The dummy signal sending means always sends a dummy transmission signal in which the mode data signal MD is set to the dummy mode. Further, the interrupt signal processing means receives the interrupt signal Vi shown in FIG. 7 (c) generated by the operation of the operation switch S in the input terminal device 1 from which the interrupt signal Vi is generated for input. The terminal device 1 is searched and the address data set in the input terminal device 1 is returned as reply data (operation data).
As a reply. That is, a dummy transmission signal is always sent to the transmission line 4 by the dummy signal transmission means, and the interrupt signal Vi generated from the input terminal 1 in accordance with the operation of the operation switch S is used as the start pulse signal ST of the dummy transmission signal.
When it is detected in synchronism with, the transmission unit 5 sends the transmission signal Vs in which the mode data signal MD is in the address confirmation mode to the transmission line 4 by the interrupt processing means. Each input terminal 1 sets an interrupt flag for requesting an interrupt when the interrupt signal Vi is generated. In the input terminal 1 in which the interrupt flag is set, the mode data signal MD is the transmission signal Vs in the address confirmation mode. When it receives, the address set in the input terminal 1 is returned as reply data [monitoring data (operation data of the operation switch S)] in synchronization with the signal reply period WT of the transmission signal Vs. In this way, the transmission unit 5 can acquire the address of the input terminal device 1 that generated the interrupt signal Vi.

For example, 8 bits is limited to 256, so the number of connectable terminals is limited. There is a limit, and when constructing a system that links multiple systems, it is necessary to have a complicated system configuration that connects the transmission units of each system with a communication line and integrally manages the whole. Had to prepare something special for it.

Now, in the upper system A, for example, when the operation switch S of the input terminal 1 corresponding to the predetermined output terminal 3 provided in the lower system, for example, the system B 1 , is operated, as shown in FIG. In System A,
Through the interrupt process described above, the monitoring data of the operation switch S is fetched from the input terminal device 1 and the control data for sending the monitoring data to the terminal unit 30 is sent to obtain the monitoring input state of the terminal unit 30. Control data for controlling the turning on / off of a display lamp (not shown) provided in the operation switch S based on the monitoring data of the load condition sent corresponding to the control data is input to the input terminal 1. Performs feed display control. After that, control data is created based on the monitoring data sent from the input terminal device and transmitted to the terminal unit 30.

Send to 2. The signal interface unit 12 is composed of a dual port RAM, and writes the output contents at a predetermined address corresponding to the terminal unit 40 1 . By this writing, the terminal unit 40 1 determines that the input state has changed and generates an interrupt signal Vi. When this interrupt signal Vi is generated, after the interrupt processing, the transmission unit 5 of the lower system B 1
B 1 causes the terminal unit 40 to return the monitoring data, that is, the input state.

The terminal unit 30 determines that there is a change in the monitor input by writing the monitor data in the dual port RAM and generates the interrupt signal V 1 . Transmission unit 5A of host system A
When this interrupt signal V 1 is generated, after the interrupt processing is performed, the terminal unit 30 returns the monitoring data, and based on this monitoring data, the control data for the display control is sent to the corresponding input terminal device 1 and the operation switch. The display lamp provided corresponding to S is turned off or turned on, and the state of the corresponding lighting load is displayed.
