[0003] In this fire prevention mechanism, a shaft is generally provided inside the cylindrical portion, and two fire prevention plates which are urged by a spring are pivotally mounted on the shaft. The plate is configured so as to close the ventilation path of the cylindrical portion when opened by elasticity of the spring, and to form a ventilation path in the cylindrical portion when closed against the elasticity of the spring. At the edge of the side facing the shaft when the door is closed, a thermal fuse connecting the edges is provided, and this thermal fuse is cut off when the temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature at the time of fire occurrence, and the two thermal fuses are cut off. The connection of the edges of the fire prevention plate is released, and as a result, the two fire prevention plates close the ventilation path.

[0004] There are several types of thermal fuses that are determined by the standard depending on the cutting temperature. That is, for example, in a ventilation opening used under high temperature conditions such as a kitchen, a temperature fuse that is cut at a high temperature such as 120 ° C. is adopted so that the temperature fuse is not blown at a low temperature. For ventilation vents used under relatively low temperature conditions, the temperature fuse cut at the high temperature has a sensitivity problem that the temperature fuse is not easily blown when the temperature rises in the event of a fire. A thermal fuse that is cut at a low temperature is adopted.

Therefore, heretofore, when the thermal fuse is cut once and the fire prevention plate is opened, and then the fire prevention plate is closed and the thermal fuse is attached again, the shape is exactly the same for both 120 ° C. and 72 ° C. Therefore, there is a risk that the user will install a thermal fuse of the wrong temperature standard, or that a contractor who installs the ventilation port will install a thermal fuse of the wrong temperature standard.

Accordingly, the amount of protrusion of the projection 9, that is, the minimum gap between the two fire prevention plates 6 (including the thickness of the prevention plate 6).
To the two locking portions 8a and 8 of the high-temperature fuse 7, for example.
By making the distance between them substantially equal to each other, it becomes impossible to mount the fuse 7 having a distance between the locking portions 8a and 8b smaller than this distance. Of course, the fuse 7 having the distance between the locking portions 8a and 8b larger than the distance of the minimum facing gap can be theoretically attached, but the fuse 7 is loosened and detached from the fire prevention plate, and is substantially removed. Cannot be used.

When the elasticity of the fire-preventing plate 6 itself may cause the fire-preventing plate 6 to bend, particularly when the distance between the two fire-preventing plates 6 in a closed state is large, the bending of the fire-preventing plate 6 is prevented. Therefore, the locking between the fire prevention plate 6 and the locking portion 8 of the fuse 7 may be released.

Since the present embodiment is constructed as described above, when the two fire prevention plates 6 are closed, the minimum facing gap between the two fire prevention plates 6 is interposed between the two fire prevention plates 6. Since the projection 9 is limited by the contact of the fire prevention plate 6 with the projection 9, the projection 9 cannot be smaller than the projection of the projection 9.
That is, by setting the minimum facing gap between the two fire prevention plates 6 to be substantially equal to the distance of the fuse 7 in which the distance between the two locking portions 8a and 8b is constant by a different standard of a predetermined temperature, for example, It becomes impossible to attach the high-temperature fuse 7 in which the distance between the two locking portions 8a and 8b is small to the low-temperature ventilation port A in which the protruding amount of the portion 9 is large. By setting the distance between the two locking portions 8a and 8b of the fuse 7 and the amount of protrusion of the convex portion 9 in accordance with a predetermined temperature standard at which the fuse 7 is blown, such as ℃, Thus, a ventilation port excellent in practicality that can provide an incompatible ventilation port A is provided.

It should be noted that attaching the low-temperature fuse 7 having a large distance between the two locking portions 8a and 8b to the high-temperature ventilation port A having a small protrusion amount of the projection 9 requires two fire prevention plates. 6 is always urged by the spring 5 and the distance between the two fire-prevention plates 6 is always increasing, so that the two engagement portions 8a and 8b of the two fire-prevention plates 6 and the fuse 7 are provided. Can be locked, and it is possible for the time being. However, in this case, since the facing gap between the two fire prevention plates 6 is not the minimum value, the two fire prevention plates 6 rattle due to vibration applied to the ventilation port a at the time of manufacture or transportation, and the two fire prevention plates 6 are rattled. The opposing gap of the fire prevention plate 6 varies to the same value as the amount of protrusion of the projection 9 and becomes narrow. Therefore, at the moment when the facing gap between the two fire prevention plates 6 becomes narrow, the engagement between the two fire prevention plates 6 and the two locking portions 8a and 8b of the fuse 7 is released, and the two fuses 7 are released. The fire protection plate 6 is separated from the two fire prevention plates 6, and the fire prevention plate 6 blocks the ventilation path of the cylindrical portion 2. Therefore, such a ventilation port A cannot be used, and the user, the contractor, the manufacturing worker, or the like can immediately notice that the fuse 7 of a different standard is installed, and correct it according to the standard. can do.

Further, since the protrusions 10 for limiting the minimum opposing distance between the two fire prevention plates 6 are also provided on the shaft 4 side of the two fire prevention plates 6, the two fire prevention plates 6 may be vibrated. As a result, the minimum distance between the two fire-prevention plates 6 is reliably maintained at a predetermined distance, and the two engagement portions 8a of the two fire-prevention plates 6 and the fuse 7 are unexpectedly prevented. It becomes a ventilation port which is more practical than the lock with 8b is not released.

Further, since the convex portion 9 is provided with a ring-shaped engaging portion 11 for engaging a tool, a finger, or the like to cause the fire prevention plate 6, the fuse 7 is cut off and two fire prevention plates are cut. Board 6
The operation of recovering after the ventilation path of the cylindrical portion 2 is shut off is performed by removing the fastening member 14 from the ventilation portion 3, removing the ventilation window member 13 from the ventilation portion 3, and then attaching the tool to the locking portion 11. The two fire-prevention plates 6 are attached to the two fire-prevention plates 6 by locking the two fire-prevention plates 6 and the fingers.
By locking the locking portions 8a and 8b of the fuse 7 to the end of the fuse and connecting the two fire prevention plates 6 again, the ventilation opening A with the fire prevention plate 6 can be easily used again. It becomes a ventilation port excellent in practicality and workability.

The protrusions 10 may be provided either at two positions on the inner surface of the cylindrical portion 2 near the shaft 4 or may be provided at only one position. Further, the protruding body 10 need not be cylindrical, but may be, for example, prismatic. In this case, the diameter of the protruding body 10 referred to in the claims is the distance between the surfaces that come into contact with the two fire prevention plates 6.
