[0003] Cement expanders include lime-containing cement expanders that generate ettringite and Ca (OH) 2 , which are expandable hydrates, metal powder cement expanders such as iron powder and aluminum powder, and magnesia cement. Lime-based cement expanders are mainly used in Japan because of their low cost and other factors.

Conventionally, CaO has been used as a lime-based cement expanding material.
Heat treating the source and SiO 2 source, a free lime (f-CaO), f- CaO-C 3 S cement expansive to 3CaO · SiO 2 (C 3 S ) composed mainly of a cement minerals are known (Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-13650). However, when this cement expander is used in a mixed cement in which a pozzolanic substance is mixed, there is a problem that not only the amount of expansion is reduced, but also the expansion development is delayed, and the dimensional stability and strength development are reduced. The cement admixture of the present invention is to provide CaO100 parts, the inflation material is CaSO 4 10 to 50 parts by weight, amorphous calcium aluminate - are those obtained by blending the bets, especially mixed It provides effective swelling properties to cement.
- by combining bets, which free CaO in the composition is consumed in the pozzolanic material in the mixed cement expansion amount is suppressed from reduction, strength development time to prevent the delay, by the coexistence of amorphous calcium aluminate over preparative it is intended to effectively generate ettringite. The mixing ratio and the CaO material and CaSO 4 material, by adjusting the mixing ratio of the expansion material and the amorphous calcium aluminate over preparative, depending on the type of cement that use inflation timing and amount of expansion of the cement admixture It is possible to adjust.

Although the reason for the improvement of the expandability of the cement admixture of the present invention with respect to the mixed cement is not clear, the hydration reaction of the expandable substance is caused by the coexistence of the expandable substance of the present invention and amorphous calcium aluminate. In addition, it is presumed that the difference in timing with the hydration reaction of the cement as the matrix is prevented, and that the calcium ions consumed by the pozzolanic substance in the mixed cement are supplemented by the amorphous calcium aluminate.

Example 1 Ca was added so that CaO and CaSO 4 in the product had the ratio shown in Table 1.
The O raw material and the CaSO 4 raw material were blended and fired at 1,200 ° C. for 2 hours using an electric furnace to obtain clinkers of various expanding substances having different CaSO 4 contents. The weight ratio between CaO and CaSO 4 of the expanding material was determined from the chemical analysis values. CaSO 4 is converted from the SO 3 value of the chemical analysis, and CaO is a value obtained by subtracting CaO in CaSO 4 from total CaO. Use this clinker with a Brain value of 3,000
It was pulverized to ± 200 cm 2 / g to prepare an expanded material.
Using a CaO raw material and an Al 2 O 3 raw material, the mixture was melted at 1,650 ° C. in an electric furnace and quenched to synthesize an amorphous calcium aluminate clinker. The obtained amorphous calcium aluminate clinker was pulverized to prepare an amorphous calcium aluminate (A-CA). 50 parts by weight of A-CA is blended with 100 parts by weight of the adjusted expanding material to obtain a cement admixture, and 7 parts by weight of cement admixture is blended with 100 parts by weight of cement, and the water / cement ratio is 60%. The cement / sand ratio was set to 1/2, and air curing was performed at 20 ° C. and a humidity of 80%, and the expansion rate of the mortar was measured. The results are also shown in Table 1.
