum 3 must be increased, and thus a large amount of power is required. An object of the present invention is to provide a filtering device that solves the above problems.

When the filter medium is washed, the filter medium in the filter moves with the rotation of the drum, but the strainer fixed at a predetermined position in the filter tank also rotates with the rotation of the drum during the filtration. The continuous load by the filter medium is not applied, and the load imposed by the weight of the filter medium is reduced. During filtration, the drum rotation stops and the strainer also returns to the original position and stops.

Since the filtering action of the filtering device of the present invention is exactly the same as that of the above-mentioned conventional device, its explanation is omitted. next,
The filter medium cleaning action of the filter device of the present invention will be described. Raw water (washing water) is allowed to continuously flow into the drum 3 from the second flowing water portion 6 of the second flowing water pipe 7 by the operation of the pump, and the rotational driving force of the motor 17 is changed to the gears 16 and 1.
Transmission via 7 causes the drum 3 and the second running water pipe 7 including the strainer S to rotate at a predetermined rotation speed. The cleaning action of the filter medium that accompanies the rotation of the drum 3 is the same as that of the conventional device shown in FIGS.

On the other hand, since the strainer S also rotates together with the drum 3, the strainer S comes out of the filter tank 1 and leaves the space 2
And the rotary motion of entering the inside of the filter tank 1 again is repeated.
Therefore, while the strainer S is in the space 2, the strainer S does not receive the weight of the moving granular filter medium, and the burden load is reduced. Since the strainer S is not always in the filter tank 1 at the time of cleaning, the effect of dissociating and removing the deposits on the strainer S portion by rubbing with the granular filter medium is halved. It demonstrates using the piping action diagram of FIG. 3 and FIG.

On the other hand, at the time of cleaning, as shown in FIG. 4, the cleaning water (pond water) is a strainer 19 in the pond, a pump 20, a water pipe 7D, an automatic three-way valve 22, a water pipe 7A, and a second water pipe 7.
After being guided to the inside of the filter tank 1 through the filter to wash the granular filter material, it becomes sewage and becomes the first flowing water pipe 5 → flowing water pipe 5A → automatic three-way valve 21 →
It is drained to the drainage channel through the running water pipe 5B. At this time, a part of the wash water from the running water pipe 7A is bypassed by the running water pipe 7C →
It is returned to the pond through the water flow control valve V, the bypass water pipe 7C, and the water pipe 7B. Therefore, by adjusting the water amount adjusting valve V, it is possible to adjust the amount of wash water introduced into the filter tank 1 through the second flowing water pipe 7. Therefore, since the strainer S is rotated during cleaning, the contact time between the strainer S and the granular filter medium may be reduced by half, and the cleaning effect on the strainer S portion may be diminished. As a countermeasure against this, the water amount adjusting valve V may be adjusted. The cleaning effect can be maintained by halving the cleaning water and doubling the cleaning time. As described above, by providing the bypass water flow pipe 7C and the water amount adjusting valve V, it is possible to secure the amount of filtered water during filtration and to adjust the amount of washing water during washing of the filter medium.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2,
Although the second flowing water pipe 7 including the drum 3 and the strainer S is configured to be automatically rotated by the rotational driving force of the motor, it may be configured to be manually rotated as another embodiment. Further, in FIGS. 3 and 4, the switching operation of the automatic three-way valves 21 and 22 is automatically performed during filtration and cleaning. Further, the flowing water pipe 7B may be omitted, and the filtered water may be directly returned from the flowing water pipe 7A and the bypass flowing water pipe 7C to the pond. When the cleaning work time set by the timer as described above ends, the motor 17 is stopped, the drum 3 is stopped rotating, and the strainer S is returned to the original position and stopped. To stop the strainer S at the original position, for example, a limit switch (not shown) may be used to detect the arrival of the original position and the detection signal may be used to stop the motor 17. After the above washing work is completed, the filtering device can perform the filtering work again.
